This was our first visit to this lovely hotel and we enjoyed it. The highlight for us is definitely the beautiful pool. It’s never too busy, making it perfect for me to relax. There are always sunbeds available, no matter what time of day, which really adds to the relaxed, wonderful atmosphere.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping from Ukraine, and a special thanks to nice lady Georgia who works in the cafeteria, and she was always around with a smile and happy to help. We had an amazing time in the pool every day — we could hardly get out of it!
The rooms are updated since our current stay, and the bathrooms are a big improvement — so clean and comfortable.
The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to local Mini Market and the beach Ladiko Bay. You do need to cross and walk along a main road, but it’s manageable and didn’t bother us.
Food is nice. Food options are great - the fresh fruit is always good and plentiful, and poolside facilities such as the bar and restaurant serving a variety of well cooked dishes.
Overall, this hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is especially great for families with kids. Thank you to all the team for wonderful stay!

We had a nice stay overall, especially thanks to the great staff — they were truly friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and lovely, and our kids enjoyed the mini club and entertainment activities a lot. The beach is also within walking distance (around 10 minutes), which was a plus.
The hotel's small supermarket was very convenient and well-stocked.
However, there were also some downsides. The hotel is quite isolated, which made it harder to explore the area. Our room felt very outdated — there were no sockets near the bed and none at all in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. While the internet in our room worked well, the overall comfort could be improved.
The food at the restaurant was average at best. Both breakfast and desserts lacked flavor, and it was disappointing that drinks are chargeable after 11 p.m., even though we had an all-inclusive package.
In short: great staff, clean pool, and family-friendly activities — but the rooms and food could use some updating.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options. A special shoutout to Joey, who was incredibly nice and helpful he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice Hotel, rooms a Little basic maybe it was the package we bought. Location was 10mins from faliraki. With the scooters wasn't too bad would hire a Scooter or car ideally. Local walks are lovely. Pool was nice and staff were friendly and engaing but not in your face. Breakfast was Ok as far as all you can eat ones go.

It was my first trip to Greece and we stayed at Cathrin hotel. The hotel was lovely, big clean rooms lovely balcony the hotel had everything we needed.. it is a buffet style restaurant with themed nights, could do with more of a variety of foods though, but I still enjoyed the food nonetheless! The staff were so attentive in making sure we were having a good time shoutout to the entertainment crew they were amazing such good vibes! - Johnny, Gabor, Julien! Also Bar man Giorgos, he was so lovely! The hotel even put a bottle of Prosecco in my room with some fruit for my birthday which was a wonderful touch. The Ladiko Beach and Anthony Quinn Bay is within walking distance, stunning views, and restaurants close to both.
The air con in the rooms are great especially in the evening means you can get a good nights sleep. The pool is stunning, great size and nice to cool off with the warm weather. There is a shop on site which was helpful as it sells snacks drinks, souvenirs, tobacco things for swimming etc etc and the staff were so lovely, both ladies! Shoutout to Tula a lovely lady who always had a smile on her face at reception booked our taxis and ensured we were happy.
Taxis are a good price - to the waterpark in Faliraki it was 20€, and to Kolona Harbour for our trip to Symi Island was 30€.
Only down side was the hair dryer - is a bit outdated and we had a knock at the door at 8.15am ish on checkout day saying we needed to checkout, but they were incorrect as it says check out by 11am on the welcome sheet but housekeeping staff were adamant it wasn’t and they said we had to leave they gave us till 10am but we left at 9.30am. Thought it was a bit rude.
I would definitely stay here again I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Going to miss the staff -Thank you Cathrin hotel❤️
