Super hotel and 'all' staff, especially the beautiful receptionists. They easily overcome a slight communication error from my booking company and upgraded me. Superb. Had such a great time. Would recommend. Will be 5 star in future as the area is being built up.

A good week spent in a balcony side sea view room on the 5th floor. The rooms are quite basic, the tv awful with only sky news to watch so take along your iPad with Netflix on it. The location is brilliant. The best of both worlds as it is on the beachfront but easily walkable to old town, about 10 minutes and quite flat. Breakfast was good, catering to all tastes and nationalities. The pancakes (when dripped in fresh honey) were out of this world. Compliments to the chef. Lucy (in the sky with diamonds) who looked after our room was wonderful, anticipating what we needed even before we did. Such a nice surprise to come home everyday to an immaculately clean room with kissing towel swans on the bed and extra milk as she knew I loved a milky tea. Reception were also very helpful in supplying maps of the area and suggestions where to go for the day. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants in all different price ranges. It’s a shame about all the building works going on in the area but I suppose it won’t last forever and has to be done. This hotel is definitely value for money and I look forward to returning again in the future.

We both absolutely loved our stay here, the room was clean, spacious and comfy, we opted for a 'side sea view' and still had a beautiful view of the old windmills and the sunset over the sea each night. Every member of staff has been so accommodating and friendly.
LOCATION:
The hotel is roughly a 10-15 minute easy walk from the Old Town, 30 seconds from the beach, and it is on a road with plenty of shops and bars if you don't want to venture too far.
BREAKFAST:
One of the many highlights of our stay was the lovely lady who makes crepes and omelettes at breakfast, she was so friendly and welcoming, it made me feel like I was at home. The wonderful breakfast selection gave us both a fantastic start to the day.
DINNER:
The evening meal, buffet style, was a different theme each night - but the quality and flavour remained perfect. It is 2 minutes up the road at Petit Palais which wasn't a problem.
We wouldn't hesitate to book here again, Greece is such a beautiful country and there is so many historical sites worth visiting only a stones throw from the hotel.
Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed a week and have absolutely no complaints at all. The hotel is in a fantastic location. If you walked slowly it would take all of 1 minute to get to the beach :-). We managed to explore so much and nothing was too far away. We had no need to hire any transport or even to use a bus. The rooms are nice and clean with all you need. The balcony is very small and a bonus if you get one but not very usable. However and a big however, ALL the staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and the breakfast staff are remarkable and so friendly. Cleanliness, location and impeccable service are what makes this hotel stand out. Other hotels could easily learn a thing or two from the Mitsis La vita.
