This is our second time at this hotel this year. The rooms are huge, the beds are very comfortable, it is clean and spacious. The cleaning is regular. The food is very tasty, you will not go hungry, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. Food for every taste. The animation is great. The animation team is great! I would especially like to mention Gabriella❤️❤️❤️, she is very cool, she loves children, people and her job, she is very cheerful and kind, she leaves no one without attention. The hotel staff is very polite, good people work here. Thank you all very much!!!

Very clean. The staff were excellent - very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel - lots of options and all well prepared. Beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning is a lifesaver and says on throughout the day/night without the room card in the little slot. Rooms were serviced every other day (perfect) although they didn't change towels until the 2nd service (even though we put them in the bath as requested) but not a huge deal, everything else was kept very clean :) In all, very happy 💕

Just got back from a 4 night stay. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfy, clean and have what you need. The food was lovely (hot if you get there when it opens) paella every lunch and fresh prawns one evening. A different selection of meats each day. The vegetarian options were also very nice. The beer was good as was the sangria. The hotel was busy but still quiet enough to be able to easily get a sunbed. The entertainment was good and the staff were friendly. No complaints at all and would definitely return. As for the reviews regarding flies - yes there was flies (not swarms) but you cant help nature.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very hard working staff in restaurant. Housekeeping. Piano bar pool bar reception well done to you all. Always helpfool never seen any staff where ever we went doing nothing always busy pool staff done excellent keeping all areas clean and tidy. Food exceptional lots to choose from staff worked non stop cleaning tables ready for the next guests well done to the chefs in front of house and the chefs in the kitchens housekeeping staff you were brilliant reception staff thank you for all your help especially Maria who is a credit to front house staff incredible. Rooms are dead nice but my only problem is there are two WiFis for the entire building and they don’t work. The TV doesn’t work at all?? You also don’t get access to the kitchen if you buy the all inclusive but half the things here aren’t included in the all inclusive. You have to buy the ice cream and deserts in the cake cafe when we literally bought the all inclusive. Staff are very nice but there are cockroaches crawling around everywhere and they seem so unbothered by them and don’t do anything to get rid of it which knocks me sick. The all inclusive bands are common paper festival bands that come off in the shower and I’m expected to keep it on for my whole stay instead of a rubber one. The drains for the showers are very poor and the water was reaching up to my ankles by the end of my shower. Not really near any local towns or villages which I usually enjoy but that’s not the hotels fault, however every 10 minutes a plane flies over the hotel and it’s cool to watch during the day but at night it’s agitating. Flys are all over the food and insects crawling around but nothing to prevent it. Entertainment is good and staff are lovely but personally I wouldn’t recommend.

Rooms are lovely and have everything that is needed from a small kitchen fridge freeze sofa bed and 2 normal beds. Breakfast is good but is the same after a couple of days (earlier the better as there is more selection) Drinks from the bar are lovely and taste good. Staff and management are very nice and understanding always will to go the extra mile to help if needed. Only issue is the location due to it being on a large hill (it is a bit of a killer in the heat and the rooms do not have Aircon unless paid for but do have celling fans which we didn't turn off.

A nice place to stay and chill out, not to far from the beach and very close to some very nice places to eat and you always get a workout when you walk home up the steep hill. The buffet breakfast is pretty decent, Cocktails are amazing and beds comfortable. Staff are helpful.

Stayed twice at Ohasis Boutique Suites now and we can’t wait to go back How this place only has 3 stars is beyond us for the product you get Friendly staff, insanely clean rooms and from the top rooms an amazing view down to the sea It’s a bit of a walk up a hill but that is the only thing worth thinking about We will be returning.

Where do I begin, well let me say this is all true and not fabricated. We arrived and cancelled same day and left the next day to check into a five star hotel for the same price, on the beach. The staff are rude, the facilities are not good, the rooms are not suitable for the climate. THIS IS NOT A SUITABLE PLACE FOR DISABLED, ELDERLY OR PEOPLE WITH CHILDREN.The property is on a steep hill WITHOUT any lift, buggy or assistance. We asked and got told we have to do it ourself there is no service for that and if we want that we should go to a hotel. The room has NO A/C, we asked for a fan but got told no maintenance staff or service staff are around after 5pm so we have to wait. The room shower was plumbed incorrectly so water pressure was an issue, it smelt like sewage and the toilets didn't have flush buttons so when flushed would continue to fill. We called front desk and were told WE needed to shut the valve on and off in order to use it each time. Place wasn't clean and had spiders. Has potential but needs a lot in terms of cleanliness, accessibility, good staff and suitable facilities for climate. lastly, to MARIA THE GENERAL MANAGER, who failed to turn up upon request or follow up with our request to speak to her...get some hospitality training for you and the entire staff at front desk.my recommendation...simply don't bother with this place unless you have no options.the location is the only thing going for it.

What absolute gem this hotel is. Massive pool with lovely rooms. The hotel has numerous restaurants and bars. The staff are attentive and friendly as can be. The hotel is first class across the board. From checking in to checking out the team at Dreams take care of everything. I wanted to mention in the club members breakfast area Oscar who is in charge runs a wonderful breakfast experience. Also Victor who runs the bar area on the roof is incredible at his job and an absolute gentleman. Also the manager of the barefoot grill in the morning and afternoon looked after my father and I everyday with fast service of ice cold San Miguel beers 🍻 . I would recommend this hotel to families looking for everything under on roof and located near everything. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to next year’s holiday. Thank you to all the staff and management at Dreams well done 👍🏻.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a week. From the moment we walked into the hotel we knew we were going to love it. Reception were lovely + gave us both a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival. The hotel is huge with loads of different areas. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, it was also cleaned every morning + everything was replaced fresh. The breakfast is really nice with loads of options. All of the staff were lovely but the staff in Sugar Reef were particularly lovely, friendly + very nice to deal with. Would 100% come back here again. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, I wish we booked longer than one week! You absolutely get what you pay for and the staff were helpful and friendly. The views, the live music and the breakfast was 10/10. The pool is really lovely too and the location is also really good. Highly recommend and we hope to be back one day!

I was expecting the hotel to be super busy in August, but it wasn't and felt quite relaxed for the 6 days we were there. I'm glad we didn't do all inclusive though, as it didn't feel as if there would have been enough to do or try if we'd been planning to be based just there to be worth it. Great selection for breakfast but service depended on who was on. Room service and cleaning was excellent, and we appreciated the availability of a complimentary room when we checked out to freshen up before our late pick up. Unfortunately there wasn't the same consideration when we checked in - maybe because we arrived quite late,but there was a very basic check in, no availability to buy drinks or food, never mind complimentary on arrival, so it was a little disheartening at the time. Location is excellent, easy walk to the beach and nearby shops, and to the pick up stop at a nearby hotel for excursions. We walked to Siam park which meant we got there much earlier than visitors who were relying on a bus service.

Disappointing Experience at a Supposed Five-Star Resort We recently stayed at the Abama Suites for a weekend getaway, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet the high expectations set by a five-star resort. From the moment we arrived, our stay began on a sour note. The receptionist was engaged in a lengthy phone conversation, leaving us unattended for an extended period. Adding to the discomfort, we noticed a food delivery sitting on the reception desk for quite some time, which was not the level of professionalism we anticipated. A significant issue arose when we were informed of a €500 deposit requirement upon check-in. This information had not been communicated to us in advance, causing considerable inconvenience as this weekend was meant to be a special gift. Both my partner and I had card limits, leading to an awkward situation and financial stress we were unprepared for. Our dining experiences further added to the disappointment. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and only mediocre in quality. The breakfast was particularly underwhelming. With limited options—primarily five types of eggs—and lacking breakfast staples like pancakes, the meal failed to impress. The Eggs Benedict we received were poorly prepared, the coffee was subpar, and the fruit selection was below the standard. And if we had wanted to repeat the meal, it would have cost extra! Housekeeping also fell short of expectations. We discovered that the room service had spilled water on the bed and neglected to change the sheets, which was quite disconcerting. The few enjoyable moments of our weekend occurred away from the hotel, which speaks volumes about the hospitality standards at Abama Suites. However, the most frustrating part of our stay was yet to come. Upon checkout, we faced unnecessary delays and rudeness from the staff while trying to reclaim our €500 deposit. It required escalating the issue to the hotel manager and lodging a formal complaint before the matter was resolved, which left us feeling disrespected and exhausted. In summary, our experience at Abama Suites was far from satisfactory. The numerous issues we encountered, from poor customer service to substandard amenities, have left us with a lasting impression that this resort does not live up to its five-star rating. Regrettably, we will not be returning, nor would we recommend it to others.

During our stay, money from two wallets and one envelope with a total value of approx. 1600 euros was stolen from our room (we think the cleaners stole it). There wasn’t any other option because during the whole stay we had our money there. Under no circumstances should you leave any valuables lying around in your room. The hotel staff absolutely denied that anyone from them had stolen it. Rather, they tried to wriggle out of it. We have reported it to the police, but of course, that’s not gonna help us get our money back. Besides that the hotel area is nice, restaurant is good and rooms are nice as well.

This was a special occasion for us, but it will now become an annual trip. I cannot recommend Laz Terrazas enough. We stayed at a bed, partial sea view with a jacuzzi, right in the golf course/pool. Incredible!! Service is phenomenal. People are incredibly nice. Views are just unparalleled. Location is stunning. Like I said, first visit, and now it will become our annual destination.

Let’s start by the fact that Tenerife is a great island for a holiday. It has plenty of amenities and great places to see and enjoy a chilled and warm island vibe. However, our stay at Las Terrazas De Abamas Suites was by itself one of the best highlights for our 8 days stay on the island. Let’s start by the easiest part - the location and apartments themselves. Overlooking magnificent green spaces and golf courts, the apartments were spacious, very well maintained and containing every possible facility for a very convenient and comfortable stay. Housekeeping made sure to maintain the apartments in perfect shape on a daily basis with immaculate cleaning standards. Location wise the hotel was close enough to most of the key parts of the island and equally providing a quite hideaway vibe from the busy and crowded touristic locations and hotels. Beyond the nice, well maintained and serviced apartments, the great location and beautiful scenery, The staff were extremely friendly and beyond professional. All requests are handled on time, with immense care and kindness. Thanks to Felipe and the rest of the staff, our island experience was made significantly better. Taking the time and putting the effort to share the best of their knowledge on the best places to see, food to eat and locations to visit, the staff (Felipe especially) went above and beyond to what a 5 stars hotel staff experience would typically look like. We left immensely grateful and out of words to express the level of satisfaction and gratitude towards the staff. Mostly we were overwhelmed by their kind and professional manners and service. Big kudos and credits to FELIPE, Sadia, Maria and Julio. The team made our stay immensely memorable. Drinks at the hotel were very satisfactory. Breakfast is decent and has good quality- yet nothing overly special in it. This fact didn’t impact our stay in any shape or form as food options across the island are infinite, so shouldn’t be a deal breaker unless you are into a one-place static stay and you are not into exploring different food options and locations. Despite the little comments here and there (maybe better isolation inside the flats on windows and doors to stop insects from getting in but nothing major) I would still rate Las Terrazas as 10/10 due to the great facilities and well maintained apartments as well as mostly the great service that is strictly enabled by a very professional, committed and good-spirited staff.

From the moment we checked in we felt welcomed and special. Guillermo checked us in and gave us so much information about the property. Cristina in the Rock Shop was so helpful on all our visits helping us top get the most of our shopping experience. We loved the meals we had at the 3rd Half Bar, the team there, Elan, Antonio, Eduardo, Maykel and Junior were all so attentive without being intrusive. The pools were a great way to spend a day recharging and having fun as a family. Appreciated the courtesy bus to visit the Hard Rock Cafe, which was an added bonus for us. Cannot wait for a chance to return to the resort at the earliest opportunity. One of our best ever holidays, Thank you to the entire team at the resort.

Hard rock hotel is 5 star. Definitely worth the all inclusive as you get to use all the other restaurants aside from the buffet on a smaller menu but still great. All the staff are really lovely and attentive. We have came without kids and with two under two and had brilliant experiences each time. Shout out to the sports bar staff that were amazing with the kids definitely plan on returning in the future.

Me and my husband start our honeymoon at the Hard Rock hotel. from the beginning everyone was so amazing and nice. They help us with everything, every question we had they answer us always with smile and kindness. Moreover we want to give special thank for Miriam, the manager. she is so nice, welcoming and care about everyone. At one of the days we've been in the hotel, I didn't feel well and Miriam didn't leave me for a second, she check on me a few times after I got better and care about me like a mother. She is amazing person and unbelievable manager! we are recommending this hotel! you'll not disappointed.

If you're considering a stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, do yourself a favor and don't. This so-called "luxury" resort is more like a loud, overpriced prison with zero respect for its guests' comfort or sanity. Firstly, if you value sleep, forget about it. The hotel blasts obnoxiously loud music until at least 11 PM or even midnight every single day. It's impossible to relax, let alone sleep, with the constant noise pollution. And then there's the food—if you can even call it that. The meals are nothing short of abysmal. The breakfast buffet, which is allegedly fresh, tastes more like leftovers from the night before. Stale pastries, soggy eggs, and terrible coffee are just the beginning. The restaurants are no better. I once made the mistake of ordering a cheese toastie, only to receive a sad, half-hearted sandwich with cheese that wasn’t even melted. And don’t get me started on the €9 portion of fires, which is literally a few limp fries. It's a complete rip-off. The issues don’t end there. The bathroom light is on a timer, so it switches off after a minute, leaving you in the dark. It’s as if the hotel is actively trying to make your stay as uncomfortable as possible. The sinks were perpetually blocked, so I was left with water pooling around my hands every time I tried to use them. As for the location, the nearby beach is disappointing at best. If you want to visit a decent beach, you'll need to shell out for a taxi to get there. In summary, the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife is a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. From the incessant noise to the dreadful food, the poorly functioning amenities, and the lackluster beach, this place is an absolute disaster. Save your money and sanity—stay anywhere but here.

We had an incredible stay at the Hard Rock Hotel! From start to finish, the service was amazing, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. The pools were outstanding, providing a perfect place for relaxation and fun. Our whole family really enjoyed spending time there, with plenty of space and activities for everyone. The restaurants around the hotel were superb, offering a variety of delicious meals that satisfied all our culinary cravings. Each dining experience was a delight, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The rooms were just amazing. I didn't think you could find this level of quality in Europe, but the Hard Rock Hotel exceeded all expectations. They were spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with all the comforts we needed. A special shout-out to Nacho at the front desk. His assistance and the little gems of advice he provided truly enhanced our holiday experience. Thank you, Nacho, for your exceptional help! Overall, our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was fantastic, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Hotel was clean, safe, spacious and stylish, the room was tidy and comfortable. However feels like it’s opened slightly too soon after the ‘renovations’. There was no gym facility ready which was disappointing for us. Some amenities in the room were missing, or we had to ask for them, like robes/slippers/etc, which you would normally expect from a 5 star hotel. As some other reviews here mention, the shower had a water leaking issue that flooded the corner of the bathroom with each use. The service was a bit lacking as we waited a day for some things to be delivered to the room, with some receptions being incredibly friendly and welcoming, and others almost rude. The food was nothing to write home about. Overall does the job if you want to be close to the lovely beach and main touristy area, however did not incentivise us to return.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Great pool and sunbed area. The bar was very poorly stocked and the service was very poor. We only spent one evening there. There were quite a lot of sunbathers Smoking around the pool area. And not using the designated Smoking area, which we found quite annoying, staff totally ignored this. We will not be returning. Breakfast was great with a good selection. Lunch and dinner had a lot to be desired. In answer to the hotel reply. I DID mention all the negatives to the hotel receptionist and your customer relation person, both said they would get the complaints addressed. I had no come back off either, even though they took my name and room number.

We have had an amazing time at med palace. The hotel is in the perfect location, surrounded by plenty of beautiful restaurants and direct access to the beach. The refurb is beautiful and the hotel was pristine everywhere. The pool is by far the best we’ve had on holiday. It’s no inflatables in the main pool but I can definitely see why as the pools that big, they’d just be everywhere! It is lovely and warm and there’s plenty of areas for everyone no matter what age. It isn’t an issue to get a sunbed and that’s one thing we said was a huge positive compared to the hassle we had at a nearby hotel however as it’s started to get busier this week the staff have been removing towels which I think is really off putting. People do go down from very early but it was comforting to know your belongings were ok until you’d had breakfast but that’s now unfortunately changed which is a shame. The staff at the hotel certainly make it what it is. They can’t do enough for you and all absolutely doted on our baby boy, Archie. They really did make him feel like a star attraction which was so lovely. Keilly in the restaurant is just amazing and our little boy just loved her, as did we! She certainly made our days everytime we saw her. Thank you!! Jenya in reception also went above and beyond for us on many occasions. They make birthdays really special at the hotel too which was a great touch as our baby turned 1 during our stay. Despite them being beautiful, the rooms are on the smaller side and they do lack storage which was quite difficult and there was only three of us. A lovely touch for us having a baby was a bottle warmer in the room on arrival as well as a box of toiletries and a teddy for him. The entertainment staff are just brilliant. They show up everyday with a huge smile on their faces and do their best for guests and it’s so clear to see. Everyone loves aqua aerobics and joins in too! The kids club is great. Although we didn’t leave our baby there, the facilities are fab and so many children access it. We were allowed to go in with our baby which was great, especially to keep him out the sun at times! The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food. We went all inclusive and there wasn’t much variety or anything for children other than chips and pasta. The ‘snacks’ were just left overs from whichever meal was before hand. It was also disappointing that pool bar snacks weren’t included in AI and that the entertainment bar didn’t offer cocktails like the pool bar which meant you couldn’t have those at night. If we returned we would stay b&b or half board for these reasons. Evening entertainment was also a bit of let down as it was just a singer each night. The mini disco is great but much quieter than any other resort we’ve been to this year and not many people stay for the entertainment which we have usually had to get there early to get seats for when staying at other hotels. We will definitely return to med palace. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you for such an amazing holidays and unforgettable memories for our family.

I’ll start this review by mentioning I’ve contacted Mediterranean Palace to discuss this further and have been ignored. Hence finding myself here. I struggle to find the words to express my dissatisfaction with this hotel. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in my fair share of 5 star hotels and I can assure you, this isn’t close! Awoken on the first morning of our stay at 6:37am. An array of loud noises persisted until 8:30am when we left the room for breakfast. Politely asked at reception on our way to breakfast if the building works would continue into the following morning. His response was beyond shocking, claiming no building work was currently taking place yet from that exact position I could see two independent contractors working along with an escalator cordoned off. This was worked on later that day. It was very obvious this hotel had been refit and opened too early! You’ll now be thinking, this is a short lived problem and unfortunately I picked a bad time to visit. This will be resolved once they’ve completed the remaining tasks, for example, building a coffee shop in reception. I shall elaborate further to counter that fact. The room, 6th floor. Lovely view of both the sea and volcano. Balcony reasonably small but the views make up for it. Room itself is fitted out nicely and was in good condition. Zero complaints about the bed. Moving onto the negatives. The room is small, along with the bathroom. Shower is a terrible design. Expect wet feet everywhere in the room if the shower is being used. Tea and coffee making facilities are diabolical, no milk offered, cheap instant coffee. They claim to offer a ‘mini bar’, that transpires to be an empty fridge. No bottled water, not even a welcome bottle. No gowns or slippers. Honestly, I’m surprised they offer towels. The pool bar isn’t great, certainly not 5* standard. We waited, stood at the bar, over 15 minutes for a cocktail to be made. In which time I’d nearly finished my drink that was poured when ordered. This wasn’t because they were snowed under with orders. It was made very apparent, along with the attitude faced at reception, the staff truly do not care. Breakfast is average at best but does have a nice seating area outside which I did enjoy. Along with the coffee served int he restaurant. Same can’t be said for the orange juice, which unfortunately, whilst lovely on the first morning, had maggots in for the following two mornings of our stay. Cleanliness should be paramount and this kind of neglect is inexcusable in my opinion. I tried to resolve these issues with both reception and the dedicated customer relations personnel. I was faced with no real apology or effort to resolve the issues. This left with no option but to request a refund for my remaining two nights and check out. This was refused! Maybe I over paid at €212 per night bed and breakfast but truthfully, I would’ve been equally dissatisfied at €120 per night. I would strongly advise anyone considering Mediterranean Palace to think twice. I promise, you’ll be gravely disappointed.

Not normally one for reviews but seeing as I’m going to be putting in a complaint I believe this warrants honesty. Came here in 2022 and we had the best time ever! The children enjoyed it; I loved it! So much so we tried to book again for last year but the hotel was undergoing renovations. So we finally managed to get here again this week/year. Currently staying here for a week with my two children who are 15 & 12. Second time I’ve stayed here and thought it would be better after the renovation; however it’s awful. I would not recommend to anyone. We have had to move rooms 3 times due to the room flooding from the design of the new bathroom. The aircon doesn’t work in all rooms. The televisions don’t work. The telephones to call the reception to let them know you have a problem - are temperamental. Some of the staff are rude. No music around the pool during the day = no atmosphere. It doesn’t have to be blaring but at least something in the background. No floats or anything allowed in the main pool - only in the kids pool (which is big enough for a one car parking space). You claim you’re a 5 star hotel but there are better hotels to stay at that are very close. All inclusive means all inclusive but you cannot get all your drinks from the kiosk bar you have to pay for them (which the prices are ridiculous!). €6 for a slice of pizza. €3.20 for a plastic cup of Fanta. It just seems to be one thing after another here and I’m looking forward to going home as I would never stay here again based on this.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this stunning hotel. From the initial welcome and efficient check-in, until the end of our stay the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean with plenty storage space and super comfortable beds. All of the foods we ate were delicious with an added unique dining experience The Gourmet Market, boasting sunset views this is a must, a big shout out to all of the chefs and servers! The pool area was peaceful with plenty of coctails and food to try. There really is so much to enjoy at this hotel which boats style, cleanliness, and on the doorstep to anything you need to experience a 5 star holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday and we look forward to return in the future!

The good: The staff was amazing! Incredibly kind and helpful. The events/activities were a lot of fun and free for everyone! They bring drinks or ice cream around the pool throughout the day for everyone. The smoothies were delicious. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bad: NOT WORTH THE PRICE for star prestige. We paid for the star prestige all inclusive experience and it was not all inclusive. The food at the pool bar and at the restaurant gourmet market were out of pocket. This was very frustrating with how much we paid. Star prestige included a pool on the roof (it’s not technically an Infiniti pool like advertised) a make it yourself drink bar, snack bar at the pool, also disappointing and closes early. They soak the chairs around 10pm so even though it technically closes at 11pm there is nowhere dry to sit. It also includes a separate sitting area at the main pool which is nice but not really needed. The cocktail drink menu was very limited and the drinks were all syrup, also disappointing with the price we paid. The lunch was lacking in options and flavor. The dinner was good but the desserts were bad. All of the bread based items were very stale, like the eclairs. The hotel isn’t technically on the beach. There is about a 1 block walk down/uphill. The main pool closes at 6pm! That is so early, very disappointing and seems unnecessary. The elevators take forever. For the hotel: If you could find a way to incorporate the room key into the bracelet it would make things a lot easier for the guests.

This is the best hotel I've stayed anywhere in the world. The rooms are very modern and always clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. I had a non-seaview room and could still see it from the balcony. Free filtered water and ice in the corridors on every floor. You couldn't ask for a better location, direct access from the hotel to the beach and many restaurants along that strip. We did not need a taxi to go anywhere, all places are walking distance. The service from the staff is top notch, always available to help, respectful and are very amicable. They can book you taxis that come in a matter of minutes, come round the pool periodically with free ice creams and drinks and many other small things that make your stay that much better. The attention to detail with the service is what puts this above many hotels I've stayed in, the insignificant extra services they provide really do make a big difference when combined together. The pool is great and a good temperature, the bar service is quick and the drinks are comparable in price to most of the bars on the strip. Lots of sunbeds with umbrellas, although it does get quite busy early in the day. We only booked for breakfast, but it was very good. All the choices you could wish for and a variety of juices to compliment this too. All high quality produce. They held our bags for us after check out and we were able to have a shower before we left for the airport. Do not book a hotel anywhere else in Tenerife, I guarantee you will be satisfied if you book here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar Sábila for the second time, and once again, it was an outstanding experience. The staff are exceptional, always going above and beyond to help with any request. The rooms are stunning and modern, equipped with an excellent sound system that enhances the overall comfort and enjoyment. The location is fantastic, with everything you need nearby and the beach just a couple of minutes away. I highly recommend the Star Prestige rooms for a truly elevated experience. The Hotel was absolutely excellent. Really did feel like a 5 star experience. The only thing we didn't like was it was two single beds pushed together and not a double bed. However we think if we were to go back we would just book all-inclusive as the food in the restaurant was so nice whenever we had it.

The hotel is very good in all aspects, I strongly recommend investigating all the directions in the very beginning, as it takes large space and has a lot of not evident routes. The playground is just great, kids under 10 will love it! The two pools are cold and warm, at least at my stay. The food is also very good, and you can go to a number of places to eat around. Service on the reception is friendly and they speak at least Spanish, German and English. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Roca Nivaria is the most beautiful hotel we have ever been to. A huge complex in which every part is beautifully designed. The view from the balcony is fantastic, the staff are so nice and smiling, the food is delicious…cleanliness, warm, large and beautiful pools, everything is simply perfect. This is a real vacation paradise. The only drawback is that our plan was to visit Tenerife, but it's so nice here that we decided to just enjoy in the hotel.

Amazing hotel. We had a junior suite with sea views. Kids room was separate from the main bedroom which was great and made bedtime easier. The service was incredible from all staff. All excursions booked through the hotel including a hire car and was effortless. Would absolutely recommend and we will return.

We chose this hotel based on a vegan blog. I read reviews as they said this restaurant provides excellent vegan options. We were very disappointed with our experience. There just aren't enough vegan options and also staff aren't aware of vegan options. We met a couple there who were visiting for a 2nd time. They even said the first time they came here a few years ago the vegan options were a lot better. From a food perspective we were massively dissapointed. The rooms are big and spacious which is nice. Parking is free but it's very tight so if you have a big SUV like I did you need to be careful. The kids facilities are good and it's a family friendly place. The staff are nice. The beach is rocky so not that great. Pools are lovely whivh also has a jacuzzi. Overall, it's a nice hotel but without the vegan options I wouldn't come back.

Just returned home from a 10 night stay and already miss the place incredibly. We were All Inclusive and couldn't fault anything. The hotel grounds and gardens alone are worth the stay...absolutely stunning! So many beautiful trees, shrubs and plants to make the stay more magical. Service was always superb and we were made to feel very welcome and put at ease by all the staff. In particular, the waiting staff, near the kids section of the main buffet restaurant, were always smiling and nothing was too much hassle for them (Brenda was absolutely amazing with our little girl and made her trips to the restaurant very enjoyable and fun). Plenty of selection for different tastes and we never had any issue with the food-it was all delicious! In terms of location, there are shops and food places nearby and also a lovely short costal walk, around the hotel. You can take a lift down to the connecting beach, which is quite rocky, however the water is crystal clear and it provides a lovely view of the hotel. We made good use of the free shuttle bus (which is very regular) to the sister hotel and walked about Costa Adeje from there. Pick up is also free so you manage to save some pennies this way, whilst enjoying some time out of the hotel. All pools were very clean and the kids area round the back was excellent...my kids enjoyed the different water slides and also the zipline (which you have tol book on the app). The Animation Team, in general, were all fantastic and they were amazing with the kids. I advise you take some time to walk around the whole hotel, as it really is massive and you'll find some hidden walkways etc on your journey. My only issue (if you can call it that) is that the night time entertainment is quite repetitive i.e. mainly singers. Thought his is enjoyable, it would be nice to see more acts on e.g. magicians, more dancers or acrobats/stunts etc. All in all, an amazing stay! Thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰

Overall a good experience - definitely a family resort. The children’s pool area is MUCH bigger in person, basically a small water park. There’s also children’s entertainment every night which was great. Would recommend for families with children who love slides and dancing. However, for the price, I would expect much better food at the buffet as well as the quality of the adult/family entertainment. Amongst the three pools, two are salt water which makes the main pool a mad dash for beds after breakfast. The spa and Guest services were probably the only truly 5 star thing we experienced here.

Positives: new facilities, very kids friendly, our toddler loves the kids club. The staff are very sweet to the children. The cot in our room is very sturdy and our daughter has been sleeping very well. The playground by the kids pool is also great, all the kids love it. Negatives: I saw the cleaner using a rag to clean the inside of our used glasses and cups after rinsing them in the sink instead of getting clean ones. It was the same rag she used the wipe all the surfaces. It was disgusting! Staff at reception was frosty on our arrival. The bathrooms are basic, more like three stars not five stars. Neutral: food at the buffet has been fine, not super exciting but there’s enough variety and changes day to day. The pools are heated but still too cold to swim in (it’s been 20C and cloudy during the day). I would’ve said 3-4 stars in the review if I hadn’t been so disgusted by how they cleaned our drinking glasses. I’m definitely not coming back here despite all the positives.

Just returned home after 9 nights at Atlantic Sunset, 2 adults 2 kids both aged 11. This was our second time in 2 years staying at the hotel and it was just as good, the privilege option is worth every penny, the rooms are very spacious and clean,. The hotel staff are excellent, early check in, late check out not a problem. Pools are great especially the rooftop pool, no issues with sun loungers. Food in the restaurants was good. Overall we had a brilliant relaxing holiday, highly recommended.

Stayed for a week in this hotel. We had the swim up room and very glad we did, was literally in the pool everyday. CHECK-IN: we were greeted well and lead to the check in desks. The man who checked us in was a little less upbeat compared to his colleagues, a bit too serious, but pleasant man. ROOM: Upon first glance, the room was modern and luxury, very comfy pillows. There were some batteries missing in the weighing scales, and as someone who weighs herself everyday, was a little gutted. There seemed to be makeup on net and on the curtains tiny holes where past guests must have smoked and burnt it, but wasn’t that bad. HOUSE KEEPERS: very friendly but if your not an early bird, I advise you put the ‘do not disturb’ on your door, otherwise you’ll have constant knocking, and they won’t leave until you address them. FOOD AND DRINK: a good selection of restaurants/bars, with their own uniqueness, snack bar was probably are favourite as it was closest to our room and mozzarella sticks and crispy chicken was delicious. All the food and drink we consumed was included in our all inclusive. Our minibar in our room was refilled every 2 days, which was a nice surprise. They have some restaurants that are not included in the all inclusive, so we didn’t try them. There is a gym and a spa, which we didn’t try as wasn’t sure it was included in all inclusive. Overall very pleasant stay as a young couple, location is quieter so you will need to get the bus which is half an hour away from the busier, partying locations.

I hesitated between 4 and 5 stars but the reason for the hesitation is actually not the hotel itself but rather the other guests. The hotel deserves 5! I enjoyed and appreciated the hotel facilities. Excellent service, friendliness, delicious food, good air-conditioning, cleanliness. Perhaps I had too high expectations about the overall experience, considering that this was the most expensive vacation of my life, booked via TUI. We booked pretty late ("only" 4 months ago) and had "the last room of its kind". Well, that's probably true because we were at a bit of an annoying location, less privacy than ideal (same level as the pools, people staring inside our room, teenage boys kicking balls onto our balcony around 10 pm, then knocking on the door while our kids were already sleeping). Unacceptable behaviours of other guests: letting their kids run and yell back and forth in the hallways, even past 11 pm. People of adult age who should have enough life experience to know how much they can eat, taking heaps of food in the all you can eat buffet and leaving most of it behind as waste. It's one thing to sample little bits of everything and decide some of it is not for you but that's not what we observed every day. There are insane amounts of quality food going to waste due to a certain demographic. Also letting their younger kids cater to themselves in the restaurant, with messes and contamination as a consequence. Preteen boys acting obnoxiously and irresponsibly in the pool. The hotel is welcome to be a bit less liberal towards this kinda behaviour in my opinion. The staff deserves a lot more respect.

We are still here. But we’ll make sure to never come back. So many things wrong. Can’t even list them all. So just a few „highlights“. Many things are broken or out of service. The cleanness is not even remotely 5 Star standard. There is practically zero entertainment for kids. There is the kids club that you have to pay for extra. But if you have children under 4, you’re not allowed to go there. The „playground“ is tiny. There a no shows or any sort of fun activities for smaller kids. No evening entertainment. The beach is tiny and only reachable with a train. Because the zipline is broken. And on top of all. There is a wedding going on. So in the afternoon the main pool was closed for this private event. In the evenings it’s very loud. All in all the worst experience we’ve ever had in a Ritz Carlton. Don’t call yourself family friendly, if you’re not.

I’ve been to Hotelschool myself, so I can be pretty critical. However, this hotel is amazing. As you can imagine even holiday with kids can be intense. However, because of the team of Ritz Carlton Abama, we are able to relax. A special thanks to Tim, who made our stay even more special and relaxed by being so extremely helpful and taking care of us (and our children). It’s our second stay, but we will definitely come back!

This has to be one of the most beautiful hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. The staff and service were exceptional. There are multiple restaurants and bars on site as well as a semi private beach a short walk away. The grounds are absolutely stunning, well-kept and very aesthetically pleasing. The property is surrounded by breathtaking views in every direction. The selection at breakfast has a wide variety of delicious foods. There is also a very good gym, pools and evening performances. Just note the surrounding area is very quiet. I cannot wait to stay again! 😍

An absolutely beautiful, well run hotel. The overall design, decor and relaxed ambience make this place truly special. Staff are fantastic and do everything they can do make your stay a great experience (Gabriella the concierge even giving me a lift to the ATM, to save me the walk - when I was in a rush to get cash). Breakfast&dinner buffet are both of a high standard, and the nightly themes help to change it up a bit. Pool area is one of the best I've experienced, no stress around getting sun beds, most people are respectful of the hotels policy, which means beds are always available. Plus it's just beautiful. Rooms are great, most have superb views (sea/mountain) which ever side you are on. They are cleaned regularly to a great standard. Good a/c.

This was an awesome experience! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I came here with a friend for her birthday and they treated us like royalty. They called every taxi, they recommended perfect restaurants to eat, they even gave us Champagne and dessert on her birthday!! The resort is located close to everything! If you plan to stay on the resort they have great food and plenty to do. The only negative is the pool closes at 7 but I found out that’s everywhere. I will definitely be back!! I want to take this time to thank everyone at La Plantación!!

This place was phenomenal! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Tenerife. The hotel and the area is very clean and feels fresh. The staff are lovely, especially the lady at breakfast who greets you! Breakfast was good, could have a few more gluten free options but is sufficient for a hotel. The room is VERY spacious, more than the photos online which is a bonus and the pool areas are really great! We wandered around 2 other 5 star hotels on our stay inside but would say this one is definitely the best! Theres a lot of walking to explore within too and I love the interiors and exteriors with the plants and serene settings.

We stayed here for 5 nights and only went after reading all these reviews, our 6 year old twins travelled with us and we are expecting some sorts of entertainment for kids, however there was nothing of that sort beside a children club room with the basics, paints, colors, movies. Breakfast needs to be looked at seriously and need quite a lot of a revamp. We paid a handsome amount for the 5 nights and was expecting a real 5**** Kids only had the swimming pools to go to hence we had to arrange activities outside the hotel to keep them busy. Rooms were a good size and the house keeping cleaned the room up to 3-4 times a day which is great, but a lot of other things matter too.

We went here for our family summer holidays and had the best time ever. This hotel is just amazing and we didn't want to leave. Spotlessly clean, amazing food and the best staff in the world that make you feel like you're a rock star. Rooms are cleaned to perfection everyday and well stocked up with fresh towels, toiletries, tea, coffees and so much more. Outstanding view from our room which we had the suite with its own private pool and beach on our balcony and cannot recommend this enough for a touch of privacy and chill time for the family. The BB bar is fantastic too with amazing views also with the best staff in Tenerife that make you feel so welcome to serve you great food and great drinks which is also the same with the downstairs breakfast restaurant amazing staff and food with sooooo much selection of top class foods. At reception you have the most wonderful, welcoming, super friendly staff that are so helpful with any of your needs. Also a big shout out to Camilla ❤️ who is just the loveliest, most pleasant person in the whole world with the biggest brightest smile😁, a real joy to talk to every morning and made us all feel extremely special and is an asset to the hotel... I could go on and on about all the great things about the hotel, but you got to book it and get the full amazing customer experience for yourself. What a stunning place with the most friendly helpful staff, from the moment we arrive honestly the staff couldn't do enough for you, I love the facility to be able to whatsapp to order room service and taxis etc brilliant service! We stayed as a group of 5 in a 2 bedroomed suite with a private pool and wow what a great space to be able to socialise. The rooms are of a good size with loads and loads of storage space even with 5 of us there. Great to have water and coffee in the room to be able to enjoy too. Breakfast was included, there are 3 options, in room breakfast box, buffet or a la carte, we chose the buffet for all of our 4 days as there was just so much choice. The lunch menu is also great and we had room serive most days so we could stay round our pool. You are a bit of a walk away from the restaurants and bars but taxis are really good and only about €5 down into town so really accessible. Would highly reccomend for groups of friends wanting a bit of luxury and great service.

Beautiful place but the thing that makes the holiday special for us is all the staff from housekeeping (which was particularly fantastic this time, thank u Ivon, u were amazing!) to restaurant/bar staff to reception (shout out to corina who was very pleasant and efficient) Excellent response from reception when we first arrived and couldn't find the beach towels and the sun beds seemed to be quite stained, not dirty, but they didn't look great, within 5mins of a text a young man was up in our room with 2 padded covers! Amazing! We felt we needed to tell you about the sun beds because we didn't want you to think we had caused the damage! Fantastic views. Helpful, friendly staff. Big balconies, we had a huge hot tub as well as 2 loungers & table & chairs on ours. Lovely large, clean apartment. The only issues were some noisy building work going on at their gym across the road and a bottle skip, which was emptied at 0230 in the morning. Both of which could be heard in the bedroom. The fantastic view is down to the hotel location..... it is up a hill. However, we loved it and would go back.

My stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in helping us. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Furthermore, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the nights uncomfortably hot. The waitstaff service in the restaurant was disorganized; they took a long time to attend to us and when they finally did, they brought incorrect or incomplete orders. The noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was constant, making it difficult to rest. The breakfast, which was supposedly included, was very limited and of poor quality. To top it off, the WiFi barely worked, which worsened our experience. Overall, the value for money at this hotel is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I definitely won't be returning. It's a shame because I expected much more for the price we paid.

A hidden gem! A gorgeous hotel with warm hospitality. The Ocean Club salt pool by the cliff was a dream. The food was above our expectations. We went half board and were a little worried the dinners would be stale buffet food but it was all freshly cooked a la carte style (order as much as you like). If you enjoy walking, exploring hidden beaches and rock pools this part of Tenerife is just fabulous! We didn’t need a car.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We managed to visit the spa and the ocean club. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. There are many different places for swimming and sunbathing. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and stylish. There is also a complimentary bar with drinks and snacks that operates 24/7. The staff is polite and friendly. The views are stunning. Additionally, as newlyweds, the hotel gifted us a bottle of champagne, which was a pleasant surprise. Cons: 1) The hotel has moved away from the buffet concept to restaurants without prices, where you can choose anything from the menu. The presentation of the dishes is very beautiful and the taste is impeccable. However, it still feels limiting. Additionally, the service is very slow (there was a moment when we waited for our dessert for about an hour), and drinks at dinner are charged (and this is not mentioned, so it was a surprise at check-out). 2) The Finnish sauna and hammam in the spa are cold. 3) There are no entertainment options except for golf. It lacks billiards or any other form of entertainment. Despite these points, it is a wonderful hotel and we will definitely return!

We had fireworks, a cocktail night, a wedding dinner, a disco—the works. I can’t stress enough how impeccable the service was. Fernando, in particular, was an absolute gem. He masterfully coordinated the food, wine, and drinks, ensuring everything was flawless. His leadership, experience, and dedication were beyond compare.What touched us deeply was Fernando’s personal commitment to our family. Despite being on the verge of his vacation, he chose to stay and support us, particularly because of my mother, who has Alzheimer's. He personally ensured she was well cared for throughout the event, coordinating with the team in such a compassionate and attentive manner.Our stay in a private villa with its own pool as part of the Red Level experience was worth every moment. If you’re planning a visit to Tenerife, I cannot recommend Palacio de Isora highly enough. This place, and the people who make it what it is, are truly special.

The Worst Experience at a 5-Star Hotel ! I paid nearly 2500 EUR for a room in a 5-star hotel for three adults for six days—specifically opting for a Front Ocean View because the photos showed a beautiful view of the ocean, perfect for relaxing on the balcony. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked (a month in advance!) was not available. Instead, we were given an "upgrade" to a Red Level room. I’m not sure what exactly this upgrade was supposed to entail, because the view from our balcony while sitting on the chairs was as you can see in the attached photo... The room was supposed to accommodate three adults, yet the third adult was forced to sleep on what was grandly referred to as a sofa, but was actually more like a chaise lounge. And then there were the cockroaches scurrying around the bathroom, which seems to be a standard feature of this hotel... though I must apologize, as just a few days earlier we stayed at another hotel (with no stars at all), and there were no bugs running around there. Some might argue that I should have reported these issues to the staff, but honestly, why should I have to? Don’t they have eyes? Don’t they think when assigning rooms? Can’t they see who is arriving and what they’ve paid for? Oh, and one more thing—the pool might be the longest in Europe, but it’s filled with saltwater, which was not mentioned on the hotel’s main website. That said, I must give credit where it’s due—the hotel staff, especially those responsible for maintaining our room, were simply wonderful. They were courteous, attentive, and did their best to make our stay comfortable, despite the disappointing conditions. In summary, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a supposed 5-star hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone, despite the excellent service from the housekeeping staff.

Very happy, we have a master suite, it's beautiful! Staff are lovely, all pleased to help you and seem to enjoy their jobs. Drinks great selection. Food perfect so far. The plates and glasses don't seem to get clean in the washers they use, so we do have to wipe them, but it must be mind-blowing washing so many every day! Our room was tidy but not clean - found a random sock in the wardrobe and there's writing on the glass shower in the condensation, we found it funny, but obviously it wasn't wiped down from before. I'm sure some people would freak out by that. I just gave it a wipe. We are loving our stay - great hotel! Hope we can afford to come back 😆

This hotel is amazing. Great if you have children of all ages. Only a short transfer from the airport, loads of entertainment for the children and adults. Plenty of pool space but loungers do get taken quickly. Booking for the restaurants and shows needs to be done as soon as possible as it gets booked up quickly. We stayed in a junior suite and it has loads of room for 1 adult and 3 children. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic weeks stay . From the welcome to the rooms everything is first class , staff have been faultless . Really stunning setting with the castle and light show in the evening. Pools are clean and very nice. Food in the 3 restaurants were excellent and the staff all first class and the buffet was not bad either lots of choice and the cocktails and drink choices are the several bars is excellent. Entertainment has been brilliant, the theatre shows are fantastic and lots on for kids throughout the day . Sitting on the balcony on my last night admiring the view one last time . We stayed 14 nights in a Royal Level Deluxe Room (which is the standard double bed room). Overall the experience was exceptional. Especially the staff members is what made the experience so nice. This was not our first stay with Barceló and we mostly always figured that the staff members is what give the experience the last 10 percent of perfection. In two weeks we never really had to wait more that 1-2 minutes until a waiter took our order, may it be in the restaurant or at the pools. Everyone we interacted was highly professional and attentive to detail (like if your drinks were empty you were promptly offered a refill). Especially we want to highlight the two ladies which served us at the Royal Level Restaurant several times (one of which was Carmen) and Jose Ramon from the Breeze Bar Restaurant all of which even stood out from the already very high service level. Also the entire resort area was very well laid out and beautiful. The royal level area was very well sized for the amount of people at time of our visit. Apart from one day we hadn’t any problems finding a space and there was plenty left. Even though we didn’t stay there we also had the opinion that the “Non Royal Level” Area had enough space for everybody, especially due to the fact that it stretches over several pools allowing for people to spread. Lastly we always find it nice that you enjoy a true all Inclusive with everything included you can wish for, may it be Buffet- and A-la-Carte Restaurants, alcoholic beverages, Softdrinks, made to order lunch from the bar etc. The only room for improvement was the cleaning of the bubble spray jets of the bathtub (which we could resolve by just switching it on once before using). However that didn’t really bothered us too much. All in all a very nice, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will surely return to this and other Barceló ventures soon.

4th Visit ! We cheekily emailed to ask for the same room as last year as we loved the location and easy access to get to the pool … as soon as we check in we mentioned it was a 4th visit to which one of the staff spoke up - you asked for room 1*1…. Won’t say as you will all want the same room ! Got fitted with our all inclusive bands ( which I will come back to at the end) and off we went straight to the food buffet as the flight was delayed it was 9:30 and the buffet is only on until 10pm …. There is so much choice to choose from and it changed daily with themed nights. Never has a bad meal and I count myself as a fussy eater - some of it even cooked fresh infront of you ! Big thanks to Alejandro ( so kind and Funny - puts you at ease - enjoy the sunglasses ) and Tomas - great service - as soon as we finished a drink Tomas was straight over to refill ! Such a nice environment! The rooms were perfect! Jacuzzi bath and very powerful shower ! X2 sinks and bath robes ! Very clean and spacious with a balcony ! We didn’t opt for house keeping everyday but if we walked past them in the halls they would always ask and offer fresh towels which I think is great ! Entertainment in the Plaza was great - with seeing most of the acts last year ( not all of them they are great ) we spent more time in the Top Bar ( B Lounge ) - they have singers / musicians on there each night which create a great vibe ! Flippo was great - telling us not to return glasses away as we were on holiday and it’s his job …. even coming to find us when we sat out the way to offer us a drink. Didn’t get the lady’s name but she was very friendly. Pool side … plenty of loungers that are comfy and no need to reserve as there are plenty of space and spares …. Cleaned every morning / night - 5 pool areas to choose from. However … Breeze bar ! What a great atmosphere and service. Big thanks to Yeray and Jose Ramon! Jose Ramon is an invaluable member of your team and I really hope he is valued and looked after ! Always there greeting you with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. He never stands still he is so busy and always happy ! We enjoyed the holiday especially due to his service and smiles ! Because of him we ate at the Breeze Bar which is the food you have to pay for and it’s worth every penny not just the service but the food is delicious! Give Jose Ramon a pat on the back and a big thanks from us! 5 star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from JR! Also for the all inclusive there is pool snacks throughout the day and even a food station for the late night snackers ! Filled with Sandwiches and yogurts and Branded Drinks ! We have a fantastic time ! Will definitely be back for a 5th time ! One huge downside / disappointment this time which can be corrected easily! Due to our package holiday we have to catch a late flight. So that means we check in on arrival day late ( 9pm ish ) so we have lost most of the day although your valued and ushered into the evening meal however check out is 12 which was never a problem until this stay….We were shocked this time to be told we need to cut your bands your checking out and your no longer all inclusive (dispite arriving at 9pm and loosing 6 hours of paid for all inclusive priverlages (check in at 3pm)… our pick up is 7pm and we have 7 hours to spend at the hotel where we have been told to pay for our own drinks and food ! Can you believe it ! The last 3 times we have kept the bands as a happy souvenir (also helped promote the hotel/barcelo group, free advertising whilst traveling back) but we’re also in the past able to use the facilities all day and attending the 1-3pm dinner slot as usual as part of the package holiday. I think you’re making a huge mistake upsetting the guests like this on check out ! It can tarnish your reputation! & quite frankly ruin what was an enjoyable stay. It came across to us … your not welcome here any more kind of vibe ( especially after putting up with a few days of overcrowding ….500 extra people who had a flight issue ). With that said we hope this is different next time! We will be back !

Our second stay and even better this time, our first stay was before their official opening a year ago and was great, but this time, small improvements and it really was the perfect winter sun break, if you are happy with a peaceful hotel that never feels busy even though it was fully booked, good food and drinks with costal walks, I would thoroughly recommend, every member of staff was amazing, particularly Keny at royal level pool an absolute superstar, Samantha and Daniel too, every member of staff was so welcoming and helpful, I love how customer service is number one priority at this hotel. One of the best hotels that we have visited in the world. We are not golfers as the majority of guests are but that does not detract from any part of the experience. Many hotels bill themselves as 5 star and are not; Las Madrigueras is a true 5 star establishment. Rooms have fantastic views, with spacious balconies and quality furniture. The whole hotel has shaded seating area throughout. It was 34/35 degrees for most of our stay, so this was a godsend. Restaurant and food quality and choice are superb. The pool is wonderful and never busy, if you like to swim. Finally the staff. Exemplary, friendly, professional and happy. The clientele are mainly well heeled Europeans and British. If you want a quiet, unspoiled break, this is a great choice. Not for everyone but most of the guests have been back here for the last ten years or more. I think they like to keep it a secret... and no wonder!

We have recently returned from our holiday. I must say this hotel is lovely, the rooms, pool and golf were excellent. Really friendly staff and good food. Negatives with this hotel is there was no information in the rooms, meal times and general info about the area etc., also there was a lovely piano bar but unfortunately there was no pianist, so entertainment was not available. As the hotel is located quite away from facilities I think they have missed an opportunity having no evening entertainment.

What a Holiday and where do I start. The hotel is 5 Stars for a reason, it’s the best hotel I have ever been to and they have literally covered all basis to ensure their customers stay is a memorable one. The staff were excellent and the rooms amazing. Each floor is well thought of and the hotel caters for all whether a family with kids or adults alone. It has its own water park with amazing slides and its own adult only area for a more natural experience, if you know what I mean. Each floor has pools and bars with food served. The entertainment team for kids were absolutely fabulous and special mention to Gabriel whom all the kids loved. All staff from the cleaners all the way to reception go the extra mile above and beyond their duties to ensure each customer has a pleasant stay and brilliant experience. I can’t wait to revisit Tenerife and will without a shadow of doubt return to the GF Victoria.

Great for family’s, main pool and water park pool excellent for kids but there’s also a lower level pool which does not allow floats and does not have shallow end so is great if you are looking for a quiet pool. Also small pool on roof for adults only. Rooms are spacious with 2 bathrooms which is great when travelling as a family of 4. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. Staff are friendly and happy to help. This is our 2nd year here so that speaks for itself.

It was our second time, and our impression was very similar to the first time. The big plus of this hotel is that activities for each age are offered: for little children, teens (or rather: bigger children), and adults. In 1 hotel. This is a rather rare feature. And the GF Victoria does have the facilities for it. In the details, however, you sometimes wonder about price/quality ratio and whether you maybe only experience someone´s fragmentary idea of what 5* mean... But we managed to always come back to the moment and not to wonder too much. ;) Service is a mixed bag, so you have wonderful staff at the reception, the kiddies entertainment team, the housekeeping; and some totally unqualified staff (big discrepancies though!) for such a house in the main restaurant and the pool restaurant; to outright rude (roof bar manager, probably that is why this beautiful bar is always empty). And better check very precisely with the booking team, in case you´re booking over them.

This was our first stay in Adeje, but we prefer Las Americas for its plethora of restaurants and the atmosphere. However, would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for quieter surroundings.

Absolutely the most fabulous stay of my life so far. The service is impeccable, everything gets cleaned multiple times a day, anything they notice you’ve used more of, they refill triple, any request you have they will answer. The facilities are also amazing, you could spend your whole trip here and need nothing more - spa, pools, beach, golf, restaurants, some of which Michelin, evening entertainment, bars… The breakfast has a huge array of meals, egg buffet, fresh juices and smoothies…. I can’t say a single bad thing about this hotel!!!!!

Absolutely flawless!!! I'm not sure where to start but overall this is a can't miss choice. The breakfast was great to start your day, and we have to give a special thank you to Manuel and Donald. They were the most gracious hosts you could imagine and I'd say they are the example that others should follow. Michel at La Hacienda was also absolutely great for our dinners. There is a ton to do on site and/or plenty to do within walking distance. Their Club House (for excursions) was simply top notch. Finally, we have to give an enormous thank you to housekeeping. We rarely saw them, but the room was always made up with fresh towels, organized everything, hell we even got nightly chocolates. I'm going to just say they are magical. Just make this your choice, you won't be disappointed. We WILL be back.

I love this hotel but I'd like to see some changes before i book again. As a disabled person it is always hard to find hotels suitable for the needs of people who depend on wheels and sticks. The hotel made a big effort to make our room accessible and the staff were extremely helpful. But the swimming pools are extremely difficult to use as the steps into all of them only have one handrail! I saw many people struggling, even nondisabled, but for me, I needed a lot of help getting out of the pool. Just some simple additions would make the pools much more accessible. One pool has a chair that the lifeguard operates to get the wheel user into the pool. It's a horrible experience! You're dropped into deep water, out of my depth, and to get out, someone has to find the lifeguard to operate the chair. Decent steps would solve the problem for many people. Such small bits of infrastructure would transform the experience of many disabled people.

This is a great hotel even though it is a trek to the shops and any other restaurants. Car hire would solve this. The hotel provides two shuttle buses per day to take you to the beach and designer shops. The main thing this hotel lacks, imo is entertainment. Because it is a taxi ride away from any night life, it would be great if there was some form of entertainment on in the evening. The food in the buffet restaurant was good, although by the end of the week, i was looking forward to eating elsewhere.

Bea is like part of our family, she deserves a medal for being fun and lovely every day. We love having the luxury of our own villa with the communal areas and pools too. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Maria in La Caleta, Tenerife, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa itself was stunning, featuring three spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The private pool was fantastic, and offered views of the golf course and the sea. Each morning, the villa was meticulously cleaned, ensuring a pristine environment throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight of each day, offering an impressive array of choices that were both delicious and plentiful. The main pool area was equally enjoyable, with plenty of sunbeds available, allowing for a relaxing day in the sun. The only minor downside is the hotel's location on a very steep hill. However, this was easily managed with a quick taxi ride costing just €5 from the main area in La Caleta, or a 10 minute walk if feeling fit. The town itself is charming, with numerous excellent dining options and stunning sunset views. Additionally, there's a mini market in town that wasn't too expensive, which was convenient for picking up essentials. The staff we met at Hotel Villa Maria were all very friendly and happy to assist, but a special mention must go to Anastasjas. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us. Overall, Hotel Villa Maria in La Caleta is a fantastic choice for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hotel Sir Anthony exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s often missing in many 5-star hotels. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. On our first morning, the duty manager greeted us at breakfast with a simple yet perfect line: ‘Where would you like to sit; this is your home.’ It set the tone for the rest of our stay. The food was fantastic, and the facilities were top-notch. We booked a superior room, but spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, where there were plenty of high-quality sunbeds, parasols, and attentive service on hand. I also took advantage of the free gym at their sister hotel, which was spotless and well-equipped. Despite the central location, the hotel was quiet at night, making it an ideal retreat. Having stayed at several other top hotels in Tenerife, I can confidently say that this one is the best by far.

The hotel features lovely decorations, a beautiful swimming pool, and is in a convenient location. However, the room appeared to be poorly maintained. Breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. From Hotel's response 'During your stay you haven´t reported any maintenance issues. We are sorry to know that you have found our maintenance below standard, but we would have liked to be informed so we could have solved any problem.' My additional response: The hotel's response was disheartening. It seems the room maintenance is reactive rather than proactive. Instead of conducting regular inspections and addressing issues before they become noticeable, the hotel appears to wait for guests to report problems. This approach not only affects the room's functionality but also its overall aesthetic appeal. While we didn't encounter any significant usability issues during our stay, I believe the hotel could improve on the general appearance of the room. Details like floor tiles, grout, and door frames could benefit from more attention. While it might seem excessive to report minor issues like loose grout or scratches, a five-star hotel should strive for excellence in all aspects, including preventative maintenance.

We were returning guests after our first stay at the hotel last year. Had just as an amazing experience this year. The rooms are fabulous, spacious, well equipped and immaculate (Deluxe Suite). The beds are ridiculously comfortable. The room cleaning daily is wonderful (in evening as well if you need it). The hotel breakfast and service is amazing, everything so fresh and cooked to your liking. Every single member of staff says good day and has a smile. You are made to feel special. The pool is clean (and lovely temperature in August). There is rarely not a group of sunbeds available most of the day, so no scramble to reserve them! And pool towels and iced water and even suntan lotion available all day. I do have to say though that certain areas around the poolside are slippery and I hope this gets resolved before we come back again. Not a reason to stop us coming back though! We had a wonderfully relaxed holiday, thank you again!

I travel out of the country a lot but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The service was emasculate, if you even think you want something it’s like they read your mind and it’s at your finger tips. The food was wonderful I did the half board with included breakfast and dinner each day. They switch their menu every day so you always get to try different options. From check in, to restaurant service, to Pool service and room service was 10/10 amazing!!! The spa is a much! The entire experience was breath taking. Very clean property and everyone was so nice and friendly! I cannot wait to come back!!

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with private pool. It was worth every penny. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, walk-in dressing area, big lounge and great terrace with table and chairs for 6, a sofa and two chairs, a huge day bed and two sun loungers. Staff were attentive without being OTT and noting was too much trouble. Lots of lovely, local restaurants but we also cooked and ate in the room as it was so lovely. We cannot wait to return.

Absolute 10 out of 10! I visited last year for my honeymoon and I am still dreaming of this place. The place is gorgeous, the rooms are absolutely lovely and the pool is perfect, but the absolute best part is the service. They are all wonderful from the moment you set foot, and my personal favourite was Laeti - she was so attentive and genuine, it made our experience all the better! We got a sea-facing room with chocolates, cake and champagne. There is a spa and we went to get massages which were one of the best. Now last but not least: THE FOOD. You expect a place like this to have good food but this was beyond anything imaginable. We had breakfast and dinner included and everything was delicious, dinner buffet + menu change every night, and there are multiple live stations. Food service by the pool was also great and so good to have to try some tapas in the early afternoon. 100% recommended, I cannot wait to be back!!

When I fell ill at the end of my vacation, I panic booked a nice hotel to take me in for the night where I'd feel comfortable. When I arrived at El Mirador I was firstly taken back by how beautiful the driveway and lobby were. On my first night they gave me a free room upgrade which of course is always gloriously delightful (I can't promise they'll upgrade you though hehe). The following day I met such wonderful staff who were kind, delighted to chat and genuinely seemed to care. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy where I was sat and had everything that I could desire. The food was beautiful and the pool area was quiet and was the ideal place to relax. I've been to a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is one of the best. I want to give special thanks to managers Carla and Claudia who were not only fantastic managers who did everything they could for me, but they're also genuinely kind and lovely people. It really makes such a difference when you feel that the staff are nice people. I feel bad that I didn't catch the names of two of the waiters who were SUPERB but the blonde lady (perhaps Cassandra?) who was one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and a man with grey-ish hair and glasses. They always went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed. I recall one time in particular where I was seated at breakfast by somebody else and this aforementioned man had put a mug of tea and milk on my table. When I saw him he said that he brought it over for me as he knows I have it every morning -- which brought a tear to my eye! The spa was beautiful and I had a great massage and the yoga instructor was fun and knew what she was doing. Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, amazing food, close to a beautiful beach, peace and tranquility. Superb!

We are currently on holiday in Royal Hideaway Corales Hotel and we have the best time. All staff is very kind, nothing is too much of a trouble. The pool is warm which is the most important thing for me on holiday. Beds in the rooms are super comfy and massive. Breakfast selection can't get any better - waffles, pancakes, cooked eggs, selection of cheese and hams, juices and pink cava!!!!! What a great touch! Justina always welcomes us with a big smile and makes sure we can get the table with a view (our request). She makes time to check on us and have a chat despite being busy. All staff is extremely friendly and very polite.

What’s not to like about this hotel. 5 star in every single detail. Our room was perfect, loads of space & the large balcony with whirlpool hot tub was enjoyed everyday. Whilst the ‘two’ hotels have plenty of dining experience, you are within easy walking distance to a number of lovely local restaurants also. Special mention to the room cleaning team who were right on it as soon as you leave your room, to return after breakfast to a beautiful spotless room every time.

Most luxurious hotel we've stayed in, the standard of the finish and quality of service we've received is unlike anywhere we've previously experienced. The ONLY thing I wouldn't give 5 out of 5 for is the kids club which is small, if you want somewhere to leave your kids from morning until night this isn't your place, but everything else is phenomenally good!! The rooms/suites are huge and equipped with everything you need, there's king size comfy beds, the pull out sofa bed for the kids is bigger and better than my own bed, I just love this place!

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at , the whole experience from start to finish of our stay was great. To start the hotel is beautiful, cleaning is immaculate , all the staff are brilliant , big thanks to Lose in the restaurant . The food was top class and evening meals cooked to order , congratulations to the chefs . As I said all the staff were fabulous. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we plan to return for another great holiday .

This time was our 3rd visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. It is consistently lovely which is why we keep coming back. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The beds are amazing. Housekeeping are very thorough, they keep the room both immaculately clean and comfortable. Service, wherever you go in this hotel is superb. Very friendly, helpful and great little touches of remembering your name, your coffee preferences etc. It is always good to see the same staff time and again, it gives confidence that it is a good place to work (Andreas who looks after everyone around the pool has been around since 2019 and he always remembers us). We went to the Michelin Star (2 ⭐️) restaurant which was wonderful, very high quality dining experience with a nice atmosphere and none of the pretentiousness that comes with some Michelin places. Maria Jose was an exceptional host and the team were warm and very professional. It’s a superb hotel which is beautifully designed and maintained. Every detail is taken care of, it’s incredibly comfortable, the restaurants are lovely and the service is exceptional. We will be back again.

Absolutely awful. A beautiful hotel aesthetically in some places (central plaza area, large saltwater pool) but let down by absolutely everything else and most definitely not a 5star hotel. We came away as a family with our 13month old baby and paid for Red Level for Families around £450/night in Nov 2023. Not worth the money at all. The food was AWFUL - I'm not a fussy eater at all but my husband and I both got food poisoning from the pool side restaurant where all the food looked like it had come out of the freezer and even the chips were disgusting. We were both vomiting for the first night of our stay there so not a great start to holiday. The sushi restaurant was pretty poor - quality of food was what you'd buy off the shelf in a supermarket but at high end hotel restaurant prices. Room service was AWFUL - soup looked and tasted like it has come out of a can. I wish we'd ventured out of the hotel from day one to nearby local restaurants which were cheaper and a world apart in quality. I reported these issues and was offered a free meal at the hotel (which obviously I didn't really want to put myself through) and so the hotel agreed to knock some of our food bill off but this never happened - and when I chased at checkout and afterwards noone did anything about it. I wouldn't have expected this food or service at a 3star hotel let alone a 5 star one. There was extreme weather when we were there which caused a lot of flooding in the hotel (yep...) with red level for families area having to close as water was coming through the electrics - we were told we would be contacted about some compensation at the time but this never happened either. Even if the food had been ok and there hadn't been extreme weather, I would still not recommend staying at this hotel. The pools (including the "heated" kids pool) were all very cold and so basically empty the whole time - this level of hotel should pay up to heat some of its pools!! The red level for families area was at a premium but was literally just a playroom - that level of price point I would have expected some activities for the kids like a disco, arts/crafts session, etc.. there was none of this so it was pretty boring after one visit. Amongst other things I would expect at a 5star hotel missing - tiny amounts of water left in the room every day which meant we had to go down to the bar at night and order some for bed (ridiculous). Finally, at the spa (which children could also use) there was a swinging glass door which accelerated as it shut - I broke my finger in 3 places on this door and had to spend a day in hospital. My massage which I had before the incident was knocked off the bill as an apology, and quite frankly whilst I could have sued them my main concern was ensuring the door was fixed so no child could hurt themselves on it in the future - I have chased several times over the last few months to check if this has been fixed but noone has responded to me. And despite writing all of this in a formal email complaint after my visit no member of staff has done anything to try to compensate us for any of the inconveniences (and genuine illness/injuries) suffered there. Hugely disappointed in the Meliá group and this hotel.

My partner and I stayed 2 nights in Red Level Meliá in early November 2023. The staff are very friendly with great service and the spa is great. This was our first experience with Meliá as relatively seasoned travellers in luxury hotels. It’s the first time I leave a negative review for a stay. My main complaint is the room. We had a deluxe ocean view room for approximately 800 euros per night. This is a price level where you expect excellent quality. However, the room did not have a partial ocean view as advertised and on the second night the bed smelled like cigarettes. Neither me or my partner smoke. We mentioned the sea view to staff, where they offered a beverage as compensation. I politely declined. Conclusion: Meliá offered us a room in a price category they cannot achieve to meet. Either it is a ripoff or poor quality. Either way my trust in the brand has been eroded and I sadly won’t return.

We stayed at the red level garden view for three nights in early December. £320 per night b&b. The room and red level pool area were both lovely and warranted the five star aspect of the hotel. All the staff we encountered were also very friendly. A few small issues which for a five Star hotel should be addressed. We arrived at 11am after travelling from London at 4am. Understandably time is needed to get the room ready (3pm) however showers/changing facilities were not provided for the four hour wait by the pool in winter clothes (we stripped off but not relaxed etc. The lunch food at the main Melia hotel was 3 star at best as were all the drinks (coffee from a capsule, concentrate orange juice, lunch option by the pool of fries or burgers only) and cocktails which were again not five star hotel quality. Upgrade to the tvs also needed. Small things but makes a huge difference between four and five stars especially for a couples retreat.

The resort was fantastic and I can't wait to go again. In context, four mums having a kidfree break for a few nights. The resort is high-end and feels luxurious. The pools are great, there's an adult only, a kids only, a quiet pool, and finally a huge infinity salt water pool, the biggest I've ever seen. The gardens and landscaping are really well done and make you feel you're in the tropics. The Red Level breakfast area makes you feel like you've stepped onto a film set; there was a beautiful flower arch and a violin playing in the background by the entrance. The main breakfast menu was made to order, and there was an accompanying buffet with pastries, fruit, plus a multitude of other things to sample. We tried the buffet in the main hotel another morning, the food was tasty and plentiful, lots of variety, but unfortunately, we had been spoilt by the red level breakfast experience and its exceptional ambience. We had dinner at the buffet in the main build one night. Everything I had was tasty and good quality. Overall , this has been my favourite short break ever! the cherry on the top was the staff. Every single employee we met in the Red Level was genuinely kind and so helpful. They really enhanced the whole experience. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

This is a wonderful hotel with fabulous staff. The attention to detail is excellent. We felt relaxed and pampered. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The pool is warm. The umbrellas light enough to be moved around. The food is also excellent. The delightful breakfast restaurant for the Salome overlooks the sea. The buffet had a huge array of delicious food and several of the dishes are cooked in front of you- ensuring that they are fresh and hot. Its location is also excellent - there are a few steps leading to a promenade full of restaurants and shops. And from the front of the hotel, it is only a few hundred yards to a shopping mall with a large array of different shops.

We have had a glorious week at Grand Salome. Everything was perfect….. the hotel rooms are luxurious and stylish. The pool area is immaculate and relaxing. However what makes this place special is the staff, they are all happy and smiling and nothing is too much trouble, they want your holiday to be perfect and it was. We are already planning our next visit. We would especially like to thank Vicky and Fiona for looking after us at breakfast and in the pool bar. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is simply perfect. Some of the best things are as follows:- 1. The views of the sea are beautiful and it is very relaxing 2. The staff members and butlers are so kind and professional. They go above and beyond for you and do it with a smile 3. The pool area is lovely, clean and with certain packages drinks are all inclusive 4. The breakfast is wonderful and can be eaten on terrace with a view of the sea. I have a gluten allergy and they accomodated so well. 5. The food in general is lovely! 6.The room is fully stocked everyday with alcohol and snacks (depending on what package you get) 7. The butler service is very good and they respond quickly at any time, butler service is 24/7 8.adults only making it even more relaxed 9. You can access ibero anthelia at any time , for the activities and gym etc but tbh it is so lovely in the salome area you won't want to. 10. The restaurants are lovely too, staff are attentive and kind 11. It is great for a solo traveller as the hotel accomodates well. I felt safe as a female travelling alone. 12. Its a short walk away from del duque beach, 10 min taxi drive away from Siam mall (a big outdoor shopping centre) short walk away from designer shops also. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxed holiday with a wonderful view, this is your place. I am definitely going again. It is pricey granted but it is worth it :) Hope you book this hotel as it is worth it :) Thank you for a beautiful trip. I will be returning❤️

Design of the hotel is amazing and fancy. But what a shame is that we found a few cockroach in the room, although they agreed for a room swap the next day. I feel like a compensation could have been done, as my wife is totally freak out after seeing 3cockroach in the room in one single night. Overall staff is nice, but I find one thing quite weird that is the staff knock on the door before check out to check the mini bar, possiblly to see whether we consume any food and drinks. I really dont understand this, considered we paid almost €1000+ for room rate and have given our credit card for deposit. Honestly I dont think it is necessary to disturb the guest when they are still here to check the mini bar. This to me seems like not having trust in the guest, and when the staff came in and check the mini bar, I feel like it was at a point similar to interrogating criminals. Suggest if the hotel is so scare that guests consume alcohol and not paying for it, perhaps can consider remove the expensive alcohol drinks mini bar in room. But overall nice experience and dinning in hotel is delicious too. But more small details could take this hotel to a better stand point.

Great relaxed atmosphere. Cool concept with the river. Quietness and the birds chirping in the background. I think thats what one should expect from an adults only hotel :) The cleanliness, however, could be better, hand towel had a yellow stain and the outside bedspreads and cushions were dirty. It can be attributed to the overall Spanish lifestlyle and attitude to life, I guess. :) Breakfast is a 3,5 stars. Nothing really special and lack of choice. However, we stayed only 1 night, so was not so critical.

Amazing rooms and hotel. Dropped one star as the food is a bit hit and miss (either good or average) - but there is a restaurant down the road that serves higher quality food (for a price) Staff are wonderful - the hotel itself is fantastic (and kid free - yay!) - the water villas where your “private” plunge pool that joins into the main “river” is truly beautiful. I have to say that the designer of the hotel is award winning - spectacular decor. Certainly will come again.

This hotel is beautiful and you're cared for - from check in all the way through. Only criticism is the food and drinks are expensive in the hotel (food especially at the outdoor bar). The rooms are huge and comfortable with a fridge, safe, twa/coffee facilities.. Balconies comfy with nice furniture. Definitely recommend

Love it, been with my husband several times. Relaxing hotel, beautiful grounds, and clean. Enjoyed spa pool and saunas. Good breakfast, evening only tried oriental restaurant, which is good. Room towards Teide is our favourite. Good walking distance from the town or choice of hotels own mini bus.

My trip happened to be quite spontaneous and there was a great offer available to stay in Hotel Botanico, so I decided to go for it and treat myself. This was my first ever 5 star hotel stay and it absolutely blew me away. The level of luxury, detail and thought that goes into all the different services and commodities available were just out of this world. As someone who is not used to being pampered to this level on every turn I was unable to imagine half the things readily available beforehand. Three different incredible restaurants, shopping boutique, a barber, massive spa complex with services, and a long list of other minor things that I found astonishing to have within a hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the dining experience provided. Breakfast was abundant, fresh and delicious. Fresh pots of coffee would be provided directly to the table and there was a separate omelette and egg chef catering to your specific needs. As for the dinner. All the restaurants were great on their own right. But what stood out for me the most was "La Parilla", offering the Spanish cuisine with the selected items and wines also being sourced locally. Special mention goes to Raul, who had incredible knowledge of wines and cheese served and gave me some excellent recommendations. Among them was the rack of lamb as special for that night. To my almost humble 40 years of life, this was by far the best piece of lamb and possibly any meat dish that I have ever eaten. Words fail to describe it. About a month later I am still astonished by that experience when I think back about it. And as mentioned the cheese selection coupled with incredible local wine as "dessert" was also out of this world. Spa section gets a short mention as well, as I spent there roughly half a day. The grounds for spa were in separate massive garden with gym, pools and jacuzzies. There was a wide selection of care services available (which I didn't try) and also comprehensive list of different saunas at the back. Japanese sauna was quite interesting experience from what I am used to. Another special mention needs to go to Patricia who was working at reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming and made the whole stay very memorable. If I were to ever visit Tenerife again one day, I would go out of my way to be able to stay in Botanico. This was my first 5 star hotel stay which is the same amount of stars I am giving in this review. If there were 6 stars to give then I would, because if there were also 6 star rating for hotels, I think Botanico would easily belong there.
