Our stay was simply fantastic, exceeding all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were remarkable. We would especially like to mention the exceptional service and assistance provided by Nelly, Ismael, and Helena, who truly made our experience unforgettable.
The rooms are pure luxury, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with every detail meticulously considered. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the bathroom felt like a personal spa, and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy true comfort.
The hotel’s restaurants deserve special recognition. Every meal was a delight, with dishes that were both creative and delicious, showcasing top-quality ingredients.
This hotel completely won us over. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary experience!

Our third stay, twice at adults and once in the family hotel. Overall, a lovely stay stand-out waiter Juan on upstairs pool. Main issue is sunbeds and seeing customers almost fight over them. The upstairs pool the team are very aloof and a bit controlling but they don’t explain the sunbed situation, so people lay out the towels go for breakfast return to someone else lying on their beds. It creates tension and makes people anxious. Downstairs, where we ended up daily, as upstairs just too cool for school with alpha pool ‘regulators’, was a lot better but still at 9.30am people rush to gain their sunbed, so trivial yet everyone was talking about it. Rooms nice, clean /tidy, food in buffet/breakfast nice. A nice 4/5 star experience but need to sort out ‘towel gate’!
Ps. Sangria (apple) was superb and team behind the bar were great.

I attended a mindfulness class with Olga which was so good, very relaxing with lovely music and her soft voice was easy to listen to with clear guidance. Would definitely attend this again, it was a lovely experience
All the staff have been v friendly and helpful. Round by the pools we have been very well looked after

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. We enjoyed our daily walk around the coast to Adeje.
Another highlight was our yoga session with Olga. A gentle practice which was a lovely way to start the day. We were very well looked after by the staff and had a very relaxing, comfortable holiday. Thank you!

Recently had a fantastic ten day break here. This amazing hotel was friend recommended and we were not disappointed. "Guys.. dodge Dubai this October, YOU'LL' LOVE THIS!" So we did. Great suites with large balconies. 3 great pools and a selection of top end restaurants , although we ate down the beachside in the local village most nights. The buffet champagne breakfasts were fantastic. Totally recommend this venue.
