May 2024, the hotel is very clean, spotless in fact. The staff are lovely, including the cleaning staff. The only thing wrong is that the pool water is freezing!
Food very good, we had bed and breakfast but paid for 2 x evening meals, which includes wine.
I feel that 2.50 euros a day for using the safe was excessive, particularly as they give you pool towels for free.
The top floor sun deck is fabulous, with very comfy loungers. Although not many loungers

Our first time in this area of Tenerife and this hotel. Lovely bright modern hotel, spotlessly clean throughout. We were half board and mostly enjoyed the offerings. The hotel is on the very edge of Las America's and Adeje so brilliant for night life, restaurants, shopping and beaches. It is situated up a bit of a hill but not too strenuous and there is a short cut through the park in front of the hotel. The bus station is directly behind the hotel, perfect for commuting around the Island. Hotel left me a bottle of fizz and yummy cake for my birthday too ( lovely touch ) I would definitely return.

If you're planning to stay at this hotel, here's what you need to know:
Overall, the hotel was fantastic. I contacted them before arriving because it was my boyfriend's birthday, and they arranged a bottle of champagne and a cake for us. It was a lovely gesture.
The reception is open 24/7, and we were greeted with a glass of champagne upon check-in. The staff member welcoming us spoke Swedish and provided great information about the food. We traveled with a wheelchair and a lot of baggage, and everything was perfectly accessible.
Although the accessible rooms were already booked, we got a two-room apartment with a large balcony on the 7th floor, overlooking the pool and offering a beautiful sea view.
The room was clean and well-maintained, with a huge bed that was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn't cook. The balcony was spacious, though the metal chairs could be nicer. The bathroom was clean and thoroughly serviced daily by a wonderful staff member. Note that the bathroom has glass doors, which might not be ideal for everyone, so you might want to check if rooms with solid walls are available.
The hotel mainly caters to Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian guests and is adults-only (16+). Most guests are 50-60+ and enjoy sunbathing, making it a peaceful place rather than a party spot.
The hotel is in a quieter, more local part of the city, yet close to shops, party places, and excellent restaurants. This part of Tenerife is known for its Michelin-starred restaurants and good food, unlike the busier party area of Las Americas.
The hotel offers three meals a day, with a changing menu featuring Spanish, African, and Italian dishes. There's also a cook preparing fresh fish or meat on request. The food was generally good with a variety of options, though it was difficult for our vegan friend to find suitable choices.
Evenings feature local performers, often singing ABBA songs, but it's not very lively at night.
One downside is the very small elevator. There are only two, and they get crowded, making it difficult to use, especially during check-out with a wheelchair. Also, be careful not to keep your room card near your phone as it can get deactivated.
The saltwater pool was great with plenty of sunbeds, and people don’t typically reserve spots. There's also a rooftop area for sunbathing, though it can get crowded, so timing is key.
Overall, it’s an amazing hotel. We had a great time, and the staff was fantastic. It's now our favorite place, and we will definitely be coming back.
Bonus tip: If you're flying with Sunclass, they handle your luggage on the morning of your departure, which is very convenient.

I’ve been to many hotels (and motels) earlier and I have never experienced service this BAD.
During our 1-week long stay, the hotel was undergoing some kind of renovation works. Unfortunately, the construction zone was right in front of our balcony. On the first day of our stay, right after we’ve seen the view from our balcony, we asked at the reception desk if it’s possible to switch the room. They responded that there are currently no free rooms at the hotel, but maybe on the next day somebody will check out and we will be able to switch to a different room. On the next day we asked once again at the reception desk if it’s possible to switch the room. They told us that it’s not possible, but they will make a note and let us know when any other room becomes available. Of course they didn’t contact us.
On the next day (Monday) at 8 AM (!!!) multiple workers came to the construction site and started drilling, breaking concrete using giant hammer and cutting metal with a circular saw. We’ve heard all those noises until the end of the working day. We came back to the reception desk and asked once again about switching the room. This time we were told to wait for the supervisor of the receptionist. After a while somebody came and told as the same thing we’ve been hearing for the last two days „it’s not possible as we are fully booked”. We asked additionally if we could just switch the room between check-outs and check-ins, but we were told that „it’s not that simple” and they didn’t want to check if any room of the same standard as ours becomes free soon. Even though we couldn’t stay in our room for most of the day because of all those noises, even though we had to have the curtains closed all the time, because we had no privacy, we weren’t offered anything to make up for our inconveniences and ruined vacation.
After 3 days of fighting with the reception desk we just gave up to not lose more time on our vacation. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel as if you have any problems during your stay, the staff will just ignore you and say „sorry, we can’t do anything”.

Overall good hotel, but overshadowed by one situation.
TL;DR: Would definitely not stay at this hotel again. It's okay if nothing out of the ordinary happens, but if it does it'll be you vs them.
After we got back to the room one day, we noticed that we couldn't turn on the lights in the room. We were only changing before going out for dinner, so we stopped by and notified reception on our way out.
When we got back again power was still not on. It was getting dark, and we wanted to use the A/C to chill the room before bedtime.
We called down to the reception once more, asking that they send someone up to fix the issue.
Half an hour later nobody had appeared, so we went down to the reception asking what was going on. They sent a janitor to check. He ran in and out of our room for about an hour. He seemingly didn't have a master key, so we had to sit and wait to open the door for him every time he came back.
Anyway, long story short - we waited the entire night, and power was restored right before bedtime.
Here's the kicker:
The hotel staff LIED to the travel agency. The whole situation ended up in a word-against-word situation, where the staff said that power was off for less than an hour, and was quickly fixed.
Our side of the story is backed up by the fact that they tried blaming us for not reading the signs in the reception saying "We are checking the electrical panels, thank you very much"(?!), and that they said that electricians stopped working on that at 16:00 that day. The issue was fixed at 21:34, when they had called back the electricians. In other words, the issue was persistent for at least from 16:00 to 21:34.
They lied to the travel agency to not be liable for a refund.
We stayed respectful throughout the day, but were adamant that we wanted a refund the day after. They offered us a meal at the restaurant, which we declined since we had all inclusive...
Ving refunded us a small amount after lots of work, including a timeline of the events.
Would definitely not stay at this hotel again. It's okay if nothing happens, but if it does it'll be you vs them.
