Lovely hotel! Staff are very friendly and are great with children, the cleaners were friendly and cleaned our room 4/5 time throughout our week stay. The staff in the restaurant are absolutely fantastic and hardworking. Entertainment here is fun and the whole family joined in! Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with no complaints, will definitely visit again.

Is it the most luxurious hotel? No Could it use some TLC? Yes We came here with not much expectation but left loving the place. The staff are lovely, the rooms are good enough for what you need them for, the entertainment wasn't the best but sure was entertaining at times 😅 I think the hotel do the best they can do in hard times. 1st day back at home today and we definitely have the holiday blues.

Hotel clean, some staff were ignorant when requesting things, entertainment staff are great 10/10. It's 20mins walk to main shop location. Shop closes 10.30pm and bar 11pm for all inclusive. If on a late flight expect to get in to no food options. Restaurant staff very friendly, was good food options but for fussy plain eaters not so much.

I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, 3 star is more acceptable. We had a 7 night stay, all-inclusive food was OK and no one went hungry, something for everyone. Drink choice is poor up till 5pm, beer or wine soft drink only before 5. Our room was cleaned, towels and bedding changed. Aircon is operating via a old system, you can't adjust the settings. Water in pools was OK, Entertainment could be better, the kids enjoyed the Michael jackson night. Overall, we had a nice holiday.

They are lucky they even got 1* if I could give less I would. Where do I even begin on this hotel…! Dirty ran down, I hate to write a bad review but I don’t want people wasting money on staying here like we did. The rooms are falling apart smelly mouldy rooms. Cleaner didn’t want to clean we had to ask after 3 days for a quick mop and beds to be changed. The pools…! The smell of sewage around the third pool is unbearable. There is no way you can sit there all day and enjoy the sun. The children’s pool had wires exposed from lights hanging in the pool massive health and safety issue and the middle pool if you were lucky you would be able to get a sun-bed but people left their towels out for two weeks while we were there. The slides at this hotel look nothing like the photos you see online there is holes up the steps as well as screws being exposed so you need to be careful where you stand once you get to the top there is sludgy fake grass that is never been cleaned. The hotel staff mainly in reception are very rude and not approachable with any issues that you have regarding the hotel. The entertainment is non-existent and there is definitely no all-inclusive in this hotel to the point that there is one beer pump and wine that isn’t very nice. Ran out of larger on most days. The even cocktails are none existent as well. The restaurant was hot. You’re sat outside with no Aircon in 38°. It was unbearable. The food in the restaurant was Luke warm no flavour and pretty bland but the staff was lovely. The location of this hotel is quite far out from any restaurants bars or the beach. If you miss the free shuttle bus it would cost you €10 per taxi ride. We always got a taxi as the bus was old hot and looks like you were lucky to get there. Overall, I would not rate this hotel as a four star I would say it’s pushing a two* the whole two weeks that we were there ee did wonder how they managed to get a four star. One of the days there was a fire in the laundry room. There was no staff to be seen helping holiday makers and informing them what was happening. There was families with young children in their arms gone midnight wondering what’s happening? Well done to the bar staff that ran in and put it out before the fire brigade got there shame on the reception staff for not seeing to everyone who was worried! I’m a great believer in a holidays definitely what you make it. We made this holiday by leaving the hotel which is unfortunate because that’s what you pay for. Please see attached photos and make your own judgement before booking.

Cheap disposable plastic cups and no hot food, food is served at room temperature. That’s not 4 star experience, but that is what Evita Resort served us. We arrived at Evita Resort and the gentleman and the lady at the front desk said that even though we had paid in advance, there was no room for us. But they would accommodate us at nearby other hotel of their’s and it would be Evita Resort quality, so we would not need to worry. Evita Resort quality means ants marching in room and bed. Cheap disposable plastic cups, no glassware even for lunch or dinner. What should have been hot food, was served room temperature. So cold scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Their four star lunch was chicken nuggets and hot dogs, served lukewarm of course. Dinner was for example so overcooked chicken breast that knives had problems cutting them, yet they weren’t served hot. Towels and linens are changed every three days only. Another sure sign of four star quality. Only positive thing was the pool area, it was clean, peaceful and nice amount of sunbeds and shades. I would not recommend Evita Resort.

Booked Evita hotel for 10 days, we have been to Greece on a few occasions, this hotel has been far the best.Good choice of food throughout the day including snacks. Sam is amazing, he makes everyone welcome and makes everyone smile, this made us comfortable.The room are spacious and are regularly cleaned to a good standard. I've read reviews about ants etc ...but these are outside not inside, maybe if people did not drop food there would not be any. Thanks for a lovely stay and will book again for next year, well done to the rest of the entertainment team for your hard work, but previously stated Sam was exceptional,Thank you.

I recently stayed at Evita Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious. It was nice to have plenty of room to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout our stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. Their welcoming demeanor made our stay more pleasant. However, there were a few significant downsides. The food was a major disappointment. Despite trying several dishes, we found that none of them met our expectations. The quality and taste were subpar, which was quite a letdown. Additionally, the food options are not particularly child-friendly. Families with young children might struggle to find suitable meals, and the general atmosphere of the hotel doesn't cater well to the needs of families. In summary, while Evita Resort excels in room quality and staff service, the food and family-friendliness leave much to be desired. If dining and location convenience are important to you, you might want to explore other options

This is mine and my Fiancés second day of our 7 day holiday and immediately needed to write a review. The accommodation itself is massive with a lot of buildings in one location which I love! After a delayed flight when we arrived we were greeted by the reception staff who let us put our bags down and eat before checking in, then told us that we’ve also got complimentary snacks and sandwiches in the fridge in our room as they were sure we’d miss dinner! Which was so nice❤️ Today we upgraded with a private pool AND PRIVATE BAR🤭 for so cheap we are absolutely thrilled with the two short days we’ve had here and are sooo excited for the next few days Staff are absolutely amazing and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful I will definitely stay here again and again❤️

Well, on our late arrival got to our room and no air con. Reported first thing and was told that it would be looked into. Hours later still nothing. Cutting a long story short we were given another room for the night and to return key next day. We were told next day still hadn't been looked at. Now couple days into holiday and no room. We were told that they were fully booked an no other rooms available. Now partner stated he would sleep in lobby area or go to another hotel. This seemed to ruffle a few feathers as they gave us a room next door to our original. Rooms were not cleaned properly either. Even found broken human nails on sides of bed and shower hose broken off, when fixed pieces were left all over bathroom floor. Food was the same every other day and as a result on 7th day I tried Moussaka and few hours later I started to feel ill. I was sick all night and following day spent in bed. I did however notify them and ask if any other issues? I couldn't stand smell of food or drink. We spent rest of our 10 days off complex and away and we enjoyed Rhodes more. I would like to say that we don't rate this hotel as a 4 at all. Certain staff were polite and friendly but others were rude and ignorant. If you look at any other reviews they all seem to follow same pattern and hotel responses are all copied and pasted replying to complaints which is just an echo to their rudeness. Not good at all.

It is not perfect by any means, however it was inexpensive destination and my expectations were exceeded. We were worried because of some last year reviews reporting stolen property. I don't think it's the issue anymore and safe box in the room is for free if anyone is still worried. We were assigned room next to the pool which was a huge plus. The room itself was clean and serviced every day. Food was simple but good quality, staff was extremely nice, dedicated and helpful- p.ex. we needed to switch one of the beds for bigger one and it was instant. Drinks not so good but on par with every other all inclusive hotel we've been to. Great views, good service and overall very good experience.

Our first all inclusive holiday and we had very minimal expectations. We were delighted with the staff, especially Daniela and "George" amazing people to be around with. Rooms are spacious and have all you need to survive in the heat. Food is served all day long. Breakfast has all the variety you need to start your day. You also get Lunch and dinner which varies on the days but most salads are simmilar which is not a bad thing at all! You get snacks during the day which is handy especially if you travel and not come back in time for lunch or dinner. Pool is a blessing and the bar is open all day up to 11pm which I personally thought is very reasonable baring in my you have all day to drink. Definitely recommend for families or couples as its a quiet hotel but can be very fun place to be for the evenings. Location is good, I'd recommend renting a car through the hotel as they organize everything for you. The car is dropped of to you and you have all day to decide where you want to go. 25/30min from 2 stunning beaches and if you have a car you can visit so much more. When being in rhodes please don't miss out on the templar castle and old town as they are a masterpiece to be around. Overall my best holiday of all time can't complain about anything here.

Great Hotel Location Quieter area, a 15 minute stroll into main Kolymbia area, but a few nice wee shops & local bars round the corner, vasilis cafe is fantastic! And there’s a mini golf. Bus stop next to hotel for buses to all other popular areas. 50 minutes bud to Rhodes. The Hotel Room was a really good size, very clean. A great size balcony. Fantastic friendly staff! Very accommodating & good laugh. Both pool areas are great, although pool bar round back doesn’t open until June. Food Buffet style but a very good choice, every day for breakfast lunch & dinner was different. And quality of the food was excellent. After check out the hotel even let us use the facilities all day & our all inclusive until our pick up at night.

Fantastic hotel and the service from all the staff was amazing, especially George the hotel manager who was always offering his help and personally catering to a friend's food allergies. On his time off he also gave us a free lift into town as he didn't want us spending €10 on a taxi. The drinks were great, the food was nice and varied every day, and rooms were clean with a nice view of the mountains. No complaints at all!

Stunning location Right near the strip. Full of beautiful restaurants bars and plenty of shops We had a family room The room was plenty big enough with a sea view. The bathroom needs tidying up. Sealant on the shower is full of mold. It rained for 2 days and the room got flooded. They font seem to fix the cracks and water damage. Just dry it out. Service is mostly very good. There are the odd ones that are rude. Especially one lady in the mama Mia restaurant. She was impatient and took our plates away while we were eating. Food was really terrible in there. The main breakfast lunch tea restaurant was lovely. Plenty on offer every day and lovely staff. Pool bar is lovely Set on the beach its a beautiful location.

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. Great location and is ideal for a quiet get away, if you want to explore the island you need to rent a vehicle.

In the fifth block of rooms, the rooms are nothing like the hotel photos. Mine was very spartan, which I wouldn’t have mind if it was comfortable and clean. But you can feel the coils in the beds (very uncomfortable). There is no mattress protector, just a sheet right on top of mattress. The bed linens and towels are worn down, faded, torn, and old. There are no hangers in the closet. The bathroom is gross, toilet is broken, and the shower and faucet must have been skipped in the cleaning. The buffet food bland; at minimum, in Greece, one would expect Greek salads to be fresh, tasty and bright in color. (It is not here.) They don’t tell you there is a cut-off time for pool/beach towels (5 pm). It’s not posted anywhere or conveyed at check-in. This is maybe a two star hotel but listed as a four star. That it is definitely not.

Stayed for 14 nights, hotel needs updating but generally had a good time, pools were lovely, only downside was the poor all inclusive drinks and food, unless you like their overly sweet cocktails, u cannot really have a drunk unless you like beer. No other options for any other drinks. And between 3-5 you can't have a cocktail! Food was very poor and basic ate out most nights.

Billy who ran the entertainment was brilliant with all the children and got everyone involved.. clean and very inviting. Spotted some negative reviews and nearly didn't book... I'm so glad, the place was perfect for the family, a good safe environment for the kids, very friendly staff, helpful, plenty of things to keep the kids occupied, all the pools were fantastic as well as the slides...food, snacks & drinks available all day. A good variety each day, you would never get hungry... the pool bar staff looked after me 👍. The night shows were very enjoyable to all. I will definitely be coming back next year!

Not a 4 star hotel !!!!! If you are coming to this hotel please do not expect this hotel to be like another 4 star hotel. I have been to many 4 star hotels and this is definitely the worst. If this was advertised as a 3 star I would’ve have been disappointed as it’s definitely a 3 star . The food is basic and bland . Same breakfast every single day with no variation and dinners and snack bar the same. The rooms are bad . I had better rooms on my girls holidays to napa and kavos. Very basic design , the head board was dirty , stain on the blanket and curtains and our 1 plug we had in our room was hanging off the wall .. with Sellotape keeping it together. The bathroom had a horrible stench of sewage everyday and the aircon hardly worked. The staff on reception are not friendly and give no help on arrival. Very hard to find your room we was walking around at night lugging our luggage around to try and fine the room with no help what so ever ( the complex is big and confusing). However the only thing holding this hotel together is the entertainment team ! They are amazing and so nice. Everyday putting on the best entertainment and making sure all guest are happy with their stay . The shows were amazing at night and we had the best time. They are the people who give this hotel the 4 star! I wouldn’t say this is the worst hotel but due to the rooms being so bad and the food, it should not be a 4 star at all and this needs to be reevaluated. Because you do have a shock coming into your room on the first night.

Just returned from stay at Cyprotel Faliraki. On arrival greeted by friendly staff, hotel is split into blocks which gives it a smaller feeling, all within easy distance to reception, restaurant, shop and bar. Restaurant and food were really good throughout the stay with different themes on food, poolside snack bar for meals between meals if required, 3 fantastic swimming pools, each with a different amenity , cocktails and soft drinks at the swim up bar at main pool, staff work tirelessly to serve everyone. Entertainment team making sure everyone has a great time throughout the day and night. Location is just on the edge of town which if you like peace and quiet is ideal. Plenty free buses to take you to the centre. All in all a very clean, friendly and well run hotel. A solid 8/10, Made a lasting impression for first trip to Rhodes and certainly a place I'd return again.

1 week stay with family of 5 end of August. We all really enjoyed this holiday and hotel. Hotel facilities-pools, grounds and restaurant are excellent, very clean and within easy walking distance of the rooms. We loved that the kids could go and get snacks and ice creams around mealtimes and you could choose to have lunch at the pool snack bar (burgers, salads etc) or the full buffet from the restaurant. We got the free hotel bus to the beach and also the land train into Faliraki and coach to Rhodes one evening which was great and gave opportunity to explore without needing a car. It was the perfect setting for us with having both a baby plus a junior and teenager- having the fun water park pool onsite was useful as we could take the older kids there while baby napped. All of the hotel staff were welcoming and very good with our children - a special mention to the assistant manager, who assisted us on several occasions and really went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our room was a very good size-we had 2 full size bedrooms and it was quiet during core sleep times. Our bathoom could benefit from a slight update but useful it had a bath/shower and cleaned every day. We all really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again.

Hello, I would like to share my opinion about this hotel. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families with children of different ages. Due to the good water park and swimming pools for both smaller children and adults, we were served tasty food and drinks every day. The hotel staff was very nice, you can see that the hotel manager cares about it. so that guests feel at home here. I would also like to add that the rescuers and first aid here are also at a very high level and know their job. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Panajotis, who took great care to ensure that our daughter recovered as quickly as possible after a minor accident. I sincerely recommend it👍

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rhodes. The breathtaking views and perfect weather made our vacation truly special. The location was ideal, with plenty of activities and attractions just a short distance away. We loved the delicious food, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Our rooms were cozy and provided a comfortable retreat after our daily adventures. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return!

overall the hotel is quite OK for a 3/4 star. But do something about this "great" idea of ??8 fans that work 24/7 and "make sleeping easier" for the buildings in the neighborhood. Maybe building the fans from above will reduce the noise.

Had a lovely stay here last week for mine and my partners anniversary. The staff were great! Very friendly and they congratulated us and made our stay memorable, we were very touched. The views surrounding the hotel are stunning and the facilities on the site meant there was a lot to do although we spent 90% of our time by the pool! The food was great, excellent service from the restaurant staff too. All the staff are a credit to the hotel to be honest. I hope to be back again one day

Stayed here during a family vacation about a month back. Our stay at this hotel in Greece was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled right by the beach, the location couldn’t have been better. The rooms were immaculate and offered stunning views of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Food was delicious and varied from day to day. The hotel amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, and the beach bar. Certain to book again for any future trips to Greece!

Excellent location staff are very friendly polite and professional good. Check in was easy and simple the staff explained everything we needed to know. The room was lovely and clean with a lovely view of the swimming pool and sea, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent with plenty clean towels. The pool area was clean and tidy unfortunately the only downside was that there wasn't enough sun loungers and some were broken, the pool bar was excellent and the staff were great and the shop was handy too was open late every day. Restaurant was clean plenty of tables and chairs to sit inside and out, the food was lovely plenty of choice and very fresh. The beach bar was excellent at night excellent choice of drinks and reasonably priced, always played good music too. The entertainment at night was good also watched various singers and a fire show. This hotel is within walking distance from Pefkos and a short taxi ride to Lindos. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely return soon.

Posting review right as staying at labrana blue bay Probably like a lot of people was very concerned to book by reading bad reviews, but honestly can’t name anything negative. It’s amazing for the kids!! The pools are clean and water park is amazing. Rooms are small but cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and kids discos, clubs are good. Right on the beach, yes it’s stones, but as soon as you go a bit deeper it’s sandy, so water shoes a must! Food is not bad, big options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My picky kids found a lot to munch on. Nice to have early breakfast in the beach restaurant the views are amazing. So don’t be put off by negative reviews and have fun, you get what you pay for as it’s only 3+ stars but I would give a 4 definitely

Hotel is clean a lot if food options especially if you are a fussy eater like me.The entertainment make the hotel more enjoyable where you can easily just stay in the resort all day and night. They were great with everyone. Plus right on beach so you don't have trek worth all your stuff.

A great stay in a great location that it is near to the airport for short transfer times, amazing food, rooms, service and great entertainment for the children. Before coming we were slightly worried about some of the reviews and after our holiday we can honestly say we didn't experience any of the issues people have previously mentioned. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday to friends and family. Be realistic with your expectations as this is a hotel for families and the majority of activities are designed for children which for us was absolutely perfect. The staff here are fantastic and friendly and the entertainers really made the holiday one to remember for the children. If I was pushed to offer some constructive criticism I would ask for more bar staff on some of the bars - there is 3 in the evenings to choose from and 2 of them only have one person operating them which occasionally leads to slightly bigger ques than other hotels we have been at. However it is still pretty impressive how little you have to wait when there must be at least 1500 guests here. If you have booked this hotel already and have worried when reading poor reviews like me and my partner did, then please do not change it - everyone is entitled to their opinions and ours is that this is the perfect family holiday with a fantastic water park that is managed diligently by qualified life guards. We are sad to be going home and would definitely book again. Thank you to all for a great holiday.

Very pleasant stay with Coral Travel. Nice and very clean rooms, it was quiet on the back side of the main building. The hotel staff of all levels was very helpful and cordial. Many attractions for children and adults. It was crowdy and noisy by the main pool, but not on the Beach. There are some pleasant corners and options for those with sensory issues. Food was delicious and diverse, at the main hotel restaurant better than at the Greek one. We travelled to Labranda Blue Bay as a party of 13. 10 adults, 2 17 year olds and a 6 month old baby. Our holiday dates were 25.09 to 02.10. The weather was beautiful. A little breezy at times but not unpleasant. On landing at Rhodes airport we had a small wait for luggage and then easily found a TUI Rep to point us in the direction of the bus. We were first drop from the airport and transfer time was about 10 to 15 minutes. Be mindful that this hotel is situated on the flight path and you can hear the planes frequently as it is a busy airport. Check in was very smooth at the hotel, and first impressions were good. Two lifts to upper floors and you take your own luggage to your room at this hotel. One of the lifts is a little temperamental. We checked in at roughly 2pm and the rooms were ready. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel grounds are pretty big and our rooms were in the main block all with sea views. We had booked 6 rooms of the same standard but the rooms varied with some rooms having 2 bedrooms. All rooms were clean and tidy. 1 room had an issue with it's air conditioning but this was sorted rapidly with excellent service. The hotel domestic staff were lovely and they were very respectful and quiet in the mornings. There was an element of noise, However, this was beyond the hotel's control as it was more about visitors really not having a thought for anyone else staying there. Food here - I read reviews that the food was awful and that there was no room to sit and chaos was a daily occurrence... The food here was really good and in my opinion, what you would expect for all inclusive buffet food. There was chaos on occasions but nothing at all to do with the staff or the hotel, this was because certain cultures do not feel the need to join queues and simply cause chaos by behaving in a self important manner. As a party of 13 we had no issues at all sitting together. Entertainment - The entertainment here is good. Sam and his team work tirelessly to ensure that everyone is having a good time on what is clearly a low budget. We had a great time every day with Aqua aerobics, bingo, shows, darts and much more. They really are a fantastic team!! There are several pools at the hotel and the waterpark, despite bad reviews we read was great fun. We ate at the Italian restaurant here as our choice of speciality restaurants and the food and service was good. We had a night at a local sports bar called "Billy's" and they were lovely there. Rhodes town was easily accessible via bus that can be booked at the hotel for 8€ return per person. On the whole the surrounding area is littered and quite run down but the hotel was very clean and tidy at all times. During our holiday 5 of us had a day or 2 of being a little unwell with upset stomachs, however there is absolutely nothing to suggest that this was related to the hotel. In my opinion, lots of tourists can become unwell when abroad. Local pharmacy around 20 minutes walk away was very helpful and hotel staff were really caring and concerned. Locals said that there was a virus in the area and we are inclined to believe that. This is a great place for a family holiday and one that all 13 of us have enjoyed.

Friendly and helpful staff Kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Good choice of food throughout the day. Restaurant cleaned and tided regularly and never had to wait to be seated. Nicely located right next to a bus stop which is a 15 mins bus ride to Rhodes Old Town. If you don't want to take local transport, the hotel have a shuttle that leaves regularly. Would stay here again!

My wife and I have been coming to Avra Beach Hotel since August 2020. We have made many friends there and love the staff and their amazing hospitality. We will continue to visit for the foreseeable future. The older rooms are in the process of being updated, and the newer ones are lovely. The food is of a very high standard and is available for more hours than most hotels I've been to. The location is amazing if you love watching a sunset on the beach with a nice drink. This is the best hotel we visit in Europe.

We went to Avra Beach Resort end June, not knowing where to go so based on reviews we made our choice. All I can say is that we never had any regrets. Is a kind of resort which you might not choose by the looks of it. Is rated at 4 stars. If you have the chance to get an old room you will give more like 3 stars, but at the end you will feel like 5 stars treatment. Very friendly staff, always with a smile on their faces, not showing that they are tired making us feel like kings. The drinks are a bit too sweet for my taste but you can make your own recipes for cocktails. I recommend the resort any time. Is one of the best places in Greece to stay and ENJOY. Almost forgot: is a rule in the hotel that one guy is walking around the beach and remove all the towels left to keep the chaise longues occupied (around 8:00). VERY GOOD !

We had the best 11 days at Avra Beach! We stayed in a STANDARD family room, and we could not fault it. Modern bathroom with a lovely walk in shower, split level room which although a little dated compared to the superior rooms, was still spacious and clean. Full sized beds in the kids bit which you don't always get in some hotels. We had a lovely view of the gardens which was exactly as we expected. Everything about the Allinclusive here is fabulous. They theme the restaurant every night to make sure there's something different each night. The Greek/Italian restaurant is amazing, all the food is so fresh. The snack bar is open until midnight which is fabulous for the kids. The staff here are what really makes this hotel, they go above and beyond to make sure all guests are happy!! Loved our holiday at Avra Beach and hope to come back soon.

When reading other reviews, we were a bit nervous as to what we were to expect. However, we are currently staying in a swim up room with sea view. I can honestly say this hotel is beautiful! The views are amazing, the hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The room was big enough for the both of us, daily cleaning is available. The maid was lovely, as were the entertainment and bar staff. The location is farely good, with a bus stop and taxi rank just across the road. The buses are around 2.50 euros each, and taxi weren’t too expensive either. There is entertainment come the evening which is brilliant. Staff try to get everyone involved. This hotel is a very good hotel for families and couples. There is access to a beach, 5 minute walk from the hotel. Their restaurant has vegan and gluten free options as well as plenty of food to choose from. I am a very picky eater and still managed to find something I liked. There is a shop in the main hotel, plus one across the road. These both have plenty of useful items for your holiday. We will definitely be returning in future.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Overall I was really disappointed with the hotel. Not sure how they are a 4 star hotel, but for the price they charge, you can easily get a better hotel elsewhere in Rhodes. Lets start with the room. The fact that its 2 single beds pushed together was annoying and an oversight by myself when booking, but when I asked about getting a room with a double bed, I was told the only that’s have double beds are the ones with the swim up pool, which would be an extra £100 a night. The other option would be to have a mattress topper, which we went for. What was really annoying about this was that, turns out there were rooms with double beds that were next to us, not with swim up pools. This found out when discussing this with a few other guests…. Anyway, the rooms are dated, the lighting is awful and the bathroom shower water goes everywhere when its being used. The towels they give you are terrible, hard and smell strange. The pillows are terrible and I know this shouldn’t matter, but the TV, as usual is full of German and Italian channels, we get Sky and Bloomberg news. Now I don’t go on holiday to watch TV, but to have something on while getting changed or in the evening when coming back from a night out would have been nice. Right, next onto the hotel food. Please, whatever you do, do not upgrade or book half board. As we got to the hotel and checked in a bit late, we decided to have dinner with them as it was just the first night, oh what a mistake that was. 20 euros each to eat food that tasted like it was frozen and came out of a can (how that is possible, I have no idea). How a hotel, on a Greek island, cant get flavor right is astonishing, but hey, they can do it. Breakfast is no better, fruit from a can, food that has no flavor best is just having some toast with a cup of tea, that’s if you don’t have to wait for 30 mins to get a small mug as they always run out. The pool is a really good size and we had no issues in getting a sunbed. The downside of the pool, is that it isn’t clean. You can clearly see black dirt on the grouting that starts floating off and then around the pool. Again, don’t eat at the pool snack bar, best place to eat would be walking down to the beach, then the 2nd restaurant along, is amazing food and is very well priced. If you are going to go into town, you’ll either have to take the bus, or get a cab from reception. If you are getting a cab from reception, this can take up to 45 minutes. The bus to Lindos that the hotel offers, isn’t great, our one was 45 minutes late, but still picked us up at the advertised time, didn’t get any money back. Id suggest booking a trip via trip advisor, stay clear of the hotel bus. Lastly, my wife cut herself in the shower in the evening, so I went down to reception to ask for a plaster. The guy on the front desk, wasn’t quite sure what I meant, which is understandable as English wasn’t his first language. After we got to bottom of what I wanted, he opened the first aid kit and all they had were some tissues and a syringe. He told me to take the tissues and then use my shoe lace to tie it up until the morning when I could buy some platers from the shop. a few last things to add: 1) make sure you bring a towel for the pool, if you don't, you'll have to pay £10 to rent one. 2) if you are unlucky to not be on 02, and you need the hotel WIFI, you'll have to pay for it. which is insane! 3) we called reception to get an iron sent to to the room, and guess what....nope you didn't have to pay, as they don't have them! What kind of 4* hotel doesn't have an iron, premier inns even have them! 4) the rooms don't seem to be cleaned, more like they come in and re do the bed. 5) the beach isnt a beach and as you can guess, pay and get an old broken bed or don't pay and you'll have to sit on the concrete slabs or stones on the floor. Overall not great, wont be going back.

It was great to stay there. The breakfast has all kind of things from omlette to tomato/cucumber. The pool is good for children and adults. Entertainment team is also good. It has a snack bar near the pool for lunch and the prices are reasonable. The room is cleaned everyday. There is a bus station near the hotel, you can go to old cty using it. Or, you can rent a car from the Office inside the hotel. You can park your car for free.

My recent stay at Kresten Palace left much to be desired. While the breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent selection, the dinner fell short of expectations. The quality could have been better, especially considering the price. Moreover, the coffee served at breakfast was disappointing, lacking in taste and quality. Additionally, the cleanliness of the cups left much to be desired, with several appearing not properly cleaned. Another inconvenience was the hotel's decision to shut off the water dispenser at night, forcing guests to purchase water during dinner. This policy seemed unnecessarily restrictive, especially since bringing outside water was prohibited. Furthermore, upon arrival, there was no complimentary water in the room, which was disappointing. The thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms to disturb my stay. Additionally, the electric kettle's plug was too short to reach nearby outlets, making it unusable.

Excellent hotel for couples, friends. There is a small pool ideal for a swim or to sunbathe. Probably not best for families. I loved it. Breakfast was great, good variety of food. The staff in the dining room were good, polite and professional.The room was a basic double -very clean, no complaints about it. But the cleaner kept taking our towels and leaving us with only one large towel and two small, when we spoke to reception this was sorted, almost daily. Reception staff were very good. Location of the hotel was good, you could see the sea and it was a short walk to shops and a bit further to the Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend this hotel. I hope to be back soon.

The hotel was perfect with so many things we loved about it and also very reasonable. The room itself was comfortable and immaculate - the cleaning team are exceptional and keep your room spotless throughout your stay. We payed a little extra for a sea view and wow it was worth it! The sea view was beautiful, but not to mention the incredible sunset that we watched most nights. The sun sets over the mountains of Turkey and it is truly beautiful. We had the hotel breakfast every day - it was great and there was something for everyone. Every member of staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable and was incredibly friendly - particularly the host at breakfast. The location is also perfect… a few minutes and you’re at bars and restaurants of new town which were reasonable and delicious, 2 minute walk to a close beach where sunbeds are cheaper to rent, about 10-15 minute walk to the more luxurious beach clubs (expensive but worth it!) and also about a 12 minute walk from the beautiful old town. We spent several nights there but it can get expensive! The hotel room itself was relatively small with modern/basic decor but still felt luxurious and comfortable. The shower is quite small, but this didn’t bother us. I had read on other reviews that the pool only has the sun from 3pm however we went end of May/start of June and pretty much all of the pool had sun from 10-4. Definitely recommend!

Our accommodation was in the junior suite, on the 4th floor- with one double bed and two single beds, so it is suitable for four persons. The room had sea view, over the roofs of the other buildings. The bathroom is large and very clean, the beds are comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. Every morning, on breakfast, we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who manages the restaurant. Kind regards to him! :) The breakfast includes diverse dishes, for every taste. The hotel is modern and clean, located in a quiet area of the town, near a beach with stones , it also has a small pool. The old town is a 10 minutes walk. It was full of guests, nevertheless, we were not disturbed in any way. We had a great stay and we highly recommend the hotel!

I read some bad reviews on this hotel but it seems perfectly adequate for the price. Rooms are not the smallest and the balcony was plenty big enough for two. Shower room is small and shower in particular but it's OK and the temperature and pressure is great. Hotel staff are good and so is the breakfast but you have to wait if you go down after 9am.

Our stay at this wonderful establishment was truly a dream vacation, thanks to the fabulous staff (thank you from the bottom of my heart). The room was bright and spacious, with impeccable daily cleaning—each evening we returned, it felt like we were stepping in for the first time. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh juice and fruits, with a dedicated chef preparing made-to-order omelets. The location is excellent: quiet and just a 15-minute walk from the center. It’s the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful beaches on the southern part of Rhodes Island, and it's less than an hour from Rhodes City, where you can enjoy the nightlife.

Very bed experience!!!! Believe all the the negative feedback! All is true!!! We could not have the room we booked, because of overbooking of the room with private pool access(I suppose only these rooms sell good). No solution found on the reception and no any apologies by the manager met at the same day. The water in the private pool was not cleaned during our stay, so that is why it smelled like a sewer. There are ants everywhere!!! On the pool area, at the room, at the bathroom. During checking we have got beach towels which disappeared as we went long. When I asked on the reception where are the towels, the lady found a reason, that we did non make the deposit and they took all the towels without informing me. There is a big problème of the booking management. Receptionists are facing the problems without any support. That is absolutely unacceptable.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at what I can only describe as the worst hotel experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was far from the “luxury scenic getaway” advertised. If you’re considering booking here, do yourself a favor—*don’t*. First off, the room was damp and smelled musty, like it hadn’t seen a proper cleaning or airing out in months. The sheets felt damp, the walls were peeling, and worst of all, there was a serious infestation of ants. They were everywhere—on the floor, in the bathroom, and even crawling on the bed (see photo). Complaints to the staff were met with indifference; they acted like it was completely normal! As if that wasn’t enough, the air conditioning was broken. In the middle of a heatwave, no less. The room was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep or even relax. Despite multiple requests to have it fixed, nothing was done. The final straw was the food. I made the mistake of eating at the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and let me tell you, it was horrendous. My omelette arrived undercooked, bordering on raw in some places (see photos). When I sent it back, the staff didn’t even apologise. Needless to say, I avoided eating there for the rest of my stay. Overall, this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Between the damp, ant-infested room, the broken air conditioning, and the uncooked food, it was a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away, this hotel is not safe!

It‘s not a 4-star-hotel, but rather a mix of a hostel and a hotel. Not a good vibe in general. Tiny, smelly room, instead of king size bed two single beds next to each other, a lot of ants, tiny bathroom, the toilet broke on the second day. In front of our balcony there was a wall, it felt very claustrophobic. We decided to switch hotels and not making our long awaited vacation bad because of the disappointment this „hotel“ caused.

Arrived late, 2am receptionist was so friendly checked us in quickly. As we opted for all inclusive, when we got to our room, there was food in the fridge for us and bottled water. The room was on the 6th floor, executive suite, very clean and nicely decorated, amazing view of pool and the sea. Food was lovely, nice choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, food available at the pool bar, beer was nice too, and cocktails. Pool was lovely, plenty of sunbeds, some people did get up early to reserve beds but that wasn't necessary. Getting to and from Rhodes town can be a challenge as buses get very full and some buses don't stop. We didn't get taxis, but some said getting a taxi back to the hotel wasn't easy. There's a few bars and restaurants near the hotel, and a few supermarkets, but for gifts, you really need to go into Rhodes town. The staff we're mostly friendly, lunch and dinner they come to table to take drinks order and we had to wait a few times, Sophia was the best, so friendly and helpful!! Night time entertainment was OK, miss and Mr hotel competition a bit cheesy, karaoke and bingo too. The only thing was the road outside the hotel, very busy and noisy at times. Motorbikes seem to think it's a race track at 2am. If you're a light sleeper like me, use earplugs Overall, we would stay at this hotel again, but the resort is a little isolated for us, and we like a sandy beach !!

We have just returned from a 10 night, 11 day holiday at this lovely hotel. First thing to say is that the hotel is very clean, all public and guest areas are spotless. I would also say that the staff at the hotel are very friendly and determined that you have a great holiday. A special mention for Wily, the entertainment leader, who works non stop to ensure everyone has fun. Also the staff managing the bar and food hall are really friendly and helpful. With regards to the food we were half board and found both the breakfasts and teas to be varied and tasty. There are a few pools, including the large one which has amazing views across the Aegean Sea to Turkey. It's nice just to rest at the edge of the pool and take in the amazing vista. There is a busy road out front of the hotel with a small pebbled beach over the way; there are also sandy beaches nearby. The bus stop to get into Rhodes town is right outside the hotel. The bus trip takes about 15 minutes and tickets, which are cheap, are available at 1 of the 2 supermarkets next door. The only slight negative for us was that our room was a little dated in decor with a small bathroom. All in all though this is a great hotel for families or couples wanting 4 star facilities with 5 star Greek hospitality.

Arrived for a ten day trip here, We arrived early morning and was welcomed with a speedy check-in. There was food left and a bottle of water which we appreciated. The room is dated but we did not mind as we only used it for sleep, The air con however wasn't the best, it wouldn't make a difference unless you had it on for hours at a time. The food was great, there were plenty of options and it was good quality and tasted great. The entertainment was awful, Willy himself is a great character and very entertaining, however when you pay for a 4 star hotel you would not expect a one man band trying to entertain a full hotel. Not to mention during our 10 night stay there was only one show. With correct funding I believe willy would thrive however, I believe the hotel are stingy when it comes to the entertainment team. The pool area was amazing, the pool felt slightly gritty on your feet but otherwise well maintained and very nice. The bar at the pool did not have real coke on tap, you would only get real coke at the restaurant or on a night at the bar in the hotel. The location is just okay, a 13.50 EUR taxi to the old town each way. There is a strip of bars and shops to the left of the hotel but not much unless you want to eat drink or buy souvenirs. The beach is nice opposite the hotel, its a pebble beach and the waves are quite choppy with the wind. The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate, we did not see any dust once. Another downside is that there is one set of toilets in the full hotel, a fair walk from the pool or the bar which is not convenient for the less able and at peak times they can become quite crowded. Would we return to Rhodes? Yes. Would we return to the hotel? Probably not.

On arrival we were given a small box room, no place for cases etc and small bed but after chatting to reception they instantly gave us a larger room which is standard, so don't accept first choice especially after paying extra. Food selection was good, very clean and friendly staff. Busy pool area but always spare sunbeds. Facilities for checking out late, with showers and towels available after you've checked out. Within a few mins from the beach but very busy main road, sunbeds are available for 5 euros per day and bars nearby.

As long as you show up with no expectations you’ll be okay , everything is just acceptable but not by any means nice or anything special. The hotel definitely doesn’t deserve a 4 star rating. I’ve listed a few bits to explain -> It’s not accessible - ramps provided are extremely steep and narrow , tiny lifts, tiny bathrooms with baths . Not much food variety but the quality and cleanliness is actually really good. Next to an extremely busy road that is hard to cross and very loud, with a heavy flow of traffic extremely late into the evening. No sheltering from the wind at the only place to sit in the evening. There is only one bar open of a night which you have to pay for drinks from after 11pm even all inclusive. The drinks menu is very small and all the cocktails are very very sweet. You are only allowed 2 drinks at a time so one person from the table can’t go and get them for everyone. The games room is not air conditioned and is very hot, the games are very old but the pool table works and is 2 euros per game. The air hockey table eats your money and there is no warning about it placed. The gym is shocking , the equipment is all broken. The pool is good , it’s 1.3m deep all over with no deep end or shallow end . It has a nice view and plenty of sun beds. The infinity pool is nice but it overlooks the road in the first instance which is very loud . There is no water provided in rooms and if you ask for bottled water you are told to go and buy some from a shop down the road - even if you’re all inclusive. The soft drinks are absolutely terrible, all juices are extremely sweet and syrup like with very artificial flavour , the water is okay , the pop is all flat and off brand cheap versions. The beach opposite is a rock beach so it’s worth bringing some wet shoes as it’s hard to walk on. There is a strong smell of waste most days out the front of the hotel where the bar and entertainment is , due to a sewage treatment area. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants , there are a lot of buses going to the city centre and port from just outside the front. The management staff are miserable in the restaurant . You can’t get your own soft drinks at lunch and dinner , you have to ask the staff for them. The rooms don’t look anything like the advertised pictures but they are clean and do the job, even if they’re dated and the air conditioning doesn’t work well. The bathrooms are a tight squeeze but you can make it work The balconies are nice and most of them have a sea view . You have to pay 10 euros per towel deposit in cash. You have to pay to use the safe in the room. There is essentially an added charge for everything but three meals a day and drinks if you can stomach them. The entertainment is horrendous but not because of the staff, they try their best with the awful equipment and conditions. The microphone and speakers aren’t great and the lights are very bright . There’s no karaoke or any of the typical hotel night stuff.

We took half board the hotel is very old…, Never been told that some pools are for adults only , too bad since the best pools are not suitable for us. Also never been told that the hotel is separated into 2 different areas ( one of them across the street) The worst part for me is that at dinner you also need to pay for tap water.. why none of these policies are mentioned in the website?! Apart from that, everything else was great. The staff most of it very kind.

Wow, a great hotel for the whole family, children and adults. The breakfast was quite okay. Water aerobics every morning was the best way to start the day by the beautiful pool. There were plenty of activities. The kids had the opportunity to go into a playroom to draw and decorate stones. In the evenings, it was great to have entertainment on the stage with acrobatics and dancing, where the audience got involved in the show. Overall, it was a great hotel for the whole family. We opted for breakfast only, not all-inclusive.

Great hotel and nice facilities. Room service was great, always clean room. Water aerobics and football among other activities daily so always some fun to do. Very good entertainment from our animators (Lucy and Aimiee) great team and service minded personnel. Room had great space for a two person trip. While the beach was stony, it was still enjoyable and clear blue water. Would recommend.

The view towards the sea from the first floor was beautiful, the breakfast had a lot of choice (greek music was a plus), the Hotel is extremely clean. The room gets perfectly cleaned every day, the service was good (beautiful preparations of our towels on the bed, a wine bottle as a gift at arrival, taxi calling etc..). The animations were a bit noisy in the evening. Location wise it was not my favourite, as it is far away from the centre and is surrounded by tourist resort shops/activities, which makes the (greek) atmosphere for me a little less authentic. The Hotel is family friendly, the beach and pool facilities are beautiful and well taken care of. The overall design of the hotel facilities aren't my favourite, but it's not a new hotel, so it makes sense. The bathroom felt a little small for me. I wished they would have a gym to be able to keep your fitness levels up, but maybe the older target group doesn't need it. All staff speak various languages and are super friendly.

Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic. The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Another idea if possible to have an outside gym to help burn those calories from the great food your serve.

Hotel staff superb, but some receptionists could do with customer service training Daytrips available via hotel notice board Prestige Travel. Highly recommend Island Tour. Make sure Manos and Crystal are your driver and guides. Crystal is amazing, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful My suggestion is to do this first if you can to give you a better idea of Rhodes. You can plan your itinerary more easily. Animation is not great but passes the time. Greek night is fun though wit all the traditional music. We will be back again, but not in the summer, too warm, apparently. End of September to October is coming into their spring I would recommend. Bye Blue Horizon for now

Great hotel, great position, beachfront and close to the harbor, bars, restaurants and 15 minute walk to the old town, friendly staff, great food, we had half-board, very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. We head rooms overlooking both beaches, sunset was stunning. Rooms do need some refurbishment but we didn't even notice it due to all other great things. We wanted to go this year as well but unfortunately there were no available rooms for the dates we were able to go.

Greek bouzoukia playing every night which was great to be serenaded with that on our arrival. Loved the hallways of frames which were filled with memorabilia of the old Rhodes and what was years ago. Really interesting and a nice touch. Nikos, restaurant manager always made us feel welcome at the breakfast buffet each morning.

Alexia was equally impressive, with her warm personality and keen attention to detail. Together, they created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that made every visit to the bar a highlight of my stay. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests set them apart. I can’t thank Georgina and Alexia enough for their outstanding service and for making my time at Mitsis La Vita so memorable. Great hotel on the beach front. Located only 20 minutes walk from Rhodes centre/old town. The staff are polite, attentive, and very friendly. Had a couple issues with the room, which the staff quickly fixed with no further problems x Breakfast served daily, and a mini fridge in the room. The lady who cooked the eggs and pancakes every morning is a superstar! X

We stayed a week and have absolutely no complaints at all. The hotel is in a fantastic location. If you walked slowly it would take all of 1 minute to get to the beach :-). We managed to explore so much and nothing was too far away. We had no need to hire any transport or even to use a bus. The rooms are nice and clean with all you need. The balcony is very small and a bonus if you get one but not very usable. However and a big however, ALL the staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and the breakfast staff are remarkable and so friendly. Cleanliness, location and impeccable service are what makes this hotel stand out. Other hotels could easily learn a thing or two from the Mitsis La vita.

I have to give a warm recommendation for this hotel. The staff is among the best I've ever encountered, from the receptionist who goes above and beyond to assist with everything and provides personal attention to each guest, to the dining room staff, who were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed, especially with our small children (and a special mention to the friendly pizza chef who makes the best pizza in Rhodes). Overall, the hotel is good, with a great location close to everything. The food is average and does not really change from day to day. Many thanks to the entire team. we would be happy to return in the future!

My first visit to Rhodes and I hope not the last. It is a beautiful island on many levels - so much history, beautiful scenery, sparkling sea, wall to wall sunshine when we went at the end of September and so much more. The all inclusive holiday at the Mitsis Petit Palais was ideal. The dining room seating was wonderfully managed by Sara, the staff couldn’t do enough and the food was fresh and well prepared. If I go back to Rhodes I will go back there.

We came with a small child, Rebeca, she is very shy but they made her feel so comfortable she even danced in the lobby. Zara was exceptional. They would help you with anything really. Will come back. See you guys next year! The negative was that in seven days, our room wasn't swept and the bedding was not changed.

Heartfelt recommendation! Whether family, friends, couples or alone - here you are warmly welcomed and cared for the well-being of all! The entire hotel is very clean. The room and the balcony (with sea view) were large enough and the rooms are cleaned daily. The food was always very tasty. There was always enough choice and something for everyone (pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes, as well as various vegetables and salads and also Greek specialties). The service here is very attentive and clears away empty plates immediately and provides drinks so that you never have to wait long. The entire staff is super nice and super friendly! You feel very comfortable and it feels like you've known these people for ages. Everyone is really warm and helpful and always has a smile on their face! We can therefore highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again!

The hotel was a great choice, very close to old town withing 10 minutes walk and close to there shopping area and restaurants also very easy to take transport to go anywhere. The hotel was super clean and organized. One thing that i will never forget and i will come back for it, is Rania at the reception, very helpful friendly and excellent at her job! We have spent a week there during August. Loved this hotel, definitely going back next year, the staff are all really friendly, especially Rania on reception. Nothing is too much trouble to her. It's only a 15 min walk to the old town, down hill all the way, the walk back is not for the faint hearted or disabled, a taxi back is only 7 euro's. The all inclusive menu is great, something for everyone. The pool and bar area has a great atmosphere,

Arrived to Rhodes early in the morning, Rania welcomed us in the reception. Very friendly and helpful!! She managed to get us our room ready by 10 am even though the check in normally is at 3pm. All staff members were extremely friendly, definitely recommend it.

Arrived early hrs and staff were very helpful. Morning was a help yourself to a buffet style breakfast/dinner and tea. All good to me. Bench style sun lounges. Two possible three people sitting one lounging which meant lying down 3 beds for one family. The space around the pool is not that big for the size of the hotel. The room was good but there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Had to leave the door partially open to get air in. Door open if just the one/two people but not with our 22 yr old daughter in the same room. Entertainment on the evening of us leaving. And limit space around the bar to socialize and similar in communal areas. Loved the staff and the rest of the hotel. Would recommend more so for a short break, and exploring the rest of Rhodes 😁

I think some of the negative reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations. The rooms are modern and spotless, the food is good, everything is very clean and well organised. If you’re expecting a huge sprawling resort with multiple restaurants and a selection of pools then you will be disappointed. The main reason to come to this hotel is for its location right next to rhodes old town - if you come here and expect just to sit at the hotel for the full time then I suspect you will be bored, but that’s not really what this hotel is for. It’s a great base for exploring the old town whilst having your food and drink provided in a nice hotel with good friendly staff. A couple of constructive points of feedback - I agree with other reviewers that there is nowhere to sit and drink your drinks in the evening, but there are lots of comfy seats around the pool which would be perfect for this as the pool area is nicely lit at night but the area gets closed at 6.30 sharp which seems such a waste given the lack of other areas to sit. The drinks seem better than they were when I came to the hotel previously, I think they have taken on comments from various reviews that criticised the lack of alcohol in the cocktails as they did seem to have more alcohol this time! There should be more food / snacks available between meal times. For some reason, the ice cream freezer gets covered over between meal times and you’re not allowed to take any which seems odd given it’s all inclusive and there is a lack of other snacks available other than some biscuits. The ice cream is already there and is self-service so it would seem sensible to keep this available between meals. One final point is that the food is removed extremely quickly at the end of meal times. On one morning I was down for breakfast at 9.55am and they had already taken most of the food away despite breakfast being on until 10. I think they could allow a couple of minutes flexibility with this, or at the very least wait until 10am before removing the food. These points are slightly nit-picking though as it’s a great hotel and I’ll definitely be back again, but a few small tweaks could make a huge difference so thought they were worth mentioning. Special mention to Voula who invited us to watch her dancing group at the Tourism Day event which was great fun! Also special mention to Katrina at the bar who was great.

We had a lovely stay at the Lindos White hotel&suites. We stayed in one of the executive suites with a private pool, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was always very nice and polite and we hope they all receive a thank you from us. The food was good and we especially enjoyed the Greek night food and entertainment. We will definitely be recommending the hotel to friends and family and will come back in one of our next holidays.

We stayed at the Lindos white for our honeymoon in June. On arrival we were very impressed as it was very clean, we checked in and congratulated by the staff on it being our honeymoon. We were shown up to our room which was the executive suite with a private pool and sea view, but to get to our room was a long walk, we needed to use three lifts on the way!! The room we could not fault at all, the view was amazing and the pool was to die for. Included in our room was the safe, a mini fridge which was filled every second day which was a nice added touch. We arrived on a late Wednesday afternoon, once we settled in we decided to go down for something to eat. This was a little bit of a let down the staff didn’t smile or welcome you in, we weren’t offered any drinks we had to try and get the attention of the staff. The food wasn’t what we expected it to be for a 4* hotel in fact we are very disappointed. The best day we went down for breakfast and have to say that was the best thing the breakfast, but again the staff weren’t very friendly and it was hard to get their attention just to get some coffee. The whites pool bar was good the staff behind the bar ‘Marie’ she was amazing and was the only staff member that smiled and interacted with you. The atmosphere at night was a little dead and nothing really to shout about when it came to the entertainment and I will use entertainment loosely. There are no restaurants or bars around the area of the Lindos white which is a shame because we really wanted the Greek experience but never got it. The beach was lovely but there was no beach bar for the lindos white so it was a good five minute walk back to the pool bar for a drink, but by the time you got the drink back to the beach it was hot! We just feel completely let down by the hotel, it wasn’t the best place for a honeymoon and we didn’t really feel welcome by most of the staff.

I am interested in why it says that you offer an all inclusive service when there is nothing except 3 main meals. Children get hungry in the afternoon, there is never even fresh fruit, except ice cream. Garbage is stored outside the container next to our accommodation. The sunbeds that I should "reserve" so that I will put my towel and stone at 7 a.m. and I don't want to paying extra for this price for sunbads by the sea (20-30€). There is no natural shade or greenery. The cleanliness of the accommodation, the beautiful beach and the correct food are what I would like to praise.

When we booked this hotel and we read all the negative reviews about the overbooking, we got worried and decided to send an email to the hotel for clarifications. They answered us back and reassured us that last year they overbooked the place because of the fires and told us that this year wouldn't happen. Fast forward to our landing in Rhodes where we received a call saying that not only us, but all the people on our bus would be moved to another hotel because Evita Bay overbooked again and there weren't any rooms available for us. Thankfully our agency moved us to another hotel which we found very good and had a pleasant stay but it was in another location and so still an inconvenience as we planned our activities around Faliraki instead. We were somewhat lucky, but be aware when you book this hotel, that you may end up somewhere else and may not be a better place.

From start to finish my time with Evita Bay was perfect! The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them! ..... On my second day at the hotel, I received an upgrade to fabulous sea view room, this made my first solo trip to Rhodes even more special! Waking up to that view every day filled me with so much joy! Thank you, I am truly grateful! The hotel is very well situated within a relaxing, quiet area but close enough to many restaurants and bars if you want to experience the buzz of Faliraki. The accommodation is very well kept and literally a stones throw from soft sand and crystal clear waters! The dining options were fantastic, something there for everyone! I truly had the best time here! Massive thanks to everyone at Evita Bay. I can't wait for my next visit later this year.

The room we were placed in is in a newly constructed building that isn’t quite finished yet. It’s very small, and we’re here with a 2-year-old child. The third “bed,” so to speak, is actually a foldable auxiliary bed that looks like a beach chair, which is, of course, very uncomfortable for sleeping. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms because there’s no signal, so we’re forced to use our mobile data. The beach where the hotel’s sun loungers are located is full of construction debris—broken blocks and tiles are everywhere. Half of the loungers are torn and dirty, and no one seems to be taking care of that area. There are a very small number of loungers near the hotel on the beach that are available without an extra charge, while those right by the sea are available for a fee of €20 to €40. The problem arises when there are more guests, and there’s no option to get a lounger on the beach, only by the pool, which is quite far from the beach, or we’re forced to pay for those by the sea. The hotel manager said there are 173 free loungers, but they’re the ones by the pool, and the others aren’t his responsibility, so he doesn’t know if they’re charged for or not. He can, however, give you a voucher for those paid loungers, even though they aren’t his responsibility. 😂 The drinks and food could be described as just acceptable. The food is edible but often not fresh; the vegetables are dry, and all the cold cuts and cheeses are left out in direct sunlight. Whatever’s left over from lunch is mixed and served for dinner. The drinks are exclusively carbonated and cold from machines, with syrups full of sugar, and there’s no option to order fresh juices or anything similar. Also, if you consider this an all-inclusive service, I think a revision of that term is necessary. This is at best full board with three meals a day and supposedly available snacks that we haven’t really seen. Not to mention, there’s no option to order any additional food. If your child gets hungry in the meantime, you have no option to sit down and order food or grab these “snacks.” Additionally, drinking water, BASIC DRINKING WATER, has been running out very often in the past few days, and the staff’s response is that “there are too many people using it, so the pressure can’t keep up; if they stopped using it for a few minutes, the machine would refill.” Our question is, why are you building facilities for so many people if you don’t have the basics to support them? Moreover, the problem with wasps constantly landing on our plates is really unpleasant. There are too many of them, and they’re very aggressive, which is particularly inconvenient when a child is around. Security at the hotel is weak and compromised. A room near ours was robbed, where people had their money and phones stolen. The hotel is completely open, so anyone from the street can access the accommodation, and there’s no lighting around the buildings at night. We’re afraid to open the windows or doors because someone might enter the room, or it could get filled with insects since there are no screens. One child cut their leg in the pool, requiring medical attention, and the child was prohibited from swimming for the rest of the vacation. Also pools are extremly dirty, you can't see the bottom even if it's 1.5 meters. They almost never clean it. We paid around 3000€ for this, which is not worrh more than 1500€ in my opinion.

Some staff are nice but others are absolutely mean and are straight up disrespectful The beach is nice but the fact that you get charged like what 20€-30€??? 2 of the pools literally turned green during our stay and was like that for 3/4 days? And also it's kinda quiet but because of the music from the sun palace hotel its really not that quiet.. and the WiFi was like never working and if it did only very badly and the TV only worked half of the time, the German channels that you could watch were pretty okay tho. Don't know about the other language channels Also pretty sure that we won't return here..

The location was fantastic, bus to old town was outside the hotel and only cost €2.50 per way, along with a bus into Faliraki €1.50. There is also a shopping centre next door which was helpful. The food was fantastic, so much choice and many food cooked too order, lots of vegetarian options. The drinks were okay a few cocktails and iced coffee, I found the soft drinks to be overly sweet apart from the iced tea which was lovely. The entertainment was fantastic and the evening entertainment was very enjoyable. We had upgraded our room to a sea view but the room still felt very basic and cramped for a couple but was very clean. The room unfortunately wasn’t accessible by lift which made it difficult getting suitcases up a spiral staircase. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were lovely but if you want some peace I recommend the other pool (not the main one). I would stay here again!

Good family hotel, equipped with all comforts! Exceptional proximity to the sea, with direct access from the hotel. Modern rooms but with a very small bathroom, only negative point. Special mention for Panajiota kind, always helpful and precise and to the "Man of crepes" (exceptional service of the hotel) precise, professional and gentle! Nice animation, but could do better especially with children’s activities (we love baby dance activity. Thanks to them we had a wonderful holiday!

The rooms would need some renovation because the hotel is starting to get a little old, good food and drinks, placement close to the beach with free sun beds. Friendly stuff specially the lady in the pool bar and animation team. The stuff in the reception are welcoming and want to help when we had a problem. Different shows every evening but they could be longer, a girl does mini disco for the kids every day, and they also have a mini club where my kids loved to play so me and my husband could get some free time around the pool. But sadly there was a Barman that always made problems when we wanted to take drinks, a bit disappointing. I recommend this hotel for people who don’t spend much time in their rooms, and want to have a great time outside

Nice hotel. Food is good. Could offer more at breakfast. Didn't see any omelette option, pancakes were few and far between. Deserts were very nice. Nice rooms. We opted for superior family room with sea view. Lovely size room. There's a bus stop bout 2 mins away from hotel. Very good local bus service that takes you up and down the island. Recommend old town Rhodes at night 👌 All in all a nice family friendly hotel. Not many brits here. Not sure if a good thing or bad thing tbh 🤔 😀 Staff friendly and happy to help

After reading the reviews we were worried but we really didn't have to be. We had a great stay here, the staff were lovely, the grounds and pool great and the location was perfect for us. The food was varied and for the money it's hard to complain. It would be good to have tea or coffee facilities in the room and rather than 2 vehicle rental desks maybe one and a tour booking desk would have been better. If you want a party holiday then this is probably not the hotel for you but it's peaceful, relaxing with access to the beach and a bus service to Falaraky and Rhodes town if needed Overall a great stay and we are even thinking about coming back next year.and bringing our family with us Thank you all for making our holiday one to remember.

I can only agree with all the negative comments made in the previous review. I had 3 nights in this awful hotel. I did not let my child enjoy the pool since it looked yellowish from the balcony. We had aunts in our room. The towel don’t get changed even if you let them on the floor, should be a hint, no? The beds are from WWII. The AC was just not working right. Plus for some reason my make-up was gone missing from the bathroom. I didn’t want to make a big deal but that tells me you can’t trust the stuff. When I told the front desk the lady just looked at me and made a phone call and that was it, no apology. We looked at the breakfast area and we literally left in less than a minute. It looked just dirty. Anyway be smart and book another hotel.

The rooms are minimal, but enough for a vacation. The downside is that it was very hot and the walls were getting like hell, making it impossible to sleep at night. During the day it was very difficult to stay in the room. The cleaning service consists in changing the towels and lifting the trash, no cleaning the floor or the bathroom. The meals were buffet type, so plenty, but it tasted like a cafeteria food, no flavor and very similar every day. They gave us just a key per room and the card slot for power in the room was broken, barely hanging on the wall. The sink was leaking. The hotel was very far away from any store or bars or other attractions. What was a perk is that Anthony Quinn Bay is just 1 mile away, so we walked to it. There is a rent a car agency in the hotel, very affordable, so we've managed the distance between objectives easily. The beer was free of charge at the bar, all day long. It was a big plus for my friends 🤣

We have just returned from our 4th stay at Lindos Sun, which should tell you everything really! The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, which makes for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool area. The food is amazing with plenty of choice. The location is great. Just a 20-minute walk to Lindos with taxis available if needed. All in all, it's fabulous 👌.

My first solo trip and I couldn’t have picked a better place! I do have some negatives but not a lot in comparison to the positives. The breakfast was great. The place was spotless, the staff were lovely, housekeeping did an amazing job, free toiletries were great fully received (I only bought hand luggage so space was an issue) the shower was incredible as was the bed! Down sides are all financial. They take a €150 deposit which is advertised no where and if I hadn’t had my credit card with me I’d have been screwed! There’s no price lists. Not for the mini bar (generally €2.50 an item) or for the restaurant (€35.00 for evening meal which is expensive compared to the town although the food is very good) A medium glass of wine in the bar was €7 which is steep, I bought a bottle in town for €6 This is to be expected at a hotel bar but my gripe is with the lack of openness for prices! I’d deffo come back again though but this time slightly more educated. The walk into town gets easier. The Atmosphere bar is great, the supermarket in town is MUCH Cheaper than the one next to Ice bar. If money wasn’t a concern I’d probably have given it 5 stars, although no attempt to help with my bags was a tad poor! Beautiful place, lovely grounds, mostly great service and a short (but steep) walk into a stunning town.

My boyfriend and I stayed here the first weeknof september and had the most amazing time. We had our own room with a pool and it was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We were half board so made use of the restaurant at breakfast and dinner which was absolutely delicious especially the lobster soup!! All of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful especially the two guys behind the bar who made our stay so much more fun!! We absolutely loved our stay and cant wait to come back!✈️

We have just returned home from the most wonderful holiday and hotel experience at the Lindos Sun in Rhodes. If we were to write our own description of a perfect hotel, this would be it. It’s a bit bigger than a boutique with an intimate boutique feel. The room we were allocated was perfect and had a great balcony. It was very private, yet only took around 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful pool. There were always enough sun beds and places to eat at breakfast and dinner. The hotel was kept to the highest standard by everyone who worked there. There are two managers, one who leads the general hotel and one who leads the kitchen and they both do a greatly impressive job ensuring their guests have everything they need. The staff team; the cleaners, the maintenance, reception, the waiters, waitresses, the bar, the pool bar and the whole chef’s team could not do enough to keep everyone happy. It’s hard to give a special mention to anyone in particular because everyone was really incredible. However, we must mention the chefs and the waitresses for the most wonderful dining experience we have ever had, including in 5 star hotels. We would recommend this hotel to couples and families who are looking for a really quiet but fun accommodation. It’s more like an adults only hotel which made it even more perfect! We would recommend hiring a car and using Pefkos Mare in Pefkos who are very reasonable and you can email them beforehand to arrange it. The animators were doing an amazing job! However, our experience had several issues. We arrived at 8 pm, but our room wasn’t ready, even though check-in starts at 3 pm. Following the all-inclusive rules, we tried to make a dinner reservation, but were told this wasn't possible because reservations need to be made a day in advance. I found this frustrating, as the restaurant was only 20% full. The receptionist was neither polite nor professional. If you have gluten allergies or intolerance, you might struggle here. While they offer gluten-free bread, you have to ask for it every day, and most of the other meals are coated in wheat. The fruits were another disappointment. They were not fresh and almost inedible, likely being served for several days as the quality noticeably declined. On Sunday, they delivered a plate of fruit and wine to each room, but again, the quality was poor. The watermelon was frozen, and the melon and grapes were of low quality. In summary, the location is average, and the food quality is poor.

We just spent a week at the resort. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive was good always something even the pickiest of us could eat. The entertainment was good, only criticism was the entertainment team took the Saturday off. Now I am not saying they aren't entitled to a day off just found it strange they all took the same day off leaving no entertainment that night. The pool tables etc could be doing with getting updated. We had a fab week and the hotel was good.

I was a bit afraid to come here after reading some reviews on the food, rooms etc. but everything was just great! We had three double rooms booked and after arriving they offered us apartments with beautiful sea view without paying extra and we could see all the rooms and decide what we want. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, looking nice and comfortable. Food was also very tasty, lots of veggies and variety of themed cuisine every day. Lovely pool with bar for drinks and small snack available, clean water and relaxing area. It's just a bit noisy from the street and planes flying over but not that bad. The outside area can be a bit windy, there were two very windy days during our stay in early October. But the weather was beautiful full of sun and blue sky the whole week, so after all it was beautiful vacation! ❤️ Deffinitely recommend.

A wonderful all-inclusive. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. Overall, the staff is great, with most being better than a few. The room was adequate and the bed was firm but comfortable. The ocean view is awesome, but some street noise detracts from it a bit. The food is delicious with a great variety. The meals had more of a homemade feel than those at the bigger resorts.

A very nice hotel on the west coast of Rhodes. I think we were lucky to visit right before the high season started. On our last night it was a bit more crowded in the restaurant. Many elderly couples mixed with a few families and younger travelers. All and all a lovely stay and compared to the larger hotels very peaceful and quiet. We traveled with two kids (10 and 6) and they loved the pool area and the surroundings. It's not the Hilton, but a really comfortable and friendly place. Food is not worse than what can be expected of a higher scale all inclusive buffet. And with the price of the stay, we could easily skip the all inclusive menu for a couple of days and explore different parts of the island. Car rental easy and affordable with help from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Sirene Beach Hotel in Rhodes and would like to share my experiences. Unfortunately, they were largely disappointing. The hotel does offer an all-inclusive package, but at an absolutely minimalist level. Drinks are only available at mealtimes in the hotel, and even that is a hassle. The pool bar is only accessible via a circuitous route, which really detracts from the enjoyment. The food was a real disappointment. We ate outside most of the time as the quality of the food was substandard for us. Whether it was fish or meat - it was barely edible. The alcoholic drinks were particularly disappointing, especially the wine, which had nothing to do with good wine. The beer was just okay, but the water in the hotel is undrinkable. It tastes like you are drinking pool water. It's a cheek that all guests are forced to buy water outside the hotel. The evening entertainment was also at a very low level. They do try to organise something, but again only the bare minimum. Some of the staff were friendly, but we were irritated by the fact that dinner ends abruptly at 10pm and the door closes at 9.59pm sharp. There is no children's entertainment and no beach towels provided by the hotel. One bright spot, however, was the hotel room with a sea view. This was really stunning and the room was always kept very clean. The cleaning staff were very reliable, so a big thank you for that. Overall our stay was unfortunately disappointing and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are definitely better options on Rhodes.

The hotel is located near Rhodos town so it’s great to make trips from there. We would like to thank the staff from Sirene Beach hotel for a great vacation especially the lifeguard Ioannis. Lovely tranquil location. A stones throw from the centre of the old town. We stayed in the residence suite which is just away from the main hotel. We had a private courtyard and use of a fully equipped house, however I don’t think this is typical of the rooms within the hotel its self. All the staff, especially the cleaner, were lovely. Wonderful location and outstanding staff / service / food / advice over our 4 days, however… Our room required a lot of maintenance: Most shutters won’t close properly, admitting too much early morning light The room door lock is so stiff it is at times very difficult to open, and very noisy (neighbours disturbed) Some of the lights don’t work There is no bedside light on the left hand side The shower doors don’t meet when closed, shower leaks onto floor The wooden floor or deck on the balcony is rotten - someone could fall through The wifi instructions on the ground floor table are very hard to find - took us 3 days and then only by accident The “desk” chair is bulky, does’t fit under the desk, awkward The knob on the bidet plug fitting is off, needs to be refitted The wardrobe is unusable as the two sliding doors are stuck together neither the old nor the “new” safe work

I just can't say enough good things about Avalon Boutique hotel. This gem is tucked away in old town Rhodes but right around the corner from everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our suite, Anatoli, had a large outdoor terrace, a small indoor dining area and sitting area, a king sized bed, and a well appointed bathroom with great water pressure. We paid 972 euros for six nights and that includes breakfast and round trip airport transfers! After staying in a "luxury collection " hotel in Athens, we think Avalon was a much better deal, and the room was much larger. They also have a cute cafe that serves lunch and drinks. If you're staying in old town Rhodes I highly recommend Avalon!

It is a beautiful hotel located in the middle of the Medieval City of Rhodes. we originally stayed in the Cosmos room but found it hard to take a shower in (there is a jacuzzi but the showerhead was difficult to adjust). Luckily, the manager had the Anatoli room available and we were able to switch. The Anatoli room has smaller living quarters compared to the Cosmos but the bathroom fit our needs. The hydromassage column in the shower worked better than expected. We only took one picture of the Anatoli room and it was the bathroom. The water in the rooms were lukewarm the first day but was able to turn up the temperature more by the second day. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was served daily and the meals were delicious. The courtyard is beautiful and location wise, you can't pick a better spot. It is a few minutes away from the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes, Our Lady of the Castle, and the Archaeological Museum.

The hotel itself was in good location, you can see the sea laying on the sunbeds however I think that it is the only good thing I can list about the hotel. Any other thing was very unexceptional and disappointing. The food was mostly disgusting, let’s say it was the cheapest version of all inclusive holiday- it was neither good nor tasty& healthy. If you want to have a good drink you have to pay for it because otherwise you will get half cup of same vodka and a little bit of a cheap and with no taste juice. I’ve been to many hotels in Greece and its Islands but I have never had such stomach issues after my stay. If you want to have a regular iced coffee you have to pay for that because the all inclusive does not cover that which is ridiculous 🤣😂 About the rooms- if you like dirty and worn out mattrace, cockroaches and fungus in bathrooms, this hotel is something for you.

We were moved here from our original hotel booking because they told us that due to an overbooking there were no rooms available for us ! After 14 hours travelling and totally exhausted we ended up at this hotel. Allocated a double room we went there. We were allowed all inclusive status for the night. The food was actually acceptable and we managed a couple of drinks before giving in for the night. For a so called “exclusive hotel and spa” I would totally disagree. It was a basic double room with shower. The toilet leaked, the sink taps were rusty and the shower area had seen better days. THEN ! To cap it all they had very, very loud music blasting out until 10.30 at night (we were in a room 2 doors away from this racket) BUT, not only that, this hotel is on the flight path finals for Rhodes airport 1 mile away so we had to put up with the aircraft on finals to the airport ALL night. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone requiring a peaceful holiday in the sun ? MOST DEFINITELY NOT !! 🤬🤬

I assume some visitors couldn't be bothered to find an ashtray. Tables around pool not clean Food was a.bit samey and usually not v warm. Seemed to be aimed at eastern Europeans Positives Location great but not too much around but taxis v cheap if you want to go into rhodes On flight path but you get used to it Entertainment team fab ' the lovely ian worked so so hard he probably made my holiday Evening events not always.to my taste.but all noise over by 11pm Gardens beautiful! George in beach bar lovely Special shout out to Magda in the restaurant and Smaro sort of pr lady full of helpful advice. Really can't fault the staff. Spoke to tui rep who said my complaints were common, so why not do something about it. As long as you don't have too high expectations you will enjoy it. And I would go back. This hotel could be a.gold mine if attention was paid to dated fixtures and fittings and cleaning is reviewed I could go on but don't miss the opportunity to stay here!

The hotel has 2 areas, the old and the new, which is the risotto. We will sleep in the old area, so my opinion on this must start with the service of the staff, which is above expectations. They are pleasant and kind and really try to do everything so that you can enjoy your vacation. We closed through a travel company that didn't care to point out that there was a difference in the types of rooms and to explain to us which room we would get in the deal and we got a small and old room. that would improve the feeling, it was more spacious and looked newer, it had a balcony and a small private pool, the beds are not very comfortable, but everything else was fine The pool is large and there is a team that works with the children. The food is reasonable. They always manage to find something to eat. They don't stay hungry In terms of the location, close to the airport, we didn't mind the noise of the planes landing and we had a car so it felt like we were at the midpoint of every trip so we didn't feel the distance from the city or from Lindos without a car is more problematic Once again I have to thank the team who really made sure we had as much fun as possible

Best place for the lazy vacation. To be honest I’ve chanced my opinion about all inclusive hotels after this trip. Let’s begin with the service- people are super friendly and always willing to help. Second - food! Omg it’s just perfect! Even though they has timing for breakfast, lunch and dinner - they always made it last longer and between it they has always available pancakes, snack bar and dry. We with my husband eating healthy food and there was plenty of options for us! Fruits which available 24/7 was just blessing for us! Room service is very good too. They were cleaning up every day so room always stays clean and tidy:) They has very clean beach, lots of free sun beads. Also possible to take a drinks on a beach:) Super clean water. We also took a jet ski next to it - was super fun! Overall we were very pleased and happy with the hotel, stayed 10 days but wish we could stay longer 😅 10/10

I really enjoyed our stay. Our room was not fully clean upon arrival, but after telling the staff, it was fixed right away. Nice and modern rooms. The food was nice, but a bit cold at times. The pizza was amazing, and always hot! The dining hall is kind of small, a bit crowded at times. We usually came at the start of the meals to prevent this! The drinks in the jungle bar were amazing. Also the staff was really nice, Elli and Anna. I got engaged here, and the jungle bar gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to bring to our room to celebrate! We really appreciated that! ☺️Overall we had a nice stay!

The accommodation/hotel itself was excellent. The staff were lovely and helpful with late check out, any queries we had and helping us book a taxi (a necessity given the location). We were disappointed though as we booked 3 rooms as a group but they were dotted over the resort rather than near to each other. The restaurant food was excellent with fresh handmade pizza made in front of you - which is rare in all inclusive resorts I think. It could have done with more greek food though. Also, the area the food was being served in was too small for the amount of guests in the restaurant. It was often difficult to get to the food to plate up due to the sheer amount of guests. We tried going at different times to see if it was just a one-off rush or peak time but it stayed overwhelmingly busy all week (aware we booked over school summer holidays but this was still super busy). The other guests were also incredibly rude, barging in to get to the food, stepping on people, pushing past children and being very unkind towards my partner by deliberately pointing her out and laughing. Parents often forgot to parent and their kids would run riot, screaming at all hours and disturbing other sleeping guests (although this was not the hotels fault of course). There was also an issue getting sunbeds as these were all reserved very early (even though there are signs telling guests not to do this). When in the pool, it was often crowded. Overall, it was a mixed experience. Probably wouldn't return which is a shame as the staff are so lovely and make so much effort.

Amazing hotel, staff are fantastic can’t do enough for you! Very clean, food is lovely with so much variety. I’m a vegetarian and there are lots of options. Rooms are very nice and I Can’t say enough about the staff, they work so hard and are very friendly. Lots of different pools and slides for the kids. Kiki the manager is the best, she booked us a meal out for my husband’s birthday and arranged transport for all 30 of us. There are cats and kittens here and they all look after them so well, which has made my holiday, one of the kittens was quite poorly and she’s arranged the vets to sort him out. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in!

"Unforgettable holiday" at Pegasus Deluxe. Before our departure to Rhodes, I checked the reviews about this hotel. I was shocked by the reports of food poisoning. It was too late to cancel, so I took medicine and bought medical insurance. At first, everything seemed fine. We were given a nice sea-view room. But 48 hours into our stay at the hotel, I started experiencing bloating, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Even after 3 days, I still have stomach pain and can't eat normally. The hotel manager attributed it to a virus, but I didn't take a blood test, so I can't say for sure. However, I have never felt so miserable. I was unwell for half of our holiday. I wonder why my daughter didn't get sick. She eats only cooked meals, unlike me. So, I suspect the food was the main reason. Also, guests from nearby hotels did not report any food poisoning. The quality of the food is not great. Vegetables and fruits didn't taste fresh. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant, and they used reusable plastic glasses at the pool bar. Everyone had access to the ice cream. The only good thing about this hotel is its location on the beachfront and the good room cleaning service. The people I met also complained about food poisoning. After so many cases, the management should take measures to stop the spread of infection at the hotel. It should be closed for a while, and tourists shouldn't be staying there.

It’s an average hotel. Location is ok and the staff are amazing! All inclusive but with a few conditions. No coffee in the room and not allowed to bring drinks to the room, the funny bit is, the room has a fridge but with only one bottle of water and like I said, not allowed to bring any drinks to the room. The room for 3, a double bed and a single sofa that converts into a small kids bed. The shower/bath is quite small, I’m 5”6 or 1.68 and I feel a bit tight in the shower. The all inclusive drinks is what expected for an average hotel, not very special and got to pay for them after 11pm. Loads of families with kids so not a good place for couples. Avoid the peak hours at the main restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will be packed. Expect a bit of delay on the lifts to upper floors, too busy and sometimes only one lift working. The location is good, not far from Rhodes town, 20min away. It’s on the east side of the Island so you don’t get to see any sun set and gets darker quicker than the west side of the Island.

Lovely hotel with good location, Faliraky is within walking distance and there is a bus station right in front of the hotel. The hotel needs some love in a lot of areas, but I guess they are working on it as some changes are seen compared with last year. I love the fact that this year the entertainment is different every evening. The new animation team is very nice as well.Overall, nice hotel with good food and perfect location. We have successfully returned to Slovakia after a night return from Rhodes, which was quite exhausting, but I still have enough energy to express my heartfelt gratitude to you. First and foremost, thank you for providing a smooth and very pleasant holiday experience. The yoga retreat hosted in your hotel exceeded all expectations, greatly thanks to your wonderful environment and excellent service. I also want to extend my gratitude for accommodating my gluten-free diet so thoughtfully. Even before our arrival, I appreciated the communication regarding my dietary needs. Upon our late arrival, each participant was greeted with a sandwich after the long journey, and I was delighted to find a gluten-free option prepared for me. In the restaurant, the dishes were mostly well-marked with allergens, and if a label was missing, there was always an English-speaking staff member to assist me. The gluten-free bread for breakfast was always provided upon request, and after a few days of dealing with undisciplined guests who cross-contaminated the butter, your team kindly brought me a piece of uncontaminated butter along with my bread. When I craved pasta, the receptionist took me down to the kitchen to meet the head chef. We agreed on a special gluten-free portion for me, which I waited about 25 minutes for. The chef even ensured that I had a separate sauce to avoid contamination from the regular pasta. After last year's gluten-free issues in Turkey, this experience was a very pleasant change. Your team's efforts made my stay truly enjoyable, and I am very grateful. Special thanks goes to: Chef Christos, Eleni – manager in restaurant and Aleksandra – receptionist. Additionally, I would like to thank your staff for their excellent recommendations for trips and public transport. Great hotel located right on the beach. We had a room with shared pool which was lovely with views out to the sea. Definitely recommend one of these, great shower in a modern bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet food was excellent, meat great quality and cooked well. Had a variety of dishes to suit all ages and requirements. Location is between Lindus and Rhodes town, both about 45 minutes away using public transport. Ok for us, as we were going there for a relaxing holiday and the hotel definitely met all our requirements. Great value for money, booked all inclusive via Voyage Privee. Again would recommend both hotel and company.

Unfortunately we hand not such a great experience staying at Lutania. We stayed here for a week in August & we feel we were mislead by the photographs online and the holiday we thought we were getting just simply wasn’t. First of all it states that this is a 4* hotel, I would say it’s no more than a 3 at best. I’ll start with the good. The pool area, although the pool is small, was good. Lots of space to relax & just chill. The location. It’s not too far from the local bars and restaurants which are about a 10 minute walk away. The scenery is great, being surrounded by huge mountains & looking out onto the ocean. We took a walk to the old monastery on the cliff that’s nearby and it was a great view from up there. It’s right next to the beach so you simply just walk down some steps and you’re on it. The bad. Where to begin. Our room was poor. The bed was just a wooden framed bed that was so uncomfortable and sounded like it could break at any minute. The bathroom looked as though it was just plastered a few days before and was literally just a plastered floor and walls. The sink had a foul smell every now & then, mainly in the morning. It was the same for the balcony outside, when we opened the sliding door to go outside it would just smell of sewage every now & then. The furnishings were basic, it just looked like they had thrown the room together in a hurry so someone could stay in it. The vent for the air con had screws/nails which were loose/hanging off which was a concern. The staff were okay but never really looked bothered or like they wanted to help, more like they just didn’t want to be there. The food was edible but beyond that it was poor. The selection was the same every day, they just changed the type of meat that was in certain dishes. The drinks aren’t branded like your Coke/Fanta but what I’m guessing are the local off brand ones apart from Pepsi. Breakfast was about the only meal we could tolerate after the first few days but it’s hard to get breakfast wrong. So we ended up going to other restaurants nearby because of this & going to the local store to buy drinks & snacks, baring in mind we paid for all inclusive it was an absolute waste so save your time & money. You have to get up early if you want a decent sun bed by the pool, otherwise it’s a pick of what’s left. You have to pay to use the ones on the beach if you’re unlucky enough not to get any by the pool so keep that in mind. Overall not the best experience at this hotel. Would definitely recommend Kolymbia but would say this hotel is one to miss unfortunately.

We were very surprised when we arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight at night and received a tasty pizza. The hotel is located in beautiful place with mesmerizing views around. Pool is good, bar is good, ... But a one thing could be added: More choice of food and not having the same things every day... Otherwise it's really nice! Very recommendable hotel. We had a very nice time and enjoyed the very good localisation of the hotel - directly next to the beach. The hotel service was very good and we had a nice and clean room with a perfect view on the ocean and the hotel's pool. We visited Lutania Beach in the first two weeks of October and were very lucky with the weather. We could reach Rhodos City and Lindos by bus, the bus station is very near to the hotel. Before visiting the hotel, we read good and also negative reviews on Google, but after making our own experience we can't understand the negative reviews and can really recommend the hotel. Maybe it's depending to the room and the time of visiting. We are very happy about our hotel visit.

A stunning location on the shores of the Aegean sea, warm water, a gently sloping beach. Alright it's not soft powdery white sand but you can't have everything. Its definitely geared more towards families than say couples, and as a solo traveller it's not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but there things to do all day and into the night Food is fantastic, you don't have to wait long for a drink, but if you're on the beach or by the pool, then you're getting you're own drinks sadly. I had a superior poolside bungalow, which isn't that superior and not really at the side of the pool, but I could pop back whenever I wanted which is handy. A la carte restaurants are better than the buffet, but you need to book well in advance if your trip as space is limited. There is a lot to like about the Grecotel Dama Dama, and I give it 4 stars, even though they claim to be a 5 star hotel......

Please ignore the negative reviews and see this hotel for yourself. Myself and my partner came to stay for 10 nights, and we would 100% come back again. - One thing we will say is with our room, we paid for a double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together. We highly recommend asking for a mattress topper, as this will also make the bed much, much comfier. - The staff everywhere are super friendly, however the girls at the beach bar sometimes looked a bit fed up, however I can understand why when serving so many people. There were queues at the beach bar at times but rarely and only ever for 2-5 minutes. - The crepe lady always served her crepes everyday with a big smile, and this did not go unnoticed - and the crepes are delicious! - The gyros man at the lunch beach bar was also always smiling and super welcoming! - We recommend waking up at 6:30/6:45 to watch the sunrise on the beach, as this was mesmerising and the sea was warmer than the pool as well! (Photos attached) - The food in the main restaurant was always super tasty, and something on the menu for everyone, including us fussy eaters. Each night was something different and delicious. We also visited the Asiana and Greek restaurants which you need to book. The Greek one in particular we thoroughly enjoyed. - We recommend that you book a sea facing room if you can, otherwise you’re facing other hotels so there is not much privacy on your balcony. - You do need to get up to get to the pool if you want to sit here for the day, however there were still spaces and loungers at 9am/10am latest. They were not all gone at 6:30/7 like some of the reviews are referring to (but this is also outside of the summer holidays) - On our last day we had a hotel guest taking indecent pictures of me by the pool, in my bikini. This really made us feel super uncomfortable and we reported this to the manager - the supervisory team were quick to help and reassure us and handled this very well. - We booked 3 hours on a boat for the 2 of us, one we could just drive ourselves. This was at Rockmyboat which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. €180 for 3 hours but it was really great fun! - There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which takes you straight into Old Town, which we also recommend going to see. - If you’re interested in getting any photos taken, these are done every Thursday and Sunday night. They’re relatively expensive but they’re worth it if you want a nice picture of you and your family/ couple/friends. We recommend going at 7 as the sky was still a nice colour and it wasn’t too dark. - My partner also played beach volleyball everyday (except Sundays) at 4pm and this was one of his highlights, so we recommend this if you’re into sports. - The entertainment each night was also really good. The legends night in particular was amazing and the singers were very good!! - The animation team were always great. The guy with the top knot was funny to watch and you can tell he enjoys dancing! All in all it was a great holiday, and we’d definitely come back here again.

Starting with the location of the hotel, which is easy to arrive to, and being by the sea, the hotel provides incredible views, along with amazing pools. The restaurant (Dama Dama) is very clean and well organised, and the food is diversified, fresh and delicious, covering each culinary style. The room we had was big, spacious and full of light. The only downgrade is that even though there is a pool specifically for kids, parents tend to make kids stay in the main pool, which is disturbing, because some people want to relax, including us, which is impossible while hearing kids scream . Besides this, the hotel is beautiful and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Spent a nice week at this hotel. The sea is clear and plenty of sun loungers. Never had any problems finding a place. The food was delicious, plenty of varieties to please everyone. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However after having stayed at other grecotel, we did not feel the standard was as high. We had booked a room with side sea view, but was quite disappointed with this. You could only see the sea if you stood up in one end of the balcony. Definitely not worth paying extra for. Also instead of double bed, there were two single beds pushed together. Not ideal when sometimes a child wanting to come to stay with the parents. Another thing was the queues that were quickly building up at the restaurant. If you didn't go straight when they opened, a lot of people had to queue for all the meals. Not great when it's 36 degrees hot, to wait outside without a shade. We made sure we went when they opened, so didn't really affect us. Also the cocktails left a lot to be desired for. Very washed out but as we're not big drinkers, this didn't bother us too much. So all in all, we did have a nice holiday, but feel some improvements could be made.

I recently stayed at Grecotel Dama Dama, and overall, my experience was quite disappointing. I had high expectations, especially considering the reputation of other Grecotel properties, but unfortunately, this particular hotel did not live up to them. First, the room arrangement was unsatisfactory. Despite booking a double bed, I was given a room with two single beds pushed together. This setup was uncomfortable and not what I had expected for the price I paid. While the service was adequate, it did not match the level of excellence I have experienced at other Grecotel locations. The staff were generally polite, but there were noticeable gaps in their service quality. One particularly upsetting incident involved a staff member laughing at me. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel disrespected. No guest should be subjected to such treatment, regardless of their appearance, race, gender, or beliefs. The food was acceptable, but again, it fell short when compared to other Grecotel hotels. The variety and quality did not meet my expectations, and I found myself missing the exceptional dining experiences I have had at other locations within the chain. Overall, Grecotel Dama Dama has significant room for improvement, particularly in terms of service and staff behavior. My stay was marred by discomfort and a sense of being undervalued as a guest. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards enhancing the guest experience to align with the standards set by other Grecotel properties.

we were in this hotel at the beginning of September and were very satisfied. the hotel is great for vacations with children. we liked everything: the hotel, the beach, the pools, the hotel's infrastructure, the animation team. But the best impression we have is from the staff. Hello to the wonderful manager Evgeniia!)) So, it was excellent experience, we highly recommended this hotel and will come here again.

Beautiful hotel resort, suitable for passive rest, but also offers a very varied sports program, which is taken care of daily by the hotel's animators. All activities are adapted to children from 6-17 years old, but also to adults - sport options and a program at the amphitheater every evening. The food is excellent and varied. The staff is kind, prompt and helpful at all levels of the hotel, right up to the management. Perfect organization of the hotel and its overall functioning. They have perfectly mastered and organized all services for the complete satisfaction of the guests. The hotel has a very good location for trips by car. We were here for the second time and I believe that we will return here again. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks for everything !

The background makes you feel like time stopped here 10-15 years ago. You really don't get the feeling that the room amenities and main dining room areas are up to the 4* category of the hotel. The whole area is conceived in a nice well-kept garden with two large pools of different depths (not for swimming, more for fun). The sunbeds around the pool are already occupied at 8am with towels, which you can change 1 in 2 days. So you don't even have a chance to find a spot during lunch because all you see all day are yellow towels on empty loungers. The pools are relatively clean, but every now and then a tile is shifted or chipped. In the children's section there are slides that already remember something. The omnipresent noise from the mass of people and mostly children does not leave you even in the evening. When you stop being disturbed by the noise from the amphitheatre, which is really loud at 11 pm, the sprinkling of the lawn starts and you feel like you have thousands of crickets under your window. The rooms are old but clean. Would have appreciated more outlets. There were 4 in our room, two hidden away for the TV, one for the kettle and one in the bathroom part of the hairdryer. Bathroom appeared to be clean, but rather gloomy and went dark in places :/ Overall, you have to adjust to the large number of people in the hotel and the corresponding noise and crowding when visiting the restaurant at any time.

We stayed with our family for 7 nights and it was a wonderful vacation. The hotel area is very large and well-groomed, the pools are clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. We vacationed with a 3-year-old child and got a lot of pleasure from swimming in children's pools. There are also several swimming pools with a comfortable temperature for adults. There were a lot of guests, but due to the fact that the hotel area is very spacious, there was no discomfort. No one will go hungry in this hotel) Before you have time to have breakfast, pizza is already served. Then lunch, a fruit snack and then dinner. The variety of food is top-notch. The animated show program is the best of the best. It was interesting for both small children and adults. The entire team is excellent professionals and very multilingual, which is especially pleasant for all guests. And the sea!! Very clean, almost transparent. The beach is well maintained, and you won't see any trash there. My sincere recommendation for this hotel for a family holiday. I sincerely believe that you will not regret it)

We loved our week with Mark Warner for our annual Father & Son holiday! As a single dad traveling with two kids (8 & 12) the resort is ideal. It's small enough that the boys can be on their own, and the children's animation program is truly the best. The boys love the program, so they make friends and have a lot of independence, which means Dad gets a vacation too! Manager George is a great host and we became friends, having coffee together each morning. And the head bartender Michael was excellent. I am alcohol free, and he created two amazing cocktails for me to enjoy at the evening bar. Thank you Michael! The resort facilities are clean and well run, it was truly a delight to stay here! Thank you George and the whole team at Kamari! See you next summer!

This resort is great when you are paying £1800 for a room, but any thing over £2000 a room I think it would not feel like great value. The manager George is always very good. And the bar staff were also all very friendly. The sailings boats however were a bit rickety.

Fantastic place! A perfect hotel by the beach with lots of activities and entertainment. Exceptional personnel, rooms, pool areas. Special thanks to bartender Thanos, always taking care of us and George in the Taverna. They both deserve 5 *!! I cannot stress enough the outstanding numerous food options, freshness and quality! The greek Taverna served us the best "home made" lunches we have ever had! If i will be back in Rhodes, I will definitely stay at Kamari Beach Resort.

I have been there with my family and my brothers in law last week with a all-inclisuve package. The hotel is awsome..well located next to Lindos, very clean. I really enjoyed everything: the location, the food/drinks, the staff super friendly and welcoming (everyone, like Milena and all the staff at the restaurant&Tavern, the cooks; especially the lady doing the omelettes in the morning and the cook with the Ronaldo bandana :) ) ; Louis & Mario from the pool bar were awsome). The variety of food was just amazing and you will not be tired of eating there day after day... 5 pools- all greats with the sea in front of you... many sports activities available on site (bike, paddle, tennis, yoga, gym and sea activities...). Points to upgrade: - this hotel is mainly focus on the Mark Werner's UK guests... if you are coming without the "Mark Werner" package, you felt a bit left alone...not sure if I could have joined any sport activities? - Forget about writing emails to the reservations or to the hotel to inquiry about something- NOT a single reply (to the general manager George- Hope this is something you can fix easily...) - Last but not leat- many people were taking "reservation" on sunbeds next to pool early morning and not showing up until late afternoon...Beside the lack of respect and citizenship to other guests, this is something the hotel management needs to take care of- nobody was there to manage those situations). If I would go there again... definitely...

I came with myself and two children. There are many activities for under 10s and adults. Limited with juniors and teens although I noticed that made my children interact with other children more, so no complaints. The hotel is just beautiful overall The people, staff, management, Food, rooms, views. It's felt beautiful my entire stay. Thank you 🙏

Hotel has thought of everything.. shout out to the crepe lady who kept us fed! Water park entertained the kids for hours , loads of pools to choose from and beach is 2 minute walk away. Great place.

We had a great time. awesome for families with kids. Don’t expect a quiet romantic getaway. We visited toward the end of the summer season (mid september). A family of 4 , we stayed in one of the renovated Sea-View rooms toward the back of the resort. Room was nicely fitted and very comfortable. The resort has loads of pools and while there were many visitors, it never felt overcrowded. The pools were not heated, but in the 30 degree weather, the water temp was not really a problem. you may want to consider a thermal rashie for kids just in case. Staff are just brilliant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, engaging and helpful. The animation team are fantastic, and the kid club team do a great job with the kids. The food was OK, certainly plentiful, with the buffet offering quite a lot of choice for us each day. It’s clear the resort is mindful of cost, as we rarely came out of a meal thinking “wow”. don’t expect true 5 star hotel buffet, and you’ll be right The included drinks are where you’ll be let down no matter how low your expectations are. We read a few grumbles about the quality of the drinks before coming and, sure enough, we found ourselves drinking watered down cocktails and undrinkable wine, and sugary cordials pretending to be juice. ultimately, the kids had a ball though, and we managed to get some rest. if all inclusive is your vibe, you could do far worse than this place :)

Dodeca was lovely! The staff were amazing and work their socks off! A huge thank you to Peter, in the sunset lounge. Such a great host. So welcoming. We had a junior suite which was definitely worth the extra money. More room for the family and such a nice setting. The food was good but we did enjoy eating out purely because we love our food. The only thing I would have a slight moan about would be the sunbeds. You must get down there very early to ensure you have one. But other than that, top notch!! Great holiday.

It was the worst vacation I have had in recent years, I had an all inclusive suite room, very bad food, low cost drink and very bad accommodation, dirty bathroom, shower didn't work, in the food I found flies! if you appreciate your hard work, please go elsewhere! I had included in the ticket a la carte dinner in one of the evenings of choice, where we were served with wine at the cheapest box and with three dishes of choice that smelled very bad !p.s is not a 5 star hotel as it appears on the internet, the island is very beautiful and the restaurants are very good and many quality hotels where you can have a wonderful vacation!

i turned up on wednesday night at 2'oclock in the morning and i walk into a 1 bedroom room for me and my family of 5 i was disgusted and was changed to a different room. I wake up to bites all over my body and i have footage of bed bugs running around my bed and i complained to the staff and they couldn't do anything about it as they said. Me and my family went to eat in the restaurant and the only meat in the restaurant was pork and i was disgusted by the cold food it made me feel absolutely sick. i honestly would avoid this hotel at all cost. There was a smashes drink in the baby pool and they sent someone with a plastic cup to try and dig it out. im honestly disgusted the staff have not helped in any single way .

So wish the food was better. Its clean, great for kids. Rooms are decent, cleaned everyday. No working tv. No fresh fruit, limited to tasteless watermelon or dry orange at dinner. Pretty sure their orange and pineapple juices were diluted not fresh either. Alcohol was so watered down it was non existent. Pools and slides ( 2 out of 3 working ) were fun. Beach on your doorstep and shops a few minutes away although, very repetitive. Staff were amazing, apart from the miserable caretaker who shrugged off a flooded room due to bad weather. I would come back BUT I would never spend almost £15,000 for a party of 22 people here again. I dont even think its worth a quarter of that. I think look around first and if you're happy to eat out ( every day ) then go for it.

Basic, clean budget hotel. The complex is spacious and spread out with various areas to relax such as lawn areas, snack bar seating, indoor bar area and a couple of lounge areas too. The food was to a good quality but poor choice with very limited options. If you’re a vegetarian you might as well just go out and buy dinner somewhere else. Breakfast was good but it’s the same ever day. The drinks were very limited on the all inclusive package, and the coke was the cheapest tasting cola you could get, in fact it was that bad we visited my parents hotel up the road and had drinks there, they were much better. The room was basic but very clean and spacious. The rooms are the best feature here and we were most comfortable in the room itself. The main pool is spacious and had seating / sun beds but the music playing was loud and not really music you’d want to relax to. There seemed to be another pool next to the restaurant which was out the way and quiet. Location of the hotel is a little out the was although frequent buses run from outside to Rhodes town and the airport. A single trip to town is €2,50 and for €8 you can get an all day pass. I would be unlikely to stay here again based on the poor choice of food and very poor quality of drinks

Filerimos Village Hotel is quite vast and consists of separate groups of rooms together with a snack bar, a restaurant, a water park and the reception area which is connected to the bar and a pool table area with different other plays. Rooms are spacious, clean and with a balcony. All usual amenities are provided together with air-conditioning and a small fridge. A kettle and an iron could also be provided with a small deposit. There are a few swimming pools, one has a deep side of 3,5 metres. There was also an entertainment area with singing and dancing on Friday night, the place is quite lively with music and occasional dancing by staff near the pool. Food is served quite regularly with acceptable quality, especially all vegetarian dishes, fruits and vegetables. The staff are quite polite and helpful. There's a place to buy pizza and drink out of hours till quite late. There's also one small shop for souvenirs, etc. Rhodes city is a short commute by bus and there's an acceptable seaside 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay, certainly recommended.

I have to compare with the many hotels with all inclusive concepts I’ve tried over many years, and this hotel I did not google before booked - and if you do, you will see the reviews are very bad !! I visited the hotel end September and the was not full. I believe this makes the whole difference, because the pool had always available sun beds. And’s the way not that much que to get drinks and food. However they often missed knife, fork or glasses. Both at the poolbar and main restaurant. Also being honestly, not everything was clean!! Food in general, yes it is not so different every day but what was presented has a good taste. Could be worse!! But to complain and be aware. There was no chips (French fries) every day. So this was a miss for the children we had. Breakfast had pancakes and omelet. Not real omelets in my opinion, and only every second day. They change. Meaning there are not Nutella/chocolate for bread in the days where they served omelettes. So disappointing. Never tried that. Drink in general. Either the hotel chosen a less good quality, or this is typical Greece. I don’t know. But it was not the most tasty. And the water dispenser are seriously awful. When we’re arrived almost midnight. Renfrew was only this water dispenser to dunk. B after a long travel we were very thirsty, and this was warm water we could get - it pay for drink in the a la Carte bar. Tried other hotels. As minimum there is cold water, a bottle available, if not in the reception then in the room. Nothing here !! Other hotels has also a snack. Nothing. The guy in the reception was also not happy that we did not have cash to pay the tourist tax of 7 euro per night. Said something I will not write here. Those was NOT the best impression. Generally there are not so much smiles at the staff. Cleaning is strange to. Two days were had to complain to reception because of no cleaning. My room was cleaned 3 days only. And the room has a lot of spiderwebs everywhere. Seems like the cleaning are fast. In departure day, cleaning was also trying to clean before check out. Seems that they lack of structure.. Be aware that reception cuts your all inclusive band even you check out 11 a clock. Bad luck if you’re flight are late !! I cannot express my disappointment for that. What do the hotel think!! That I will come back and eat and stay another place - no way, we travel home. Simple they don’t trust you. That was it conclusion to trying to understand that behaviour. Hotel are located with bus stop in front of the hotel where you easily can take the bus to Rhodes city in 20 minutes. Don’t pay tickets using their app or qr code. Bus do not always avert this. We had to pay twice. And no cash. Only card can be used in the bus. Stone beach located 900 meters away. Possible to go there. No problem. And there are showers too. But have shoes because despite the water are great, there are many stones. There are no city outside the hotel. There is a mini market and the area are not full of tourists. So you are located much outside of everything. Meaning, that you don’t go for a walk and look at shops. It doesn’t exist! In general, the service are not the fastest. Food is decent and drink are not good. Cocktail especially not. Maybe this is a decision for making people pay. The hotel should not cost you a lot of money, and don’t travel mid summer where they properly have many guest. Because this I don’t think they can manage. Hence the bad reviews. I think we got better than these reviews. But it was strange. Fine and yet so many small things they easily could improve. Pool depth of 2,5 m are not fun !! And there is a bad smell some areas but not where the room is. Only where the evening entertainment are. Water park is not really used but many. But it is also located near the road. You cannot get drinks there either. And there are not toys for insuring. So people don’t use this. So all taking into conclusion. If travel is cheap, then the hotel can be fine. And last, safety box not In the room. It cost you 20 euro

We recently stayed and had a generally pleasant experience. Here are some detailed observations: 1. Room: Our hotel room was very spacious, though it felt a bit outdated. The shower was small and positioned awkwardly close to the toilet. However, we appreciated the large balcony with a lovely view of one of the front pools. It was furnished with a chair and table, and there was a convenient clothing line to hang our swimsuits and towels. 2. Room Service: The room service was excellent. If we were in the room, they would knock and ask to come in, always restocking everything we needed and even mopping the floor. 3. Entertainment: The entertainers were friendly and didn’t pester guests too much about joining in activities. One staff member, in particular, was very friendly and even assisted us in getting a sunbed by the pool. 4. Food: The all-inclusive food was great for the first few days, but it became quite repetitive with the majority of the same dishes being offered. 5. Pools: The pools were fantastic. One had three simple but fun water slides. At the main pool towards the back of the hotel, they had a toddler pool, which was nice to see for the children. Another pool had an island bar in the middle, though it was sadly never used. There was a snack bar at the large pool, which also had repetitive food offerings. A highlight was the unlimited ice cream, which my boyfriend and I really enjoyed. 6. Family-Friendly: This is definitely a family hotel with many children around, so be prepared for that environment. 7. Hotel Grounds: The hotel itself was big and spacious, with lots of greenery. It was nice to see they had ramps for handicapped guests or parents with prams.

Very very poor 😢,we are very sorry we went there. These four stars of the hotel mislead people a lot, as even 1 star is too much. You have to pay extra €30 for Cleaning Service. 🥴 The most of the staff were unwelcoming and as if they were being forced to work, especially the two elderly bartenders who demonstratively turned their backs to drink alcohol while serving guests. 😵 Super disrespectful!!! Breakfast is always the same without much variety, lunch extremely poor, dinners are everything else of the day chopped and scrambled. In the hot summer days there wasn't even a single ice cream, only creams and mousses again scarce 🤮. The most disappointing thing that left us speechless was when we checked out and they cut off our wristbands and told us that we could no longer use the pool or the restaurant, which put us in a very awkward situation because our flight was at 10pm and we had to spend the whole day there. 🤐😡😤 As guests of the hotel, I find this extremely disrespectful and incorrect. The hotel management is out of control and leaves guests feeling unwelcome and neglected. Never ever again!!!
