This is an absolutely amazing hotel! The entertainment staff are amazing, and so so lovely. All staff are so helpful, on our arrival we arrived just after midnight and they had a bag with sandwiches, fruits and treats. The food is lovely and made fresh. And the rooms are super clean and spacious. The location is great, 5 minutes from the strip and around a 15-20 minute walk to the area of the Hard Rock Cafe. We will be returning.

3rd time returning to this hotel, this time it's an adults (16+) only holiday. Facilities are great, food and drinks on our all inclusive break have been plentiful and great. I do recommend all inclusive, even as an upgrade once you've checked in... If you like your food and a good bevvy, you'll thank me later 👍🏽 Air conditioned rooms, regular bed changes and room cleaning and everything kept in remarkable condition for such a relaxed environment. We came in October, it's rarely been below 30⁰ every day and the pool is well kept and a welcome oasis on hot days. Close to lots of shops, rental businesses, the main strip with clubs and restaurants, fast food, clothing and many other options within 10 mins walk of this hotel. Great views of the ocean from most of the balconies here too. Pool parties, inflatables, activities, and lots of things to get involved in, or not if you so choose. A big shout must go out to the entertainment staff, the bar staff, the chefs and wait staff and even more so, the maids and cleaning ladies who work tirelessly to keep this place absolutely spotless from morning till night every day of the week. We've had the best holiday, it really is a great place and we will definitely be returning, as have many of the folks we've spoken to again here this time around. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone with kids over 16. Absolutely fantastic fun loving crowd of light-hearted yet hard working people out on this beautiful island working to make YOUR day better 👌🏽 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a really good holiday at hotel ole. Visited with my partner for 7 nights in a standard double room. The hotel was nice and clean throughout our stay. However we did not receive maid service for 3 days of our stay which were the last 3 days, besides this the room was lovely and clean and modern. All staff in the hotel were helpful and they couldn’t do enough for you. The drinks and cocktails were very disappointing the cocktails were very basic not what you would want from a resort that is that well looked after and quite sophisticated. Good food and plenty of fresh options which was nice. Pool was clean and modern, always managed to get a sun lounger. Despite these few little things that need improving, I must say the best thing about this hotel is the entertainment team. They are a credit to your hotel, always professional but really do put their hearts and soles into their role, if it wasn’t for these guys I don’t think I would probably return. Diego, Tamas, Denise and Borat (we never got his actual name) were so funny and engaging with their activity’s and comedy shows. Denise did yoga and palates which was nice to relax while in the hotel. I would return to hotel ole and would recommend! :) x

Absolutely amazing experience staff were great From chef’s cleaners, desk and entertainment. Chefs were always so happy cooking absolutely lovely fresh food ie steak , chicken , pork and lamb. Cleaners were amazing come into our rooms every day empty bins making our beds with cute little bows and cleaning the whole room for us and making it neat and tidy. Front desk Staff were always helpful calling us taxis. Entertainment were absolutely amazing constantly setting up activities throughout the day and the nighttime entertainment is absolutely amazing , entertainment staff definitely was the highlight of the holiday. They definitely made it what it was. Location was great. 10 minute walk from the beach and the strip also plenty of activity stores nearby to book what you need also one inside the hotel which the ladies were absolutely brilliant so helpful.

This hotel deserves 5 stars! The nicest staff! Such delicious food, the choice is just huge, for every taste! clean rooms, regular cleaning and change of towels. Animation is super, every day some activities, the guys are very friendly, they make your holiday fun, unforgettable and comfortable for everyone. We would definitely love to return to this hotel!
