Unforgettable Stay at Mitsis Petit Palais – A True Gem!
From start to finish, my stay at Mitsis Petit Palais was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality here is on another level—warm, genuine, and heartfelt.
A huge thank you to Alex, Costcas, Mike and Julia on the bars, Liliana and all the amazing staff on reception, nothing was too much trouble. The entire restaurant team was fantastic, always greeting me with smiles and making me feel truly welcome.
Special shoutout to the lovely lady at breakfast who not only served with such kindness but also gave me a fun Greek lesson—I'll never forget how to say “Yamas” properly now! 😀
And to the wonderful hostess in the evenings who welcomed everyone so graciously to dinner—your warmth set the tone for a lovely night.
Let’s not forget the pizza guy—hands down, he made the best pizza I’ve ever had. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. Every dish at the hotel was delicious—I couldn’t fault a single thing.
The hotel itself is beautiful—clean and comfortable, thanks to all the friendly staff who cleaned our room and greeted us every day with a smile.The hotel is ideally located near the beach and the Old Town. Even has it's own section of beach allocated to the hotels guests. My room was spotless, the bed was cozy, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and comfortable.
Thank you to the whole team for making this such a memorable trip. I’m already looking forward to coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mitsis Petit Palais to anyone visiting Rhodes. You made me feel at home.

Very good location with easy access to the beach and any attractions in the old town.
The food at the restaurant was very good, especially at the theme night dinners. The Italian dinner was my favorite.
There was only one problem with the room, the interior doors are not insulated and you can hear other tourists walking in the hallway, but it's not necessarily disturbing.
The services at the hotel are amazing.
I recommend it for a good experience in Rhodes.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Mitsis Petit Palais. The staff were absolutely amazing – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, with rooms cleaned regularly and all common areas well maintained. The entire place feels well-organized and cared for.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a warm atmosphere, and high standards of cleanliness.

Very well maintained hotel with friendly yet very professional staff. All the food was delicious and the beds were comfy. A great place for a base for striking out to investigate the old town and the rest of the island. Evening entertainment was good too. Although the hotel isn't marketed as wheelchair accessible, from pavement to pool, every section of the hotel is accessible by wheelchair with the exception of the public toilets which are down a flight of stairs, although you can take your elevator up to your room and use the toilets there.

The room was beautifully clean and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All shared areas, including the lobby and hallways, were spotless and carefully maintained.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request.
The location couldn't have been better right in the center, with shops, restaurants, and the sea just a short walk away.
Another great bonus was the on-site gym, perfect for keeping up with our fitness routine even while traveling.
