Just back from a week in this lovely hotel. The staff are exemplary, always smiling and friendly. Food is plentiful with lots of choice, every evening meal is a themed buffet, with fresh pizza offering also. Drinks are reasonably priced, we were half board and enjoyed finding local places for lunch, so much choice, all delightful with really welcoming hosts.
On arrival we requested twin beds and housekeeping were straight there to do it. The rooms are clean, plenty of hot water available all day, with fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, replenished as required, difficult to know if chargeable as no obvious pricelist in room. One slight niggle was the pillows, they were not good, very old and no support, would have expected better as a 4* hotel. Free WiFi was excellent.
It is a busy area and there is a lot of traffic noise plus building works ongoing on the huge new Mitsis Grand hotel and complex, which can't be avoided. We were glad to be away from it, spending time in the medieval city and other beach areas but work times were limited and finished by 3pm.
It is a lovely hotel, in a great location, close enough to walk to Harbour or old town, with a private beach. Its a lovely place with lovely lovely staff but be aware that it's in a bustling area and not really suited for a peace and quiet type holiday.

The service is excellent. All the staff of the hotel are very attentive special thanks to Violeta who is making the delicious crepes at the poolside Iliana and Marianthi at the front desk. They are all very attentive and they have great guest services all around the hotel we had a beautiful time. The location is very good. The rooms need a little bit of renovation, but it’s very worth it for the price. The package with all inclusive was a great deal especially for families because you have food available all day and snacks as well. We really recommended for families and for anyone that is looking at family friendly or a good budget hotel near the beach and the whole town.

My partner and I just stayed here and it was absolutely fantastic.
Check in was quick and simple, the lobby is very nice and well decorated. The service was incredible throughout from all with whom we interacted. Amalia was a delight to talk to and helped us book two different excursions, making, like our check in, the experience seamless. Many thanks to her.
The room was lovely, with a nice balcony and plenty of refreshments in the fridge. Only minor inconvenience was our bed was two single beds pushed together rather than a double, but a minor issue. The room was tidy, spacious and a brilliant stay.
The pool area was lovely as well, lots of tables snd good selection of drinks and pool snacks. The buffet/dining area was always busy and running very smoothly - the staff run a tight ship! Antonis was particularly pleasant in catering to us for some of our dinners. But they were all a delight!
Absolutely would recommend this place, and it is only a minute walk from the beach and various supermarkets and gift shops. An easy recommendation to make.

I spent a week here in October 2025 joining my mum for the second week of her holiday. The hotel is amazing to stay in with loads of things to do and see in the area. There is a huge range of food available at every meal and all of it is fresh and tasty. The pool area is relaxing and a sun trap. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I would like to give a particular thank you to Stella in the dining room for making us feel like family and treating us so well. All the staff deserve a big thanks and I would like to add additional thanks to not only Stella but also Christina, Zara, Alex, Alban and the pool lifeguard (unfortunately I didn’t get his name).
I will definitely be back next year!

Lovely hotel and really lovely staff.
All so very friendly and welcoming.
Small pool area but managed to get sunbeds most days.
Food was always really nice and hot. Good selection and tasty.
Entertainment was great most evenings and was happy to stay at the hotel in the evenings.
We went at the beginning of October and the clientele was mainly the older generation with not many younger people.
Old and new town only a short walk away and close to the beach. Although there wasn't much at all at the beach which was surprising. No bars really and very quiet. If you want to walk along the beach and relax and have a cocktail this isn't the place.
All in all the hotel was clean, good evening Entertainment, nice food and very welcoming polite staff.
