Great location, excellent staff; they were all so friendly and helpful. Perfect having an adults only stay. For the price, I expected a bit more from the room, and I think with the dust the floors need to be cleaned more regularly. There was also a lot of mould in the shower. Food was amazing and so varied. Squid ink paella was the best, I thoroughly enjoyed all of the seafood. Lovely place to spend Christmas, and fun activities were hosted throughout each day. The worst part about the stay is people "claiming" sunbeds. Even though the sign says that they can't be away from a sunbed for more than 60mins, people would leave their belongings for hours without using them. We'd come down at 8:30am and most loungers were taken, but people wouldn't use them till 11 or 12. Absolutely ridiculous. Still, I would stay again.

Fantastic resort. Food is great, staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. We are having the best time.
Not sure why the person a couple of reviews below have given a 1* to a hotel that they haven’t stayed at. I for one would be pretty annoyed if there were kids in a hotel lobby or by the doors of an adult only hotel that I’ve specifically booked because it’s child free. It says adults only in the hotel title and is literally the title of the hotel on google maps, a baffling review.

Stayed here over the new year. Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff. They put in a huge amount of time and effort, particularly for the New Year’s Eve meal and party afterwards in the sports bar downstairs. The place was packed and hopping with band and DJ.
The buffet for breakfast and evening dinner was very impressive with lots to choose from on all courses. There was always plenty of room in the restaurant and always managed to get a seat inside or out.
The staff are very helpful and so friendly.
Sitting here trying to pick out a negative and to be honest I can’t. It was great. We went all inclusive, so didn’t venture too far from the hotel for food etc. but there are places to see and walks close by around small shopping areas. There beach which is lovely, is only a very short walk away.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful – always smiling and ready to make our stay even more special.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views!
The entire property was thoughtfully designed and luxurious – the pool, the spa, and even the smallest details created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to truly unwind and feel like a VIP! I will definitely return!

We arrived, following a long day's travel. Two blemishes in the bedroom prevented me giving this hotel 5 stars. Shower handle broken and appalling painting on the balcony.
Let's start with the plus points. Staff were very very friendly, breakfasts were very good with an amazing choice. If you are staying at the hotel I would advise against half or full board. Evening buffet dinners, whilst wide in choice, were often served luke warm. New Years Eve buffet was breathtaking. The location of the hotel to the beach was ideal. Much of the hotel could not be flawed. We were served two bottles of champagne for 1. The two minor problems and 2. for my Birthday. I can see why many people rate it 5 star. For us that final star was lost on day1 bearing in mind we were only here 5 nights.
It has many strengths but has a lot to do to secure an upper 4 and 5 star rating.
It will get many 5 stars but sadly not from us
