My 6yo daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and it was amazing. The staff was incredibly polite and always greeted us nicely. The room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean. The food was delicious with a wide variety for every meal. I'm a happy costomer and have already recommended this hotel to family and friends. :)

We recently stayed here for our first all-inclusive holiday in about fifteen years, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent—varied, fresh, and really high quality, especially the salads and fresh fish. The waiting staff were great, always attentive and helpful. The swimming pools were a huge hit with the kids, and there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, a brilliant stay—thank you very much! Would definitely recommend for families.

The room was lovely, cleaned daily, spacious with a gorgeous private garden area with seating and sun loungers. Our double bed was just 2 singles pushed together, with separate single bedding on too. A double topper and bedding would have been nice, but the beds were comfortable.
The staff were great, in particular Maciej, the PR guy, who was very knowledgeable about local points of interest. Abdul in the main restaurant was very helpful too. The staff generally were very pleasant, but there was always a long wait for drinks in the restaurant and often a queue at the bars. The staff were working very hard but it didn't seem like there was enough of them.
The location was perfect for us, quiet, but within easy walk of Playa Blanca and a lovely area for swimming where you could see shoals of fish in the deeper waters. The volcano and walk around the crater was easily doable in less than 2 hours, back in time for breakfast
The hotel overalls clean and well maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers and no tall buildings meaning day long sun

First full day and really pleased with our choice of hotel. Recommend going for the adults only upgrade if travelling without kids. Lovely big pools in the main hotel area, and nice long pool for swimming in the adult area. Everywhere is nice and clean, the staff are all friendly, and a short walk to the town and beaches make this a great location. Oh, and Chuss....that's all you need to know or care about when at the Adults Only bar! He certainly makes the day pass with a smile!

This is a lovely hotel with great pools and is perfect if you have kids. The rooms are a little shabby in places but overall were clean and large. We want to give 5 stars to the staff- specifically one of the waitresses Manuela. She is absolutely wonderful and works unbelievably hard. She also loves kids and made our 5 month old baby smile and laugh every day. Manuela really made our holiday more special- thank you so much!
