I've been here 5 times, can't fault the hotel at all. It's very relaxing ( except in the kids area) but what do you expect. Sports bar is great place to be, people mixed well if that's what you want to do. All bar staff are great.
Stand out for me, Paddy in the family bar, Angel in both bars. Reception do all they can to help you. I had a minor problem on my 3rd last day, i spoke with a female manager. After a polite conversation we sorted it out. I will definitely be back again 😀😀😀😀😀

Massive. I’m made up with how gorgeous the room is.
However, air con could be colder. In the whole hotel and in room. The room was so warm last night but we are hoping a day of having it switched on it will be cold tonight. Buffet restaurant is also mega warm and needs air con. Ruins the eating experience for us as we hate being this warm.
Service excellent staff great, only issue is we waited 50 minutes to check into the desk don’t know why it took so long (there was only about 4 guests ahead of us) but after a long day of travel with a baby it was really frustrating. My baby was going mental as it was past her bedtime and I just needed to get her to the room. We requested a baby cot before arrival but it didn’t arrive to the room until 10.30pm (hours after we arrived) which also caused issues but it was eventually sorted.
If they can sort these issues it would be a perfect 5*+++++ hotel for us..

In general, the atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff tried to be very polite.
All calls to the reception from the room with a question or request were answered and fulfilled immediately.
The food was good, varied and interesting. The room was very large, comfortable and with a wonderful view of the sea. (This is if someone wants to pay more for the view, then I recommend it).
The hotel is just a giant, a lot of pools and water slides, of course, occupy children all day.
There were several minuses.
Only 4 receptionists work for such a large hotel. Constant queues and no greeting at the checkin.
The food in the restaurant runs out very quickly, you need to be right after opening, otherwise you will have to eat what is left. The water in the pools is scalding cold. Although I asked in advance if the pools are heated, I was assured that they are, but this temperature is clearly not enough for comfortable swimming.
Some problems with towels, the bath towel is the same size as the hand towel. The swimming towels are very worn out and you can see why, the staff plugs all the holes where something has burst or leaked with them. Of course, they wash them later, but it is still unpleasant to watch people walk on them. I did not like the entertainment for children and adults. Only 30 minutes of Minidisco for children before dinner. And everything else is paid. Which is very strange for a hotel of this quality.
The eternal problem in Tenerife is to get tea or coffee for lunch or dinner, they send you to the bar which is two levels higher. it seems they have some kind of taboo on this regardless of the quality of the hotel. Overall, I would give a solid four to this place.

Unfortunately, not a 5-star resort, the floor in the room was not clean on arrival. There was a sewage smell when the shower was initially turned on. The moisturising cream was empty on arrival, and despite 2 cleans, it was not replaced. They pushed two beds together, but the beds could not be locked, so they moved throughout our stay. The dining experience was an adventure due to poor layout and no issues with the staff who were extremely hard working and helpful. The adults only infinity pool area was really nice, and a similar small adults only dining area would have been nice. Limiting attendance to entertainment/ theatre and also stopping other entertainment at 22:30 seemed a bit of a buzz kill. Overall, it was a very nice resort and really lovely staff. Just needs to be tweaked a little to get it up to 5 star standards.

Had a great week, perfect for families with young children. Entertainment had great variety and to a very high standard, our 3 year old absolutely loved it.
Hotel was clean, rooms very spacious and modern (we stayed in a family room). Food options were great 3 a la carte option in a week and great variety on the buffet. All in all a great week. We would definitely book again in the coming years.
