We had an amazing experience here, I was hesitant after some past reviews but all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk offered us late night room service options and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. All of the amenities were very clean, but there is a lot of maintenance being done throughout the resort (mostly at the Jardins). My fiance enjoyed daily tennis lessons with Sergio and we loved the water circuit at Sandara spa. There is a well stocked convenience store on the property and breakfast had abundant food and drink options. There are many winding steps down to Abama beach and the lift was out of service. Parking around the resort was tricky at times, id recommend a compact vehicle.

The first lady from the reception very kind and helpful, also at the breakfast very nice staff, the apartment big and spacious, the single very unpleasant fact it was the smell of mold in the garderobe and the big bathroom.
This ruined the entire vacation. When I reported it several times to the reception, I was told that this was not the case. It was very disturbing to have my word questioned and doubted. As I suffer from allergies and bronchial asthma, this also had a negative effect on my health. Unfortunately, it left a very bitter aftertaste and cast a shadow over the whole holiday. I recommend that in the future these issues be taken more seriously.😐

We traveled to Las Terazzas in September and we had absolutely wonderful time. Apart from the beautiful location, spacious and clean apartments and amazing views, the staff and people who work there made our experience exceptional - everyone was very professional and attentive, yet very approachable and friendly in a genuine way. I would like to thank Vanessa (and Rahul) from Reception for looking after us and making the birthday trip very special. Also, massive thank you to Joana, Nati and Natalia from the breakfast restaurant who welcomed us with a smile every morning as well as Alexis from the bar, who makes the best sangrias we have ever tasted. Chris from he bar prepared delicious barraquitos! These are just a few people but everyone we encountered (including maintenance and housekeeping) took the same friendly, outgoing approach and went the extra mile, even though not asked. The food was very good overall and the little shop on the premises was an added convenience. All in all, one of the best overall experience we have had at the hotel. Thank you all for making it so special!

Beautiful location, fabulous apartment & all the staff were very helpful, especially the manager Silvia who gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations in the local town. We really enjoyed our stay, golf course was a challenge but fun & we are looking forward to coming back.

I had an exquisite stay recently at both Las Terrazas and Los Jardines de Abama. (I ended up extending my stay to try the suites at Los Jardines!)
I have stayed before, so knew that the suites, the food, the facilities and the service would be outstanding. This trip the service was even better, true five star hospitality facilitated by Cindi in Las Terrazas. Lovely personal touches, including personally bringing me to show me around Los Jardines; Cindi was a delight to deal with, incredibly warm, friendly and so helpful! This meant a great deal to me as I normally travel with my family, but on this occasion was solo.
Mila in Los Jardines was similiarly fantastic to deal with, a seamless transfer to the new suite and an opportunity to try the spa facilities (the hydrotherapy pool with its extensive views across the resort and to the sea is to die for!).
Overall, I couldn't recommend the resort more; suitable for young families, couples, friends and solos too. Exceptionally clean, luxury suites and facilities await.
