The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend Virginia family resort for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

The room is quite new, clean, the staff is good. There is a small grocery store in the hotel. There is a restaurant next to the hotel. The food is freshly cooked and very delicious. The owner is very good at providing service.

Booked private pool room in October half term. Please be aware that at this time of the year your terrace and pool will not get any sun and the water is freezing.
Staff were friendly and they treated us to a 'special' breakfast but it would have been nice to get asked what our preferences were as we wasted must of it as I don't like egg.
The pool was nice, albeit a little cold, but that didn't put off my son enjoying it.
Rooms could be updated a bit, and I.suppose with us going at the end of the season we didn't see the resort at it's best.
Food quality was OK at best. Very repetitive and I question how long the food sat there at Luke warm temperatures. My son was very sick on our last day, but I can't say whether this was because of the food.
Location is ok. Plenty of buses into Rhodes or a €12 taxi ride.

The animators were doing an amazing job!
However, our experience had several issues. We arrived at 8 pm, but our room wasn’t ready, even though check-in starts at 3 pm. Following the all-inclusive rules, we tried to make a dinner reservation, but were told this wasn't possible because reservations need to be made a day in advance. I found this frustrating, as the restaurant was only 20% full.
The receptionist was neither polite nor professional.
If you have gluten allergies or intolerance, you might struggle here. While they offer gluten-free bread, you have to ask for it every day, and most of the other meals are coated in wheat.
The fruits were another disappointment. They were not fresh and almost inedible, likely being served for several days as the quality noticeably declined. On Sunday, they delivered a plate of fruit and wine to each room, but again, the quality was poor. The watermelon was frozen, and the melon and grapes were of low quality.
In summary, the location is average, and the food quality is poor.

Lovely resort, very clean and tidy, and staff are friendly and very helpful and attentive.
The resort itself is a little isolated from other shops and restaurants, but everything you need is on site, including bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. There is free WiFi throughout the resort. The beach is only 150m away, with boat rides and jet ski rentals, etc. There are other shops and restaurants about 0.5 miles away down the road.
Rhodes town is about a 15m ride away on the local efficient bus service, and the fares are cheap. The bus stop is approx 150m away back on the main road.
We went all-inclusive, but there is also half-board available. We would definitely love to come back to this resort and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
