My wife and I stayed for a week with our 14yr old daughter and her friend. Pros Good location with nice views and nice breeze as always windy in Lanzarote. Nice staff Good section of drinks Cons AC didn't work in any of the rooms or the restaurant which is in the basement. Pool bar has no AC at all. We changed rooms so in total had 4 rooms where the AC didn't work properly. We reported it and maintenance was of no use, not interested to try and fix so it was quite difficult as no where to escape the heat in this hotel. Many issues with room keys not working across all guests. Happend to us 8 times on the first night. Changing room helped this but aware others having the same issue. In the evening there is entertainment above reception which is open plan as well as the lounge area adjacent to the pub. Both areas are very loud so no relaxing area if you don't want to listen to banging music of some sort in the evening and the lounge area and entertainment area are both stifling hot. Food is very mediocre 🥴 It's clear the hotel is old and need of some repairs and upgrades. Common areas around the apartments and pool messy with flaking paint all over the place like no one bothers to clean the place daily.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially one of the waiter's working in the Brandy Well Pub, always making sure we had a drink on hand! The room was cleaned most days, but that certainly did not bother us. The pool bar had excellent food, but drink service tended to be a bit slow at times. The man working the check in desk was extremely helpful, and gave us plenty of tips about the local area. Loved the energy the woman doing the pool activities and karaoke! Had a few minor issues such as our door being hard to open, but that did not bother us. The buffet food wasn't always the best, had cold pasta a few times, but for an all inclusive the food options were great. We would certainly come back again!

Me and my other half went here in July and everything was amazing! Entertainment was spot on and so good. Such a good variety of food, as a picky eater I still ate just fine! Staff were really nice and friendly. Helped when and where they could! The location is so close to the beach and our room was less than 2 minutes from the beach. There’s plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, bike rentals all in walking distance! The only down fall is that room service skipped us a few times even though we were out all day and had the sign up saying that we needed it done.

A lovely small hotel, perfect for a lazy family holiday in Costa Teguise. The hotel is in a beautiful location only a step away from the beach and local shops/restaurants. Wide variety of delicious food most of the days, as well as some all inclusive drinks to choose from. The friendly staff is working tirelessly making sure the plates during meals are collected promptly and the pool area is kept tidy. I've noticed there were a lot of guests with mobility difficulties and it looked like the hotel was well adjusted for their needs. The pool, though looking small, was enough for the amount of guests using it (up to 1.35m deep) and we could always find a sunbed or two no matter the time of the day. The entertainment team was making sure there was something to do for all ages. What could work better, was the quality of the 4th bed in the room (for children) as it was very uncomfortable. Also, the evening entertainment was starting quite late, 9.30 pm in the lobby area and, if you wanted to come at that time, it was difficult to find a seat.

Wonderful place and we managed to get a sea view from the ground floor balcony. The food, drinks and service were great, and the staff very professional, polite and often fun! Spent two evenings watching evening entertainment and it was brilliant. Spent the rest in the Brandy Well Bar and the staff were amazing, just a shame England played crap! Within walking distance of the waterpark, where we spent a day, along with a day on the beach in the sea, a day out on a Catamaran, and a couple of days by the pool recharging. Would definitely return and book some scuba diving experiences! Shower leaked from under the base onto the floor but nothing a towel couldn't fix for the time we were there. Paint was chipping on balcony but cleaned up everyday, and doesn't really bother us.
