Me and my partner had a lovely week here. Staff were brilliant, so nice in particular the guy tending bar was so hard working and friendly he's a credit to the resort. All the people were very welcoming and we'd love to come back again.

We have just got back having spent a week here staff are lovely .we was on a ground floor apartment cockroaches everywhere including in our room.couple of power cuts which is understandable due to bad weather. cleaners came in and left our patio door open which is not good at all after being told there is no cctv. Fights broke out a couple of nights aswell with no security or cameras made us feel uneasy staying for the entertainment which was only 9.30-11. The layout of the hotel was nice easy to navigate around the place and the cats and peacocks was a nice touch.food was not the best as most of it was cold especially breakfast.

My recent stay at this hotel in Rhodes Greece was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment falls far below acceptable standards in numerous critical areas.
The customer service was consistently poor, with staff appearing indifferent and unhelpful to guest concerns. This lack of attention was a recurring theme throughout my stay.
The food on offer was a major disappointment. The general choices were limited and uninspired, but the breakfast was particularly offensive – poor quality and frankly disgusting. To make matters worse, I and several other guests witnessed flies swarming over the food, a truly appalling sight that raises serious questions about hygiene practices.
The hotel's entertainment area and bar were woefully inadequate. The space was incredibly small and became excessively overcrowded, making it virtually impossible to get a drink or enjoy the facilities.
Adding to the discomfort was the constant noise from the peacocks roaming the property. Their loud calls frequently disrupted sleep, starting early in the morning.
The surrounding area of the hotel also left a negative impression, appearing run down and unappealing.
Inside the hotel, safety was a major concern. The floors were inexplicably "slippy," and I personally witnessed several people, myself included, nearly or actually fall. This is an unacceptable hazard.
The build quality of the rooms was atrocious. There were widespread reports of leaks and a lack of warm water, and my own experience confirmed these issues. I endured a significant leak where water was dripping from the ceiling directly through the light fixture. Shockingly, it took three days of repeated reporting before this serious electrical hazard was finally addressed. The slow response and disregard for guest safety were deeply concerning.
Overall, I cannot emphasize enough how negative my experience at this hotel was. The combination of abysmal customer service, disgusting food with hygiene issues, inadequate facilities, noise problems, safety hazards, and poorly maintained rooms made for a truly dreadful stay in what should have been a relaxing Greek getaway. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. This establishment is a significant letdown and does not represent the standards one would expect in Greece.

Cheap disposable plastic cups and no hot food, food is served at room temperature. That’s not 4 star experience, but that is what Evita Resort served us.
We arrived at Evita Resort and the gentleman and the lady at the front desk said that even though we had paid in advance, there was no room for us. But they would accommodate us at nearby other hotel of their’s and it would be Evita Resort quality, so we would not need to worry.
Evita Resort quality means ants marching in room and bed. Cheap disposable plastic cups, no glassware even for lunch or dinner. What should have been hot food, was served room temperature. So cold scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Their four star lunch was chicken nuggets and hot dogs, served lukewarm of course. Dinner was for example so overcooked chicken breast that knives had problems cutting them, yet they weren’t served hot.
Towels and linens are changed every three days only. Another sure sign of four star quality.
Only positive thing was the pool area, it was clean, peaceful and nice amount of sunbeds and shades.
I would not recommend Evita Resort.

I recently stayed at Evita Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious. It was nice to have plenty of room to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout our stay.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. Their welcoming demeanor made our stay more pleasant.
However, there were a few significant downsides. The food was a major disappointment. Despite trying several dishes, we found that none of them met our expectations. The quality and taste were subpar, which was quite a letdown.
Additionally, the food options are not particularly child-friendly. Families with young children might struggle to find suitable meals, and the general atmosphere of the hotel doesn't cater well to the needs of families.
In summary, while Evita Resort excels in room quality and staff service, the food and family-friendliness leave much to be desired. If dining and location convenience are important to you, you might want to explore other options
