I recently stayed at Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The resort is beautifully designed with a lovely village-style layout, well-maintained gardens, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The pool area was a highlight—plenty of sunbeds, a great selection of pools, and a fantastic environment to unwind. The animation team did a great job keeping both kids and adults entertained with fun activities throughout the day.
The food was varied and of good quality, with plenty of options at the buffet. Breakfast had a great selection, and the themed dinner nights were a nice touch.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even better. The location was also convenient, with Playa Blanca and the nearby beaches just a short walk or taxi ride away.
Overall, a great resort for families and couples looking for a relaxing stay in Lanzarote. Would definitely return!

Had a great time at this hotel.
We booked into the "Adult" area and have to say was great, being able to relax by the "25"m pool (it's longer, just couldn't work out how much).
Individuals that need a special mention....Valentine......do not lose this member of staff, he's been awesome all week.
Costa........had the privilege of Costa's company at the archery and shooting.......if you want an entertaining time.....go look for him (another staff member you want to keep).
We'll definitely be back, thank you for a great week.

Had a great stay at the Elba, staff were hard working and great service . Maylin was a star in the adult area bar . The water workout staff were also a fun addition and so was the saxophonist by the pool .
Adult only rooms were lovely and clean and I would stay again. Perfect for a relaxing chilled holiday in the sun .
Also shout out to Kory one of the head chefs , because I’m vegan she offered to cook for me personally and did cook for me especially if there wasn’t enough there that I could eat . The food was plentiful and varied each day . The staff in the catering also worked tirelessly everyday , like feeding the 5000 !! The cocktail guy in the adult area who did the demo’s was also brilliant fun and a great addition . Loved the adult area , very chilled with fab staff .

We have had a wonderful week here(feb 2025) plenty of choices for food providing you don’t have any allergies as things aren’t always clearly labelled.
Rooms were big enough for a family of four with an outside terrace which was an added bonus(ours got lots of sun which was great).
Biggest let down with AI was the drinks, very little choice in cocktails and spirits. Kids club/ mini disco and evening entertainment where good fun Daniel was great with the kids!

Last January we stayed at the Elba Lanzarote, we were so impressed we booked again this year, but upgraded to the Premium Suite.
We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. The complimentary tea, coffee and milk were not enough to last the day and we purchased our own supplies from the town. When we asked for more coffee pods we were sent coat hangers! We had to ask for the bath robes and were not supplied with any hand soap which we also bought from the local shop.
The dreadful smell from the sewers meant we were unable to sit outside or have the windows and door open which, in hot weather was unacceptable.
The buffet food is very repetitive and some days does not look very fresh. For the Premium price we would have expected table service. The area for the buffet is very restrictive and people were wandering about looking for food or standing in queues. The Pool Bar food was much better.
As Valentine’s day is our Wedding Anniversary, we thought we would treat ourselves to the taster menu, at 100 euros. This was a complete waste of money as the food was cold, served on cold plates. One member of the staff was filming the food as it was being prepared, it may have looked good but everything tasted dreadful, most of the time we have no idea what we were eating. We left at least half of each course as it was either undercooked or overcooked, or just tasted horrible, and grossly overpriced. The restaurant was so cold I had to keep my coat on. We did ask for the door to be closed three times, but this request was totally ignored. I do not drink alcohol and told the server this, I was not offered any drink other than water.
This was the worst place we have ever stayed and will never stay at any Elba Complex again.
