We traveled to Las Terazzas in September and we had absolutely wonderful time. Apart from the beautiful location, spacious and clean apartments and amazing views, the staff and people who work there made our experience exceptional - everyone was very professional and attentive, yet very approachable and friendly in a genuine way. I would like to thank Vanessa (and Rahul) from Reception for looking after us and making the birthday trip very special. Also, massive thank you to Joana, Nati and Natalia from the breakfast restaurant who welcomed us with a smile every morning as well as Alexis from the bar, who makes the best sangrias we have ever tasted. Chris from he bar prepared delicious barraquitos! These are just a few people but everyone we encountered (including maintenance and housekeeping) took the same friendly, outgoing approach and went the extra mile, even though not asked. The food was very good overall and the little shop on the premises was an added convenience. All in all, one of the best overall experience we have had at the hotel. Thank you all for making it so special!

Fabulous apt. with great garden. Problem with a door, repeated requests to get it fixed were unsuccessful, but not a deal breaker. Breakfast fantastic, staff delightful and couldn't do enough for you. Golf course also great. Dinner final night at Melvin's underwhelming but very expensive and disappointing. Pool areas not crowded and reasonable amount of shade. Overall, for family holiday (all adults, no children) 1st class but note resort prices!

The three bedroom suite worked very well for us as the ‘social area’ was ample to convene in the evenings.
Well received and looked after by Rahul!
Although the suites were ‘full’, you never feel it. Quiet and chilled.
Maria arranged and made our return to the airport seamless.
By the way - the best Margaritas by Fabio at the Sunway pool bar! Service with a smile

We were here and it was Perfect. The Rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and well maintained. We had 3 Bedrooms with each bedroom having its own Bathroom which was great. The garden was big and we had our very own Whirlpool. The Breakfast was very good. It was a very big Buffet and a little Menu which was a great addition to the Buffet. And besides the rooms was everything clean and also well maintained. However the restaurants in the Resort are good but very very expensive. You have a free shuttle that drives you everywhere in the Resort.

We stayed for over a week with our 10-month-old son and had a wonderful experience overall.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and our apartment was spacious and fully equipped, including a kitchen, laundry room, and stunning views of the golf course and ocean. We also had a lovely terrace with sunbeds, a table, and sofas – it was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
There’s also a nice little shop on the resort where we were able to pick up some bits and pieces during our stay, which was really convenient.
The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff at the Atlántico restaurant, especially Montse, Alicia, Nati and Jose, who made us feel truly welcome. They were fantastic with our son—Montse even gifted him a toy from her own child, which was incredibly touching. The Melvin restaurant staff were also great, and the food on our half-board plan was excellent. They even made a no-salt creamy soup just for our baby, which he loved.
The main downside was the pool area. There are three pools: one was closed without prior notice, the second was in poor condition and unsafe—my husband injured his foot there—and while the third pool had amazing views, the service was lacking, with no assistance available for umbrellas or sunbeds.
The second downside we encountered was the presence of ants in the apartment, which was a bit inconvenient and something we hope can be resolved for future guests.
Communication with the hotel before arrival was difficult, especially via email. On arrival, there was also no support to help with our suitcases when coming by taxi, which was disappointing. On a positive note, once we arrived, the reception team was very responsive via WhatsApp, making communication quick and convenient during our stay.
Despite that, we had a fantastic stay and would still highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.
