The hotel left only positive impressions. Good service, friendly and pleasant staff. Delicious food and dishes, a big thank you to the chefs! Spacious and bright rooms with beautiful views, allowing us to greet the sunrise over the sea every morning. An entertaining evening show program that attracted half the hotel’s guests. I'm taking off one star only for the drinks at the bar, which were quite basic in preparation and not very tasty.

Spotted some negative reviews and nearly didn't book... I'm so glad, the place was perfect for the family, a good safe environment for the kids, very friendly staff, helpful, plenty of things to keep the kids occupied, all the pools were fantastic as well as the slides...food, snacks & drinks available all day. A good variety each day, you would never get hungry... the pool bar staff looked after me 👍. The night shows were very enjoyable to all. I will definitely be coming back next year!

1 week stay with family of 5 end of August. We all really enjoyed this holiday and hotel. Hotel facilities-pools, grounds and restaurant are excellent, very clean and within easy walking distance of the rooms. We loved that the kids could go and get snacks and ice creams around mealtimes and you could choose to have lunch at the pool snack bar (burgers, salads etc) or the full buffet from the restaurant. We got the free hotel bus to the beach and also the land train into Faliraki and coach to Rhodes one evening which was great and gave opportunity to explore without needing a car. It was the perfect setting for us with having both a baby plus a junior and teenager- having the fun water park pool onsite was useful as we could take the older kids there while baby napped. All of the hotel staff were welcoming and very good with our children - a special mention to the assistant manager, who assisted us on several occasions and really went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our room was a very good size-we had 2 full size bedrooms and it was quiet during core sleep times. Our bathoom could benefit from a slight update but useful it had a bath/shower and cleaned every day. We all really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again.

I try to be as honest as I can. This was the worst place we’ve ever been. All inclusive food and drinks were just awful. Same microwave/frozen food every day. There is a theme evening every other night but the only change is that two young adults standing in the lobby wearing different clothes anf playing with their iPhones . Absolutely no welcoming at all. The food is just disgusting. Horrible. At the pool bar you can order cocktails but it is just lot’s of alcohol and soda. You wouldn’t even call it a cocktail. Terrible. Kids amusing, any athletics are just poor. In Kids club you can sit in a plastic chair and use a pencil. Next to football court there is a waste water treatment plant. It smells horrible over there as you can imagine . No footballs, tennis balls, racquets. Absolutely nothing to do. Every ball or equipment we found eventually was broken. Pools are not heated. It was cold.

We had a great holiday at Cyprotel Faliraki. Pool is great with swim up bar and looks great. Animation team provide great entertainment, energy and vibe throughout the day with games and activities. The best night entertainment was when the animation team was involved! Great views and a nice waterpark on site too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with kids! The hotel seems to have outgrown the facilities on site. The restaurant is quite large but gets extremely busy at breakfast and dinner. Especially during dinner there are often queues for the fresh pizzas etc. The reception can get very busy and the bars also get very busy, especially in the evening - the hotel could do with another bar area. The snack bar during the day is a good place to get food instead of the restaurant. On the whole it is a really nice hotel/resort, very kind staff and great team behind it all. Special mention to Panagiotis, who is the lifeguard/first aider at the hotel! He takes what he does very seriously and managed to get me from limping badly to walking in 2 days! (Don't play football barefoot on the courts/pitch!) He is a great guy and is always looking out for everyone at the hotel and up for having a chat/laugh! Top man!
