We had the best holiday here! First time staying in Adeje, and the hotel was amazing from start to finish! Very clean and well run.
The rooms are so spacious and clean, we somehow got an upgrade by accident so we got the sea view but it was so lovely! The beds are so comfortable aswell.
All of the staff are all so friendly and helpful, it makes a big difference.
The entertainment was fun, we tried the steak restaurant and the sports bar restaurant in the hotel and had really nice food in both.
Thanks for a great holiday, we really enjoyed!

Just back from a 5 night stay. TL;DR Excellent for an all-inclusive, stay on site, laze in the sun holiday. Get the App and you will see what is and isn't included in the All-Inclusive package (app is very good generally). There is an adults only pool which is well away from the pools for kids, so this doesn't interfere with your enjoyment at all. Room (Gold) was outstanding. Service mostly excellent; just at The Constant Grind we found it consistently slow. The buffet was what you'd expect, good choices, refreshed regularly, occasionally a small queue to get seated, staff excellent. Sports bar really good with outstanding service. Eden pool (over 18's only) service really very good even when busy (we based here everyday). Gym is very well equipped though could do with better air-con. Mexican restaurant very good and you could mix and match out of the all inclusive offering (including drinks). Hidden Gem is the Beach Cafe at the Lagoon pool - only found it on the last day. Really excellent food (from the all inclusive offering) and they do carry-out as well. Recommend the beauty place just up the road from the hotel for beauty treatments (see photos). Minus points (so not 5* review) - Sauna has to be paid for. Can't cast to TV, but there are BBC channels. Most disappointing aspect was the steak restaurant - really expensive and definitely not worth the money.

Love the Hard Rock chain, have stayed in a few in different locations. The Hard Rock in Tenerife was our go to hotel because the kids club 'Teens Spirit' was really good but our son didn't use it this time so the hotel became a bit ordinary. It's the first time we booked B&B only because the evening buffet becomes a bit samey and it was cheaper to eat out every night (inc taxis) than pay for half board so we have it a try. We visited some really nice authentic restaurants, some within walking distance, and that made the holiday more enjoyable and interesting. The service around the pool was better than it had been in the past but the busier it got the more guests were waving at and approaching waiters to give orders. The evening entertainment was good overall with some banging bands but there were some 1980s caberet singers who weren't great. The cocktails were hit and miss with levels of alcohol (some too much, some not enough!) but overall nice.
It was busier at the end of our week but there were still plenty of sun beds so no need to beat others to the pool in the mornings to get a bed.
Their spa is nice although the services are quite expensive, the pools are great (adults only area too) and the bar at the top is a nice addition.
Rooms very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and polite always and the overall Hard Rock vibe was there, but it's the little things that we're used to that were missing. Coffee sachets and a kettle instead of a pod machine in the room, no daily free water in the room, the morning buffet was a bit hit and miss with items and drinks needing refilling a lot, coffee machines kept breaking/needing attention. All these could have been sorted with more staff and I'm being picky.
You are restricted in options unless you get a taxi due to it's location but there's a supermarket directly opposite to reduce to poolside bill every day.
Overall, we've been 3 times and will try a nicer hotel next time we go to Tenerife because we might have been sucked into the brand, it's no Hard Rock Universal/Maldives but it's a good hotel for Tenerife.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing holiday. Staff were helpful and provided an amazing service which really maintained their 5 star brand. The cocktails were very nice and not your usual all inclusive boring cocktails and the food was also very nice, especially the breakfast. A special thank you to Anita from the animation team for the great entertainment, she was so kind and run some really good volleyball games, ping pong tournaments and Zumba! Amazing hotel would definitely return.

Great hotel all round! Staff were really great and hotel had everything we needed! Everywhere was also always very clean, morning and night, you would see staff clearing, sweeping etc. Kids games room and football pitch etc was especially great and especially quiet when we went late September. There was a bit of a wait to get a drink but that was to be expected I think. In particular Valentina in the buffet restaurant was lovely and so welcoming and great with our 3yo, and in the sports bar Maillel, Mario, Edwardo, Junior, and Valiente were excellent. Really quick service in the sports bar and lovely warm welcome from staff. Thank you!
