Great hotel in an amazing location, staff friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Food was the nicest i have had in a all inclusive hotel. Beach on the doorstep and bars/restaurants very close by. I would definitely return.

Lovely hotel with really friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are good and clean but my only criticism is that they have mini bar coolers (which are useless and don't really make drinks cold) rather than refrigerators. Also, the gym is disappointing and needs attention in order to advertise this as a legitimate facility. Otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing!

Honest review! We are just coming to the end if our 7 night holiday. The hotel is in a perfect location, lots to see and do within walking distance. There are some parts of the hotel that need refurbishment but nothing that effected our experience. ALL the staff were amazing from entertainment to reception. The rooms are fine, again some little bits need doing. We liked the food and would recommend booking the Italian and Mediterranean restaurant for the experience and change of menu. All in all we paid £650 each for 7 nights, so no complaints.

Upgraded to a sea room view and it was completely worth the money for the views and was more peaceful than the pool view room we initially had. Great that they do a later breakfast from 10am. Perfect for the teenagers and also for myself as I tend to eat breakfast at this time normally. Location is perfect right by the beach and bars/ restaurants. Air conditioning in the rooms we had weren't great. Hotel is very kid friendly, our teenagers really enjoyed the pool. The main restaurant is in the basement and is very hot. If I were to come again I would only do bed and breakfast as the breakfast was in the pool bar so had natural light coming in and a breeze from outside. Food was typical of all inclusive. Unfortunately the gym is in the basement , no air con and is a bit too isolated for a lone person to be working out in.

Rooms definitely need a wee bit TLC! Booked a standard twin room (Half Board) was upgraded to superior and was welcomed openly by reception on arrival. Food is standard, usual stuff, ate out most nights though. Service with staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect! I don’t get bothered by most things so with my personal opinion I can’t really fault this place except the little dents (wear and tear) in the room, which doesn’t affect anything! I can’t wait to see how the place is after the relevant renovations! Will be staying here again— to top it off my partner proposed to me at the beach view area which was just absolutely perfect 🩷 Many thanks!

We were a little apprehensive after reading some reviews. No need. Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. Very good food and varied for an AI package holiday hotel. The desk staff are very helpful and professional. The dining room and bar staff work hard, are polite and always have a smile. There are just about enough sunbeds round the pool, there's a pool bar too. Makes me laugh though cos none of them actually get in the pool!!! Probably another 60 sunbeds on a large terrace and large beds with drapes. Lots of activities during the day and fun shows in the evening. The staff work so hard and gave us a good time. You get what you pay for and it was worth every penny.

We are pleased with the stay. the food is very good, varied, the service is very good. the rooms are clean and comfortable. everything would be great if the water in the pool was heated. and a big minus is that you can hear everything in the room. you can hear your neighbors from every side. the worst is when it is after midnight and the neighbors are partying right next door. They do not supervise it, every day we called the reception at night to report it. a very large majority of people from England who do not respect other people.

room was totally falling apart at the seams and very outdated. lamps were falling off the wall, the door wasn't on the railings on the wardrobe, cupboards didn't shut and forget about a working safe. staff were friendly and helpful and the little shop was a little overpriced but nice and i guess that's convenience for you. pool was freezing 24/7 even after 30°c sun on it all day and breakfast was inedible besides the biscuits. juices were not good and yoghurt just dried out your mouth. nearest usable beach is not that close and the town is a 10 minute walk away. scenery was nice and they had their own bus stop for coaches and airport shuttles but nearest real bus stop was 5 minutes down a hill. located next to an abandoned building site that looked very sketchy although we never had any problems with it. free water by the door which was nice and luggage storage if you turn up too early, although not at all secure. loud music one of the nights we were there but we wasn't too bad and we didn't even notice it by the time we went to bed. definitely a 3 star stay at most and cheap for a reason. I'd rather go somewhere much nicer for less time, but I don't think we'll be returning to this area anyway.

At first I nearly did not book this family holiday due to some reviews here . I ( we ) have no idea why they are so bad we were totally happy. The rooms were clean, food was good, location was good, they threw in a free and very very good extra Christmas day dinner, sorted out car rental and anything else we needed. I can only recommend this place to be honest. We had half board and had no issues the entire stay.

Ground floor room is of a good size, nice to have a bath as well as a shower. On arrival our room was nice and clean so no issues with that. Pros. Large room. Bath and shower (over bath). Large wardrobe, with both hanging space and shelving. Plenty of mirrors for the ladies 🙂. Fridge. Clean and tidy with regular maid service. Cons. No tea/coffee making facilities (kettle hire is available). Safe is at extra cost. Very few plug sockets. Can't lock up patio door from outside (ground floor). Decor and furniture is showing it's age. The drains/plug holes/ toilet smelt awful in our room, reported to reception who did something?? And also placed an air freshener in the bathroom which made the room useable. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful. Good variety of either cooked or continental. Food quality was good rather than great.. Massive pool area (didn't use) plenty of sun bathing areas. Not drinker's so didn't visit the bar. Plenty of shops/eateries near by. Bus stops also near by. We would happily stay here again but we feel investment is definitely needed. Ps, staff all lovely and very helpful. On a personal note, it would be nice if the hotel had a "no smoking" section of rooms. We felt unable to use our patio as every one around us was smoking and the smoke/smell was horrid.

A Mixed Bag at the Mirador hotel for ourselves for a wee one 1st holiday abroad. The Mirador offers a comfortable stay, especially for families with young children. Our modern ground-floor room was perfect, overlooking the pool and equipped with a bath and a large travel cot. While the evening entertainment for adults was enjoyable, the children's entertainment started too late and was rather underwhelming. The hotel's dining experience was inconsistent. Breakfast was excellent, but lunch and dinner were disappointing. The themed nights, like the Spanish night, were okay but lacked flavor and variety. We found ourselves eating out frequently. The staff, however, were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay near the beachfront.

This is are second time here and it has been amazing! The location is brilliant, there is a lovely walk down to the nearest town with shops and restaurants and the harbour. The food isn’t amazing but what do you expect at a buffet all inclusive, it is definitely better than some of the other hotel food I have had. Everywhere is really clean.

We visited this time last year and had a fantastic week. At the time of booking we asked for ground floor in a quiet area because we have a young kiddo and they gave us the perfect room! The staff were so polite & helpful throughout, especially the restaurant staff. My lo & I have quite a few food allergies (gluten, dairy, egg & soya) and we were so well looked after! Their lovely head chef went out of her way to take me around and show me all of the options which were very clearly labelled. I could speak to the team and they would take an order for the following meal for gluten free bread, pasta, cake etc. We were also offered a packed lunch if we wanted to go out somewhere for the day. The only issue we had was that the dairy free butter contained soya. The hotel was kept clean and there are water filter points throughout the hotel so that we didn't have to buy bottles. The lovely beach and the town were both a short walk away. There is a shop up the road who are able to order in specific free from milks if contacted ahead of time. For Halloween the hotel staff organised face painting, games and pumpkin carving for all the guests to participate in. It was a lot of fun for kids and adults! Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa as well! Thank you to the wonderful team!

We Had an excellent week here, first off the staff are amazing. Marcos in reception so friendly, the entertainment staff exceptional, the food was fantastic, albeit it would be nice if they had vegetarian symbols, so I didn't have to ask each time I wanted to eat something. The maids kept the rooms very clean. We went half board, because only had a couple of drinks in the evening but if I was paying for all inclusive would be slightly annoyed by the ques at the bar.

Just got back from my vacation here (beginning of December). Great location as there is local amenities around & the beach is a 7 minute walk down the road. Staff were friendly & polite. There’s a big variety of cuisines to choose from with lots of food options each day. Will say cutlery needs to be more cleaner as I had to continuously look for clean cups & plates. Cleaning staff could have done better with the cleanliness of the room as insects were found often on floors in which I removed myself.Bed sheets and towels wasn’t changed often which would have been nice however bins and tables were cleaned daily. Rooms are spacious & was provided with extra pillows and blankets which was lovely. The rooms were like bungalows which provided tables & chairs to sit outside which is great especially if you just want some alone/ rest time which is highly appreciated. Great choices for entertainment & activities for kids & adults. The outdoor pool area and bar was great - does get busy midday so reserve your chairs from early! I would recommend this hotel more for families instead of solo travels like myself! Overall I am satisfied.

All inclusive resort. Nice, not posh. Rooms spacious, well appointed. Could be cleaner. Food buffet plenty of options,some very good, most okay, some Clearly bulk institutional fare. Specialty dining terrible, don’t bother. Entertainment: enthusiastic and talented performers but low budget acts. Pools Not heated, activities may require extra fee or limited availability. Seems like the staff try very hard to do the best they can with a limited budget to make experience positive. A short walk to beach and shops but not near trendier parts of island.

Still no water given in the rooms, I saw a response from the owner saying they would investigate as it you should get a bottle of water as part of the ai package.(clearly lip service) the rooms look really nice and we was in a lovely part of the complex, my complaint is the house keeping, our experience was dirt, dirt and more dirt. Floors never swept in main rooms but in bathroom was swept into the corner??. My partner hated the hard beds so was going to try the sofa beds but when pulled out was full of crumbs and huge dirty sheets!! I've taken pictures because I couldn't believe it from a 4* but that's really what the issue is all over. It looks on the surface nice! But the food area has no real presentation and most of the meats have a slight under taste I wasn't keen on. Others around me was loving the food. I think it's hard for staff to be motivated all of the time all year round but this was my holiday and this was your job to make my holiday. From reception slamming a bottle of water down when I mentioned the review reply to the bar staff and cleaners. They really don't want to be there, in then end neither did I. Spent most of our money eating out so a waste of a ai package. The facilities on offer are definitely 4* but the quality of food to the standard of service 3 and cleanliness was 1

We booked this for several reasons after reading a lot of the positive reviews but on arrival it became apparent straight away this was not the case. Didn't arrive until after 21:00, so after a long day all we wanted was to get settled down to a good night's rest and start our holiday in morning. 1. We paid for the SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM as this was an important holiday for us as a couple. What we got was 2 single beds ( very poor quality) pushed together but didn't stay that way(even sitting down on them, they moved) the 2 single individual duvets that you get in what's meant to be a Superior room is shocking. 2. I suffer from a disability that makes it difficult for me to climb stairs but as the hotel offered a lift and stated complex was suitable for wheelchairs as it had a lift, we thought this would be ideal. We arrived 1 week ago 15/12/24 only for the lift to be out of order, today 22/12/24 were still in the same situation which has flared and aggravated my condition causing severe pain due to tackling the stairs to get to reception and exit the complex. 3.Getting settled into room we noticed there was no water (we were All INCLUSIVE) but instead a bottle of cheap wine, both my partner and I don't drink alcohol. I went to reception to politely ask for water, I was shocked and baffled when I was told you don't get water for rooms but I could have a glass( tiny port glass) in reception which I had to drink there and then. Option 2 was go and buy a bottle from the vending machine ( which jammed when putting money in). I went to Tui rep in morning only to be told to go buy a big bottle at shop and then go and refill them at designated water machines which tasted awful. IVE STAYED IN MANY A HOTEL ON AN A/I BOARD AND NEVER HAVE I HAD TO GO WITH A PLASTIC BOTTLE TO REFILL FROM A MACHINE WITH A HOSE STYLE ATTACHED TO A WALL. I FELT LIKE A THIRD WORLD BEGGAR STANDING WITH AN EMPTY BOTTLE TO REFILL IT. The bungalows with their own private terrace are lovely and you do have the option of the busy fun pool which is perfect for young families and a quieter pool if you prefer the quieter option. The foods nothing to write about, just the usual for A/I and suits families with young children. This is not a 4* hotel as stated, I would struggle to give it a 3*

This hotel is a nightmare, which even now, after 2 weeks, I find it hard to forget. Dirt, stench and vermin. Cold, dry and disgusting food. Flies in the rooms. Disgusting and old splash park for children. Food poisoning among guests. Unfriendly staff, working as if for punishment. Holes in the tiles by the pool, garbage lying everywhere, which no one cleans. The smell of sewage throughout the hotel - attracts flies, of which there are dozens in the rooms... I have no words for this hotel.

Junior suite was booked. Rooms were great and spacious. Only happened to be one of the most expensive rooms but next to major building work. I would prefer to have a basic room and away from the construction. Bit cheeky that there was no explanation about that when booking the room. We did get a bottle of cava for free but that was only after we claimed. If it had been a proactive gesture then would have appreciated the gesture a bit more. Breakfast was very good and location is right next to restaurants and bars but location next to construction work is not good.

I am not one to stay at the same hotel all the time but we stayed here 3 times (last was 24.11.2024-01.12.2024) and were never disappointed. The property is great, location is fantastic , rooms are very spacious and clean, staff are all lovely, pools are warm and food is fresh and very respectable for the price. We came when our son was 9 months, 16 months and 2.5 years. We always had breakfast but ordered half board last two times as we thought it will give us more options for feeding a toddler, it was a very good decision. Not least because the options for feeding children a varied diet going out for meals at the restaurants are very limited unless you want to feed them pasta and chicken nuggets the entire holiday. But actually, we also happily ate there most evenings, the value for money is fantastic and there was good variety, food was tasty and fresh. There are only a handful of restaurants in Costa Teguise that are really worth paying €60-70 for a family dinner and it was nice not to be forced to go out every night. I would also add that the last time we stayed the pool was by far the warmest of all our stays, it was like 28-29 degrees, perfect for little children, we were over the moon. I don’t know if this is a new policy or a one off but it was certainly warmer than during our previous stays and it was amazing. Also with regards to construction, there are definitely major works going on at the hotel, but it didnt affect our holiday in any way. First, there was no work on weekends. Second, there was only one day out of our one week stay when there were really loud works and it was around lunchtime for maybe 2 hours, really no big deal. To be fair We spent most days on the beach so for us it was a non-issue. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Stayed here 7-14 dec 2024. This hotel is an absolute diamond. Could not fault anything at all. Loved small and friendly layout and low rise room blocks. Lovely heated pools. Rooms fabulous, food great and customer service amazing. Location could not be better. I can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here 19.10.24 for 7 nights and found the staff nice. The room was a junior suite with a lovely big super king-sized bed (not 2 singles put together). Nice view over the pool and plenty of storage space. Also, the safe was free and easy to use. There are plenty of lights and a smallfridge. The shower and toilet area was big with a walk-in shower and separated toilet. Both pools were lovely and warm. That are separated by rooms. The only negative was that there was only one pool bar. Breakfast was OK, with plenty of choice. There's some building work going on next to the hotel, but we never heard much. The entrance is down the side in the car park. East access to all bars ,restaurants, and beach.

We have just returned home from a 10 night stay. Our room was lovely plenty of room the bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfy and big. The staff were so friendly on reception and were very helpfull. The building work didn't bother us at all just a little bit of noise nothing to complain about. The bar staff Sebastian was very helpful and friendly and the chef Yin made us a lovely tuna wrap with salad and chips. Cleaners did a great job the place is spotless. The best things about this hotel, All rooms have a sea view. The Wi-Fi is very good as we were able to watch programmes with no buffering via prime video. English Tv stations about 7 other foreign stations available. Showers were roomy with plenty of hot water. Towels replaced regular however they were very thin ( due the amount of time washed ). Food. Most holiday hotels have a 14 day menu! Here the head chef doesn’t like waste as you can see he has reinvented some products not used from the previous meal and added to the next meal! Fresh products = 7/10 Variety = 7/10 Bar The hotel operates all inclusive, Half Board and B&B! If you are not all inclusive make sure you keep all your receipts for drinks otherwise you may find you might be paying for more than you had by either staff mistakes or other guests getting the wrong room number! The house draught beer was not great or the Amstel! The beer tasted as though the beer lines hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Hotel service! If you are not app, or computer literate then you’re in for an experience! There is no map of the hotel! So finding facilities and on what floor is a nightmare unless you ask staff. Reception Don’t try and hire a car they just lead you to a company across the road that they recommend. When you get there the staff tell you to book on line🤷🏼‍♂️ We used Famara car hire around the corner which go out of there way to serve you right. Unfortunately during our stay the only helpful receptionist was a young male, the others that assisted? Seemed very direct more like a doctor’s receptionist rather than a someone in the hospitality trade. Both the rooms and hotel furniture were looking a bit tired and the wooden floor panels were separating at the joints. Hotel lifts to the floors very good, plentiful and fast. If you are frail or disabled this hotel is friendly, easy to get about with handles in the showers and a stool is available. All in all a 7/10 hotel. Nothing other than a refurbishment, remapping and a little retraining that could improve the hotel to a 10/10

We are here now and the hotel it's self is stunning, and really clean. Great location , but the sunbed situation is ridiculous people are getting up at 6.00am for a sunbed. Also food wise breakfast is pretty good, but gosh evening meal choice is very poor, and poor selection of desserts. Some of the staff are not so pleasant, after reading up on this hotel and mostly positive reviews, I'm sorry to say mine isn't .I'm not sure I would return because they don't do B&B .

If you like cold food it's your place to go, morons up early putting towels out staff friendly and helpful but food tasteless and cold. The small beach at the back okay but the toilets absolutely vile shit every where disgusting and that was just the ladies, but nothing to do with the hotel everywhere else great. Beware if not all-inclusive but half board pay your bar bill every morning you could get hit with a hefty bill.

Just returned Saturday from Los Zoccos - such a beautiful well maintained hotel and would highly recommend for families. We were in a room near the pool bar, which made it perfect as we were close to the pool, playground and facilities but still very quiet every night. - The room was spacious and comfortable, mattresses quite hard but this comes down to preference but still slept very well. The rooms were absolutely spotless when we arrived with lovely bedding and towels, the housekeepers did a great job each day and the room remained lovely and clean. - The staff work non stop keeping the whole hotel spotless, we saw the sunbeds being cleaned regularly, and the areas around the pool and the pools too. The grounds are well maintained and looked stunning. - We only had food from the buffet during our stay, we were all inclusive but ate out most lunches just because we wanted to try local restaurants but would of also been just happy having all our meals there. Whilst not all the foods were too our liking, that's just us being fussy, the options were so big and varied, food topped up regularly and very tasty. As others have mentioned, the bacon was a great addition. - The staff, whether being reception, restaurant staff or housekeeping were all always so friendly, seemed genuinely happy to be there each day and do a wonderful job. - We had an issue with out TV where it turned itself on regularly, we notified reception so they are aware, we explained it did not bother us as we won't really use it and will just unplug it and they offered us another room - we declined as it wasn't causing us a problem and we were very happy with our room but felt that service was just fantastic. Should we ever return to Lanzarote, we know where we would stay!

Los Zocos deserves it's namesake, and is an excellent place for a family holiday. The site is surprisingly large, with multiple (cold) pools, a free mini golf site, bar, football courts and so forth. The beach is very close outside. Rooms are generally great, we were very pleased to hear very little noise from entertainment in the evening etc. Food was generally great with a wide variety of options. Hotel WiFi again was surprisingly excellent, at least in our room. The entertainment team defo try their best, and staff are generally very kind. Not much I would suggest for improvements, however it would be nice if food were clearly labelled for allergens. Heated pools would have been a dream, as would some more kids splash play equipment. The kids park could do with a little revamp, and the gritty sand is very unpleasant underfoot. Locked safe is an add-on. This is an excellent place to take children on account of the large site, buffet and nearby beach. Note that every meal time you will get gawked at by boomers (and not in a friendly way). We would recommend Los Zocos, and hope to stay again.

So impressed, we're in the last few days of our stay here and are planning a return next August for 3 weeks here. We stayed in a few places in canaries all inclusive and I've got to say this has far been the best experience the food has been marvelous, the staff are friendly and cleanliness is second to none. Definitely a four star experience. This is not against the hotel but a warm pool would make this a perfection .

We’ve just come back after 7 nights away. The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable. They were cleaned every day and always lovely to come back to and chill before dinner. The resort is lovely with a very Lanzarote feel to it. Very well kept and clean. Pool was gorgeous, yes cold but as soon as we were in it was perfect. The kids and I enjoyed our swims. The sunbeds are great and plentiful, no real need to reserve any (for a change) The main eating area was well organised and we sat out in the balcony/terrace area every day. The food was great, always stuff for kids, not just chips and nuggets. They ate gorgeous salads, grilled chicken, lamb etc. breakfast was stunning with fruit, selections of breads and yes a good fresh cooked breakfast (English bacon if that’s your thing) We strolled through the shops (no hassle to buy) to the beach and had a fabulous time in the waves! Everyone is friendly and fabulous to walk the whole coast line .. gorgeous in the morning or at night. We did a boat trip and had a great day out at sea and on a remote volcanic beach. We swam, ate on the boat and enjoyed feeding/swimming with the fish. All in all it’s been the best family holiday we’ve had for a while. Both the kids and us feel chilled and relaxed with nice sun-kissed tan for October. We will definitely come back and would stay again at the same hotel, Los Zocos.

Had a 5 day trip here which was great very relaxed atmosphere apart from mealtimes when the restaurant was buzzing. Food was of high standard but a tad limited and I suspect it could get repetitive if our stay lasted any longer. Drink measures are generous to say the least. Room could do with some TLC but was comfortable and well appointed. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel to look at, nice reception and welcoming staff. This changes as soon as you are in the hotel and checked in. There were drinks glasses left around the hotel on ledges etc that were not cleaned up. Food was terrible and could barely be eaten. You have to book your dinner slot between 6-7pm and 8.30-9pm which felt silly. We managed to eat breakfast in the hotel but rest of the time we had to eat elsewhere, the fact that they had two paid restaurants that had lovely food made it even more frustrating that they were capable of cooking good food but don’t. Pool was okay, hot and cold pools. But the cold pool is riddled with seagulls, I stepped on a fish while in the water which was more than unpleasant. Staff at the bars were slow and honestly quite shocking. Four people in the bar, three standing around talking and just one serving a long line of people. They did some frozen cocktails but it was hit or miss, sometimes lovely, sometimes it would taste very bad. Such a lovely location on the marina and a huge building. But the there needs to be more staff, better food and drinks to justify the price of all inclusive. I would not have paid what I did if I knew how everything would be at the hotel. Quite disappointing and would have loved to return if these things are fixed.

So good I’ll go back….. The hotel does provide the wow factor with everywhere looking spotless. The Royal level is a good walk from reception with the option to jump on an electric buggy. Rooms are a very good size with everything you need for a relaxing stay, only downside is the lack of privacy for a shower. Beds are huge and comfy ensuring you get a good nights sleep. The infinity pool is fab but let down by the other guests booking sun beds and using them infrequently. There are plenty of sun beds at the main pool where it seems less manic with more guests though. Management needs to experience the main restaurant to understand why it’s so disorganised there’s bits all over the place in three rooms. There seems to be a complete lack of tables meaning people are wandering around. Food is not fabulous with very limited options for us veggies. If you’re vegan, good luck with that. The hotel offers great views across the marina. Bars seem under staffed with large queues in the evening, if you’re paying then prices seem reasonable. Evening entertainment at the Champ bar needs improving.

One of the best holidays. The hotel is amazing, the food is really good. A lot of choices. Top service. All the staff is so kind. Lucia and Alfonso if the animation team are so sweet. I really recomand this hotel. It is also very wheelchair accessible. We will come back for sure

The room was big and spacious and very clean, the hotel is very big and the common areas are wide and open, though it might be very windy, you don't feel it's busy, there are always chairs by the pool and you feel calm at all times. Lots of activities by the pool! Dancing, football, sap yoga... Superb! The hotel is new and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. There's a lovely small playground and kids pool next to each other and next to the main pool which is super comfortable! The location is the best. 5 minutes walk from playa Dorado (sandy beach), 2 minutes from the promenade and walking distance from many restaurants (Rubicon marina for example). Super wide and comfortable bed, nice balcony, lots of light! Sockets everywhere in the room. Toilets all around the hotel, very easy to find your way. You have a waterproof hand bracelet that gives you access to the room and the promenade, super easy and advanced. No more handling with key to the room. Loved it! Highly recommended and would definitely like to stay again! The only thing that needs improving in my opinion is the food quality of breakfast (the only meal we had at the hotel). There's big variety but not good quality.

Wow! Everything about this hotel was so good. Let's start from rooms. It was clean and had a beautifull smell. It was cleaned daily. Bed was enormous and very comfy. Our room was on the ground floor and we had little balcony with garden. I enjoyed looking at the sunset and drinking a glass of wine. Food was diverse. There was something for everyone and if u love eating fish like me, you will be very satisfied! Only thing, I think there is not big enough choice for vegetarians. We were very happy with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, I have to mention wine which is included in a meal. Its not some trashy wine, it is high-quality. In a restaurant you could choose where you want to sit, there was always available tables. There are two pools. One is heated, the other one isnt. We used both of them. Also, I have to mention delicious coctails which were included in all inclusive in a bar next to a pool. They were perfect. You have to try the spa. We went twice. Pool and saunas are amazing. Location is, I think, the best on the island. Playa Dorada is just few minutes walk from hotel.

Seriously a 5-star stay. Came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 17 friends and were greeted by the warmest, most friendliest staff and a glass of bubbles on arrival. Our rooms were kept spotless, and the staff continuously made sure my birthday was celebrated with little treats and shout-outs from the evening performers (who were also absolutely fab!). The staff bent over backwards to ensure we had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay - truly above and beyond. The drinks were strong, there were heaps of food options, and staff were always smiling and laughing. And if the staff weren’t special enough to give this a 5 star review, the guests were so kind and wanted to chat and wish me a happy birthday. A real credit to the wonderful atmosphere at this lovely resort. Highly recommend!

The hotel is fabulous, with staff who just can't do enough for you. Pool area and bar is excellent, with some excellent laid back music acts on the pool stage throughout the day. The only problem is the food - nothing is hot enough and a lot of meat and fish is undercooked. Its not even possible to get a hot cup of coffee at breakfast. It's a shame because the food used to be so good here.

Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Spacious, well kept suites, big fluffy white towels and clean white bedding. Suites cleaned daily to a high standard. Grounds kept impeccable, some lovely flowers and bushes. Some of the decking around pool area and pool bar area is loose and broken so does need attention. Also more parasols needed. Food is definitely not as good as we have had, fewer choices. Breakfast food is definitely the best for choice. The staff here are amazing, all work so hard and always happy and smiling.

Lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Close to a little supermarket. A short walk to the beach and to the town and restaraunts. The only downside for me was the choice of food, I stayed half board and was thankful that I had not payed for all inclusive although that is just my personal opinion. Would definitely stay there again.

Could not ask more of the staff. They represent the company well and made us feel like VIP guests. It is clear that they have an effective training programme as there was consistency from all staff. Buffet has a good variety but nothing to write home about. I got more pleasure from the oats, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast as some food was either too salty or just bland.

Great location, excellent staff; they were all so friendly and helpful. Perfect having an adults only stay. For the price, I expected a bit more from the room, and I think with the dust the floors need to be cleaned more regularly. There was also a lot of mould in the shower. Food was amazing and so varied. Squid ink paella was the best, I thoroughly enjoyed all of the seafood. Lovely place to spend Christmas, and fun activities were hosted throughout each day. The worst part about the stay is people "claiming" sunbeds. Even though the sign says that they can't be away from a sunbed for more than 60mins, people would leave their belongings for hours without using them. We'd come down at 8:30am and most loungers were taken, but people wouldn't use them till 11 or 12. Absolutely ridiculous. Still, I would stay again.

I had requested a nice room for a special anniversary if possible, however the room allocated was awful it had a number of issues and was constantly dark with no sunlight. I changed rooms a number of times and every time something was broken, so I had to pay for an upgrade and even then on the first occasion I had to move as there was a smell of sewage coming from the shower. Having been recommended to me by some friends this hotel was a huge letdown terrible. Just a couple of positives the food is quite good and the young lady at the pool doing the activities is very engaging and kind of

Fantastic resort. Food is great, staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. We are having the best time. Not sure why the person a couple of reviews below have given a 1* to a hotel that they haven’t stayed at. I for one would be pretty annoyed if there were kids in a hotel lobby or by the doors of an adult only hotel that I’ve specifically booked because it’s child free. It says adults only in the hotel title and is literally the title of the hotel on google maps, a baffling review.

Stayed here over the new year. Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff. They put in a huge amount of time and effort, particularly for the New Year’s Eve meal and party afterwards in the sports bar downstairs. The place was packed and hopping with band and DJ. The buffet for breakfast and evening dinner was very impressive with lots to choose from on all courses. There was always plenty of room in the restaurant and always managed to get a seat inside or out. The staff are very helpful and so friendly. Sitting here trying to pick out a negative and to be honest I can’t. It was great. We went all inclusive, so didn’t venture too far from the hotel for food etc. but there are places to see and walks close by around small shopping areas. There beach which is lovely, is only a very short walk away.

We stayed here for two nights only but really enjoyed it . The bungalow / villa we stayed in was a bit dated but saying that was really clean and had everything u need such as oven , iron , dishwasher and even a washing machine. The pool area was good and the pool was nicely heated making swimming very pleasurable. Overall the complex had good facilities, was very clean ,well maintained and friendly helpful staff especially the lady at reception.We thought it was great value and the whole family agreed we would definitely come back here .

Just had lovely week at Las Brisas. Bungalow was great with everything g you could need. Staff in all areas were very friendly and efficient and sorted a couple of small issues out very professionally. Have stayed in Playa Blanca 2 or 3 times a year for years but 1st time at Las Brisas but would be happy to come back, no hesitation. Thank you to everyone.

Overall enjoyed it. It’s close to town literally 15 min walk to one of the main beaches, 5 min walk from the nearest supermarket. The one reason I gave 4 stars is cause we had cockroaches but we turned it into a fun adventure of capturing them and releasing them outside. Heated pool is a bonus We did get a feeling this was popular with the older generations.

Really nice resort. Bungalows are spacious and comfortable with their own private garden/patio area. The bar serves good food in a friendly environment. Would have given more stars, but was woken up every morning between 7 - 7.30 by a woman dragging sunbeds around to accommodate her large family. Unfortunately some people seem to be oblivious to the fact there is accommodation next to the pool area. If we come back we would ask for accommodation away from pool.

Me and my partner stayed here for our first holiday together and it was magical. The hotel was amazing for us we are very active there was football, tennis and plenty of other activities for us to do it is also in a great location close to anything you could want in walking distance there is something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the cleaning ladies did a phenomenal job on our room every day which we are very grateful for. The entertainment team were great and we had a blast the night time shows were of very high quality with great joy and great humour too. We will definitely be staying or stopping by on our next trip to lanzarote thank you for a great experience!

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay at the THB Tropical Island Hotel. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a buffet restaurant and three themed restaurants (Italian, Asian, and Mexican), which add some nice variety to the dining experience. Note that you’ll need to make reservations for the themed restaurants in advance. We opted for the All-Inclusive package, and while the food selection was abundant, some dishes lacked flavor, likely due to being frozen, which is a minor drawback if you’re looking for fresh, vibrant tastes. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with just a few initial issues. The slats on the sofa bed were broken, and the linens hadn’t been prepared for the children, which was disappointing upon arrival. However, after notifying the staff, they promptly fixed the sofa bed and provided linens the next day. The main area where the hotel could improve is the reception experience. After a long day of travel, we found the welcome a bit lacking. With over sixty guests arriving at the same time, there was only one staff member at the reception, which led to long waits and a rushed check-in experience. Additionally, the hotel requires a deposit for towels and a second room key, which felt unnecessary given the level of service expected at this standard. Waiving these deposits would enhance the guest experience and align with the hotel’s overall standing. A special thanks to the animation team at O Club, especially Lola and Lucas, who added so much fun and energy to our stay. Their enthusiasm and dedication truly made a difference, and they helped make our experience at the hotel memorable. Overall, THB Tropical Island is a good choice for families and couples looking for a well-equipped resort in Lanzarote. With just a few improvements, it could become an excellent destination.

Had a recent stay in this beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our time here, it's on a ideal location near to Airport and Bus, Taxi stand just out side the hotel. The hotel have a shop as well. Rooms are clean and spacious with Bay view. The staff are friendly and very Helpful. Thank you so much Paulina at the Front Desk. There is a shopping centre with Lots of Bars & Restaurants nearby And lovely seaside walk also. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices. 2 large pools there, we enjoyed and will be back soon.

Second visit in just over 1 year, still a great hotel however what is going on with the dining!!. On arrival in November stay, offered buffet dinner for half price and advised to book- why?, At dinner, granted 6 30pm but we were only people there!, told to go up to buffet as often as you want. I understand that restaurant is still being run separately from hotel and it appears to be still not working and no evening entertainment. However, cannot fault staff, reception staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Cleaning staff work very hard and always friendly. Hotel is very clean and room overlooking pool was a great bonus, was requested and we appreciated the hotel accommodating us.

A very comfortable and practical hotel, with the amenities I would expect. Decent breakfast with plenty of options, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent location near the airport (although you can hear the planes taking off). A special mention to Julia who was superb in giving us really excellent service. However the hotel doesn't get a 5 star rating because the beds weren't very comfortable and very loud when moving around, the gym was not adequate and suitable for any weight lifting, the decor in the rooms and the hotel was fairly old. But it was overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30, and as our room wasn't ready yet, we were directed to a changing area before we relaxed by the pool while waiting. When it was time to check in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious, featuring two balconies, a large kitchen/living area, a big bedroom, and a fantastic bathroom. Although we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was a lovely upgrade to have. The upper pool was great, complete with a lively poolside bar. Brendon, the barman, was friendly and kept the atmosphere fun with his lighthearted banter. Happy hour, which ran from 4 to 5 PM, offered a good selection of drinks at a discount. We only had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which had plenty of options, however, since we were only there for a few days, we chose to explore the local dining scene for our other meals. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area, just a short walk from the beach. It's also conveniently located near a supermarket, and there's another well-priced supermarket right in the hotel basement. Overall, we had a great stay, and if we return to Lanzarote, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Don't book this hotel, service and quality of food is bad! We stayed in Ilunion Hotel for one week over New Year's Eve (2024-2025). Since there are hardly any restaurants around we chose the half-board option for breakfast and dinner. However, after "enjoying" the first dinner evening in a tiny dining hall that reminds more on a school canteen with a gross buffet and a vulgar, utterly disgusting guest audience than a 4-star hotel dining hall, we asked the reception desk to cancel our half-board. The lady at the reception desk told us that she has to check with her boss and we should come back again on the next day. So, we came on the next day, but apparently our request has been forgotten. Therefore the lady at the reception desk asked her boss in our presence and the simple answer was "No, you have to pursue this through booking.com and we cannot do this for you". Although I expressed several times how unsatisfied and disappointed we are with the hotel, the food quality as well as the service, there was no effort to comply with our requests. Additionally, the hotel is spammed with tons of vulgar and disgusting people who have no clue about social etiquette. The rooms are spacious, however equipped with very uncharming interior that just covers basic needs (bed, couch, table,...) and has its best days over. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who craves for a decent and calm 4-star hotel with good food quality and friendly service personnel. Price and effort definitely does not pay off here!

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel in Lanzarote. Very close to airport around 7-10min with a car. 5min walk from the beach and seaside, lots of restaurants and one bigger supermarket (spar). Big swimming pool, amazing atmosphere and very tidy. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Room service was coming everyday to tidy the room. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Furthermore they have museum in the basement - very nice idea! Highly recommend!

We stayed here in August 2024 and could not fault the place, clean, great pool, towels and cleaning service every day. They had breakfast there too but we didn't have this. All the staff were lovely and even the lifeguards were helping people put suncream on their backs of lone travellers. Great facilities if you are in a chair and the lifeguards couldn't do enough with helps with the winch chair to the suncream. All in all 5 our of 5

I had an extremely distressing experience at this hotel as a solo female traveler. The receptionist's behavior was highly inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. He repeatedly asked if I was alone, commented on the lack of cameras on the premises, and attempted to solicit my social media information. This conduct was unsettling and left me feeling anxious and vulnerable. I was so uncomfortable that I had to call a friend to pick me up. Additionally, the hotel has attempted to charge me $900 even though I am no longer in Lanzarote. This is alarming, and I am considering filing a police report regarding this issue. The conditions of the hotel were also unacceptable. The facilities were unclean, with visible blood around the toilet seat, which was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

I loved nautilus in Lanzarote. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, had two toilets (1 with shower and 1 with bidet), comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, terrace and enclosed drying area with drainage and washing line). The terrace was very close to the pool so we relaxed on our terrace and then walked down to go on the pool because it was so close. Even though we were very close to the pool it still felt private enough and there were mattresses inside for the sun beds for comfort. There were two sets of towels for everyone (1 for showering and 1 for the pool). Air conditioning in the living room was great and overhead fan in the bedrooms (you may need to pay for that on site) and a safe you pay for at reception. There is also a shower room and area to freshen up before your flight home. I would go again.

Great family hotel. Overlooking the beach. Food choices are limited but if you're happy with bread and butter and plain meats you'll be fine. Also available were fresh salad, meats and cheeses plus variety of puddings including cakes, jelly and ice cream. I liked the variety of meat and vegetable dishes but rest of my family weren't keen. Bar/dining staff were a bit rude at times but could just be a language barrier, some were very helpful. Great location for quiet holiday, 15min walk to the nearest decent supermarket but almost completely flat walk and choice of road or beach paths. Mini disco on a night for younger (up to age 10) kids, singers and performers for evening entertainment. We were hoping for a bingo night but no luck! Pool is cold but kids aren't bothered! Housekeeping is top level, daily beds made and bins emptied and fresh towels as required. Would recommend for families.

Lovely receptionist got our holiday off to a great start with a superb mention. We had no issues with our check in and were in our second floor room before we knew it. Watch out for the room doors, which are stiff and easy to inadvertently leave open. The room was spacious and had a kettle, fridge and desk. The sea view was impressive and we had regular visits from parrots which were almost tame. Being all inclusive, the food was OK but repetitive and labelling was very poor indeed. We couldn't see a menu and often it was guesswork when it came to some of the offerings. Allergy warnings on individual plates were non existent, so if a coeliac this is probably not for you. Unlike most all inclusive, it didn't seem rammed at any time and while there was the usual free for all at the start of meal times, it was generally OK. Outside the loungers are easy to find, and there are shaded areas with seats and tables for those who want to hide from the sun. During the day, all drinks come from one pool bar, which to be honest is a real pain. Summing up, I would suggest much more labelling of food, menus on the door, and help yourself soft drinks for all inclusive guests. Cleanliness not a problem, but with an average guest age of probably 60 odd, it's a hotel for those seeking calm.

This hotel is an absolute gem if you know what to expect. The food here is not too fancy but the personnel is EXTREMELY friendly, trying to make a joke or two. The rooms, although not fancy are extremely well and timely (!) cleaned The hotel is located slightly off-centre but well within walking distance of everything, a supermarket for forgotten items (We all do that!) is just opposite My only slightly posh complaint is that liquors are not included in All inclusive but with a discount still are a bargain Two points of advice / suggestions * cash only at bars is a bit 1990, card terminals would be more 2024 * Is your hotel maybe a bit too cheap and would a slightly higher price enable slightly better food quality options? (where are the raw paprika's/peppers?) WE WILL DEFINATELY be back here!

Booked 3 nights stay and requested a double bed before arrival. All was confirmed via email and during the check in by staff member. When arrived in the room we noticed that we had 2 separate beds. One of the receptionist helped us with the bag and we requested him while in the room if there was the chance to get a double bed as requested. He confirmed and said that someone would come and prepare the room for us. 30 min passed and no one came. We called the reception and were told that someone would prepared the bed for us. At our return around 7PM bed still not done. We requested the double room other 3 times via phone, 1 times via booking app, one via housekeeping staff and finally with the hotel survey. On our last night when we came back at the end of the day we notice that an adjustment was made to the bed. No one called us or communicated with us. Very disappointing as this is not a big request and all was confirmed before arrival. Not good service or care for guest. At check out was told that they would have investigate. Still waiting for an email or reply from the hotel. Big disappointment.

We asked for a sea view, a high room and quiet and we were given a suite which is/was beautiful. The room is exceedingly spacious and nicely appointed with a very large terrace with beautiful sea views. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is the usual self service buffet, but with plenty of choices for hot and cold food. We haven’t dined in yet as there are many good local restaurants (see my other reviews). The hotel is adult only which is excellent, don’t get me wrong I’ve had my kids and I no longer want to hear or watch over anyone else’s. There are ample beds by the two swimming pools and any towels left to “secure” beds are removed by staff. Evening entertainment for me was a little boring, very middle of the road piano or guitar artists but the merea bar a short walk away offers much more lively evening entertainment. An all together lovely place to stay over Christmas we will return.

Fourth visit to this hotel... but possibly our last. Staff friendly and courteous. The establishment is very clean with lovely gardens. However, the standard of service in the restaurant was, on this occasion, I'm sorry to say, very poor. Not enough made-up tables, leaving 'us' to wander around looking for somewhere to sit. Once seated, it took an age, if at all, for a member of the clearly hard working but disorganised staff to take our drinks order; both at breakfast and evening meal. The food remained generally good for sure with the Catering Staff clearly taking great pride, but this year, I found the standard and choice not quite what it used to be... Our room was kept beautifully clean by the well organised and efficient Housekeeping Staff: well stocked too.

This was our third time staying at the Natura Palace, we stayed here at the beginning of September and it’s a fantastic hotel that we keep coming back to for a reason. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome at the reception and offered a choice of orange juice or Cava before our luggage was taken to our room. We stayed in a premium room with a sea view, but i do believe most rooms have either a full or partial sea view. We had breakfast every morning and one morning we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of Cava at breakfast, as it was our anniversary. We had dinner at the hotel on a few occasions during our 10-night stay and despite it being a busy time, we never saw any queues or felt rushed in the dining room. The atmosphere was calm, and there was always a wide variety of dishes to choose from, catering to both meat eaters and vegetarians. Despite being quite busy, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful throughout our stay which made it for a very relaxing holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times. I have a background in inspecting cleanliness for the armed forces and I couldn’t fault this hotel at all, it was spotless. I would like to mention Mien, the lady that serviced our room everyday, she did an amazing job. The whole team, from reception to waiting staff to housekeeping, was consistently welcoming. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked another visit in March, this time bringing along family. I truly can’t fault this hotel in any way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing break away.

It has recently changed owners and I understand a few improvements have been made, but does require further improvement and updating to stay competitive. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, found the breakfast to be fresh and cleanly served with great staff in the dining room / kitchen.

The rooms aren’t massive but perfect for two people for a week. The hotel is spotless and cleaned thoroughly. Rooms cleaned every other day. Air con is €10 to hire and refundable. The drinks glasses are €1 but also refundable. The food is great. Something suitable for everyone Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive. Close to the town although quiet and not noisy. Close to the supermarket to get every day supplies. Cannot recognise hotel enough. Will definitely return

Great all inclusive mini break, nearby to amenities and the beach, bars and restaurants. Lots of choice. The apartment room was clean and well maintained. Good value for money, food was pleasant especially breakfast there was always something to choose from. Loved the pool. Only negative is could of done with a fan in the room as pretty warm at night. Overall we had a lovely time and would definately return 🙂

We enjoyed our week at Bluesea Lanzarote Palm. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. We were in rooms 57 and 58, beds very comfortable and very clean. The sofas aren't the comfiest but we were on the balconies most of the time so not the biggest problem. We were all inclusive. Drinks wise we aren't big drinkers so only had a few g +ts which were nice. The food, breakfast basic cooked and contential. Lunch and Dinner, we always found something we liked but could do with more variety. There was only evening entertainment 1 night while we were there and the bar was always pretty quiet. The pool area was kept clean and we always found a sunbed when we wanted one. The pool was a little chilly but fine once you were in. Location, the hotel is a 5-10 walk down to the main strip and beach. We did enjoy our walks down and gave us some exercise but it is a bit of a walk back up the hill, good for the calf muscles. The staff and the cleanliness of hotel are the big plus points. We would definitely stay again.

Had 5 days there with my boy, had to have cash for a 1€ cup that you have to guard with your life and take each time you have a drink, 10€ for the remote for air con! Yes you get them back but you never get told! Never saw pool towels and evening entertainment! Where was it as I only heard a singer 1 night! 1 toilet per gender for the restaurant and pool! That didn’t even lock! Next to no sun beds and they were so dirty! Food! Well evening meal wasn’t edible! Could just cope with breakfast and lunch! Could be an amazing place with right manager and money behind! Never would I put that at a 4*! Been to better 2* in my teens! Thank god for Omar the bar man and the friends we met! Great location tho!

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough in terms of location, service and cleanliness. We stayed for a week and staying here made our holiday one of the best we have ever had. Breakfast was outstanding in a very relaxed setting. Special thanks to macerana at reception who was wonderful and couldn't do more to make us fell welcome. Thank you for a great holiday.

It was a holiday in paradise I felt like a , the staff always made you feel welcomed. Nothing too much ! Plenty of choice of food apartments spacious clean and a cleaner 6 days a week apart from Wednesday s as it was their day off and right gully so. We could only buy half board or bed and breathing. At night at yhe bar is entertainment if you want it. Reasonable bar prices too. There is a breakfast and dinner buffet , all you can eat. Local Hippo supermarket at great prices around the corner. Down the hill is the harbour with cafe s and restaurants. Up the hill was the barbers shops and a shopping mall. Plenty of taxis and bus stop a minute walk from the hotel.

Lovely place. Staff friendly. Rooms clean and tidy. Standard fare food wise but enough to cater for all tastes. Bit of a trek down to the beach and back up the hill for us older ones but not a problem if you’re a walker anyway.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of food, not always the hottest though. Nice pool bar and snacks. The restaurant is definitely more of a noisy canteen with no atmosphere, some days it was almost deafening with the sound of crockery being collected. No atmosphere in small bar. Bungalow is sufficient, but bathroom was filthy with a very bad smell from drains. Football court gate broken, so had kids playing in there and screaming till gone midnight, ( avoid any of the rooms in the 800’s), did complain several times, nothing was done to fix gate. Trying to have a peaceful holiday, but we’re constantly bugged by one member of the animation team, to leave a review whilst we were there, and wanted to take picture of us doing it, saying that her boss demanded it. Would I return, definitely not. Would hate to see what it’s like there in high season.

Really nice apartment style hotel. Super clean and tidy. Pool is cold, but just what you need in the heat. The one site gym, is very modern, and free to use as an all inclusive! Pool bar sometimes has a big queue but the staff are all friendly and happy to help. Only complaint would be the lack of 'proper' bacon and sausages at breakfast. The food otherwise is fantastic with a wide selection and not too repetitive at all. Would happily return.

Stayed here over Xmas 2024, overall a very nice hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the Xmas Day celebrations were lovely, the meal was superb, the staff all worked very hard to make it a special day and we both really enjoyed it. Bungalows are comfortable, peaceful and private, got very cold at night in them so ideally needs warmer bedding available. Cats everywhere around the bungalows which was great as I'm a big animal lover. Didn't try the gym but it looked superb. Only negative from my point of view was the very noisy restaurant and entertainments room, I suggest availability for seperate meal times for adults only and perhaps a separate indoor bar for adults only. The location may not suit all as it is set back and therefore a bit of a walk to the resort.

As a family we have visited said hotel since 2012...It's a basic 3 star hotel really, but having the new gym definitely helps maybe increase that star rating by a half...Rooms basic, the room cleaners need to be more attentive especially around cleaning the floors...The hotel staff and entertainers are good, although not what it used to be, had better entertainment and more staff back then....this appears to be left to one person! To the all important food, it used to be great, not anymore, less choice and very bland food...the only food I actually enjoyed was the salad bar...! the rest well, took a rain check on and went out instead.. This has been the case over the last two years now and can't see it improving, so won't be returning!

We stayed here in the October school holidays. It was a great hotel with lovely food and drink. The kids' club and park are right next to the pool, which is ideal for small children. There was a mini disco all week, which the children loved, and the hosts are so very friendly. There was then entertainment afterwards, which ended around 11pm. The location is great with just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely come back and stay again. Great holiday 🥰

Great location for this hotel, although the buildings and furnishings are a bit tired looking now, this did not dampen our enjoyment. Great staff and great food, more than made up for this. We are led to believe that the hotel will have a complete refurbishment in May 22025 with a planned opening of December as an adult only hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic short holiday for the wife and I away from the kids. Staff were so friendly, every single person had a smile and always happy to help. We felt welcomed and nothing was ever too much of a problem. The room was basic but had all we needed and perfectly functional. We had an excellent week at the H10. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are great and spacious, pool was great, no problem finding a spare sunbed. Food was good, the red wine was good (white and rose not so good). Evening entertainment was excellent quality for a hotel, really enjoyed 'cool for cats' 80s music. 15 minute walk to the square and some nice bars. Would visit again and recommend the H10.

Great front of house staff, amazing customer service to all staff I have encountered the interaction has been nothing but amazing, we was upgraded to a suite with a beautiful room with a hot tub. Spa access the location is Close to bars and restaurants. Only thing I would say is the food needs to have a theme each night… ie Mexican bbq Spanish … but there was a lot of choice. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) We recently stayed at Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort, and while we had a decent week, there are a few points worth mentioning for future guests. Location: The hotel is a bit isolated. It’s a lengthy walk to the nearest beach, shops, bars, or restaurants, which was inconvenient. However, there is a free shuttle bus running three times a day each way, which helps if you plan ahead. Staffing: This was the biggest drawback. Only one bar serves drinks during the day and another at night, with just one or sometimes two staff managing all guests. While the staff are fantastic, friendly, and work very hard, the shortage makes wait times frustrating. Adding more staff at the bars would make a big difference. Cleanliness: The grounds are well-kept and generally clean, although now and then you might see the odd plate or glass left around by other guests. Still, it’s better maintained than many other places we’ve been. Pools: There’s no lifeguard at the pools, which is surprising. There’s only one attendant stationed at the water slide, which doesn’t feel adequate from a safety perspective. Food: Breakfast is acceptable, especially if you’re after a typical English fry-up. However, lunch and dinner were disappointing. Options are limited, dishes are often left empty, and it takes a while to get them refilled. For the price, we expected better quality and variety. Rooms: The rooms are a highlight—modern, spacious, and consistently clean. Iron, hairdryer, towels, shower gel and bath robes included. The €4 per day fee for the safe is steep, though, as it adds up quickly over a week or more. Extras: Pool towels require a €10 deposit, which you get back, so no big issue there. The entertainment team is small, with only five or six members, but they do their best to keep things lively, especially with the evening disco for younger kids. Adults looking for more options might feel there’s not enough to do during the day. Drinks: Quality of drinks is good, and there are some cocktails, though limited. Additional cocktail options would be nice, though with the limited staffing, we understand it would create even more pressure on the bar. Overall: In short, we had an okay week. It’s a decent resort with friendly staff and clean rooms, but the location, food quality, and staffing shortages mean we likely wouldn’t return. Three stars feel fair for this experience.

Hotel is lovely, pool area is large and not overly busy (we did go in November so may be a little quieter). Could be a better variety of food in the main restaurant especially for the kids it was basically the same most nights and lunch’s.. Mini Kids Entertainment team were fantastic always something going on day and night. The kids club was great at keeping the children busy and happy with lots to do! Great entertainment team 💗❤️

The food was very bland. The food for children never varied. Chicken nuggets and chips batch cooked and cold within minutes. When asked for hot fresh food offered to microwave the nuggets and chips. Internet is very poor , signal was down for almost 3 days and staff seem to shrug shoulders as if it was no big deal. As mu daughter was studying whilst on holiday and needed the Internet in was an issue. Entertainment was quite poor in evening after the main event Same.music played every day at pool.and in the evening. Drinks selection very poor. All inclusive drinks terrible and bar never had any icecreams or milk shakes. Worst of all was the holiday was a birthday celebration for my partner her work colleagues arranged a cake for her birthday. It was not delivered and no explanation.

Visited with my son, perfect hotel for families. Facilities good and always food and drink available. Staff work exceptionally hard and can be overwhelmed sometimes when everyone wants to eat at once, meaning sometimes plates and cups can run out briefly but it doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. Pool excellent, some of them are heated but not all. Gardens kept beautifully. Location was fine for what we needed, it is just under a mile walk to the beach. There is a free bus if you don’t fancy walking. Would visit again for sure.

This is such an amazing place to stay! The rooms are very well kept and clean, with everything you need. The greatest thing is the patio with the hot tub under the palm tree! We spent a lot of time there. The place is very calm, directly on the beach with fine sand and crystal clear water. Right in front of the room is the beach promenade to both sides, which we used a lot for walking or jogging. There is also a beautiful heated pool, never crowded. All the staff is extremely nice and helpful. We´ll definitely be back!

Immaculate! A great location/ base to explore the island (if you're planning to hire a car). Stylish, quiet, comfortable - ultra contemporary living space ❤. While it's not in a buzzing resort, there are a handful of local shops about 15min walk away. Would recommend hiring a car if staying here. Beautiful accomodation and would definitely go back.

Spent a week there in January 2025. Peaceful and relaxing, grounds and pool areas very spacious, plenty of sunbeds etc. We saw four pools (apparently there's a fifth too?) - the two smaller ones were heated and fine to use in January. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff very friendly and helpful. Junior suite, which I think is the cheapest option, very spacious with separate seating area and also a balcony with table and sunbeds. Breakfast selection and quality is very good; also ate in the evening a few times, also very good. Can walk into the centre of Costa Teguise in around 10/15 minutes, either along the coastal path or the roads.

I wish we discovered the hotel earlier. One of the best on the island. Renovated, contemporary rooms, multiple pools and adjacent to the ocean. There is scheduled entertainment nearly all day, a wonderful breakfast buffet, and the most friendly welcome each morning for breakfast. The number of rooms and winding hallways makes it difficult to navigate from the inside. Simple gym adjacent to the pools and a long walking trail just outside that will easily lead you into the bustling shopping areas. Easy to walk around and explore. Great neighborhood.

This hotel was lovely, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. The food was sublime with plenty of choice for everyone and catered for gluten-free diets, too. The hotel was spotlessly clean! The entertainment was very good on most nights. The rooms were spacious, and the balcony with sunbeds was just perfect, a real suntrap. My only gripe about the room was that the walls were not soundproof. We could clearly hear our neighbours talking and moving around. Someone above our room was using a walking stick and needed the poo a few times in the night, which proved to be noisy. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which can take you into other towns and there are a few bars and restaurants nearby. We loved to stay at the hotel on an evening after visiting other towns. The Spa was lovely, we had a 90 minute treatment each and very reasonably proced. I would definitely consider returning.

A few issues with it but overall a good place to stay. We booked a room with a Sea View. See picture below for what we got. Not much of a sea view when they plonk a big tree in front of your window. Whoever thought it would a good design choice to have a toilet door made of glass that doesn't actually close should be shot. I've never been on the toilet and thought to myself "I wish more people could share in this moment with me". Other than that, great food, friendly staff, good location. The spa is great too.

Lucia, Francy, Tony, Angelina and Jeremias were all excellent by the pool side and in the games area. So good to see Papa and Zach again from last year too. Thank you all for being such a great team. Room was really nice. Clean resort. (but I would like the toilet in the room to be cleaned better!). Every staff member was friendly (altho reception was less enthusiastic). We had breakfast and dinner at resort. Plenty to choose from. One better than the other. But if you don't appreciate this, you probably got 7 stars at home...🤐😂 4 Different pools. We had a room at the pool with animation team (from 3:00 PM). We like hearing people having fun so for us this was great. If you like peace and quiet ask for a room near the 18+ pools (who looked like retirement home). The resort is situated in a place where there is little in terms of bars etc. But for €5-7 for a taxi you're at the more busy part of the boulevard or the old town. The beach is walking distance. Perfect clean beach. I will definitely book this hotel again

I stayed in this hotel as a single mum of three. The mini club has absolutely saved my life... I could go to the pool, enjoy my day, eat delicious food from the snack bar, have a drink or two... and my little ones were totally taken care of.. Whenever I would go to visit them, they were dancing, perfectly happy and content... The animator Natalie was especially amazing with my moody, often cheeky 5 year old daughter.. She could tame her in a away I, as a mother cannot !!!! All the kids loved her and talk about her to this day! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're a parent and need a wee bit of a break !

Had a nice stay here recently for a week, most staff were very friendly. The food was mostly decent but repetitive. There was no AC in the room, this made for some uncomfortable nights, at one point the room reached 27c. They decided it would be a good idea to do some repairs on the walls outside our apartment which woke our baby a couple times. The toilet in the room was not enclosed and therefore not private, more like a glass stall Costs extra for use of safe. Advertised as a king bed but was just 2 beds pushed together which kept coming apart. The phone in my room didn't work. No snacks after dinner service. Some of the areas are 18+ meaning if you have kids it limits where you can go to eat. The shower in the room was amazing. The children's pool was nice and warm and has lots of activities (slides, sprays, spilling bucket etc.). Would consider staying again.

Third visit to this hotel, we love it here. Clean and welcoming, good food, choice of pools and lots of space. Based in Puerto Del Carmen, and just a few minutes walk from the beach, it is a haven of peace. The All Inclusive restaurant has a wide variety of choices, although we never made it to lunch as we were always too full from breakfast! The pools are salt water, which is less drying on the skin and so much nicer to swim in than a chlorine based pool. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, as are the restaurant and bar staff. Such a wonderful place, we will be back again next year!

The hotel is well located to all restaurants and bars. The food is very good and the hotel is spotless.The entertainment team makes the hotel they all work very hard to make your holiday. The entertainment in the hotel is ok, but the show the entertainment team performs on a Thursday night is outstanding. Franklin is so professional in what he does in the show. Jenni and Raquel are in the kids' club, and they are fantastic with the kids. You can tell that all three of them want to make you have the best holiday. I would definitely return to this hotel as we were made to feel so welcome by the whole entertainment team.

Hotel is OK but a bit dated, and the restaurant has more of a cafeteria feel rather than a 4* hotel dining room. The food was fine, although it got a bit boring after a few days because there wasn't much variation. The sunbeds need re-covering and they could do with toilets near the pool rather than only 2 public toilets in the hotel itself. The location however is great - you can see the sea at the end of the road and it's an easy, flat walk to beach, shops and amenities

About 20 mins (by taxi) from the airport, 300 metres from the beach the hotel is ina great location. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the entertainment is great and the facilities within the complex are brilliant. The food is delicious, lots of local and traditional dishes as well as other European food. We stayed in a superior room overlooking the main pool area and the views of the sunsets were beautiful. It was clean and well maintained, traditional. While we were there the entertainment team hosted evening parties, live music and a fire breathing show, something different every night. During the day there was archery, pool and table tennis. Lots of space and sun loungers round the main pool as well as two others to choose from. We had a great time and would love to come back 🥰

From start to finish we were made to feel like VIPs. All staff were polite, welcoming, helpful and friendly. They all work so hard but always took the time to give us a smile and nice greeting. Our room was just right for us, had a nice view and was kept very clean each day. The animation team were not pushy when trying to get us to join in with events. They were friendly and welcoming, and even remembered our names! This encouraged us to take part in one or two events or at least watch. The food was delicious with so much choice. The beach and shops were within reasonable walking distance. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we hope to be back soon.

Lovely few days in the Premium Suites. Rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. We spent all of our time in the adult areas and had a quiet relaxing time. Special mention to the staff at the pool bar, especially Chuss, who kept us entertained and played the best music. Food was good at the pool bar too. Evening meals in the adult only restaurant followed by drinks in the chill out bar. Some of the entertainment was a bit cheesy but it was a giggle. Highly recommend for a relaxing break - wish we were here for a few more days.

Loved it. The main thing for me was that information wasn't clear of times things were on or where. They need more staff, especially in the dining rooms, to keep up with clearing tables and Making sure enough plates, bowls, and cups are available . Also, the correct food signs are labelling the right food. Had a fantastic guided walk up the local volcano, the staff member for this was great we learnt a lot about the island. We had 2 great afternoon activities by the bar in the adults only area of the hotel. Wine and cheese and making mojito cocktails with Ramon. In this area of the hotel, I couldn't fault the staff at the bar were brilliant. The service there was great. The hotel was clean. Rooms were clean and had fab outside areas. I would go there again

We were all inclusive and have to say the variety of food on offer was fantastic, something for everyone! The standard of food was also very good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but possibly needing a wee bit TLC but again very good. The pool areas were very well maintained and always plenty of sun loungers available. Only a 15 _ 20 minute walk from the main area in Playa Blanca. Staff were all excellent. Only real fault I could find was if you get dropped off by bus/coach, they stop on the main road which is 2 flights of stairs from the entrance, not too much a problem for able bodied people but a fair climb with your luggage. All in all a great stay.

We spent 10 days in this hotel and it's a mixed bag of beans. First of all, this hotel shouted rated 4 stars, it is definitely the likes of 3. The things that we liked were the little houses that consisted of 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with 3 outdoors areas. 1 area was by the entrance and had 2 sun beds, a table and 4 chairs. 2 area was walled and only had a drying rack that can fit 4 towels. If you want to dry your bathing suits etc... well... you figure it out. 3 area is just empty walled space the size of a small room. We never used it because it seemed nonsense and a waste of space. Rooms were quite clean. Each room has a free safe to use which is nice, as well as a fridge. We had all sorts of living creatures in our room due to gap under main doors. DON'T BOOK IT IF YOU ARE NOT A FAN OF COCKROACHES, BEETLES, FLIES AND ANTS keeping you company. All these can be seen also in the restaurant where food is served. Our duvets were changed only once and it is only when we left a tip and asked for it! In 10 days! Pool towels you have to give deposit of 10 euros for each, and pay 1 euro each time you want it swapped for a clean one. Pool itself is VERY COLD, which was a major issue for me personally. I wasn't looking to get into the pool because each time it was a battle against the cold. I noticed similar reaction from other people too. At the end, the beach won with warm ocean and blue clean waters. SOS guy, aka. lifeguard at the pool is only sitting in shade where he has no view of pools- you won't see him walking around or actively supervising. Play room is falling apart. Football pitch is dirty with paper cups flying around in the wind and half a ton of stones and dust on it. Pool bathroom is dirty. Reception is efficient and staff are nice. Your all inclusive won't get you much outside of restaurant hours Now food....absolute disaster! It reminded me of 20 years ago when I was only learning to cook: bland, tasteless. And worst- EVERY DAY THE SAME! Cakes are defrosted. Lunch and dinner recycled from breakfast. Pizza is nice otherwise don't look for a culinary experience. Francesco working in the restaurant is amazing, and do is the rest of the staff multiplying themselves. Entertainment is absolutely minimal. Overall, I'd NEVER go to this hotel again and I'd never recommend it to anyone. Get something better, folks!

Amazing staff, rooms, and location with great food too. My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Las Costas and we had an exceptional time- excellent facilities and provision were complimented by a friendly and attentive staffing team that we will genuinely miss! Without wanting to spoil anything there were some pleasant surprises from the hotel too. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and, although I don’t know much about it, I’m not sure what is required to take this hotel to five stars! Massive thanks to the hotel for making our holiday memorable for all the right reasons and hopefully see you again

Spent 10days at las Costas , we went half board the food was very good best holiday my husband and I have had for a long time, the hotel was extremely clean and the gardens are well maintained. All the staff were very friendly especially Ellie our cleaner she is very hard working when asked for something it was never a problem for her to sort it out. We have change our holiday dates for next year with our companies, so we can come again as the hotel is closed in July for refurbishment so we have booked in August as we throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Currently staying at Las Costas and have been very impressed. Cannot fault this place at all. Would say it's the best place I've stayed in Lanzarote and I've visited the island 7 times. An added bonus having a heated pool, sauna and activities on offer. All staff have been friendly amd efficient.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean and the services are also brilliant!, Nancy the cleaner was very polite and always had a lovely smile on her face whenever we bumped into her :) the reception staff too were brilliant, always helpful and friendly! The breakfast had lots of choice and it was well presented :) the pool bar was very clean and the chicken sandwich was excellent also very fresh :) although the fish and chips could do with revising :) definitely enjoyed our stay here we would definitely come back :) the location for the beach and walk to town was brilliant :)

This was our second visit, after a wonderful visit to Seaside Los Jameos last year. Once again, we had a lovely stay. Everyone across the hotel, is extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The staff are very attentive and busy all the time, making sure the hotel is well kept and customers are happy. The rooms are kept very clean and some have been updated since we visited last year. Constant cleaning everywhere in the hotel, which shows they understand the importance of keeping this under control in hot climates! The food, as before, offered lots of options through the buffets with different themes every night. The staff in the restaurant are very attentive, albeit a little too keen at times (taking the salt and pepper away while we were still eating!) and not quite as welcoming if you attend dinner after 9pm, which we did on our first night due to late flight arrival (dinner service runs until 9:45pm). The location is great, with a lovely and spacious beach outside the back of the hotel with a number of options for food, souvenir shopping, bike hire and even a useful medical centre which we had to visit during our stay. The pool does get busy and as others have noted, the booking of sunbeds with towels does happen. The hotel does have a policy on this but I'm not sure how much it's enforced as it's very difficult to. We never found an issue finding sunbeds though, despite being later to the pool than most, so I don't think it's an issue. I'm also sure if any customers had a concern, the hotel would address it quickly. As always, a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

OMG what an amazing place! It's so clean and such a lovely location. Our room is nice and cleaned every day. Very comfy bed too. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing, friendly, helpful staff! Everyone of them is welcoming and nice. I have stayed in many hotels, mainly Hiltons and they could learn a lot from this hotel. I will definitely be coming back here!

I recently stayed her for the weekend and this is my second time at this hotel. This is the most welcoming amazing hotel. The food is great, the drinks are great, the entertainment is great the staff here are amazing. The lady on the steak/chicken griddle is so lovely and is amazing at cooking a perfect steak. Honestly there is nothing to complain or moan about. It’s lovely and quiet and just perfect for a relaxing break. Thank you to everyone who made my weekend stay relaxing and stress free and I will be back again for many more stays.

Wonderful stay at this incredible hotel. The food is really very good, a different theme each night and the quality of the food is exceptional. We did half board. Only downside is the restaurant does get very busy, but it’s a big hotel, so that’s going to happen. The children’s entertainment is good, the mini disco is lovely, perfect timing. Stayed here last year with family. It has got to be one of the best hotels I have ever been in. Lots of guests said they return year in year out because of the food and boy, were they right! Fabulous food, wide variety and cooked right in front of you. Pools were great and loved the pool bar. Hotel is situated right in the centre of a busy area, but you wouldn’t know. The gate opens out to across from the beach. Will definitely be returning with more family members.

Spent a week here from 10 November to 17 November 2024 in a twin room. Staff are all so friendly, and it was good to have some banter with them with my very little Spanish especially the guys in the Lobby bar and the waitresses in the Nimbra restaurant! Relatively busy but there are plenty of sun loungers and seats in the restaurant. The cocktails at the pool bar are delicious, so had to try them all!I The hotel is about 30 minutes away (if walking) from Costa Teguise, but there are regular buses. As we were all inclusive we didn't venture far, but we had a fantastic time. My first time in Lanzarote and I left with wonderful memories. Would recommend this hotel. Weather was 24-26 degrees every day, a bit higher than Scotland in mid November!!!

My boyfriend took me to this hotel for my 22nd and it was amazing! We upgraded to Royal and it’s so worth it, the room was incredible too and would be cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. There was one incident where my partner asked for either some room decor or something for my actual birthday and the hotel kindly provided us with a bottle of champagne and a note in an ice bucket but as we were driving that night we didn’t drink it and the cleaners took the bottle away the next day, when we went to reception to let them know they were surprised and sorted it out very quickly and by the time we came back to our room they had replaced it. You cannot fault this hotel we’ve had an unreal experience, we went from the 7th-14th of Oct and we managed to get lovely weather apart from the odd grey clouds on some, overall cannot wait to come back!

The resort is really nice, the junior suite room is very spacious, the bed super comfy. The royal level heated pool is nice! The food isn't great, the food cooked at the grill is good but the rest could be improved, it gets dry after a while that is out, the quality should be better considering it's a 4 star resort.

Came home a week ago after an amazing stay at this hotel. All staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room was on the third floor, which was absolutely stunning, with views overlooking the pool and bar area and sea view 😍 All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and kept to a very high standard. we spent a week at the hotel in October 24 on half board basis. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and the work that has been done is amazing. The hotel looks fantastic, both inside and out. There's a real feel of luxury here, the decor is modern and classy, the pool area is beautiful, and the restaurant is also fitted out to a high standard. The hotel overlooks the beach and sea front. You can hear the waves crashing as you sit on your balcony or when eating at the restaurant. The rooms are also nice, however, the suite, which we had booked, was a bit sterile, the bedroom was great with fantastic wardrobe and storage, the bathroom was also well appointed but the living area was just a bit bland, a bit more effort here really would have made the whole experience feel nearly 5 stars. There is a gym onsite also, which is basic but clean and has enough to get you by for a week. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The pool area is not equipped with enough sunbeds for the number of guests. Many times, we arrived after breakfast and could not find a pair of sun loungers together where we could relax by the pool. Most of the sun loungers are reserved with towels by guests from early in the morning, We observed loungers not being used for 5 or 6 hours some days, but the towels were not removed by staff to allow others to use the loungers. On 2 of the 7 nights, the food was really good. The remaining nights, the food was just average. There are areas of the hotel that are reserved for "select" customers. To avail of the select areas, you must pay an additional 70 euro/PP/per day. There are no coffee making facilities provided in the rooms. Again, you can pay an additional 5 euro/day for a machine to be provided. For a hotel of this quality, you would expect coffee/tea making facilities to be included. The hotel is not cheap, one week on half board for 2 persons will cost you around 2K. the hotel does look like a 4 Star Hotel, but the negative aspects we experienced would reduce this to a 3.5-star experience.

Great hotel. Visited mid/late July 2024 on bed and breakfast basis. Great selection of food, everything very clean, friendly staff across the board, no issues with sunbeds (we went up to the "solarium" which is adults only and for 10 days we had circa 30 sun beds and a shower to ourselves. Generally fairly quiet noise wise when we stayed. Very easy access to a great public beach and right at the start of the Puerto del Carmen strip so no shortage of bars, restaurants and shops. Good snorkelling very close by as well. Cannot fault anything.

The ventilation system during the day is annoying. Another ventilation system coming from the kitchen (dixit reception) started every night at 3 AM, we found really disruptive & noisy, stayed in room 550. Positive : good location, spacious suite with separate bedroom, nice terrace & good full breakfast.
