Hotel gorgeous, immaculate condition, food good, entertainment excellent, variety of pools excellent castle is outstanding. It’s a blow you away hotel. Room is stunning and
Massive. I’m made up with how gorgeous the room is.
However, air con could be colder. In the whole hotel and in room. The room was so warm last night but we are hoping a day of having it switched on it will be cold tonight. Buffet restaurant is also mega warm and needs air con. Ruins the eating experience for us as we hate being this warm.
Service excellent staff great, only issue is we waited 50 minutes to check into the desk don’t know why it took so long (there was only about 4 guests ahead of us) but after a long day of travel with a baby it was really frustrating. My baby was going mental as it was past her bedtime and I just needed to get her to the room. We requested a baby cot before arrival but it didn’t arrive to the room until 10.30pm (hours after we arrived) which also caused issues but it was eventually sorted.
If they can sort these issues it would be a perfect 5*+++++ hotel for us..

We had a wonderful experience here. 5 days weaves spent there with kids age 2-7 and they thoroughly enjoyed their time, lots of activities, uncountable pools, food was lovely, plenty of choice. Whoever complained about food - come on, there's like a 1000 choices each time to eat! Everything is fresh, every staff member is attentive and lovely. Rooms were huge and comfy. It was my birthday while we were there and they left a little unexpected surprise also. Very nice experience. Would love to come back.

Lovely hotel. Quiet location but hotel has lots to do. Rooms are beautifully laid out. Very spacious and while big resort, very easy to get around. ALL staff are amazingly helpful and facilities are really good. Dream Factory is a great addition. Buffet food was nice....not always very hot and sometimes laid out strange (for example ice cream machine and sweets beside the fish starters, kinda weird!)
Mo Salah, Megan and Nicky were just 2 of the wonderful staff members and each staff member is very pleasant and always very very very helpful. We will return for sure

This holiday has been one of the best family holidays we've been on. The hotel provides lots of entertainment for everyone to be involved. The hotel is very clean & well replenished. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The location is probably a bit too far out if you want to go venture to places but with there being lots of things to do within the hotel this doesn't matter too much!
I would recommended this hotel to everybody, both my girls have loved it!
The castle is the highlight of the hotel!

What an amazing stay we had!
We were a big group of 5 adults and 2 kids and we had a fabulous stay. Great hotel, extremely clean rooms, cool design, loads of choices of food, bars, chill zones, swimming pools. Entertainment was awesome too, definitely recommend shows that happen in a theatre. Also friendly and helpful staff. It is extremely friendly to babies and kids. It even has multiple baby stations where you can sterilise bottles and change babies. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend! Special thanks to Lucas who served us at the bar on his very first day at work, he went above and beyond for us.
