I am not one to stay at the same hotel all the time but we stayed here 3 times (last was 24.11.2024-01.12.2024) and were never disappointed. The property is great, location is fantastic , rooms are very spacious and clean, staff are all lovely, pools are warm and food is fresh and very respectable for the price. We came when our son was 9 months, 16 months and 2.5 years. We always had breakfast but ordered half board last two times as we thought it will give us more options for feeding a toddler, it was a very good decision. Not least because the options for feeding children a varied diet going out for meals at the restaurants are very limited unless you want to feed them pasta and chicken nuggets the entire holiday. But actually, we also happily ate there most evenings, the value for money is fantastic and there was good variety, food was tasty and fresh. There are only a handful of restaurants in Costa Teguise that are really worth paying €60-70 for a family dinner and it was nice not to be forced to go out every night.
I would also add that the last time we stayed the pool was by far the warmest of all our stays, it was like 28-29 degrees, perfect for little children, we were over the moon. I don’t know if this is a new policy or a one off but it was certainly warmer than during our previous stays and it was amazing.
Also with regards to construction, there are definitely major works going on at the hotel, but it didnt affect our holiday in any way. First, there was no work on weekends. Second, there was only one day out of our one week stay when there were really loud works and it was around lunchtime for maybe 2 hours, really no big deal. To be fair We spent most days on the beach so for us it was a non-issue. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Noise from building work not acceptable! Work started at 7.45am and continued until after 6pm. Such a shame as this is a lovely hotel. All rooms facing the large pool are affected. Hotel staff did move us on request but this made no difference to the noise but gave us better view.

Junior suite was booked. Rooms were great and spacious. Only happened to be one of the most expensive rooms but next to major building work.
I would prefer to have a basic room and away from the construction. Bit cheeky that there was no explanation about that when booking the room.
We did get a bottle of cava for free but that was only after we claimed. If it had been a proactive gesture then would have appreciated the gesture a bit more.
Breakfast was very good and location is right next to restaurants and bars but location next to construction work is not good.

Lovely hotel. 2 pools. Great breakfast selection. Really really lovely staff. Upgraded room on arrival. Perfect. Costa teguise can be breezy so 4 out of 5 days subjected to wind at different velocity!

Stayed here 7-14 dec 2024. This hotel is an absolute diamond. Could not fault anything at all. Loved small and friendly layout and low rise room blocks. Lovely heated pools. Rooms fabulous, food great and customer service amazing. Location could not be better. I can’t wait to come back.
