Absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing staff.
Puerto Paraiso is about a 15 minute taxi, or 30-45 minute bus from Adeje, with not much to see and do other than a few bars and restaurants.
Food at the hotel is good, but the all inclusive options are limited, including time limited at some restaurants (1-3pm is cash only at a few!).
Service is genuinely excellent, but table service only. This is great if you want to relax and not move, but when busy, expect a wait for drinks while you manage to get someone's attention.
Rooms are very nice and room service is great. If your room is missed because you were in, you can use the app to let them know you have left. "Side sea view" rooms have a stunning view of the coast, don't expect to be leaning out to catch a view of the water (see photo).
A truly lovely hotel, perfect for relaxing. If you want a holiday with plenty of local attractions, or nice walks out of the door, it may not be for you.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles especially from Jon. Exceptional service from every member of the staff. It’s clear that the team here takes great pride in making guests feel welcome, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.
The hotel itself is immaculate. Every area, from the rooms to the restaurants, the pools, and even the common areas, is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. You can really tell that cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and filled with luxurious touches that made our stay extra special. The facilities are top-notch, with multiple pools, fantastic dining options, and, of course, the signature Hard Rock vibe that sets this place apart.
Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy live music, or indulge in delicious food, this hotel has it all. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable.
We can’t recommend Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife enough – it’s the perfect place for a fun, relaxing, and high-quality holiday. We’ll definitely be back

We have visited the Sky Lounge twice during our stay at Adeje, the 16th is now our favourite place. Not only are the views absolutely beautiful but the staff are so friendly. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from an Hard Rock, and as visitors, not residents of the hotel, we were made to feel very welcome and at home here. What a beautiful place.
Today we have shopped in the Rock Shop for some souvenirs for ourselves and to take home for others. Again as soon as we walked in to she shop we were made to feel very welcome by the very lovely and helpful Cristina, who took the time to go through all the merchandise and help us look for sizes of clothing, checking all our glasses were high quality and packed safely. We enjoyed spending time chatting about our love of music and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Currently mid way through our weeks holiday and cannot praise the hotel and all of its fabulous staff enough! Came to celebrate my partner's birthday and Christina in the Rock Shop offered a special birthday treat making it really special!
All of the lovely restaurant and pool staff have been superb (extra shout out to Wes who kept us stocked up on pool days) serving us promptly and with great care. And the housekeeping team are utterly fantastic! So far every aspect of this holiday has been an absolute treat. Look forward to the rest of our stay and will absolutely be coming back.

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic pools. Great facilities. Fantastic staff all round..especially Isabel in the Rock Shop who was fun friendly and so so helpful when serving us. Daily housekeeping staff were fantastic too...
Great all round experience, yes outside Playa but plenty of bars and restaurants around the area.
Playa only a bus or taxi ride away anyway.
Luxurious. Loved our stay there which was for my birthday and i certainly got treated very well with cake in the room and other surprises... Certainly recommend!
