We had a great time with 2 boys - 7/12yrs old. We came at the end of February and stayed for 6 days. Temps were 19-23 c. Great sun for my wife. The wind was strong sometimes but didn't bother. The place is big and in good condition. The location was good for our point of view, away from the main touristic part of the island. We had a car and went everywhere with it. The service was very good all over. We didn't use the kids' clubs too much, but it seems there were a lot of activities.
The dining room was packed, and still, service was very good, and so was the food quality and diversity.
We had a very nice room with sea view. There was plenty of room for us and the kids.
The evening show was super.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are amazing, and the facilities are superb. The buffet restaurant had loads of choice, but my tip is to get there early as it gets really busy and the queues can be long. Also, head straight for the toaster – those machines are slow, and you don't want cold eggs! We tried all three of the hotel's restaurants. The staff were brilliant, and the restaurants themselves looked great, but the food in all of them was just average, unfortunately. Our room was really modern, and the cleaning staff were lovely and welcoming. The only downside was the reception staff. A few times I left feeling like they just wanted to get rid of me. They weren't rude, but they weren't as friendly and helpful as everyone else in the hotel. They always seemed rushed, even though they have porters helping with the queues. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily go back.

My experience was AMAZING.
The location of the hotel is prime with close proximity to the airport and the beach.
Spacious rooms and great room service.
They have a wide spread of buffet and it is all inclusive, the food is delicious. Even the restaurants cuisine are very tasty.
The theatre shows are breathtaking. Loads of activities for the kids, massive pool and multiple splash pools. Scenic view from the infinity pool..

Perfect hotel for a holiday with kids. The pools and facilities kept the kids entertained all day even when it rained. We enjoyed the food in the buffet, lots of options for adults and kids. Lots of sugar for the kids though so had to choose carefully. The rooms are spotless and really big, plenty of room for us with two adults and two kids. It was fully cleaned to a sparkling standard daily, really couldn’t fault the maid service.
Overall a really fantastic hotel

We have been to this hotel twice now. Once a couple of years ago and again at Christmas just gone. I have to say the quality of the food at the hotel has drastically gone down hill. The buffet selection is that of a basic 4 star hotel, nowhere near 5 star quality at all! Breakfast is the highlight and even then I feel there should be fresher offerings. The Japanese restaurant is brilliant and we enjoyed the food there. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, cleaned every day. There are plenty of pools to choose from and loungers to pick. The snack bar is okay when you order from the counter but the salad bar is the best thing about it. The waiting staff and bar staff are exceptional (especially Angel in the Sports Bar!), and they were brilliant with our 3yo daughter. Overall we had a fantastic time, but this should NOT be a 5 star hotel and the price does not reflect the quality.
