We went here for our family summer holidays and had the best time ever. This hotel is just amazing and we didn't want to leave. Spotlessly clean, amazing food and the best staff in the world that make you feel like you're a rock star. Rooms are cleaned to perfection everyday and well stocked up with fresh towels, toiletries, tea, coffees and so much more. Outstanding view from our room which we had the suite with its own private pool and beach on our balcony and cannot recommend this enough for a touch of privacy and chill time for the family. The BB bar is fantastic too with amazing views also with the best staff in Tenerife that make you feel so welcome to serve you great food and great drinks which is also the same with the downstairs breakfast restaurant amazing staff and food with sooooo much selection of top class foods. At reception you have the most wonderful, welcoming, super friendly staff that are so helpful with any of your needs. Also a big shout out to Camilla ❤️ who is just the loveliest, most pleasant person in the whole world with the biggest brightest smile😁, a real joy to talk to every morning and made us all feel extremely special and is an asset to the hotel... I could go on and on about all the great things about the hotel, but you got to book it and get the full amazing customer experience for yourself. Hotel baobab is meant to be 5 Star we give it 6 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
We look forward to coming to see everyone again, from the Jackson's @ TE 011.

Stayed at the Baobab Suites for a week's holiday to Tenerife in one of their Divinity Lago rooms (1 bed suite with a hot tub). Firstly, the view from our balcony was absolutely 5 star, well worth the money we paid for the hotel. It was amazing seeing the mountain range one side, and having a sea view the other side and especially nice looking at this view at night in the hot tub!
We loved the breakfast boxes - would highly recommend getting those and eating them in your suite as it is all locally sourced products from around the island, super fresh, and amazing it is all included in the price. We did also visit the breakfast buffet a couple of days and that was good too. I wish there were a few vegetarian alternatives for the sausages/bacon but to be honest there was still plenty to eat and we didn't go hungry.
For dinner options we went to the BB Lounge on our arrival day and ordered room service from them as well during the stay. I would say the food is okay, and we weren't too blown away by it. Staff were very friendly and accommodated when we wanted to make a meat dish vegetarian though which was nice. The room service cost of an additional 20 Euros for them to walk it round to the room is a bit steep in my opinion though.
We had a hire car for the duration of our stay and they kindly reserved a spot in the underground car park for us. If you don't have a hire car, reception will call taxi's up for you whenever you need and they arrive promptly within a couple of minutes which is nice. For certain areas as well you can get a voucher for those taxi journey's to be free too although it seems quite a limited area as we couldn't get into central Adeje for free by cab.
Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them to be, and there were nice little touches like local chocolates left on our arrival day and departure day and a local bottle of wine.
We did have a few small issues whilst there though which has stopped this being a 5 star review. Firstly there is cleaning every day and fresh towels which is nice, however the floors can still sometimes look a bit dirty and the indoor sofa and all the furniture on the balcony did look a bit grubby and could do with replacing or deep cleaning. The hot tub was fantastic but the first day we got there we pulled back the cover to find the cushions were grubby but more importantly that there was a yellow bacteria line all around the tub. We raised this with reception and someone did come out and clean this for us and then did visit every day. On our final day there the hot tub did start to smell a bit damp which could explain how the cushions on it were grimy and that build up occurred, so I don't think the water is changed in there for the duration of your stay.
Secondly, we had a couple of issues with the door lock for our suite. The first time this happened my partner had to run downstairs 3 times to reception as they didn't seem to want to send someone and eventually they did send a maintenance man up with us to take a look at the lock.
Lastly, we booked massages at the hotel and we received on the day notice that they needed to move one of them due to a member of staff having broken her foot the day before and her colleague being completely booked out the rest of the day so they couldn't accommodate both. Completely understandable and we did manage to cancel these free of charge because we had plans the rest of the week so we couldn't quite fit them in. But I feel perhaps more staff in the wellness centre might have helped this situation and it was a shame we didn't get to experience them.
Overall it was a special stay with a gorgeous view and we certainly miss it now we're back in rainy England. It is in a nicer part of Tenerife with great restaurants in La Caleta within a 5 minute drive, and close enough to be able to get to central Adeje without being in it so you get that separation. Would recommend.

What a stunning place with the most friendly helpful staff, from the moment we arrive honestly the staff couldn't do enough for you, I love the facility to be able to whatsapp to order room service and taxis etc brilliant service! We stayed as a group of 5 in a 2 bedroomed suite with a private pool and wow what a great space to be able to socialise. The rooms are of a good size with loads and loads of storage space even with 5 of us there. Great to have water and coffee in the room to be able to enjoy too. Breakfast was included, there are 3 options, in room breakfast box, buffet or a la carte, we chose the buffet for all of our 4 days as there was just so much choice. The lunch menu is also great and we had room serive most days so we could stay round our pool. You are a bit of a walk away from the restaurants and bars but taxis are really good and only about €5 down into town so really accessible. Would highly reccomend for groups of friends wanting a bit of luxury and great service.

Would just like to say thank you to all the team at Baobab for a wonderful holiday! You never let us down! Beautiful place but the thing that makes the holiday special for us is all the staff from housekeeping (which was particularly fantastic this time, thank u Ivon, u were amazing!) to restaurant/bar staff to reception (shout out to corina who was very pleasant and efficient) Excellent response from reception when we first arrived and couldn't find the beach towels and the sun beds seemed to be quite stained, not dirty, but they didn't look great, within 5mins of a text a young man was up in our room with 2 padded covers! Amazing! We felt we needed to tell you about the sun beds because we didn't want you to think we had caused the damage! You are all very professional and efficient and should be very proud of yourselves! Thank you again! Can't wait for our next visit in September!

Fantastic views. Helpful, friendly staff. Big balconies, we had a huge hot tub as well as 2 loungers & table & chairs on ours. Lovely large, clean apartment. The only issues were some noisy building work going on at their gym across the road and a bottle skip, which was emptied at 0230 in the morning. Both of which could be heard in the bedroom. The fantastic view is down to the hotel location..... it is up a hill. However, we loved it and would go back.
