Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, comfort, and attention to detail made our holiday unforgettable.
I would like to give a special thank you to Luis at the reception. His warm welcome, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out. Luis made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable, and his friendly attitude set the perfect tone for our entire stay. He is a real asset to the hotel and contributed greatly to our positive experience.
Thank you, Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, for an amazing stay — we can’t wait to return!

Really good trip for our family holiday. Lots of activities to do at the pool, which made for a lot of fun and plenty of laughs. Ezekiel Anita was fantastic, whether it be aqua aerobics or my personal favourite water basket. Always had a smile on his face and always quick with a joke. Great guy, which helped make an already brilliant stay even better.
Splash pool is where we spent most of our time, which is great for kids. My daughter did the kids clubs a couple of times, mainly to do DJing or play football, but they can pick and choose when to go and what to do.
Location is great, 20 minutes away from Siam Park and the hotel is brilliant. Food and drinks are pricey, as you’d expect for a chain like Hard Rock. We didn’t go all inclusive as it would have added about another £3,000 to our vacation, which we felt wouldn’t be worthwhile. Lots and lots of lovely eateries and restaurants just out the door and up the hill.

Really torn about this review. This was our first time staying in Tenerife.
The resort set up is great and the staff are very welcoming. Parking is available. The Hard Rock vibe is executed well. Rock Royalty although pricey does give extra privacy and some perks which are worth it. Good views.
The rooms are comfortable and reasonably well appointed.
Unfortunately the food offering is a disappointment, quality not on a par with mainstream equivalent 5* hotels. Charging for tap water is petty, and avoid the 3-in-1 Italian/ Mexican/ Asian combo à la carte offering which is a flavourless rip off.
Having an actual Hard Rock Cafe available as one of the à la carte options would be a genuine improvement and is a missed opportunity.
Would I stay in another hard rock hotel - yes
Would I return to this one in a hurry - no, for the price paid there are better options.

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was once again very good on this visit, but with some previously unknown organizational weaknesses. The Rock Royalty reception on the 13th floor was unfortunately closed, so all inquiries had to be handled via the lobby in the other tower, which was somewhat inconvenient. Contact via WhatsApp worked, but was unfortunately only available until 6 p.m. at times. This used to be better organized. We especially owe Dave, who was always there to help and fulfilled all requests, even when other employees had previously been unable to do so. He deserves a very special thank you, as he has on every visit.
During the live acts at the UTC Bar, long lines formed at the bars, as drinks mostly had to be fetched by guests themselves. This was also new to us. The staff tried their best, but there were significantly fewer employees on duty than before. The team at the pool was also understaffed. The employees were friendly and helpful, but could not compensate for the staffing shortage. We had to wait in the usually long line for our drinks at the bar. Service was surprisingly limited for a hotel of this category.
In the Rock Royalty breakfast room, the service from Yasmina, Andrea, and Anabel was excellent. Yasmina prepared all the egg dishes, especially the eggs Benedict, as usual, and decorated them very attractively. She deserves great praise.
At the buffet restaurant reception, Anna was professional and friendly. Almudena was always particularly friendly, attentive, and helpful.
The relocation of the Asian fusion restaurant Narumi up one floor and the merger with Suena Chido and Capolavoro has effectively ended Narumi's independence. The restaurant's former, special atmosphere has been completely lost: no longer a particularly beautiful terrace, no open kitchen with some spectacular food and sushi preparations. Danijel's departure also represents a noticeable loss in service. Overall, the management made a very poor decision by relocating the Narumi, and we hope this mistake can be reversed. Overall, the hotel remains recommendable, and we hope that management will once again create the conditions to offer better service.

The hard rock hotel is definitely worth a stay. The hotel is spotless across the board, from the rooms to the restaurants and pool areas. There are lots of food options, but it’s best to book them ahead of time to guarantee a spot. The staff are fantastic - we had a great experience checking in with Ingrid and great service at Montauk Steakhouse groom Valentina in particular. Overall would definitely recommend!
