Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Spacious, well kept suites, big fluffy white towels and clean white bedding. Suites cleaned daily to a high standard. Grounds kept impeccable, some lovely flowers and bushes. Some of the decking around pool area and pool bar area is loose and broken so does need attention. Also more parasols needed. Food is definitely not as good as we have had, fewer choices. Breakfast food is definitely the best for choice. The staff here are amazing, all work so hard and always happy and smiling.

Was here in November 2024... The Hotel is situated in a great spot. Midway between the harbour and the Marina... We had a little problem with the air conditioning as it broke and flooded the room... The staff were extremely sorry and dealt with the issue very quickly.... we were moved rooms and given a bottle of champagne and chocolates.... Fulvio Musso... He couldn't be a better member of staff if he tried... He was everywhere and was so helpful.. top marks ... rooms were very spacious and very clean...was also nice to sit on the balcony with a tea and coffee.. and watch the world go by.. the poolside was quite busy as you would expect but there always seemed to be sunbeds somewhere... food was fine usual buffet variety... the Italian restaurant is highly recommended... overall, all the hotel staff were extremely friendly and very helpful... I would recommend this place for a quiet holiday for couples just to relax and enjoy the sun..

This holiday was wonderful. It’s the second time we have visited the hotel and it did not disappoint. The first week was a little stressful, it seemed to be very busy and there was longer waiting times to be seated for food and you felt you had to rush to let others in, also longer waiting times for drinks as the staff was overwhelmed. The towels we were provided was too short for the sun beds and people were reserving them from 6am. The second week the rules of not reserving the sun beds was implemented and it seemed less busy and more relaxed. The staff are a credit to this hotel who work tirelessly and always with a smile and they truly make your holiday extra special. Our bed Was 2 singles pushed together and I found them slightly uncomfortable. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided if needed. You also had shampoo and shower gel provided soap and moisturiser. The new added Italian restaurant was delicious and the service was superb, it felt like a night dining out. The food provided by the hotel since we was all inclusive was very good with lots of choices. There is a supermarket opposite which sold anything you needed and your a short walk from the beaches. We would definitely visit again.

Ive just had a week here and have to say it was a terrific week. I was on my own but not once did i feel worried or unsafe. My room / suite was perfect. Clean and comfy. Clean towels every day if requested, my bed was changed twice in a week, 2 chairs and a lounger on the balcony. Staff here were all lovely and polite and couldnt have been more helpful. Food is buffet style breakfast and dinner which meant was sometimes a bit less than hot - but you expect that with buffets. Im extremely fussy (due to a couple of health issues) but i found plenty to eat. Entertainment at the pool every afternoon and evening which was excellent.
Like the fact the bar closes at 12 so no late night drunken parties. Plenty of sun loungers round the pool whatever time of day i was looking. Think i will defo be returning.

We were a little concerned about our arrival (23 Nov to 2 Dec) after reading some negative reviews, but how can there be 5* and 2* reviews on exactly the same weeks? We should not have worried.
We arrived mid afternoon, offered a glass of fizz and waited just a short time for our room to be ready, tbf it states 3pm check in and ours was ready just before that. We were at the front/side of the hotel with glimpses of the sea, facing the Princess Yaisa, room 283, perfect for us and very central for PB and the Rubicon. A good sized suite and furnished balcony, comfortable beds at the rear of the suite, good linens, Nespresso machine with refilled pods each day and we requested a kettle which was in our room on our arrival. It states international TV channels, but there are no English channels except a French news channel, so download a few films and programmes to take if you need them.
One of the pools was heated and an OK temperature, jacuzzi tucked away on the upper deck, the sunbeds were the most comfortable I have come across with thick mattresses. We never had any trouble finding one either. Outside areas were kept clean and tidy and it was a smallish hotel, so not far to walk for anything. Food was fine, we always found something to eat that suited us and you had the option of changing dinner to lunch, especially good if you wanted to eat out in the evening. We used the once per visit complimentary Italian restaurant on our last evening which we enjoyed. The pizza was really good and large too. Staff could not be faulted, although they could do with another person cooking the egg orders at breakfast and meat/fish orders in the evening. There were some people who were just out and out complainers about everything, wanting a 5*plus experience for 4* prices. Chill, you don't have to be served immediately, you are on holiday and really don't need to be so vocal about little problems!!
Yes, the hotel needs a little tlc here and there but they are constantly painting and doing maintenance in rooms and around the hotel. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.
