What a magical stay.
Arrived and greeted with a glass of bubbly.
Hotel was beautiful, rooms was lovely, only little moan would be the bathroom floor was quite badly stained other than that really nice.
The staff( especially the bar staff ) are amazing hard working people and go above and beyond. Food was good and pool bar for lunches was great, cocktails and drinks was fantastic and they wasn’t shy with their portions. Entertainment was great and lovely music around the pool.
Location was fantastic and only a five min walk to the stunning beach.
It was my husbands birthday and they left a bottle of fizz and some chocolates for him a nice little touch.
My one only other little moan would be is that we was all inclusive and on our last day we was only entitled things till 6pm and we had a late flight leaving the hotel at 8pm and wasn’t allowed a dinner and wasn’t offered a cold dinner or anything but we was ok and happy to wait to buy something at the airport but just fault it was a bit harsh.
Other than that an amazing stay in a beautiful hotel with amazing staff, guests and a fantastic atmosphere and would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Lovely hotel and friendly hard working staff. Greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival which was a nice touch. Room spacious and clean, included robes and slippers. Food always hot and tasty, plenty to choose from. Live entertainment around the pool and entertainment on an evening although this didn't last long. Drinks were expensive, we did consider upgrade to All Inclusive, but location is perfect to have lunch and drinks away from hotel and explore the marina and town. We spent less than if we upgraded and most nights left the hotel to enjoy drinks and entertainment elsewhere. I'd suggest that you look at your drinks prices, had they been cheaper we may have stayed and spent more time at the hotel. Would return and would recommend.

Very nice Hotel, very hard working staff. The room was a lovely size for the 2 of us with good sized beds, nice clean bathroom with plenty of hot water no matter what time of the day. The food was good and plentiful, always a good choice, we used the pool bar most lunchtimes.

Good 4 star hotel, didn’t feel like a boutique hotel. Rooms comfortable with all needs met. Pool area good, asked not to reserve sun beds but not adhered to.
Food was good, we had 3 veggies and had plenty of choice, staff very helpful and cheerful. Singing cook at breakfast and a lovely waitress call Romena kept our table cleared.
Hotel situated in a good location.

Yes, I'll start by acknowledging the partial injustice of the rating, as one star does not correspond to the excellent service provided by the bar staff, dining area, reception, and other areas, nor does it reflect the cleanliness and overall quality of products and services. So, why just one star? The issue stems from one person, the Sub-director who, besides not representing the stance of H10 Hotels (confirmed by their superior, the Director), explicitly acknowledged three aspects highlighting unfairness, poor customer focus, and lack of resolution. What decision and three aspects am I referring to? The sub-director admitted: 1) yes, the booking conditions were worsened by changes after payment, 2) yes, that was unfair, and 3) despite this, he wouldn't honor the booking conditions in any way. It's inexplicable and unnecessary to make decisions that later had to be rectified and corrected by a superior, not to mention his disrespectful attitude during the complaint, such as attending to other conversations while we were speaking to him, showing signs of boredom, or leaving us hanging at the end of the conversation. Hopefully, this incident serves as an example to the hotel of what not to do and how not to handle similar incidents, both in form and substance. It's unjust, hence the rating, how one person was able to significantly affect the first part of the hotel experience, and if not for the rest of the staff and especially the public relations manager, this would have resulted in several formal an officials complaints.
