Honest Review of My Stay I wanted to share my experience after staying at this hotel. Before booking, I had read the reviews and noticed they were mostly negative. However, I figured people are often more inclined to leave negative feedback than positive, so I decided to give it a try. Overall, the hotel is quite dated, but I have to say the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were spotlessly clean, which was a big plus for me. I did notice that the staff seem to deal with a lot of difficult behavior from some guests, which must be challenging for them. When it comes to the food, I have no complaints about the quality—it was tasty! That said, the variety wasn’t great, similar to what you might find at other budget-friendly hotels. As with many package holidays, the meals did become a bit repetitive over time. Would I recommend this hotel? It really depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re okay with a lively atmosphere and don’t mind some noise from younger, party-focused guests, then yes, this hotel might suit you. However, if you’re seeking a quiet and peaceful retreat, I’d say this probably isn’t the best choice. This hotel is geared towards travelers on a budget, and some guests certainly make the most of the free bars and alcohol. Keep that in mind when deciding if it’s the right fit for you.

Stayed at the "resort" on 3 separate occasions. The 1st visit was actually my 1st time in Tenerife. Me and a friend booked the stay though a travel agent, on their recommendation. I arranged the 2nd stay myself. I arranged the 3rd stay myself again. The location is good, close to all that could want. The food was plentiful, but passable at best. The inclusive beers were all local, no premium ones(Strongbow etc) unless you paid. Again, the inclusive spirits were of the cheap and cheerful variety, and somewhat weak. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The clientele were mostly young, but there was never any raucous behaviour that I saw. All in all, I can say that if I wanted a specific future date, and my preferred choices weren't unavailable, then I would go again - better the devil you know....

I gave 1 star because it doesn’t let me select 0 stars. The hotel is old, there is no AC in the room. The hair dryer is not provided you need to pay extra if you want it, same for the fan and anything else in the room. Is been provided only a bar of soap for a week. There are not double bed, or this is what they said to us. The swimming pool is acceptable. The food is awful, product are not fresh and there is not even no one that check your room number when you go downstairs to eat so is quite useless pay extra for an all inclusive deal. They didn’t even provided us the sign to place out the door to communicate at the staff to do not enter in the morning if you would oversleep. The good things was the location, is not far from the beach and from the other activities.They didn’t even ask us how was our hotel stay when we gave our card room back at the end of our week. I really do not recommend this hotel.

Recently returned from a weeks stay at this complex. Unfortunately, we booked before reading the reviews. The location is excellent and was central for most things, eating out, drinking and the beach. The complex however is dated and would benefit from some TLC. The food was basic at best and the choice, well there wasn’t one. It was the same food every meal time. The room we stayed in was large and that is the only good thing I can say about it. There is no air conditioning ( you have to hire a fan) the towels were changed once in a week, as were the beds.The bathroom was never cleaned and there was an infestation of small bugs in the bathroom that would run round when you turned the light on to use the toilet at night. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, as was the young man who worked the bar in the evening. The other staff member obviously missed the course on customer service and almost threw your drink at you. I am aware that the complex does not charge the earth for a weeks all inclusive stay but, I do expect the rooms to be clean and , as best they can, bug free. Regarding the food, well at least I lost some weight.

Love this budget hotel, staff are amazing especially bar staff! Had so much fun and made life long friends. Rooms were budget but was hardly in there and sat downstairs by the pool which we loved.
