My day one was a challenge and I started regretting but around 2hrs my issue was fixed. The stay there was actually amazing. My friend and I went for let’s say more of a fitness experience as we are both into fitness. The gym there was amazing as we we probably the only 2 people who used it. The equipment was spot on. Weights were in different levels for beginners or advance. For a hotel gym 🏋🏿‍♂️we were impressed. The area around the hotel was so beautiful too. Very unspoilt😇 if I may say so. I used my hover air x1 drone on my runs🏃🏿‍♂️. Scenery was out of this world. Spacious and welcoming. I ran everyday. Sorry I strayed a bit 🤣🤣🤣 the good at the hotel was awesome too. We went half board allowing us to eat breakfast and dinner. During lunchtime we rested but also ventured out. The sea 🌊 ventured walks were also on point too.

We stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room we had was lovely. It needed to be painted, but it wasn't a problem. We had a lovely balcony, with a table and chairs and somewhere to dry your clothes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't go in the pool, we preferred to venture to the beaches which there are 2 not far from the hotel - 25 minute stroll on the promenade. We did get some drinks by the pool, and you needed to pay a €1 deposit for a reusable cup. They give you a clean, fresh cup when you get a new drink, and you can just ask for your deposit back when you dont want to drink anymore. The food was plentiful and was definitely edible, a choice of salad, fresh food from the grill, and pizza occasionally. We ate there most nights and it was different hot food every night. The entertainment was a bit of a mixture. We enjoyed the karaoke and the comedy show. We didn't enjoy the quizzes so much as they just didn't give as much entertainment in our opinion. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Blue Sea Costa Bastian.

In general hotel is nice. Swimming pool very small for a big number of visitors. Can be very crowded and difficult to get place near the pool. Food is good. I liked our room a lot.)) Was very unusual with information about volcano Etna. Hotel very comfortable for families with kids.

The reviews left by some people have left me shocked but clearly they have unrealistic expectations. This hotel is exactly what it is advertised as if not better. It is a 4 star hotel, with a good selection of all inclusive food and drink and very friendly staff. The place is very clean and well kept. The rooms are slightly outdated but they are cleaned every single day, air con is working and there’s plenty of space for 2 people in the standard rooms. The selection of drinks of all inclusive was surprisingly large with something for everyone (many spirits, liquers and branded soft drinks) and the food was pretty standard all inclusive, but breakfast was always very very good with a perfect all round selection of hot and cold food, fruit and cereal and bakery items. The poolside snacks are always good, especially if you have young kids that want a hotdog and chips before dinner time. The entertainment team are absolutely fantastic, especially tine! They were all so friendly and run many activities during the day for everyone to get involved in and have fun. They run something during the day and during the evening, they barely stop! The pool is lovely and clean, and you can get a bed very easily if you’re not sleeping in until midday! People complaining about the coldness need to get over themselves as it’s not a heated pool but I don’t know what they expect in a holiday hotel and you acclimatise very quickly! The only slight downside to the whole place is the fact that you can’t have lilos in the pool and the lifeguard is quite strict even with throwing balls but it’s not the end of the world. My one and only comment for improvement would be getting some parasols or shade cover for by all the sunbeds as none of the beds have any shade which my dad struggled with slightly. Overall this hotel is lovely and well worth staying, myself and my boyfriend were very impressed with the price we paid and the quality of the hotel, definitely worth it for young couples or relaxed families to have a cheap, fun and comfortable holiday!

We stayed at this Hotel for a full week and it is the best experience I've had so far. The All Inclusive deal was 100% worth it! The food was also very interesting with all different types of food and even drinks on Tap!!!!! The Hotels pool was well designed with mix of shallow and deep areas as well as some islands to help create an obstacle for kids to swim through or around. The lifeguards were also very amazing, they prioritise safety and fun at the same time. I even spent ages talking to one of them. By far the best but of it all was the Entertainment, the entertainment crew were absolutely amazing! Not only were they hilarious but they were also incredibly friendly to us even calling us their favorite family at the time. If I had any regrets then they would be not tuning in to the entertainment for every second it was there!!!! Thank you so much to you and your lovely staff, I hope to see you all again :)

Honest review! We are just coming to the end if our 7 night holiday. The hotel is in a perfect location, lots to see and do within walking distance. There are some parts of the hotel that need refurbishment but nothing that effected our experience. ALL the staff were amazing from entertainment to reception. The rooms are fine, again some little bits need doing. We liked the food and would recommend booking the Italian and Mediterranean restaurant for the experience and change of menu. All in all we paid £650 each for 7 nights, so no complaints.

Upgraded to a sea room view and it was completely worth the money for the views and was more peaceful than the pool view room we initially had. Great that they do a later breakfast from 10am. Perfect for the teenagers and also for myself as I tend to eat breakfast at this time normally. Location is perfect right by the beach and bars/ restaurants. Air conditioning in the rooms we had weren't great. Hotel is very kid friendly, our teenagers really enjoyed the pool. The main restaurant is in the basement and is very hot. If I were to come again I would only do bed and breakfast as the breakfast was in the pool bar so had natural light coming in and a breeze from outside. Food was typical of all inclusive. Unfortunately the gym is in the basement , no air con and is a bit too isolated for a lone person to be working out in.

The location of the hotel is second to none. It is located a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Superb. The staff are amazing. They work endlessly hard and cannot be faulted. The hotel is very tired in places however they were very honest about a refurb in Jan 25 so it may be different next year. The food was of a three star standard. Some of our party struggled. The communication about what meals were was hit and miss and a lot of the food choices was guess work. The salad bar was fantastic. The deserts were pretty tasteless most days. The Italian and Mediterranean was fantastic although a little rushed. We all left stuffed and well watered. I wouldn't return to this hotel until the refurb has been completed and reviews that mirror mine are improved.

Location 10/10. This hotel is right in the centre of where you want to be. 1minute walk to the beach. 2 minutes walk to all the bars , restaurants and shops. A perfect location! Room 9/10. The shower could have a bit more power. The fridge, although on, didn’t actually keep anything cold. There was a kettle but no cups. I bought my own coffee from the supermarket. The cup i got from breakfast for my room was removed daily by the cleaners which was a bit annoying. Other than that, a modern bathroom with a big walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. The telly had BBC & ITV (although did drop connection from time to time). The sea view was great! I saw the best sunrises! The room was cleaned daily. The wardrobe could have done with a bit of dress hanging space. The room I had was quiet. Food 5/10. I only had breakfast. The “hot” food was barely warm. The coffee in the machines is often sweetened so if you don't take sugar and want a proper cup of coffee here its best to get two espressos and add milk from the jugs. Be warned the coffee is not hot. The rest of the food is typical restaurant fayre. Unimpressive. Pool 10/10. Plenty of sunbeds. Daily entertainment and music was brilliant!! They need music at the weekend also. But loved my time round the pool!! I didn't really stay around for the evening entertainment as i went out most evenings. But the hotel needs to buy new seating in the awful bar next door and in the reception area as all the springs have gone in the seating. If its a cloudy day theres nowhere comfortable to sit and read a book. Other than the small gripes i will 10/10 book this hotel again and already looking at next year .

Great hotel in the centre of the town. There is even a back door that leads to the path and beach. The hotel isn't too big which is nice as it's very friendly. All the staff are great. The room has a walk in shower as well which is really good. The restaurant is ok just a normal all inclusive restaurant. The salads are great as they do undressed salads that you can make yourself. The puddings are also really good. They always have a great choice and they tasted really good. We have booked to go again as the staff and location is so good.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay at the THB Tropical Island Hotel. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a buffet restaurant and three themed restaurants (Italian, Asian, and Mexican), which add some nice variety to the dining experience. Note that you’ll need to make reservations for the themed restaurants in advance. We opted for the All-Inclusive package, and while the food selection was abundant, some dishes lacked flavor, likely due to being frozen, which is a minor drawback if you’re looking for fresh, vibrant tastes. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with just a few initial issues. The slats on the sofa bed were broken, and the linens hadn’t been prepared for the children, which was disappointing upon arrival. However, after notifying the staff, they promptly fixed the sofa bed and provided linens the next day. The main area where the hotel could improve is the reception experience. After a long day of travel, we found the welcome a bit lacking. With over sixty guests arriving at the same time, there was only one staff member at the reception, which led to long waits and a rushed check-in experience. Additionally, the hotel requires a deposit for towels and a second room key, which felt unnecessary given the level of service expected at this standard. Waiving these deposits would enhance the guest experience and align with the hotel’s overall standing. A special thanks to the animation team at O Club, especially Lola and Lucas, who added so much fun and energy to our stay. Their enthusiasm and dedication truly made a difference, and they helped make our experience at the hotel memorable. Overall, THB Tropical Island is a good choice for families and couples looking for a well-equipped resort in Lanzarote. With just a few improvements, it could become an excellent destination.

The rooms are really nice. The breakfasts are filling and absolutely delicious. The lunch and dinners are quite nice. There are 2 beaches nearby and lots of shops and restaurants. On Saturday mornings there is a market that you can go to. In the majority of the blocks is a small pool and they're very nice. There's also an adults only pool, and the main pool. The main pool has slides and a little splash park. Me and my family have really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Rooms are OK depending on the number of people you have with you, we had a broken toilet when we arrived however this was quickly fixed. The cleaners were around most days apart from Sundays, always helpful and did a good job. The location is €5 in a taxi to the marina or 15/20 min walk. Lots of pools to choose from, the water is on the cooler side but you get used to it quickly. Lots of sunbeds available and entertainment throughout the day/night. Clean resort, food and drink available and a small supermarket

Staying in this hotel. Room T302. There is mould in our apartment. I said. Spoke to receptionist. She said she would send out a maintenance guy. The maintenance guy came, had no English. Looked and left. I didn’t know whether something what’s getting done or not. Waited all day for a response and nothing. This is why I am writing this review. I have a 9 month old baby that is being exposed to this toxicity. The food is amazing and the food staff are super friendly. I guess we just got unlucky with the room. We all have nose and throat issues atm because of this mould. I wouldn’t give the room any stars but I have to. Kitchen service is excellent though. Location is good. 5 euro for a taxi to the shopping centre and beach front. Plenty of pools around the hotel and loads of kid’s activities. One thing I would say is invest in more swings and baby swings

Me, my husband and 6 children came and stayed at Tropical Island in June. I honestly cannot express how amazing out 2 week all inclusive holiday was. There is not one bad point I could even say. My children absolutely loved the evening mini disco & kids club throughout the day. We met Patricia, who my whole family absolutely adored! All the staff we came across, especially Patricia (the management) and Raquel (entertainment) were absolutely amazing! They went out of there way to speak to me and the children everyday! I would love to get hold of Patricia, if anyone knows how I could contact her? We could not fault anything about this holiday in anyway!!

We stayed here for two nights only but really enjoyed it . The bungalow / villa we stayed in was a bit dated but saying that was really clean and had everything u need such as oven , iron , dishwasher and even a washing machine. The pool area was good and the pool was nicely heated making swimming very pleasurable. Overall the complex had good facilities, was very clean ,well maintained and friendly helpful staff especially the lady at reception.We thought it was great value and the whole family agreed we would definitely come back here .

Just had lovely week at Las Brisas. Bungalow was great with everything g you could need. Staff in all areas were very friendly and efficient and sorted a couple of small issues out very professionally. Have stayed in Playa Blanca 2 or 3 times a year for years but 1st time at Las Brisas but would be happy to come back, no hesitation. Thank you to everyone.

Overall enjoyed it. It’s close to town literally 15 min walk to one of the main beaches, 5 min walk from the nearest supermarket. The one reason I gave 4 stars is cause we had cockroaches but we turned it into a fun adventure of capturing them and releasing them outside. Heated pool is a bonus We did get a feeling this was popular with the older generations.

+ Close to the town center + Heated pool + Nice terraces + Good choice of kitchen utensils/dishwasher and washing machine + has a calm vibe - Not a 4*star hotel - 2* hotel. - Very basic rooms - The bar is being renovated at the moment and it spoils the view and too many builders walking around. I would not book it if I knew it would be this way. - Bathroom sewerage is not the best. - No entertainment at all.

I loved nautilus in Lanzarote. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, had two toilets (1 with shower and 1 with bidet), comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, terrace and enclosed drying area with drainage and washing line). The terrace was very close to the pool so we relaxed on our terrace and then walked down to go on the pool because it was so close. Even though we were very close to the pool it still felt private enough and there were mattresses inside for the sun beds for comfort. There were two sets of towels for everyone (1 for showering and 1 for the pool). Air conditioning in the living room was great and overhead fan in the bedrooms (you may need to pay for that on site) and a safe you pay for at reception. There is also a shower room and area to freshen up before your flight home. I would go again.

Lovely apartment, cleaner 6 days out of 7 and they were really friendly. Very receptive reception staff, answered queries and fulfilled requests very quickly. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious! Really quiet and peaceful and very close to fabulous restaurants, the Spar shop and the beach. If you just want to chill, this is the place. We'll definitely return to Nautilus.

Was OK, maybe a little disappointing... Having stayed in many places around Matagorda I was excited to try Nautilus as the reception gives you a "premium" feel. I don't feel like this standard was carried throughout the rest of the hotel though. Probably would stay again but there's cheaper places for similar or better quality rooms and location.

Love this hotel!! rooms are fab, free wi-fi hub in each room.....pool area is lovely and relaxing, never struggle to get a sun bed round it. Each room has 2 sunbeds outside it. Rooms have their own kitchen, brill for self catering, and have an oven in it. Can only do self catering or breakfast included.......but the hotel is close to some amazing pubs/restaurants etc where you can eat out at.

A very comfortable and practical hotel, with the amenities I would expect. Decent breakfast with plenty of options, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent location near the airport (although you can hear the planes taking off). A special mention to Julia who was superb in giving us really excellent service. However the hotel doesn't get a 5 star rating because the beds weren't very comfortable and very loud when moving around, the gym was not adequate and suitable for any weight lifting, the decor in the rooms and the hotel was fairly old. But it was overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30, and as our room wasn't ready yet, we were directed to a changing area before we relaxed by the pool while waiting. When it was time to check in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious, featuring two balconies, a large kitchen/living area, a big bedroom, and a fantastic bathroom. Although we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was a lovely upgrade to have. The upper pool was great, complete with a lively poolside bar. Brendon, the barman, was friendly and kept the atmosphere fun with his lighthearted banter. Happy hour, which ran from 4 to 5 PM, offered a good selection of drinks at a discount. We only had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which had plenty of options, however, since we were only there for a few days, we chose to explore the local dining scene for our other meals. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area, just a short walk from the beach. It's also conveniently located near a supermarket, and there's another well-priced supermarket right in the hotel basement. Overall, we had a great stay, and if we return to Lanzarote, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Just back after a lovely 9 night stay. Had one or two minor issues with phone and safe in room which was rectified almost immediately, very helpful receptionist, one in particular comes to mind (paulina), she Always had a warm smile and friendly greeting. I commented one very hot day why they were wearing suit jackets , one of the receptionist said they had to wear them(I personally think the blouse/shirt is enough. Definitely would recommend ilunion Costa Sal to everyone. One downside is the lack of atmosphere in the bar Helen

Excellent apartments, clean and reasonably modern. Was only 10mins stroll to the nearest beach and amenities. We opted for halfboard dining option and the breakfast and dinner food selection was decent. Hotel could be improved if they expanded their night options, as I found myself needing to explore outside for festivities after dinner. But all in all would return again if I was to return to Lanzarote.

Fab hotel from arrival to departure. Rooms are spacious and bright, comfortable beds, and everything need, including proper fridge freezer and that often missing bottle opener. Fab pool area, plenty beds and good courtesy room makes late checkouts easy. But standout for me is the staff, they are all genuinely friendly and helpful. They hire great people here! 100% recommend and would return.

Fabulous hotel! Location is perfect, very close to the marina and shops. About a 20 minute walk away from more shops/restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool area is quiet, no need to reserve sun loungers. Staff are friendly. Overall, we had a relaxing stay. Would definitely return to this hotel!

Just got back from spending a week here and couldn't speak more highly of it. Everything was lovely and clean, the staff where brilliant all over the hotel, from the bar to reception to the maintenance people. The room was always clean, absoutly spotless. Great air con, hairdryer. Small estintials incase you forgot anything. The kitchen included everything you would need to make your own meal. Including washing up liquid and tea towel! The pool area again is lovely and clean, the pool is lovely for a refreshing swim when the sun gets a little to much. Nice and quiet around the pool and the bar has great food and service. Always enough sun beds and no sunbed saving either which was great! Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly reccomened to anyone looking. Hopefully we'll be back in the future.

A nice hotel, we stayed in a very spacious apartment that was decorated in a simple but modern design, absolutely great for what we needed. There was aircon in the apartments which on warm days were appreciated, WiFi coverage across the site was superb. We had an apartment with a balcony that faced the pool and a window that faced the mountains behind, I personally liked this. I understand there were rooms that faced the marina for those who would prefer that. Great care and thought had been put into the complex, it was easy to navigate and was layed out very nicely with lots of beautiful plants on the grounds. The receptionist that greeted us on arrival was really lovely and knowledgeable about the local area and immediately put the family at ease. The location of the apartments were fantastic, we were next door to the nearest shopping centre (rubicon) and it was only a less than 5 minute walk to the gorgeous marina with restaurants aplenty. The nearest beach... playa dorada was about a 10 minute walk away. I think the location was great and the hotel was great value. The grounds were also very clean and organised at all times, theres a peaceful aura within the hotel. Bedsheets and general cleaning and maintenance of the apartments happened almost daily. I can assure you that the pool grounds were spotless at all times and the pools were cleaned every evening. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I was to return to playa blanca.

Love this place! The location is set in Marina, beautiful location. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and hardworking. The gardens and pool are always well maintained.

We enjoyed our week at Bluesea Lanzarote Palm. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. We were in rooms 57 and 58, beds very comfortable and very clean. The sofas aren't the comfiest but we were on the balconies most of the time so not the biggest problem. We were all inclusive. Drinks wise we aren't big drinkers so only had a few g +ts which were nice. The food, breakfast basic cooked and contential. Lunch and Dinner, we always found something we liked but could do with more variety. There was only evening entertainment 1 night while we were there and the bar was always pretty quiet. The pool area was kept clean and we always found a sunbed when we wanted one. The pool was a little chilly but fine once you were in. Location, the hotel is a 5-10 walk down to the main strip and beach. We did enjoy our walks down and gave us some exercise but it is a bit of a walk back up the hill, good for the calf muscles. The staff and the cleanliness of hotel are the big plus points. We would definitely stay again.

My second stay at the Palm, I found it to be clean, rooms comfortable and a good size.I stayed 4 nights and room was serviced once. Food is basic but there’s certainly no need to go hungry. Overall staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is good and it’s good value for money

Great all inclusive mini break, nearby to amenities and the beach, bars and restaurants. Lots of choice. The apartment room was clean and well maintained. Good value for money, food was pleasant especially breakfast there was always something to choose from. Loved the pool. Only negative is could of done with a fan in the room as pretty warm at night. Overall we had a lovely time and would definately return 🙂

Had 5 days there with my boy, had to have cash for a 1€ cup that you have to guard with your life and take each time you have a drink, 10€ for the remote for air con! Yes you get them back but you never get told! Never saw pool towels and evening entertainment! Where was it as I only heard a singer 1 night! 1 toilet per gender for the restaurant and pool! That didn’t even lock! Next to no sun beds and they were so dirty! Food! Well evening meal wasn’t edible! Could just cope with breakfast and lunch! Could be an amazing place with right manager and money behind! Never would I put that at a 4*! Been to better 2* in my teens! Thank god for Omar the bar man and the friends we met! Great location tho!

I was surprised at how pleasant the hotel was after reading negative reviews. The staff are lovely and work extremely hard. Great experience with the hotel arranging car hire which was dropped off and picked up. Rooms very basic like reviews have mentioned but very clean. We stayed AI and the food was better than the reviews made out. Breakfast was fine bacon not so but plenty of fruit, yogurts, bread and porridge. Lunch/dinner fine chef daily cooking meat on the grill not mentioned in any reviews. Local alcohol spirits tasted weak but can pay a small charge for premium. Great location also had meals out and on day trips exploring the whole Island. Like other reviews would say this is a good 3* and perfect for families on a budget. However, we hadn't paid thousands so didn't expect 4* or 5* Overall we had a better than expected experience after reading such negative reviews.

Great family hotel. Overlooking the beach. Food choices are limited but if you're happy with bread and butter and plain meats you'll be fine. Also available were fresh salad, meats and cheeses plus variety of puddings including cakes, jelly and ice cream. I liked the variety of meat and vegetable dishes but rest of my family weren't keen. Bar/dining staff were a bit rude at times but could just be a language barrier, some were very helpful. Great location for quiet holiday, 15min walk to the nearest decent supermarket but almost completely flat walk and choice of road or beach paths. Mini disco on a night for younger (up to age 10) kids, singers and performers for evening entertainment. We were hoping for a bingo night but no luck! Pool is cold but kids aren't bothered! Housekeeping is top level, daily beds made and bins emptied and fresh towels as required. Would recommend for families.

This hotel is an absolute gem if you know what to expect. The food here is not too fancy but the personnel is EXTREMELY friendly, trying to make a joke or two. The rooms, although not fancy are extremely well and timely (!) cleaned The hotel is located slightly off-centre but well within walking distance of everything, a supermarket for forgotten items (We all do that!) is just opposite My only slightly posh complaint is that liquors are not included in All inclusive but with a discount still are a bargain Two points of advice / suggestions * cash only at bars is a bit 1990, card terminals would be more 2024 * Is your hotel maybe a bit too cheap and would a slightly higher price enable slightly better food quality options? (where are the raw paprika's/peppers?) WE WILL DEFINATELY be back here!

We booked a last-minute deal just ten days before our stay at Hotel Lanzarote Village, and it turned out to be a very good experience from start to finish. **Arrival and Reception:** We arrived late in the evening, around 11 PM, and were warmly greeted by two friendly reception staff members. Despite the late hour, a cold meal was ready for us, which was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated after a long journey. **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent, situated right next to the beach. This prime location allowed us easy and quick access to the beautiful shoreline, perfect for daily strolls and beach activities. **Entertainment:** Although we didn’t spend much time at the entertainment area, it was always busy and lively, suggesting that the entertainment provided was enjoyable and engaging for many guests. **Swimming Pool:** The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and larger than we had anticipated. Despite it being August, we always managed to find sun loungers without any hassle, which was quite impressive and added to the relaxing atmosphere of our holiday. **Overall Experience:** We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lanzarote Village and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The combination of friendly staff, excellent location, good food, and great amenities made our stay memorable. We are already considering returning for another visit in the future.

Lovely receptionist got our holiday off to a great start with a superb mention. We had no issues with our check in and were in our second floor room before we knew it. Watch out for the room doors, which are stiff and easy to inadvertently leave open. The room was spacious and had a kettle, fridge and desk. The sea view was impressive and we had regular visits from parrots which were almost tame. Being all inclusive, the food was OK but repetitive and labelling was very poor indeed. We couldn't see a menu and often it was guesswork when it came to some of the offerings. Allergy warnings on individual plates were non existent, so if a coeliac this is probably not for you. Unlike most all inclusive, it didn't seem rammed at any time and while there was the usual free for all at the start of meal times, it was generally OK. Outside the loungers are easy to find, and there are shaded areas with seats and tables for those who want to hide from the sun. During the day, all drinks come from one pool bar, which to be honest is a real pain. Summing up, I would suggest much more labelling of food, menus on the door, and help yourself soft drinks for all inclusive guests. Cleanliness not a problem, but with an average guest age of probably 60 odd, it's a hotel for those seeking calm.

Restaurant was very clean and well presented, food was great with lots of choices. The pool staff/ kids club staff were full of energy and very friendly l. Brilliant for all Travelled as a family of 4 - 2 adults 2 children (18 & 8) in Oct 2024 and have already booked to go again next year. We booked all inclusive. Food was plentiful throughout the day. Snacks next to the main pool, ice cream and fruit. Amazing for Continental food, local dishes, fish, chicken, pork, veggie, pizza, pasta and amazing breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. All the staff were lovely, entertainment staff and restaurant manager in particular, all staff couldn't have been more helpful. The cleanliness at this hotel is amazing! Staff are regularly cleaning throughout the day. Large rooms, we stayed in a suite with an extra room, my daughter slept in the extra room and was very comfortable, all the beds were comfortable beds, my only complaint would be there was only one mirror and no plug next to it (more of an inconvenience for me with hair straighteners etc) hardly a complaint but more to make you aware. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to a local SPA and lots of tourist shops ( including hair braiding - depending on the length of hair it can be expensive, my daughters hair is waist length €20, you can barter, but I didn't) The swimming pools are large enough to not feel crowded and there are LOTS of sun beds both in and out of the shade. No issues with hogging at all. I think my only negative was, I thought the pools would be heated and they are not. I believe they're heated from Nov. The water is cold but once in it's fine, but getting in for me was enough to put me off, this did not stop the rest of my family! We brought an inflatable from the local shop which I would recommend. The entertainment at night was good, my daughter loved it. There is a mini disco in another section of the hotel, but this is for smaller children (lots of 'baby shark' etc) the main entertainment starts at 9.30pm. It's a shame there isn't a disco or music for the older children before the main entertainment. My husband and daughter booked the submarine trip from a nearby harbor which they both really enjoyed. We hired a boat for 2hrs and did some snorkeling. You can do as much or as little as you want. You can get a taxi from the local SPA to the marina for around €7, getting back can be tricky as you have to wait for a taxi to turn up. We were lucky and caught one as he was dropping others off, but were told you can be waiting for an hour or so (not ideal in really hot weather) Brilliant holiday, we have already booked again for next year!!

Where do we start, absolutely amazing hotel and far exceeded our expectations. From first arrival the rooms are very clean, well equipped and such luxury. We cannot thank all the staff enough for their hard work, professionalism and service throughout our stay. The food, pools, entertainment and location are perfect especially for families. We want to give a special thank you to Federica during our stay. She was so accommodating, always greeted with a smile and made our Son's holiday so special, a real credit to the hotel indeed. Cannot wait to return again and missing it already.

Fabulous hotel for both families and adults only. The staff work very hard and the premises are always immaculate. We had a bottom floor room with terrace, which was great as came with 2 sunbeds as well as table and chairs. Our room looked out on the children's pool, so easy access for us everyday. The only thing I would say is our room, 2006, was very close to the Nautilus bar and film, so you could hear the entertainment from inside the room. Luckily our son would ware himself out during the day, so would sleep through, but it would be worth asking for a room further along if you do have small children that wake easily. Location was great. Spar shop in walking distance, as well as the beach which our son loved. We also took a walk into Puerto del Carmen, which took roughly half hour or so, but buses passed by regularly if we did want to hop on. Food was great for us, so we didn't leave the hotel to eat anywhere else, but there are lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Entertainment throughout the day and evening was also spot on! Water polo was particularly fun to watch! We had such a beautiful family holiday, I'm sure we will definitely be back!

Well kept hotel, grounds and rooms. Space to find quiet areas to relax without screaming children. Friendly staff. The buffet meals were lacklustre with food leftover from previous meals, presented at the next. Show cooking doesn’t exist, as bulk frying eggs and chicken in public doesn’t count. 1 advertised table-waited restaurant isn’t open, the other simply serves a selection of what’s available at the buffet. Most drinks have a surcharge for all-inclusive. Apart from the food, very happy with everything else.

Absolutely wonderful holiday for myself, my husband, and my 1yo. We requested a ground floor room before we went so that my toddler could nap in the day and we could spend time on the patio as it was our honeymoon. When we arrived, not only had they fulfilled that request, but also left us a bottle of wine and a note to wish us a happy honeymoon. The standard of food was really good. I am usually a very fussy eater, but I found something I liked every night. The hotel is so close to the gorgeous beaches and the location is perfect if you prefer a quieter holiday. There are nice bars etc, but it’s not too busy and it is very, very clean!

It was a holiday in paradise I felt like a , the staff always made you feel welcomed. Nothing too much ! Plenty of choice of food apartments spacious clean and a cleaner 6 days a week apart from Wednesday s as it was their day off and right gully so. We could only buy half board or bed and breathing. At night at yhe bar is entertainment if you want it. Reasonable bar prices too. There is a breakfast and dinner buffet , all you can eat. Local Hippo supermarket at great prices around the corner. Down the hill is the harbour with cafe s and restaurants. Up the hill was the barbers shops and a shopping mall. Plenty of taxis and bus stop a minute walk from the hotel.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough in terms of location, service and cleanliness. We stayed for a week and staying here made our holiday one of the best we have ever had. Breakfast was outstanding in a very relaxed setting. Special thanks to macerana at reception who was wonderful and couldn't do more to make us fell welcome. Thank you for a great holiday.

Just a wonderful hotel, incredibly helpful staff, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, rooms cleaned every day, very clean and tidy. The area is constantly looked after, everything is very beautiful. We had a problem with the air conditioning and it was fixed immediately. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The room has practically everything you need to cook for yourself. There are pots, a microwave, an electric stove and all kitchen and cutlery.

It’s a great hotel to stay in. The food was yummy, with lots of options to choose from. You could eat whatever you wanted to have. The pool was a bit cold but I got used to it very quickly. There was even a pool bar next to it! They also had deckchairs to lie down on, with straw-made umbrellas for shade. The room was good and there was a tv for us to use. The bed in the main bedroom was very big (it could fit 3 people on it) and there was a pull-out sofa to fit another 2 people. There was also a tennis court and a football court. The hotel had its own theatre and the performances were amazing! The actors were all very talented and we enjoyed it!

We did a Sunday - Thursday in Sept. We don’t have a bad word to say. The room was amazing, the bathroom with the open roof was cool! The food was varied each night, they had staple foods but a different variety each day of other bits. All inclusive drinks were perfect. (Only recommendation is maybe a few extra cocktails to be on the list). Entertainment was great and the evening atmosphere on the terrace was lovely. Local shops and other bits to explore are a very short walk from the hotel. Pool and space around it is so big that there was never an issue getting a sunbed. Highly recommend this hotel - shout out to Estafany at the bar and David! You may also see the local hotel cats when walking around the complex Would definitely come again and thanks to the hotel / staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

We have just returned home from a 10 night stay. Our room was lovely plenty of room the bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfy and big. The staff were so friendly on reception and were very helpfull. The building work didn't bother us at all just a little bit of noise nothing to complain about. The bar staff Sebastian was very helpful and friendly and the chef Yin made us a lovely tuna wrap with salad and chips. Cleaners did a great job the place is spotless. Exceeded expectations! An amazing hotel with friendly staff in a central (but still quiet) location. Having booked it through Booking.com our breakfast was included (we often always eat off location) but this was a brilliant bonus. The food options were plentiful and delicious and we ended up dining in the restaurant a few times in the evening. I also have a chronic stomach condition and can say there were many options for me which was great. Pool area was lovely and the pool bar was super convenient. Everything super clean, with teams of cleaners, gardeners and repair men present daily. Clientele seemed majority English, some German and Spanish (I don’t think we met another Irish couple while there). Majority are adults (which was what we were aiming for) but there is 2 children’s pools on site. Only minor drawbacks I can think of is while the rooms are lovely and modern, the glass screened bathroom wall and frosted glass separate toilet door may not be for everyone looking for a little more privacy. But only a minor thing for an overall great accommodation.

We had a great stay at this hotel, and appreciated the service and the location. The room was lovely and spacious (Junior suite) and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever! I gave the room a 4 as the sofa wasn't comfortable, and we found ourselves sitting on the cushions on the sofa. Really nice food with lovely staff in the restaurant, and on the grill every day. I recommend the omelette in the morning, very nice and fresh. If you are a cat lover, then you are in for a treat. There are two resident cats at this hotel (black cat is Sammy, we didn't find out the other cat's name but decided to call her Sunny! ), and it was so lovely to see how the staff cared for them. They would often be sitting in reception and would come over for a stroke, or walking around the grounds!🐱🐱 Overall a really nice break, and hope to return again.

We visited mid September with our 6-month old baby. The breakfast was excellent. All members of staff were friendly. Whenever we had asked reception for something, they would always called at the end of the day to ensure it was done. The heated pool was a bonus, especially for the baby. Located within convenient walking distance to restaurants and bars. There are some building works currently going on but they did not really affect our peaceful holiday. We would certainly consider coming back again.

Amazing hotel, the staff member who checked us in was so helpful, even got a welcome drink! She explained everything we needed to know from breakfast and even the dinner menu for the week! The bedroom was super clean and lots of space. we had a ground floor room that lead out straight to one of the pools so was super easy to head back to the room when needed. Breakfast was amazing loads of choice, we are veggie and we didn’t struggle to eat at all. Over all we 100% recommend this hotel

A huge high end traditional hotel with some modern touches. Stunning well kept grounds overlooking the sea front. Only thing missing is a bit of background music poolside and some of the umbrellas need replacing. Stayed with my sister for 6 nights. We're in our mid to late 40s. Average age group is probably 55 plus. Rooms are spacious. We had a shower, no bath. You can use the fridge so we bought water from the supermarket to save a few pennies. Opted for b&b. Breakfast was vast. Both veggie and fish - plenty of options. You can pay 30 euros pp for a buffet dinner. We had it once. Overall it was nice very nice. The desserts were amazing. The entertainment was good and two cocktails for 12 euros is a bargain. Very yummy and not stingy with the alcohol. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. There are restaurants and a couple of bars within walking distance (reasonably priced) a small gift shop with drinks, snacks and reasonably priced gifts on-site, also a little supermarket opposite the main entrance. There is a bus (30) we took to a beautiful marina that had a very good market on a Wednesday and Saturday.

This was our third time staying at the Natura Palace, we stayed here at the beginning of September and it’s a fantastic hotel that we keep coming back to for a reason. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome at the reception and offered a choice of orange juice or Cava before our luggage was taken to our room. We stayed in a premium room with a sea view, but i do believe most rooms have either a full or partial sea view. We had breakfast every morning and one morning we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of Cava at breakfast, as it was our anniversary. We had dinner at the hotel on a few occasions during our 10-night stay and despite it being a busy time, we never saw any queues or felt rushed in the dining room. The atmosphere was calm, and there was always a wide variety of dishes to choose from, catering to both meat eaters and vegetarians. Despite being quite busy, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful throughout our stay which made it for a very relaxing holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times. I have a background in inspecting cleanliness for the armed forces and I couldn’t fault this hotel at all, it was spotless. I would like to mention Mien, the lady that serviced our room everyday, she did an amazing job. The whole team, from reception to waiting staff to housekeeping, was consistently welcoming. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked another visit in March, this time bringing along family. I truly can’t fault this hotel in any way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing break away.

This is a great hotel, nice a spacious, a really relaxed vibe and in a nice quite area of Playa Blanca. We had a double room with a sea view, which was big, comfortable and a great walk in shower. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the main resort, but what a walk it is right along the coastline with stunning views! A couple of restaurants next door (try the steak house), along with a bar owned by the hotel.

When you pull up outside the hotel, it's wow. This is nice and the reception area is very nice, there's a bar at one end with a grand piano. Unfortunately the rooms don't match. They are like a travel lodge with a balcony. Also, depending on whereabouts your room is as to whether you get any sun. It's not worth upgrading to a premium room. And if you go for a superior suite again, depending on whereabouts it is located. We got upgraded to a superior suite and ended up over the rubbish bins, and looked out onto solar panels. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, very green well maintained and clean. 2 swimming pools, 1 heated and the other sea water. Also, there is a jacuzzi. Sunbeds there are plenty BUT they are the most uncomfortable sunbeds I have been on. Can't say about the food in the dining room as only had breakfast, but massive choice. The pool bar was good. You can get snacks there. The hotel is a few miles from the main town, and there are a few restaurants close by.

Excellent location for an adult getaway holiday in playa Blanca. Service was outstanding and the location is decently situated next to one of the most popular tourist areas, they have swimming pools, activities, an excellent buffet restaurant filled with incredible food both for breakfast and dinner. They also have a large seating area with a bar and a theatre area where they host shows with a second bar. Plenty of car park and no issues speaking any language. We even got upgraded to the best room in the hotel for no reason which was a nice unexpected perk.

Really nice apartment style hotel. Super clean and tidy. Pool is cold, but just what you need in the heat. The one site gym, is very modern, and free to use as an all inclusive! Pool bar sometimes has a big queue but the staff are all friendly and happy to help. Only complaint would be the lack of 'proper' bacon and sausages at breakfast. The food otherwise is fantastic with a wide selection and not too repetitive at all. Would happily return.

This is a very nice hotel, the first week was quiet and the place was very clean. The second week got very busy!! The staff were very friendly but were flat out keeping up with the volume of people. I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was good, the staff were brilliant, and they had a fantastic pool. Lots of activities for the smaller kids, pool games like water polo. Kids disco every night followed by entertainment like a motown band, acrobatics, quiz, karaoke, and a variety show. Would come here again in a heartbeat

Housekeeping only made the bed & empty the bins no actual cleaning. No tea or coffee in room so take your own as there is a kettle, fridge & microwave. Fabulous place, huge variety of food, the restaurant staff work really hard to keep the place clean & the bar staff are excellent as well, animation team are great, location is perfect, bungalows were spacious with little gardens, 20 minute walk to beach or use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

We stayed at Club Playa blanca on the last week of October 24 for a week. The rooms are basic but serviceable. The sofa was a little uncomfortable but did the job. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. The beds were comfortable and clean. The maid service came in each day to clean & tidy and make the beds with a bedding chance halfway through our stay. We had a kettle and a fridge. And requested a fan for the small room from the first night as it was hot in the small bedroom. There is not much cupboard or draw space in the small room, so we had to share what we did have in the main bedroom. We had a couple of small insect visitors during the week that crawled under the door. But I was expecting that. I'm not saying the place was infested, but these little critters do get in whatever. The pool area was we'll equipped with sunbeds. All be I was somewhat upset at the attitude of some of the holiday makers just leaving their used cups and plates under the sunbeds, which then got blown about make the place look dirty. It's a family hotel, but some of the children were left to run wild without parental control.🤨 The children's entertainment was well organised but was a little late for younger children. This means most perants left to put children to bed. The grown-ups entertainment it true honesty wasn't very good. I did put on my questionnaire that as you walk around, there are little things that need repairing. Which would make all the difference in the visual effect of the resort. Ie. Plastic trucking exposed with wiring exposed. Paper and rubbish, which had been blown in making the place look grubby. The manager needs to walk the site with his eyes open and make changes. Another suggestion would be to include a snag sheet for the cleaner to report on items that need attention in the units. Ie. Our toilet was loose to the floor & the toilet flusher was loose. The shower was loose to the wall. All items that could be reported on by the cleaner that visit each day. Restraunt Before we arrived, we had seen reports talking about cold food. To be fare we didn't, but if you did find something that you wanted a little hotter, there was a microwave there to be used. There was a different theme on each night Mexican, Italian, etc. The only thing I did see was on one of the days, roast chicken, which was bloody inside, so it's worth checking before eating. But plenty of choice. The waiters are super fast, so if you leave to get something else, don't put your knife and fork on the plate as if its finished with.

We visited this time last year and had a fantastic week. At the time of booking we asked for ground floor in a quiet area because we have a young kiddo and they gave us the perfect room! The staff were so polite & helpful throughout, especially the restaurant staff. My lo & I have quite a few food allergies (gluten, dairy, egg & soya) and we were so well looked after! Their lovely head chef went out of her way to take me around and show me all of the options which were very clearly labelled. I could speak to the team and they would take an order for the following meal for gluten free bread, pasta, cake etc. We were also offered a packed lunch if we wanted to go out somewhere for the day. The only issue we had was that the dairy free butter contained soya. The hotel was kept clean and there are water filter points throughout the hotel so that we didn't have to buy bottles. The lovely beach and the town were both a short walk away. There is a shop up the road who are able to order in specific free from milks if contacted ahead of time. For Halloween the hotel staff organised face painting, games and pumpkin carving for all the guests to participate in. It was a lot of fun for kids and adults! Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa as well! Thank you to the wonderful team!

We Had an excellent week here, first off the staff are amazing. Marcos in reception so friendly, the entertainment staff exceptional, the food was fantastic, albeit it would be nice if they had vegetarian symbols, so I didn't have to ask each time I wanted to eat something. The maids kept the rooms very clean. We went half board, because only had a couple of drinks in the evening but if I was paying for all inclusive would be slightly annoyed by the ques at the bar.

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights at the end of June/beginning of July. All staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, we got seen too quickly. Our room was lovely, very spacious and we had a sea view room (which we had requested) and it was beautiful. It was a little dated but equally really lovely. The hotel is very big and split into sections so on arrival it was a little confusing trying to get to and from parts of the hotel. We had half board and all waiting service was very efficient and quick. The food was good (a little similar most days) but still good. There is only one main food restaurant so not a lot of options if you want a quick lunch by the pool. The drinks in the bar were well priced and there was enough entertainment in the day/evening (not too much) which is nice. Overall, it was fairly quiet which was also nice and relaxing, not over crowded. We also used the spa which was €10 for use of the facilities (in my opinion, it was worth it as you get plenty of time to use it and there is a lot there, very beautiful and friendly staff.) Location-wise, it’s a lovely location by the sea and clear views of Futurventura.The beach nearby is rocky so probably not for a beach day. There was a noisy hotel across the beach entertainment loud singing but no problem. Close to local supermarkets and a short walking distance to the beach Playa Blanca and the harbour where you have everything you need, eg the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. For trips, you are a little far as everything seems up the North and inland so we hired a car but you can get a coach or bus from hotel. Overall very happy lovely stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed a ten day stay here with our 5 year old little girl. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. On arrival, there was plenty of parking, including disabled bays and we were greeted by a very welcoming chap (Marcus?) who offered a drink and food. Our family annex was great, it was very spacious with a living area which we liked. It had a fridge and cooking facilities which gives the option of eating in if needed. There are two lovely pools, one more for children. The sunbeds do get reserved which is annoying especially when they aren't being used. Saying this, we could always find one if needed, which wasn't often as we were always in the pool not sitting around it. There were lots of toys and inflatables left by other families which was good so we didn't have to buy any. Breakfast consisted of: Cereals Pastries Yogurts Cooked breakfast Fruit Lots to choose from to fill you up for the day. Lunch - can't comment on this because we were never in for lunch. Evening meal: Salad Rice Pasta Various meat Fish Chips Bread Different selections on different nights e.g. pizza, Chinese, BBQ pork Desserts Again, loads to choose from to suit your taste and always something for children to enjoy. The staff work really hard and are quick to clear plates and keep the place clean and running efficiently. The overall stay was fabulous. The hotel is clean and run by hard working, friendly staff. There were some wonderful musicians playing. Kids disco is at 8.45pm which we found was a bit late for our daughter, and an earlier start might have worked better. There was a kids club during the day but we were always out so never used it. There is a lovely walk on the front with great fews out to sea. Great location, quiet and easy to access the local beaches etc We hired a car to go and explore in each day but there are shuttle buses to access the beach daily. Check out at 12 was nice so we had time to enjoy breakfast and a final play in the pool before we left. In all, a great stay, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

Just back from a week's stay at this hotel, and we LOVED it! We had a suite with a sea view (in one of the pictures). We thought it was a fantastic location, as we enjoy a walk and do prefer not to be in the thick of things. Yes, the hotel is about ¾ of a mile from the marina and a good mile and a half from the main Playa Blanca strip, however the coastal walk is just heavenly with spectacular views and a fab breeze to help keep you cool. If mobility is an issue, then a taxi into Playa Blanca is only €5 - a real bargain, especially as the hotel will happily call you one! We went all-inclusive and found no issues getting drinks or snacks during the day. You just had to provide your room number, which is fine, I think. There was always a great selection covering most people's needs and requirements. The restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant manager - he really is a lovely gentleman and couldn't do enough for you! Some of the pool bar staff could do with a class in being more friendly, but it certainly did not spoil anything. I can't comment on the evening entertainment as we usually found ourselves in the bar or chilling in the outdoor part of the restaurant, but we did take part in some of the daytime activities, which weren't shoved down your face, like in other places I've been to. The OH and I particularly loved watching the water polo, though. It was highly amusing and a great 20/ 30-minute entertainment! The room was brilliant, yes, we upgraded, so it's not as standard, but worth every penny. There is so much space, and I even had a walk-in wardrobe too - heaven! Rooms were cleaned every day, with towels being replaced regularly, too. My belongings felt very safe indeed! There is a beach very close by (in the pictures) where we were able to snorkel. It is a quiet place, so don't expect sun loungers, and it is quite rocky, but it is definitely worth a wander across! We both had a couple of massages in the spa, which meant that we could then use the place for half price (in the pictures). The lady on reception here is just delightful and, again, could not do enough for us. The spa is a great place to escape to and has something for everyone! I even braved the 9° plunge pool after being in the 40° pool! Yes, it was cold, but boy, did I feel invigorated afterwards! My only gripe and it isn't about the Mirador, is that the hotel across the bay, has their evening entertainment outside until about 11pm, which was loud and at times, unpleasant. If we did try to sit out on our terrace, it was somewhat tainted by their noise. Like I said, not Mirador's fault, rather the other places! We will definitely be back sooner rather than later, as it ticks all of our boxes! We have some real holiday blues going on right now, so a sign of a perfect holiday! Fantastic short holiday for the wife and I away from the kids. Staff were so friendly, every single person had a smile and always happy to help. We felt welcomed and nothing was ever too much of a problem. The room was basic but had all we needed and perfectly functional. Great for couples/adults so couldn't comment on a family experience but I can't imagine the experience would be any different. Thank you to the HD beach resort team!

Very good experience at this hotel. Beautiful big room with seaview. Hotel was clean, cleaners came every day. There are some subjects I need to adjust in order to give my honest opinion. 1. The wifi was so bad I was forced to use my own data. My fiancee and also my other family members had trouble with it. 2. In my opinion beach towels belong in an all-inclusive resort (deposit was 20 euro’s) 3. Also there was no prevention/action for people who “reserved” beach chairs/beds at the pool. I find it very annoying. 4. We had to pay to use the safe in our room. I thought that was really strange. 5. Some of the staff didnt speak English. Communication was hard sometimes. 6. The evening entertainment was amateuristic. 7. There was a cat in the hotel. Didnt bother me because I love cats, but you dont see it very often in hotels. Overall a good experience, good food, variations, clean, good atmosphere, friendly staff. I would come back to this hotel.

Beds are rock hard Food is canteen standard and of poor quality. It's aimed at old English holiday makers who would suit in an episode of benidorm. No class No finesse.

For a luxury hotel that cost two of us €2,500 for a week all inclusive package was very disappointed. First of all the food was terrible not much of a choice and what was there wasnt topped up or disgusting or overdone so had to spend a lot of money eating out for breakfast and evening so biggest waste of money paying for all inclusive…as for the drinks it was like they were making the cocktails too strong or too sweet after uv had a few so would turn you off them. The pool area had no atmosphere whatsoever was never so bored at a hotel in all my life and I go away few times a year there was no music people were so stuck up pass u out without saying hi or bye. We were giving one night on the house in the Italian restaurant across from the other crappy restaurant all inclusive all glass so could see everything and that was lovely but it was very separate as in I have upgraded to have nice food when all food should have been nice. Rooms never cleaned had to chase cleaners for clean towels and toilet roll most mornings. Bedding never changed. Entertainment forget about it if u were lucky to get a chair very little chairs and even at that entertainment was crap ended up going out every night to enjoy what we could I was never so happy to be going home. Would not recommend looks a lot nicer online but u walked out ur bedroom door to puddles of dirty water every morning! Will definitely not return here if I could have gave zero stars I would have.

Lovely place at the end of the strip in Costa Teguise. Friendly staff, in particular Seydi the night porter- what an absolute gentleman. Food is very good, can be a bit repetitive but that’s all inclusive. Coca Cola machines there which is great. Beds are comfy, rooms are very basic. Entertainment is good - something different on every night. Overall, a good solid 4 star.

This is such an amazing place to stay! The rooms are very well kept and clean, with everything you need. The greatest thing is the patio with the hot tub under the palm tree! We spent a lot of time there. The place is very calm, directly on the beach with fine sand and crystal clear water. Right in front of the room is the beach promenade to both sides, which we used a lot for walking or jogging. There is also a beautiful heated pool, never crowded. All the staff is extremely nice and helpful. We´ll definitely be back!

Visited with my son, perfect hotel for families. Facilities good and always food and drink available. Staff work exceptionally hard and can be overwhelmed sometimes when everyone wants to eat at once, meaning sometimes plates and cups can run out briefly but it doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. Pool excellent, some of them are heated but not all. Gardens kept beautifully. Location was fine for what we needed, it is just under a mile walk to the beach. There is a free bus if you don’t fancy walking. Would visit again for sure.

What a lovely resort, the staff are so friendly, rooms are clean and modern. I booked all inclusive adults only as my first solo holiday and felt really safe here. Food is nice, not loads of choice but enough for a few days, might get a bit boring after a week. The premium pool and bar is great, had different themed food and drinks each day which was really nice. Just done a cheese and wine tasting 👌🏼 didn’t have to fight for a sunbed and was really quiet which is exactly what I wanted. Evening entertainment is good, hotel a bit far out from the beach but there is a shuttle bus, would definitely book again

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at the Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort and I can't praise this hotel enough. From first arriving at the hotel (late in the night) to leaving, the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and well maintained, if you did have a problem it was dealt with quickly and without a lot of fuss. The food in the restaurants was, in my opinion, to a very high standard with plenty of choice for all dietary requirements. As I said before, I can't praise the hotel enough, everything about it is excellent. The staff were always happy to help and very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely be returning.

I stayed for 7 days with seven members of my family and enjoyedy stay very much. The rooms were cleaned every day and was always clean. The pool facilities were great and there was never a day that I couldn't get a sun be. The food was amazing and coming from a picky eater and there was always something to eat for everyone. The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel is the service all the staff are friendly but they are clearly understaffed so to get a drink is a pain. You'll be waiting 15 mins for 1 drink. Especially with a big family it was a pain . Other than that the hotel was amazing but the service need to be better.

We have just finished a fabulous week-long family holiday at this fantastic hotel. We worried that there would be issues due to the reviews left about service but we haven’t encountered a single issue. The hotel team are incredible, hard working, fun-loving and so friendly. Nothing is too much for them. The rooms are clean, family-friendly and modern and the resort is small and safe enough that our 12 and 9 year old children could have some freedom. Activities run by the Animacion Team are superb, lots of things to choose from and no pestering if you don’t want to take part! Overall, if you have young children then I’d highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Elba team!

Spotlessly clean , has everything you need , washer , dish washer etc. Is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants, luckily we backed on to the cut through so just had to jump over the wall, if not it's about a 10 mins walk . Very very relaxing and peaceful. Id certainly come here again it's everything you could want on a quick getaway. If staying for a week or longer I would probably hire a car so we could get around although the bus comes every 30 mins so not the end of the world.

Quite complete with a nice swimming pool, nice planted garden and all the appliances you need such as two different coffee machines. Good beds. We did not expect airconditioning but this was present in all three rooms. The pool filter was making a loud noise but this was fixed promptly. Milk, coffee and water was available so a nice touch. Quite a few negatives though: A door that catches badly on the floor, old smelly couch. A fuse box that is open in the living room. A lack of sockets, such as only one socket in the kitchen for coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Very cheap and rickety appliances such as a fridge with a missing shelves, a leaking coffee machine, a very small wobbly dishwasher, an extractor fan with a broken button etc. Al this looked quite a lot less fancy than the photo's from the site. Wifi was fast but only reachable in and around the couch in the living room? A parasol or some other way to create shade in the afternoon would be handy, the awning only helps in the morning. Also we were supposed to stay in the Villas Coral Deluxe location as per the site but got a villa ~ 300 m away. Not a real issue but rather strange. All in all the house was fine but promised a lot more than it delivered. And finally we were promised cleaning after one week. The house was not cleaned nor were we provided clean towels. Even after notifying this to the reception this was not rectified. So service I have to rate very poor.

We absolutely loved this villa, it's a bit of distance from the hotel where you pick up the keys so be prepared to walk, or as we did - hire a car. The two bedrooms on the ground floor were absolutely fine, they share a bathroom but the master bedroom is the star of the show, its massive, has an ensuite, dressing area and it's own very large terrace. Everything you need is here including all pots and pans, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Theres a safe too. There is cable but unless you speak German or Spanish I'd suggest bringing some DVDs or alternatively you can plug a hard drive or USB into the TV. No air-conditioning but there are fans throughout. We came in january so it can be a bit cold at night but put a jumper on and you can sit outside until your heart's content. The photographs dont do the [heated] pool justice, it's actually quite big and the gardens area is just as you'd expect. Remember you're on a villa holiday and as such everything is down to you, I see some people have moaned there's no cleaner. Well yes, the idea is that you're left to your own devices Theres local shops and restaurants just around the corner and the supermarket will stock pretty much everything you'll need. We will certainly come back in the future.

Dont get conned into paying for the pool to be heated, they dont do anything but let the sun heat it !! Villa was clean but there was no cleaner for the whole 10 days we were there and we ended up putting our rubbish in bags outside villa as we didn't know where to put it. Very isolated location, think they put us in the furthest away villa, it took us 15 mins to walk to the hotel which was supposed to be just across the road.

Lovely hotel to look at, nice reception and welcoming staff. This changes as soon as you are in the hotel and checked in. There were drinks glasses left around the hotel on ledges etc that were not cleaned up. Food was terrible and could barely be eaten. You have to book your dinner slot between 6-7pm and 8.30-9pm which felt silly. We managed to eat breakfast in the hotel but rest of the time we had to eat elsewhere, the fact that they had two paid restaurants that had lovely food made it even more frustrating that they were capable of cooking good food but don’t. Pool was okay, hot and cold pools. But the cold pool is riddled with seagulls, I stepped on a fish while in the water which was more than unpleasant. Staff at the bars were slow and honestly quite shocking. Four people in the bar, three standing around talking and just one serving a long line of people. They did some frozen cocktails but it was hit or miss, sometimes lovely, sometimes it would taste very bad. Such a lovely location on the marina and a huge building. But the there needs to be more staff, better food and drinks to justify the price of all inclusive. I would not have paid what I did if I knew how everything would be at the hotel. Quite disappointing and would have loved to return if these things are fixed.

Amazing hotel in a fab location. Rooms are modern with plenty of storage. Entertainment staff are so energetic and really engaging. Good selection of food but there isn’t enough staff for clearing table but this does seem to be improving. The main issue for us is that the heated pool is only marginally warmer than the non heated pool. We had mentioned this to reception and the pool was heated on Tuesday and noticeable warmer than the non heated pool. Since then it hasn’t been heated and has returned to marginally warmer than the non heated pool.

Amazing facilities and beautifully put together. We were Royal Level (adults only) and it’s like a different hotel to the main side, food was very nice and a wide range of premium drinks and cocktails with the all inclusive. Only thing that let the place down was the lack of staff, queuing for drinks took and age and there were no staff to clean up tables in the bars so it made everything look a bit dirty, not want you expect from a hotel of this price. A consideration for anyone booking a room with a plunge pool or ‘swim up’ as they call it, unless you get a room that is sea facing you will not get sun all day, one of the rooms they offered us to upgrade to didn’t get any sun on the pool area until 3pm so totally useless as the water was too cold to be in anyway.

Great location massive and nice rooms. Service is poor, staff have an attitude going on. Needs a fair bit maintenance already. Be careful of tables in restaurant as razor sharp corners. Wife ripped her dress on one. Food isn’t amazing feels like it’s been out for ages. Not as fresh as could be. Poor labelling, overcooked meat and undercooked potatoes, poor labelling. Management are running a tight ship. They already have your money attitude.

Would like to specially mention the lovely lady Nadia who met during our stay and was so very helpful and loving. Every day she came to us to ask how our day was and if she could do anything for us. Lovely few days in the Premium Suites. Rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. We spent all of our time in the adult areas and had a quiet relaxing time. Special mention to the staff at the pool bar, especially Chuss, who kept us entertained and played the best music. Food was good at the pool bar too. Evening meals in the adult only restaurant followed by drinks in the chill out bar. Some of the entertainment was a bit cheesy but it was a giggle. Highly recommend for a relaxing break - wish we were here for a few more days.

Our experience has been great. The staff have been working their asses off to accommodate everyone. They seem to be understaffed, but the workers are making it easier. Hats off to the workers, especially Susette, who single handedly served over 80 people, non-stop the whole night with no help, and that includes glass collecting and washing the glasses. All the staff that I have met are balls to the wall but are just getting on with it. Place is lovely and only a 15-minute walk to the main strip. Would definitely recommend if you don't have a stick stuck in a certain place 🤭.

Hotel understaffed which was very apparent - things like breakfast and dinner buffet and bar staff struggling to keep up with demand. A few issues with it but overall a good place to stay. We booked a room with a Sea View. See picture below for what we got. Not much of a sea view when they plonk a big tree in front of your window. Whoever thought it would a good design choice to have a toilet door made of glass that doesn't actually close should be shot. I've never been on the toilet and thought to myself "I wish more people could share in this moment with me". Other than that, great food, friendly staff, good location. The spa is great too.

Great welcome from Jon & Boussa when we arrived, lovely room with plenty of room to spread out and loads of storage space. Good balcony - two sunbeds, two chairs, table. Good shower. Plenty of room to soak some sun around several pools, plenty of towels - no deposit required! How trusting is that? Breakfast was incredible, so much choice, everything you could think of. We didn't really use the afternoon bar but had lunch one day - the choices were a little big for what we needed after the breakfast and before going out to dinner. We didn't have an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Reception was great for booking taxis. A really relaxing stay - great location for walking into the bars/restaurant areas of Costa Teguise.

We’ve just come back after 7 nights away. The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable. They were cleaned every day and always lovely to come back to and chill before dinner. The resort is lovely with a very Lanzarote feel to it. Very well kept and clean. Pool was gorgeous, yes cold but as soon as we were in it was perfect. The kids and I enjoyed our swims. The sunbeds are great and plentiful, no real need to reserve any (for a change) The main eating area was well organised and we sat out in the balcony/terrace area every day. The food was great, always stuff for kids, not just chips and nuggets. They ate gorgeous salads, grilled chicken, lamb etc. breakfast was stunning with fruit, selections of breads and yes a good fresh cooked breakfast (English bacon if that’s your thing) We strolled through the shops (no hassle to buy) to the beach and had a fabulous time in the waves! Everyone is friendly and fabulous to walk the whole coast line .. gorgeous in the morning or at night. We did a boat trip and had a great day out at sea and on a remote volcanic beach. We swam, ate on the boat and enjoyed feeding/swimming with the fish. All in all it’s been the best family holiday we’ve had for a while. Both the kids and us feel chilled and relaxed with nice sun-kissed tan for October. We will definitely come back and would stay again at the same hotel, Los Zocos.

We are just leaving Los Zocos on our way home. The hotel was fine the staff were amazing and it was incredibly clean. My biggest problem with the hotel is that we booked here because of the free access to the water park sold by jet2. The issue is they don't tell you that all the rides have a height limit of 1.2m. which my youngest is under so we didn't go. The food is not so great, breakfast was what it is. Lunch and Dinner was not great. It's also like a school dinner hall, anyone with sensory issues would not cope. The great thing about Lanzarote is the restaurants are extremely cheap. We eat out every night and paid on average 60 euros for a family of 4. The rooms are functional and cleaned daily although we kept having to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 every day. The pool area is pleasant but the pool is not heated and even though the staff clean it. The 2 times I ventured in I had to pick people's hair off me. All in all we have had a great holiday my recommendation would be to use this hotel as a B&B.

Have realistic expectations/price paid and you will enjoy it. It has 2 pool areas, one quiet and one with music, both have children pools. Thank you all for our great stay!

Just returned from 2 week holiday. Family of 4, was in a junior suite which consisted of living room and 1 bedroom, kids were on sofa bed, not really big enough for teenage kids. However, that aside, very clean and quite spacious. Helpful staff, friendly bar staff( special mention to Mary, always helpful, Angie and Leo). 1st time all inclusive, food good with themed nights and nice Chinese buffet option. Kids disco every night at 8.30pm and always a show on for all at 9.30pm. Three pools and plenty of varied activities throughout the day if you wanted to stay around the hotel. The animation (entertainment) team are excellent! Paddy, Flora, Kriztian, Ava, Chloe and new start Marina who replaced Leo who was brilliant and all very friendly, special mention to Yohan, brilliant with guests especially with the kids, mad as a hatter but made us all feel very welcome, those guys made a good holiday into a great holiday!!

I recently stayed at Los Zocos Lanzarote and had quite the experience! First off, hats off to the staff—absolutely brilliant! They were always friendly and willing to help with a smile. Now, the rooms… let's just say they are a little tired, but hey, it's all part of the adventure, right? The food was fantastic—plenty of variety and delicious enough to make me forget about my beach body goals. The gardens, though, deserve a special mention. They are beautifully maintained, and you can see how hard the gardeners work to keep them in tip-top shape. It’s like walking through a tropical postcard every day. My daughter absolutely loved Zoki! The entertainment kept her smiling and happy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, brace yourselves for the pool bar and toilets. The queues were longer than the list of my holiday mishaps, and cleanliness seemed to be more of a suggestion than a rule. On the bright side, the location is spot on. Close to everything you'd want to see or do, making it easy to explore. Overall, with a good sense of humor, it's an experience worth having!

We are here now and the hotel it's self is stunning, and really clean. Great location , but the sunbed situation is ridiculous people are getting up at 6.00am for a sunbed. Also food wise breakfast is pretty good, but gosh evening meal choice is very poor, and poor selection of desserts. Some of the staff are not so pleasant, after reading up on this hotel and mostly positive reviews, I'm sorry to say mine isn't .I'm not sure I would return because they don't do B&B .

We visited the hotel in late April of this year, was a lovely hotel with great rooms and right in the middle of Teguise centre so were able to make a choice to either stay in the hotel or visit the bars and restaurants that close by. We went early in the season so did not expect to have too much in the way of entertainment but were very impressed with the animation team, particularly Rowland who was always upbeat and polite to all of the guests. We saw him a lot around the hotel and he was always happy to stop and help us with questions or ask us if we were interested to join in the various activities that he was running. Overall, its was a great holiday with good rooms, comfortable beds and good food throughout the day.

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Las Costas and we had an exceptional time- excellent facilities and provision were complimented by a friendly and attentive staffing team that we will genuinely miss! Without wanting to spoil anything there were some pleasant surprises from the hotel too. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and, although I don’t know much about it, I’m not sure what is required to take this hotel to five stars! Spent 10days at las Costas , we went half board the food was very good best holiday my husband and I have had for a long time, the hotel was extremely clean and the gardens are well maintained. All the staff were very friendly especially Ellie our cleaner she is very hard working when asked for something it was never a problem for her to sort it out. We have change our holiday dates for next year with our companies, so we can come again as the hotel is closed in July for refurbishment so we have booked in August as we throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast had lots of choice and it was well presented :) the pool bar was very clean and the chicken sandwich was excellent also very fresh :) although the fish and chips could do with revising :) definitely enjoyed our stay here we would definitely come back :) the location for the beach and walk to town was brilliant :)

We just got back from Lanzarote and we stayed at hotel Las Costas. My wife booked it after reading a few reviews and watching some YouTube walkabout videos. The hotel was faultless! Brilliant position, great food, lovely staff, good amenities and very clean. We couldn't have asked for more on our first stay on the Island. The hotels location will be hard to beat, right on the beach. On sun bathing days, we walked to the sea front and hired 2 sunbeds and a parasol for 10 euros a day and we could walk back to our room if we needed the toilet or to get something and it is literally minutes there and back. Super market, shops, restaurant's and bars are very close but not at all noisy. Most nights we ate at Las Costas as the food choice and quality was excellent. The Gardens are very well kept and very pretty and some days we just walked around just to view them. Our room was large and spacey with everything we needed for a our weeks holiday. 10/10 for this lovely Hotel and we will definitely be back. Next time hopefully for 2 weeks 😁

We really loved our stay in Olivina and especially with the lovely Animation Team that were always with great energy and had a great dance show. Plus the White Party night which was one of the highlights for us. Apart from that the location is great and they have many different pool areas, so you can be at the one closest to you or you have some which are more or less noisy. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcomed. It was indeed a lovely vacation!

From start to finish we were made to feel like VIPs. All staff were polite, welcoming, helpful and friendly. They all work so hard but always took the time to give us a smile and nice greeting. Our room was just right for us, had a nice view and was kept very clean each day. The animation team were not pushy when trying to get us to join in with events. They were friendly and welcoming, and even remembered our names! This encouraged us to take part in one or two events or at least watch. The food was delicious with so much choice. The beach and shops were within reasonable walking distance. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we hope to be back soon.

Just returned home for a 10 night stay, overall very good.. Great range of food, with a twist every night, staff overall very friendly, especially the entertainers. If you stop over the road the rooms are terrible, they've over purchased the extra property off someone else, but still classed it as all inclusive (the room was a self catering one, but with no kettle etc, bizzare) it's also a good walk to the main restaurant. Pools are nice, with plenty of sunbeds. I would return if I had a better room.

Beautiful place, very beautiful scenery. The animators were really nice and engaged. They had a club for the kids where they could play things or get creative. Every evening is a little show and a mini disco. They have a variety of pools on their terrain. The meals are always very good and you have a big buffet. The bars always offer many different drinks. The water and the juices are not that tasty and they don't offer sparkling water. The pools tend to be a little dirty and sometimes overflow. The pool loungers were often full and you could barely get a seat under a parasol, they have way too less parasols.

Stayed at labranda for 5 nights all inclusive, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is stunning and the apartments are very spacious, we had a sea view which was lovely. We had stayed here the year before but the food this year wasn't the best, even the pizza wasn't great so we ate out most nights. Breakfast is probably the best meal to go for as there is lots of selection.

Just returned after 10 days here I'll try to sum it up fairly: Accomodation: 10/10 very clean villa style lots of space. Food: 5/10 you can always find something to eat but everything was just under warm. Staff: 10/10 Never met anyone without a smile on their face, brilliant. Entertainment: 1/10 minimum effort, mini disco for about 30 minutes then a local singer most nights. Location: 5/10 not a lot around, taxi into town is approx 5 euros which is recommended if you're bored. Could do with some vending machines in reception selling snacks and drinks for those checked out at 12 and have late flights as your all inclusive ends at 12 and you can't get food/drinks.

We spent 10 days in this hotel and it's a mixed bag of beans. First of all, this hotel shouted rated 4 stars, it is definitely the likes of 3. The things that we liked were the little houses that consisted of 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with 3 outdoors areas. 1 area was by the entrance and had 2 sun beds, a table and 4 chairs. 2 area was walled and only had a drying rack that can fit 4 towels. If you want to dry your bathing suits etc... well... you figure it out. 3 area is just empty walled space the size of a small room. We never used it because it seemed nonsense and a waste of space. Rooms were quite clean. Each room has a free safe to use which is nice, as well as a fridge. We had all sorts of living creatures in our room due to gap under main doors. DON'T BOOK IT IF YOU ARE NOT A FAN OF COCKROACHES, BEETLES, FLIES AND ANTS keeping you company. All these can be seen also in the restaurant where food is served. Our duvets were changed only once and it is only when we left a tip and asked for it! In 10 days! Pool towels you have to give deposit of 10 euros for each, and pay 1 euro each time you want it swapped for a clean one. Pool itself is VERY COLD, which was a major issue for me personally. I wasn't looking to get into the pool because each time it was a battle against the cold. I noticed similar reaction from other people too. At the end, the beach won with warm ocean and blue clean waters. SOS guy, aka. lifeguard at the pool is only sitting in shade where he has no view of pools- you won't see him walking around or actively supervising. Play room is falling apart. Football pitch is dirty with paper cups flying around in the wind and half a ton of stones and dust on it. Pool bathroom is dirty. Reception is efficient and staff are nice. Your all inclusive won't get you much outside of restaurant hours Now food....absolute disaster! It reminded me of 20 years ago when I was only learning to cook: bland, tasteless. And worst- EVERY DAY THE SAME! Cakes are defrosted. Lunch and dinner recycled from breakfast. Pizza is nice otherwise don't look for a culinary experience. Francesco working in the restaurant is amazing, and do is the rest of the staff multiplying themselves. Entertainment is absolutely minimal. Overall, I'd NEVER go to this hotel again and I'd never recommend it to anyone. Get something better, folks!

This was my first experience having an all inclusive holiday and it was good! I would definitely do it again and I think I would go back to Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel. I travelled with a friend and our accommodation was a modest size but with a lovely outdoor area that was very comfortable for lounging. The pool was a good size, though we went out of school holiday time and I reckon it would probably be a lot more busy during school holidays. The food was excellent - I follow a mostly plant based diet and there was always a vegan option available. The cocktail menu for all inclusive wasn’t as expansive as I would have liked but the sangria is great! The reason I have given a 4* and not a 5* - although I enjoyed the food, sometimes the labels were not accurate, for example one day I saw a vegan label on a seafood paella and sometimes there were no labels at all. If you have a strict diet this might be a problem, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also have liked to have seen a larger cocktail menu but what we did have was good.

Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Spacious, well kept suites, big fluffy white towels and clean white bedding. Suites cleaned daily to a high standard. Grounds kept impeccable, some lovely flowers and bushes. Some of the decking around pool area and pool bar area is loose and broken so does need attention. Also more parasols needed. Food is definitely not as good as we have had, fewer choices. Breakfast food is definitely the best for choice. The staff here are amazing, all work so hard and always happy and smiling.

This holiday was wonderful. It’s the second time we have visited the hotel and it did not disappoint. The first week was a little stressful, it seemed to be very busy and there was longer waiting times to be seated for food and you felt you had to rush to let others in, also longer waiting times for drinks as the staff was overwhelmed. The towels we were provided was too short for the sun beds and people were reserving them from 6am. The second week the rules of not reserving the sun beds was implemented and it seemed less busy and more relaxed. The staff are a credit to this hotel who work tirelessly and always with a smile and they truly make your holiday extra special. Our bed Was 2 singles pushed together and I found them slightly uncomfortable. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided if needed. You also had shampoo and shower gel provided soap and moisturiser. The new added Italian restaurant was delicious and the service was superb, it felt like a night dining out. The food provided by the hotel since we was all inclusive was very good with lots of choices. There is a supermarket opposite which sold anything you needed and your a short walk from the beaches. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful room overlooking the pool. 2 problems smoking particularly around the restaurant/pool bar but I know you are trying to address this other problem was the pool parasol. It was particularly hot when we were there but additional parasols are needed plus need to be in better condition. However food cleanliness cocktails and location all good. Will definitely be back. Evening entertainment good as well

What a great hotel, adults only. Service here is fantastic each member of staff is really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed all-inclusive for a week and was surprised by the value, drinks are all premium brands and they do not hold back on the measures, lots of different choice of cocktails also. Food was all really fresh for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snack bar is really nice for a lunchtime pick me up. Location is great for a walk into Playa Blanca or down to the beach. Rooms are large and very clean. Lovely balcony to relax on. Two pools which are well maintained.

They claim no reserving of beds but this is not enforced The food is not 4 star, repeat NOT 4 star. If anything it is institutional. Food at buffet is cold & sometimes inadequately cooked. What is out doesn’t get replenished often & runs out. Grill staff are overwhelmed by demand; more queues & I was served uncooked meats twice. Staff seem too busy to cope & dirty plates build up. The eating experience was so disappointing. Two star at best. The entertainment is pretty dire. It’s so, so loud there is no escaping it & it rattled the windows of our room. I was quite depressed by what should have been 10 days of relaxation & an expensive 10 days at that. Frankly a poor experience.

Just back from a week's holiday here. Hotel is 4.5 out of 5 overall. Rooms basic but OK, not great bathroom and little low on drawers storage. Food good and so much choice at breakfast and dinner as buffet. Spa OK, we had a massage each and was pretty good. We had all inclusive but that didn't include the mini bar, even the coke etc so we went to local spar and brought some. Bit tight to charge extra for mini bar if booked all inclusive. Location good, only about 15 mins from airport, plenty of places to eat or drink outside the hotel and only a hundred meters from a decent beach.

He always had a lovely smile and clearly put a lot of thought and energy into each beautifully presented meal. It made my stay feel so special. Every other member of staff was also amazingly attentive and friendly, special thank you to David, Mohamed Adda and manager Yaslem. The reception and guest experience team were also very helpful and were happy to make any accommodations for me. The hotel itself was beautiful and always clean, as were the rooms which were serviced every day. I spent 2 weeks here but could have easily stayed another month! The resort is really nice, the junior suite room is very spacious, the bed super comfy. The royal level heated pool is nice! The food isn't great, the food cooked at the grill is good but the rest could be improved, it gets dry after a while that is out, the quality should be better considering it's a 4 star resort.

My boyfriend took me to this hotel for my 22nd and it was amazing! We upgraded to Royal and it’s so worth it, the room was incredible too and would be cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. There was one incident where my partner asked for either some room decor or something for my actual birthday and the hotel kindly provided us with a bottle of champagne and a note in an ice bucket but as we were driving that night we didn’t drink it and the cleaners took the bottle away the next day, when we went to reception to let them know they were surprised and sorted it out very quickly and by the time we came back to our room they had replaced it. You cannot fault this hotel we’ve had an unreal experience, we went from the 7th-14th of Oct and we managed to get lovely weather apart from the odd grey clouds on some, overall cannot wait to come back!

I stayed here for 7 nights. I had a deluxe double sea view room, which was well appointed and maintained well by housekeeping throughout my stay. The views over the pools to the ocean were a delight each morning! My room was overlooking the main public area of the hotel on the 6th floor of an open internal terrace. It was mega noisy during the live entertainment hours of 8-10pm each night, so if you expect tranquility during these hours, you should request a quiet room when booking. I asked to be moved on my first night, but reception staff were unhelpful and could only offer me a room one floor up but in the same area which would have made no difference at all. It may be worth paying extra for a junior suite to be sure you're in a different wing of the hotel away from all the activity. Food and drinks quality was excellent, with lots of local dishes and cheeses on offer which are delightful and well worth a try. Drinks service in Royal Level restaurant is not self-service and this part of the offering was slow and often had to be requested rather than offered. The staff are obviously tasked to clear plates and reset tables as their priority to ensure availability for guests as they arrive, but more thought needs to be given to guest service during their meal. The pools are great and service at the Goa pool bar was exceptional. Downsides were tables without cup holders in a breezy spot, so empties and nearly empties would often go flying. Guests "reserving" loungers with towels and personal items was not managed at all by staff throughout the hotel, leading to the usual situation where there is no lounger availability despite less than half actually being used. Senior managers were visible marching around the complex trying to look busy and important, but not stopping to observe pressure points on staff and service. The front line staff could not have been kinder or more helpful, but they were often under too much pressure to be able to be as attentive as they'd like to be. If you've hired a car, there is ample on road parking nearby which is free of charge. This was my second stay at this hotel and despite its flaws, primarily being understaffed, I would be content to stay here again.

This was our second visit, after a wonderful visit to Seaside Los Jameos last year. Once again, we had a lovely stay. Everyone across the hotel, is extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The staff are very attentive and busy all the time, making sure the hotel is well kept and customers are happy. The rooms are kept very clean and some have been updated since we visited last year. Constant cleaning everywhere in the hotel, which shows they understand the importance of keeping this under control in hot climates! The food, as before, offered lots of options through the buffets with different themes every night. The staff in the restaurant are very attentive, albeit a little too keen at times (taking the salt and pepper away while we were still eating!) and not quite as welcoming if you attend dinner after 9pm, which we did on our first night due to late flight arrival (dinner service runs until 9:45pm). The location is great, with a lovely and spacious beach outside the back of the hotel with a number of options for food, souvenir shopping, bike hire and even a useful medical centre which we had to visit during our stay. The pool does get busy and as others have noted, the booking of sunbeds with towels does happen. The hotel does have a policy on this but I'm not sure how much it's enforced as it's very difficult to. We never found an issue finding sunbeds though, despite being later to the pool than most, so I don't think it's an issue. I'm also sure if any customers had a concern, the hotel would address it quickly. As always, a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

The staff throughout the hotel are incredibly friendly , albeit reception at night can be a bit feisty. The cleanliness throughout all areas of the hotel is superb , however rooms are in need of updating which is being undertaken. The food is exceptional , variety and quality . Location is good, quiet area with beach outside back gate. However for August, the pool and sunbed areas struggle at capacity which has become an issue. We will most certainly return but avoiding August.

1 week stay here as a couple, stayed here a couple of years ago as well. We were very impressed from the start with service and offered champagne on arrival. All staff were so helpful and accommodating. Service was fast when sitting down and staff worked extremely hard, even with the overwhelming amount of people at times. Different themes every night for food but also had standard options as well to suit everyone. Drinks were amazing, with different types of cocktails and branded liquor. I would definitely recommend the piano bar, the pianist was very talented. Only thing I would say is that guests do the usual reserving of sunbeds early morning. If you're planning on staying by the pool all day then get one early! It does get busy at times and there are lots of families but that's to be expected and there is plenty to do still just as a young couple.

This is the second time I have gone to Los Jameos. I love it here and want to come again. The staff are incredible, they are really kind and talk to you. The rooms are clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The food is 5 stars. If you ever want to get fish, the best time to get it at dinner time is when Gabriel is there. Gabriel is such a nice guy and he cooks the fish the best. Also, samuel is really kind and always talks to me. Thanks for the great service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A great hotel. My wife and I spent 9 nights here in a very clean room. It was cleaned very well every day. From our balcony we had a beautiful view on the beach. The breakfast has a wide choice and all employees here are professional and attentive. Every night at the piano bar there is someone playing and they serve really nice cocktails there. Even if want it without the alcohol. It has a really nice vibe and we loved sitting there. If u like to play tennis they have a beautiful court and hiring a racket is very cheap! We were able to sleep in, have breakfast and find a spot at the pool. They have a protocol here where they check several times a day whether sunbeds are reserved. However we felt that this did not work all the time, because mainly the other people tell the employees that those people are coming back. Unfortunately we had a noise nuisance for 1 night from the people staying above us. We literally heard the children stomping and screaming for like 2hours until midnight. The hotel itself cannot do anything about this, but we were listened to very well and several solutions were offered to us. The next night we did not have the noice nuisance anymore. In short, we would definitely come back to this hotel.

we spent a week at the hotel in October 24 on half board basis. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and the work that has been done is amazing. The hotel looks fantastic, both inside and out. There's a real feel of luxury here, the decor is modern and classy, the pool area is beautiful, and the restaurant is also fitted out to a high standard. The hotel overlooks the beach and sea front. You can hear the waves crashing as you sit on your balcony or when eating at the restaurant. The rooms are also nice, however, the suite, which we had booked, was a bit sterile, the bedroom was great with fantastic wardrobe and storage, the bathroom was also well appointed but the living area was just a bit bland, a bit more effort here really would have made the whole experience feel nearly 5 stars. There is a gym onsite also, which is basic but clean and has enough to get you by for a week. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The pool area is not equipped with enough sunbeds for the number of guests. Many times, we arrived after breakfast and could not find a pair of sun loungers together where we could relax by the pool. Most of the sun loungers are reserved with towels by guests from early in the morning, We observed loungers not being used for 5 or 6 hours some days, but the towels were not removed by staff to allow others to use the loungers. On 2 of the 7 nights, the food was really good. The remaining nights, the food was just average. There are areas of the hotel that are reserved for "select" customers. To avail of the select areas, you must pay an additional 70 euro/PP/per day. There are no coffee making facilities provided in the rooms. Again, you can pay an additional 5 euro/day for a machine to be provided. For a hotel of this quality, you would expect coffee/tea making facilities to be included. The hotel is not cheap, one week on half board for 2 persons will cost you around 2K. the hotel does look like a 4 Star Hotel, but the negative aspects we experienced would reduce this to a 3.5-star experience.

Great hotel. Visited mid/late July 2024 on bed and breakfast basis. Great selection of food, everything very clean, friendly staff across the board, no issues with sunbeds (we went up to the "solarium" which is adults only and for 10 days we had circa 30 sun beds and a shower to ourselves. Generally fairly quiet noise wise when we stayed. Very easy access to a great public beach and right at the start of the Puerto del Carmen strip so no shortage of bars, restaurants and shops. Good snorkelling very close by as well. Cannot fault anything.

We stayed at the Plus Fariones Hotel for a week with our two young children (ages 0 and 2) and had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and bright, with excellent facilities, and the staff is universally friendly and welcoming. There’s a lot to say about this hotel, so let’s break it down. Our rooms were very pleasant, well-designed, and kept impeccably clean by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was impressive—immense, versatile, and delicious! They offered freshly made omelets, pancakes, and eggs, along with a variety of typical English breakfast items and an abundance of fresh local fruit. The swimming pool is fantastic, and while there weren’t many other children around during our stay, there was a baby pool that our two-year-old absolutely loved! The beach was just perfect, with clear water, clean sand, and plenty of loungers and parasols readily available. The gym was my personal favorite. I used it every day and even discovered some new workout programs. The Technogym equipment was better than what we have at home—everything you need for a solid workout, whether you’re into weightlifting or cardio. I have to say, I even appreciated the architecture of the hotel. Every part of it feels thoughtfully designed, with cozy seating areas, indoor plants, bright colors, and materials. And again, everything is kept spotlessly clean! As for downsides, I can only think of two, and they’re both policy-related. First, the towel reserving habit at the pool was extremely frustrating. Even at the kiddy pool, adults would reserve loungers without any intention of using them until later in the day. I’d estimate only 1 in 4 loungers were actually occupied, with the rest just reserved by towels. This could easily be addressed by the hotel implementing a policy against it, as I’ve seen in many other places. It’s a rude habit, and I hope the hotel steps in. The second issue was with the gym access policy. You need to pick up a pass at the counter, which is only valid for the day, meaning you have to stop by the lobby every day before heading to the gym. I’m sure there’s a reason for this, but it was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, a note on the coffee—this isn’t specific to the hotel but more of an island-wide issue. The coffee was disappointing, with Nespresso cups seeming to be the standard. Good coffee can really elevate a vacation experience, and despite searching for a week, I couldn’t find a good coffee spot on the island. Most coffee corners default to Nespresso cups, so I guess that’s just how it is here. Overall, this is my honest review of a week we thoroughly enjoyed at the Plus Fariones. We didn’t expect it to be THIS good, especially considering the price. The value is extraordinary. Thank you for a great time, and if we return to Lanzarote, we’ll most definitely stay here again!

We had stayed here for 6 days and only left yesterday. We normally stay in seaside los jameos but had wanted to try fariones suites after the refurb, I've been left disappointed with the whole experience. The rooms - We got a Seaview suite, the bedroom at the back was so dark it was honestly like a cell, so much so that on the second night we moved a bed into the sitting room! The sitting room, while it was better, felt Clinical, cold and empty Our balcony was average size but had a great view, this was after we changed rooms as we got a room between the concrete grooves of hotel and had absolutely no light at all, think it was 335? Pool- Well.... the sun lounger situation... there's no policing of the sunbeds. People go down at breakfast and put towels down and not joking, the will go off for the day, at least 50% of loungers are unoccupied. Pool is nice with a nice view but absolutely freezing, the lifeguard has no interest and a couple of times there was kids throwing Pool weights and toys all around narrowly missing other guests and jumping off the silver bar into zero entry Pool and he said absolutely NOTHING! Food- We went half board, the dinner was absolutely rubbish, we only had it once and swapped it for lunch another time in the bar which was delicious, the selection at dinner is very small, very random food items too! I'm comparing this to the amazing spread we get at Los jameos! It's simply no comparison! Breakfast is nice and much better than dinner Staff- 50% of staff are nice, Alejandro at reception and Jesica at the restaurant are absolutely beautiful and they are a credit to the hotel.The day we checked out and paid our bill we dealt with a guy in reception called viator/Victor? He was so uninterested and was just plain rude, he needs to be reminded that he is front of house staff and to be unbeat,friendly and helpful. He didn't ask us how are stay was, didn't offer thanks for staying or wishing a safe journey, absolutely ignorant!! Awful member to have at a desk Cleanliness- The hotel is immaculate, always seeing them clean, has a beautiful smell in the hallways which I actually would love to know what it was?! Bathrooms are beautiful, and so it reception, even seen them cleaning glass at pool ans beach front, so can't fault that! Overall- The hotel is nice but it's not for me, it feels quite Clinical, almost like a cosmetic surgery clinic in Turkey! Lacks character that I love when I go to Los jameos, it has a brilliant location and if you're looking for parking, soco is across the road. The back private beach access is also great and saves time. I have to say I waited a long time to stay here and was left disappointed, I think management can make this a great hotel with a few tweeks!

We have enjoyed holidays in this hotel since it opened in 1987 and have re-visited many times. The service is second to none with many members of staff employed for many years and who recognise us during our stay. The location away from the main town suits us very well as it is easy to access if we wish to visit whilst the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. We enjoy the food especially the live kitchen with a varied menu every night. The pool bar is also good for a quick snack at lunchtime. The steps down to the sea across the sea promenade have been improved and we enjoy snorkelling and spotted all the fish and crabs. Some details in the bedrooms would benefit from an update but the bathrooms have been refurbished and the beds are always especially comfortable and beautifully presented. Thank you to all the staff who have made our holidays so special over many many years.

We had a lovely ground floor room with a walk in shower as requested. The room was spacious and had everything we needed in it and kept clean and beds made up every day and fresh towels. The service at the hotel is second to none, the staff are friendly and welcoming and always polite. The bar waiters after a couple of days know what drinks you like to order and are fast and efficient always with a friendly smile. The food was very good both in the main restaurant and the pool restaurant during the day is very good. The cocktails are excellent freshly made and they have a very good selection of top brand alcohols. I would highly recommend this hotel for a good relaxing holiday. The entertainment was exceptional on a couple of nights when they had a group of soul singers one evening and another evening was a female singer from South Africa who was incredible. There is entertainment every evening in the dance hall and also in the reception piano bar for a different vibe. They do have a day entertainment program which we didn't participate in probably because we weren't around at the right times, but the daytime entertainment staff do not come around to bother you, you seek it out yourselves and all entertainment programs are advertised on the boards which state where it is. I will definitely book this hotel again when travelling to Playa Blanca. I have travelled a lot and this is definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in...I should mention that I always book 4 or 5 * hotels and have stayed in some exceptional places and this one is in my top 10 for experience, service, standard of the hotel and grounds and location.

Great hotel with good food and amazing staff. Located close to the beach and supermarkets. We opted for the all inclusive option and it was great not having to worry about the prices. We could just relax and enjoy our holiday. It's pretty windy on the island and the room we stayed in wasn't very isolated to the wind and people in the hallway. They also have fun activities every day that anyone can try. I would recommend this hotel for your visit!

We’ve just had a 2-week stay and found the hotel, its staff and food excellent. The rooms were spacious, thoroughly cleaned each day, the staff were friendly and efficient, the food in the two main restaurants was varied with plenty of choice and, again, couldn’t fault the service. A bit of a boring review, I’m afraid, but we can only say what we found. 5-star without a doubt.

First time at the island and at this hotel. From the start all staff were welcoming and helpful. We were All Inclusive, all the food and drink was great, lots of choice in the restaurant. More limited on wine choice but what was available was very good and premium spirits were included at the bar. A great location if you enjoy walking because you can easily walk in either direction. The Marina market is well worth it. Rooms were lovely, we had a sea view. The room itself was spacious, huge bed, lovely bathroom. I have already recommended it to others.
