Everything at this hotel was amazing !! Torres and his team have always been so professional, warm, friendly, looking after us and went above and beyond accommodating all our additional needs. The food was great, extremely diverse, and the chefs are very friendly. Also, every night we had a different show and entertainment, always full of energy and great fun! This is my second visit here, and will def come back !

This hotel is beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet food is fabulous and has endless choice to suit all tastes. The hotel have a policy of only being able to reserve sunbeds round the pool for 30 minutes. I agree with this except I think 1 hour should be the limit as when you come down for breakfast I don’t think 30 minutes is long enough to go and eat. It was definitely a big plus and it stops people putting towels on sunbeds and not using the beds. We booked the exclusive package which includes bed, breakfast & evening meal. You also have use of the exclusive bar between 10.30 to 18.00 where there is food, beer, soft drinks, wine & spirits. Very happy with our choice.

Cannot recommend enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The hotel team was amazing and we had a great time. The hotel itself has an amazing pool area and the room was nice. The hotel was fully booked during our stay but did not feel crowded at all, as we were always able to find space by the pool and at the restaurant. The only downside was not being able to get a late check-out, but that’s understandable.

Service was fantastic. The people who works at Tigotan are the best part of the hotel. Makes Tigotan that I wold like to come back again and again.
David and Abdul making all my food with love and happiness started my day with joy at the dining hall, Lucinda served me every day like í was special so thank you Lucinda for that.

We had room overlooking pool but if you prefer a sunny balcony ask hotel in advance for a room overlooking the pool with sunny balcony. Hotel very smart, well kept and good variety really good. Pool rules are good. If you come to pool early and leave towel/bed unattended for 30 it gets removed. Stop fold putting towels down and leave for later. Great idea. Staff really friendly and nightly entertainment and fun activities during day at poolside
