Just waiting for a taxi to the airport so I thought I would add a review of Palm Beach. I admit I was a little put off by other reviews but I am so glad I came. Location is amazing, right by the strip. Rooms are a little dated but are clean and functional. Cleaners came every 4 days, with fresh bedding in the wardrobe if you can't wait. Animation team are amazing, I have never seen so many live shows at a hotel, all great quality. Underpinning all of this are the amazing staff, from pool bar to restaurant and reception. Our son lost his phone in a taxi, the lady on reception went out of her way ringing around to find it, which she did. I would recommend, unless you cannot put up with noise, book further away from the strip.

My family and I booked a week at this hotel. The location is amazing, clubs, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. But as soon as we headed into the rooms it was kinda disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, we had to make the bed ourselves, and there were dust, sand and hair lying around.
Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a party region so of course the nights were not quiet. But we knew about that beforehand.
Nevertheless, the view to the beach was great and the breakfast was also excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.
In conclusion, the hotel is good if you need a place to stay but take trips to different locations. If you’re looking for an All-Inclusive-Vibe, maybe try another one.

The hotel itself is in a great location close to everything and plenty around it. The animation team were brilliant. Aaron and the rest the team are always doing some shows or games and it makes it fun all day around the pool. They were very nice and friendly couldn't get better than them. The hotel staff were mostly nice . The rooms need a bit of renovation there's a few problems . We had a big family and had three rooms and there was bits wrong in every room but they were just okay.
The cleaning is really bad we were there for two weeks and had to ask for them to sweep and mop the floor after a week . The cleaners changed the towels after a few days and nothing else . I asked to leave a mop and brush in the apartment to do it myself but that's not possible . Second week it wasn't done either very disappointing and the hotel could he better with a few small bits

We had a rocky start to the trip with an only one room being booked, even though we booked two rooms through an easy jet package. Arriving to our room once it got sorted we had sandy bed sheets, a leak in the ceiling, no bolt on the door (as a second lock), cockroaches every night the whole week and two lights ended up falling out the ceiling in my friends room. Despite the trouble with rooms our days at the pool were absolutely excellent. We enjoyed all the games all the entertainment. The team Aldara, Stephanie, Aaron and Giulia were brilliant and provided the best vibes and entertainment for us the whole week - we loved it and couldn’t thank them enough for an amazing holiday!

Not for a couples trip- think baby shark music going on during happy hour + children all over the hallways screaming. Mold in the very dirty rooms with very dirty dishes with no soap to wash them with.
This hotel’s main benefit is the staff who were all very nice and helpful with our concerns, they went above and beyond. The location is also quite nice, as it’s nearly directly on the beach and close to the airport bus route,
