I understand that you charge extra for the safe in the room and access to the wellness facilities. However, at the very least, the room should be provided in excellent condition.
Unfortunately, there were blood stains on the bed sheets, which I reported and requested to have changed. Although the staff showed great interest in addressing my concern, they replaced the sheets with torn ones 🤦🏻The housekeeping team should immediately discard such sheets upon inspection.
Additionally, I booked a double bedroom through your homepage, but during check-in, I was given a twin bedroom instead.
The refrigerator in the room is excessively loud and disruptive at night. There are not right room isolation. You can even see the corridor’s light just under the main door which means all conversations and noise through the corridor you feel in the room.
The bathroom was dirty, with numerous hairs stuck to the walls. The entire room, including the balcony, requires deep cleaning.
Anyway, the breakfast buffet is big and rich. The location is great.

Outstanding hotel, very well laid out and everything was easy to find, the staff were extremely helpful and polite and made everything clear from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely clean, and the cleaners were in every day even when we were still in the room, they're popped back later. The food for breakfast was plenty and lots of choice and the pool side bar was extremely tasty and very well priced I dare to say one of the best hotels I stayed at and definitely would return and recommend this hotel

The Half Board option at this hotel has went from Excellent to Tragic.
Never have I experienced a decline as fast as this seeing I was here in March and had a great evening meal
Management has decided to clock the evening meal as a new experience where you are served, however this is served the cheapest of cuts and potato that is uncooked.
The starters are still buffet style, with the soup bulked out with MSG type thickening agent, the salads if you could call them that are bulked out with chickpeas, pasta, rice etc. With slivers of salad or meats. Fabulous in March now Just terrible.
Deserts are cakes that are mostly frozen, good luck finding one that's thawed out if you are in first, that said if you do not get in at the open 1830, the foods aren't replenished.
We experienced uncooked fish in a platter which we pointed out to the waiter and all the platters were speedily removed. They should have never out them out, demonstrates the lack of quality control.
My experience is that you will not be served a main meal unless you ask, a despicable policy if management encourages staff not to serve main meals after you pay half board.
Emailed management...put simply they don't want to know, see below image. They explain it away by citing 'change is difficult'
Most people who visit here are 'repeater's' most of all I spoke to are 'completely dissatisfied!'
I as a consequence will not rebook this hotel if that status quo remains or at least not half board.
We asked to speak with the manager, who seems to either be in a meeting or off for the weekend. The behaviour speaks volumes.
40 years my family have been visiting this hotel and having recommended to other's I can safely say it will be the last.

Hotel is nice, especially the lobby. Breakfast is very good. Room is ordinary, but clean. I loved the shower.
Location is fantastic..not far away from the beach and very close to the bus stop from where you can go everywhere. Lots of restaurants around.

Lovely clean and well kept hotel mostly for the over 50yr old age group of people (in my option). Our third visit here but the first since major renovations were carried out a few years ago. Pleasant staff, nicely decorated rooms and great pool areas. Amazing views towards the golden strip area and the sea from our seventh floor room. Only stayed B+B but the food was great with plenty of choice for all tastes. Only negatives were the free WiFi which was an absolute pain to set up for our mobiles, and I don’t like the wrist bands that you have to wear incorporating the chip to access your room. Good points were the self service free beer one has access to 10am to 18:30pm every day if you paid extra for the Balance Pool access upgrade, well worth it in my opinion! The nighttime entertainment was very good too with reasonable bar prices. We would definitely stay here again, just remember it’s not really a hotel for young children though. Recommended
