We had a brilliant holiday here last week. The hotel was ultra modern and spotlessly clean. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day with new towels by friendly,happy staff who do a great job.
We had a fab room, 212 overlooking the pool. The pool is well policed by the lifeguard. No music or jumping around allowed in the pool and no reserving of beds. There is a fabulous roof top terrace.
We had a nice quiet room. Large with plenty of cupboard space. Good, modern kitchen area with normal sized fridge. Well equiped. We stayed B&B. Restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was excellent with proper bacon and sausages. Large selection to choose from and the omelette station was brilliant.
If I had to complain about anything, I would say the bedding and towels could do with replacing as they were a bit old and grey looking.
It was centrally located close to lots of bars and restaurants.
We would definitely recommend and would return.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The place was spotless clean and the rooms cleaned daily no matter the time of day. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We stayed for 9 nights in the Standard Suite and it was really spacious with lovely views. The only thing bad about our stay is it was very noisy in the mornings as we didn't have pool view and were close to the road so bring earplugs as those rooms are close to a busy road. Other than that will will absolutely be back!

An excellent choice for anyone visiting Tenerife. Hotel was excellent, as were all the staff and service. All inclusive well worth the price and a fantastic selection. Nice pool and lounging area just beside the bar and gym. Pretty close to beaches, restaurants, pubs, clubs etc...

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean! Spacious rooms with everything you need, air con, storage, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, fresh towels and bedding everyday. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Jose at the pool bar was great fun, Maria in the restaurant, always happy and smiling and Julio at the hotel bar, friendly and fun!
The food is amazing, we stayed all-inclusive and the variety and availability is excellent, there is literally everything you could possibly want. We tried a number of different dishes that we hadn't had before and it was all fresh and delicious. The menu changed everyday so there always something new to try. The pool was exceptionally clean and so refreshing in the heat! There was entertainment every night in the bar, local singers and a DJ, these were all really good. There us a free gym that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is centred in the middle of Las Americas, its a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of shops and places to buy excursions and there is a gift/grocery shop right opposite the hotel. We visited Siam Park, this is a 30 minute walk away or you can get a bus/taxi from outside the hotel. Veronica's strip is a 15 minute walk away if you like to go clubbing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be returning to Tenerife and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now.

This hotel has the potential to fantastic apart from the pool area. Your not allowed any music no balls in the pool as in small hand balls no diving no jumping no vaping no inflatable’s the lifeguard and rules have ruined our time at this hotel as his customer service needs vast improvement. Yes this is an adult only hotel but we all come to relax and enjoy our not get told off like children while he is meant to be watching the pool for safety not watching his phone and telling people not move sun loungers 😡
