It is not perfect by any means, however it was inexpensive destination and my expectations were exceeded. We were worried because of some last year reviews reporting stolen property. I don't think it's the issue anymore and safe box in the room is for free if anyone is still worried. We were assigned room next to the pool which was a huge plus. The room itself was clean and serviced every day. Food was simple but good quality, staff was extremely nice, dedicated and helpful- p.ex. we needed to switch one of the beds for bigger one and it was instant. Drinks not so good but on par with every other all inclusive hotel we've been to. Great views, good service and overall very good experience.

Our first all inclusive holiday and we had very minimal expectations. We were delighted with the staff, especially Daniela and "George" amazing people to be around with. Rooms are spacious and have all you need to survive in the heat. Food is served all day long. Breakfast has all the variety you need to start your day. You also get Lunch and dinner which varies on the days but most salads are simmilar which is not a bad thing at all! You get snacks during the day which is handy especially if you travel and not come back in time for lunch or dinner. Pool is a blessing and the bar is open all day up to 11pm which I personally thought is very reasonable baring in my you have all day to drink. Definitely recommend for families or couples as its a quiet hotel but can be very fun place to be for the evenings. Location is good, I'd recommend renting a car through the hotel as they organize everything for you. The car is dropped of to you and you have all day to decide where you want to go. 25/30min from 2 stunning beaches and if you have a car you can visit so much more. When being in rhodes please don't miss out on the templar castle and old town as they are a masterpiece to be around. Overall my best holiday of all time can't complain about anything here.

Fantastic hotel and the service from all the staff was amazing, especially George the hotel manager who was always offering his help and personally catering to a friend's food allergies. On his time off he also gave us a free lift into town as he didn't want us spending €10 on a taxi.
The drinks were great, the food was nice and varied every day, and rooms were clean with a nice view of the mountains.
No complaints at all!

Okay, I almost changed hotel booking from this place because of the earlier comments, but gladly I did not! I can not complain over anything at all. Our week at Anavadia was flawless. Food is definitely what you pay for, maybe more. Let's be realistic it is not fine dining, it's a buffet, but I don't know what people expect from a buffet, especially for this price. It is as people say a lot of same on the salad buffe, but it is at least 12 bowls, what do people expect? Flew in Phitaya from Thailand and Jams from Jamaica? There is what you need, there is different main courses every day. For this price it is definitely worth the money. When it comes to the issues with the staff, It is also flawless, first of all the guys complaining about theft might hit unlucky, but that staff IF it happened probably is gone, we got good cleaning everyday, and nothing is missing. There were two ladies splitting the hours in the reception, both woman are nice and friendly and smiling. The one who was there while check in maybe even nicer, she let us eat even though the kitchen/buffet were closed upon arrival, and she also helped us find a stuffed animal that was missing when we got home. The other lady helped too I think, it was all by phone but they managed to got my daughter the stuffed animal back. As everybody already wrote the man of the hour(s) is George. I don't know if he ever leaves the hotel, but wow! That is right person in the right place, friendly to everyone, learnt a few phrases of every guests origin. Playful with the kids, helpful to all. Big up! I didn't know it was not allowed to be by the buffet without shirt, since the pool is closed. But also here he waited to tell me til there where no one around, and told me discreet to wear a shirt, very calm and respectful handled in a situation where most staff at most places would have yelled and started a scene about it. The room was good too, big, and fresh, it is not brand new, but well kept and well cleaned. The AC is very powerful and there was one in both rooms. The bed is a little bit hard, I would not say it is bad, but for my back it was not the best, but I have a sensitive one because of Bechterews syndrome. All an all this is actually one of the best hotel visits in my life. The only watöy to get anything better is to pay more.. a lot more!!

Don't recommend staying here, the hotel is old, furniture autdated, bathroom gross and the shower drain gets clogged after every shower.
Food is terrible and the fact it is called "all inclusive" is a joke. Just the people who work here are very nice and worth a praise.
