Our stay at this hotel left a generally good impression, although there were a few downsides. We arrived in the evening, went straight to dinner, and afterward received our room with a beautiful mountain view. The room itself was clean and it was obvious that it had been recently renovated, however there were a few issues – the TV was not working and we could not find the air conditioner remote control. We only received it after asking for it two days later.
The rooms were cleaned daily, although toiletries were not always replenished. It was also noticeable that the hotel is still in the final stages of renovation – there were unfinished details such as uncleaned windows, shaky railings, and landscaping or planting work still being carried out.
One of the biggest advantages was the excellent access to the sea. The sunbeds were comfortable, and the hotel provided towels for swimming. In the evenings there were various performances, live music nights, and entertainment programs for guests.
The service left mixed feelings. I would rate the reception staff 4/10 because the issues we experienced were not resolved quickly. However, the hotel animator Dominik was truly the soul of the hotel – always cheerful, energetic, and encouraging guests to join different activities. We especially enjoyed playing pétanque on the beach.
The food and restaurant service were 10/10. The food was very delicious, with a wide variety of choices every day, so everyone could find something they liked. Special thanks to the very kind Marina, who always welcomed guests with a smile.
And the bar deserves 11/10 – bartenders Genti and Xhoni were absolutely amazing, friendly, and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay.

Stayed here in June for a week and can’t fault the stay.
From when we arrived service was top class. We booked room with own pool and it was amazing. Pool and surrounding area was clean and sun beds were very comfortable.
Our room could have done with some minor upgrades but nothing to complain about. Every day you could have your room cleaned or not, just needed to adjust the digital screen for outside to alert the cleaner.
Food was fantastic, great selection for breakfast lunch and dinner. Staff at each serving were very helpful and always stopped to chat.
Dinner in the adjoining a la carte restaurant for one night was as good as any top restaurant you would go too. In particular the Rose wine was a favorite.
Will definitely be back to stay again and can’t wait to see how much more they have improved on.
Highly recommended a stay here.

Hotel directly on a pebble beach, with clean and cozy rooms featuring a balcony. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The all-inclusive food was delicious, varied daily, and there was something for everyone. The hotel is not large, which we appreciated – we don’t like overcrowded mega resorts. Beach loungers were free of charge. From my perspective, there was nothing to complain about.

My family and I stayed for a week and we have booked a room again next month in August. You can see that it is a hotel that has everything. It has an amazing sea right in front! Delicious food and handmade pies every day! The staff from the reception, Mrs. Irene, the kids who work at night who welcomed us and even though our arrival was late, they had saved us food! These are just a few things I can write about the magic of staying here! I can't wait to come back!

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience despite polite staff
We stayed at Paralos Rodos Lifestyle in October 2025, and unfortunately our experience was far from what we expected. Our flight was already delayed by three hours, so we arrived at the hotel around 4am, tired and hoping to rest. The receptionist was polite and a staff member kindly escorted us to our room, but things went downhill from there.
We had booked and paid extra (£132 per person) for a private pool room, but the first room we were given (Room 119) was in very poor condition — mould in the bathroom, exposed wires, broken switches and chairs, and a pool that looked nothing like the pictures online. When we raised our concerns, we were told we had to wait until 10am for the manager to arrive. We didn’t even unpack or sleep in the bed that night.
Over the course of our stay, we were moved four times — first from Room 119 to Room 430 (which had a terrible sewage smell coming from a drain inside the room) - the cleaners definitely knew of the bad smell as my partner covered the drain with a towel and twice after the room being cleaned the towel did not move !!!! Then we were moved to Room 221 (which was clean and modern, but did not have the private pool we had paid for), and we were able to stay in room 104 for ONE night, due to “being fully booked” which did have a swim-up pool, still not a private pool room. Unfortunately, one night in a room with a pool doesn’t make up for six nights without the correct experience we paid for.
Throughout our stay, we were in constant contact with Jet2, who also tried to liaise with the hotel to resolve the issue. Despite their efforts, we never received the room we booked for the duration of our holiday. We felt as though the management kept moving us around just to keep us quiet until our departure.
While some staff were polite and tried their best, the overall handling of our situation was extremely disappointing. We never even felt settled enough to unpack our suitcases. Sadly, we would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others expecting the level of quality shown in the photos or described in the booking details. We have been to a few places over the last few years and have NEVER been treated like this. Very disappointed and truly unsatisfied by this hotel and how they approach complaints.
