Good for families. We were a couple so found the volume of children a bit much. However we came here on a cheap deal and it offered exceptional value for money - rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms large and all rooms have a small terrace. Whole site kept immaculate and clean. Only slight gripe is about food in main restaurant (all buffet style): Starters very good, mains pretty good but often a bit overcooked and not replenished quickly enough - many dishes gone after first half hour of dinner! Puddings lovely but too much sweet stuff, not enough prepared fresh fruit or lighter options. Staff throughout friendly and helpful. Drinks very reasonably priced (we were on a half board option).

Lovely place to stay. Animation team are incredible and so much fun, our three year old loved them so much, and Pepe of course! Even though she was three she enjoyed the kids club and they were really welcoming. Main buffet restaurant is great. Our experience of La Nonna was terrible, but I hope that was just a bad night. Housekeeping can be a bit hit or miss but overall a good value place to stay

This hotel has a beauiful, spacious pool area. The adults restaurant gets very busy & some food isnt replenished, when its gone its gone. Some staff are very friendly but others are not which is disappointing. One receptionist was quite rude when I advised the fridge wasn't working - she said it was a minibar & they only keep things at room temp. After a second call a maintenance guy came & agreed it wasn't working & replaced it & then our water was cold so she was wrong. I wouldn't be put off, I put it down as a one off, its still a lovely place.

The Junior Suite was in itself very good and private but quite a walk to the main hotel. We booked all inclusive and we were disappointed with the limitations of food and drink. We don’t drink so mocktails were limited to two mediocre choices. Snacks were only available until 4pm and on one occasion the main bar was actually closed at 4pm and we had to go to the pool to get a drink.
Whilst the main dining experience was “just ok” there appeared to be a lack of staff. Tables weren’t reset quickly and food wasn’t replenished quickly. Breakfast was available until 10:30am yet the clear up began as early as 10:10am. We are not fussy eaters but the food was very repetitive with many of the same options available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had one meal included in one of the speciality restaurants which was very nice!
The private pool area for adults only was nice and the main pool area was very good with sunbeds always available. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable.
We also had to pay €4 per night for the use of the room safe! All in all would have expected more for being fully inclusive.

We arrived at the hotel at 6.30 pm on Sunday night. We had been allocated a room with king size bed for myself and adult daughter. Website said beds can be a double of 2 singles. There were 2 single bases covered with a king sized mattress. We asked at reception if they could change for twin mattresses. I was told that as we were in a suite they would make up the sofa bed in the morning. Didn’t happen, when we pulled out the sofa bed ourselves it was filthy, also the extra mattress was all pilled and dirty looking too. There was no extra bedding provided for the sofa bed so I slept on the top with one of the sheets from the main bed. The maid came in the morning, and just folded the sheet, didn’t provide any extra bedding the entire week.
On arrival we asked about upgrading from full board to all inclusive, were quoted around £37 each per night, including the night we arrived, at 6.30 and we had already paid for dinner! So we didn’t bother, just paid for a drink with dinner, guesstimate measure differed every night.
We also reported that many of the lights on the path leading to our suite were out. Nothing was done about that and by the last night, they were all out, so pitch black and there were loose paving stones.
We woke up on the Thursday to no running water in the sink, shower or the toilet, apparently hotel wide as there was no tea or coffee in the restaurant. No contact by management or additional water for washing or flushing was provided.
There was an espresso machine and according to website coffee pods were to be provided, again nothing. . This hotel is rated as 4 star, it’s not even a 3 star. The food was nothing special either for breakfast or dinner, there were always shortages of the themed food. Breakfast bacon looked as if they had opened the packet and cooked the first slice without separating the others, which were almost raw. Getting a table was chaotic, having to hunt for cutlery and napkins ourselves if we could find a cleared table. We won’t be back.
