Well this is classed as 4 star but no way probably a 2 star. The food is bland and not a great deal of choice especially on a Sunday for some reason the rooms are nice and each little bungalow has it's own sunbeds and table and chairs which is a bonus, there's not really anywhere to sit and just have a drink on an evening that's comfy, location wise it's not really close to town, Playa Blanca, so if you want to eat out it's a cab bus or a long walk. The staff are excellent very attentive. To sum up if you just want to sit and be bored and just stay put for a week or so then it's fine if not go somewhere a bit more lively. We came in February and it wasn't full but if it was there just wouldn't be the room. No t coming back!

We were all inclusive and have to say the variety of food on offer was fantastic, something for everyone! The standard of food was also very good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but possibly needing a wee bit TLC but again very good. The pool areas were very well maintained and always plenty of sun loungers available. Only a 15 _ 20 minute walk from the main area in Playa Blanca. Staff were all excellent.
Only real fault I could find was if you get dropped off by bus/coach, they stop on the main road which is 2 flights of stairs from the entrance, not too much a problem for able bodied people but a fair climb with your luggage.
All in all a great stay.

Juan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful he helped sort out day passes for the hotel for a group of 10 of us as we had to check out of our villa at 10am and our flight wasn’t until the evening. Would definitely recommend the day pass option to anyone who needs it!

Fantastic hotel so relaxed had everything we needed for a fantastic week away. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots of sun beds. No queues for food and drinks. Staff were fantastic and so accommodating

We booked this trip at the last minute, which left us with limited hotel options, and we ended up choosing this place. Having stayed in several 4 and 5-star all-inclusive hotels before, I can confidently say this is far from a 4-star experience.
Upon arrival, the airport transfer dropped us off at the bottom of the hotel, and we had to haul our luggage up two sets of stairs. Despite having two receptionists on duty, no one offered to assist us. The welcome at the reception was underwhelming—no greeting whatsoever. They couldn’t locate our booking and instructed my husband to screen print our reservation and email it to them.
The reception staff lacked any semblance of customer service and appeared visibly unhappy. One receptionist, in particular, had a very unfriendly demeanor—if looks could kill, you’d know who I mean when you see her.
The rooms themselves are outdated and not very clean, in dire need of refurbishment. Our shower leaked, and the doors squeaked. Additionally, the water temperature fluctuated dramatically, making it easy to get burned.
But the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the food. The quality was awful —if you enjoy greasy chips and overcooked pizza, you might be satisfied. The salad selection was limited to wilted cucumbers and tomatoes, and the desserts were poorly defrosted cakes. The restaurant itself was unclean, with dirty doors and windows, and we were bothered by flies throughout our meals.
We had booked the all-inclusive package and initially received a glass of rosé from a bottle. However, when my husband requested another, we were told it was only available to VIP guests and that we had to settle for the cheap, vinegar-tasting wine on tap. It was disappointing that no staff offered to serve drinks during meals; they were only there to clear plates.
Overall, this experience has not met the expectations set by the hotel’s supposed rating.
