Sabanna
We stayed here for our 8-day honeymoon from March 14th to March 21st.
Rooms & Cleanliness
Our room was incredibly clean and was serviced multiple times a day. Housekeeping came by at least twice daily to tidy up and restock the minibar. We stayed in a junior suite, which was very spacious and had a nice balcony.
Location
The location is perfect if you love the beach, it’s right next to it. Supermarkets and pharmacies are within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel that makes getting to the city easy.
Service & Staff
The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. Throughout our stay, we were always welcomed with a smile and great service. Since we were celebrating our honeymoon, the hotel added some lovely touches, like flowers on the bed, wine, snacks, and chocolates. We really appreciated these thoughtful gestures!
Noise & Comfort
The soundproofing of the room was good. We occasionally heard people in the hallway or some maintenance work during the day, but we didn’t experience any noise from the neighboring rooms. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well.
Facilities
The gym has a stunning view, which makes working out even more enjoyable. The equipment is good, though if you prefer heavy lifting, the weights might feel a bit limited. I also had two massages at the spa, and both were carefully and professionally done by friendly staff.
Food & Drinks
Breakfast was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options. There’s also a selection of freshly prepared hot dishes, like eggs benedict. One small downside was that some of the food, both at breakfast and dinner, wasn’t always served hot, but the quality was still excellent. The hotel operates on a half-board basis, meaning drinks are not included. This can add up quickly, especially with the upselling from staff. While many guests may appreciate the recommendations, at times it felt a bit excessive.
WiFi
The WiFi was almost perfect, 98% of the time, we had a strong and stable connection. There were a few brief moments when it dropped, but these were quickly resolved.
Atmosphere & Guests
The hotel feels very safe and peaceful, which we really enjoyed. However, we did notice that most guests were 60+ years old. That said, since we love peace and quiet, it turned out to be a great fit for us.
All in all, we had a fantastic honeymoon here. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay with excellent service and a perfect beachside location, we’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Best hotel experience of all time! The hotel is absolutely stunning. It's right by the beach which is great, and the staff is next level. We spent a few days here for our honeymoon and could not have had a better experience. 1000000% would recommend. It's tranquil, gorgeous, fun, and just plain lovely.

A very nice hotel with always friendly and helpful staff. A true 5 star experience.
Most of the guests are a bit on the older side, us being a younger couple and my wife not being white (like all other guests were), we definitely got some strange looks from the other guests at times. But there were no issues and we appreciated the peace and quiet that an older audience provides.
The staff is always ready to help with a smile, they even insist on carrying your drink to your seat instead of handing it to you at the bar.
Theres live music at a bar area every evening, and it even feels like they went the extra step in the performances of the artists, Usually incorporating a joke into the acts. Id say the acts were above average compared to our other hotel entertainment experiences.
The buffet is very good aswell. With a rotating choice of foods on offer at the buffet. Theres an additional option to order a freshly cooked dish aswell.
The pool area is very beautiful and well maintained. It looks out over the beach, great views are guaranteed.
Overall a very good hotel. Great service, beautiful location.

The staff are lovely, food is great facilities are good. Can't fault the hotel its self...
It's the utterly miserable clientele that ruin this hotel. It's not a hotel for anyone under 60, or for anyone who.... likes fun, or happiness.
You can be glared and head shaken at for laughing, or even having a toned down conversation around the pool.
You can go all day without seeing a smile there, most people don't talk at all. It was like being back at school in the meanest teacher's lesson. Really unnerving.
In summary. If you're not a sour old toff, I would probably go somewhere else

This hotel is truly a paradise on earth. Over the years, we’ve stayed in several highly-rated hotels in Tenerife, but none can compare to this exceptional gem. From the elegant colonial-style rooms to the absolute tranquility and breathtaking views of the turquoise-blue ocean and the finest beach in southern Tenerife, every aspect is perfection. The restaurant’s cuisine is nothing short of exquisite, and the hospitality is unmatched. Tiziana and Alejandra, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay as delightful as possible – their warmth, care, and attention to detail were truly extraordinary. Words cannot fully capture how exceptional this place is. We’re completely hooked!
