Fantastic hotel, the rooms and customer service was outstanding! The free shuttle bus to town made the holiday even better. The food was fantastic. The people doing activities were great. I only have 4 stars, as was a bad umbrella shortage around the pools to go with the beds. Not enough umbrellas or just broken ones. There were not any pool staff to ask for an umbrella and when we did find someone, they said there were no more. It's not great especially when on holiday with a baby to have no shade. Despite this the holiday was great and have booked to come again this year. Hopefully you'll of fixed the umbrella shortage by the next season 🤞🏽.

A holiday in this hotel does exactly what it says and we find it's good value for money. Very relaxing place to be, peaceful. Grounds are well kept and such hardworking, pleasant staff everywhere. Weather was great for an end of November getaway. We find their Prestige package works for us as we like nice wines and used their spa most days. Food is typical of AI hotels but we only ate out once as there was always something to suit us. This was our third trip and we are sad to leave after 10 very relaxing days.

Had a lovely 4 night stay here, 22-24 degrees. The hotel is great it's quite big with a spa, and a couple of pools, the rooms are huge we had a sea view. The food was delicious and plenty of wine and other drinks on tap. The hotel is located by the port in 5 mins walking distance, it's a nice little place to walk round. There was some entertainment on the evenings then we moved up to the piano bar to finish the evening off with a night cap. The staff where very friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back next year.

Hotel was quiet and most things didn’t work. Cash Machine was broken so couldn’t get euros to play pool. However the pool table wasn’t working, the air hockey, wasn’t working, fuss-ball wasn’t working. Shop was always shut. Basically quite a few things weren’t working. So trying to keep a 14 year old entertained was hard. Pools were freezing unless you pay to go into the spa. So pools were always empty. Even our first night we got there about 10pm and we were having a couple of drinks in the bar. The barman tried to tell us it shut at 11pm but served us when I said it wasn’t even 10:55pm. The bar is supposed to shut at 12. He just didn’t want to make a cocktail. The wait to get to the bars was too long. Wasn’t just us. A woman at the bar behind me on her first night asked if they did cocktails and the barman slammed a QR code down on the bar and told her to look at that. She explained she didn’t have her phone and the barman was quite rude. She had just spent 15 minutes waiting to be served. I ended up showing her the drinks list on my phone. Thought most of the staff were rude. I don’t expect the world but expect for the staff to try and make an effort. Asking for water for your room shouldn’t be a hassle because the cleaner hadn’t put any in the room as they are supposed to. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. Got the sense they don’t like tourists and it was the same at the harbour in certain places.

Two Wheels Better

We've been to this hotel a number of times and love the building, rooms and relaxed feeling we get there. The service in the Piano bar is generally good with a great view towards the setting sun. However, the dining experience is quite different. Lunch at the outside canteen (can't call it a restaurant) is manic, untidy and lacks any sense that you are at a 4☆ hotel. There is a distinct lack of staff clearing setting and clearing tables. The lack of staff is even worse in the newly refurbished main restaurant. You won't be greeted and shown to a table. Arriving half an hour after it opens for dinner, you will struggle to find a clean, set table. The few staff are often set on slow mode and attracting their attention to get a drink is difficult. Arrive an hour before they close and they are clearing tables and preparing for breakfast. Please employ more staff and concentrate on serving your customers.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were fantastic and very helpful, always smiling. The food was plentiful and always fresh. The rooms were good, the only thing is they could do with a bit of an update but it absolutely did not bother me. If you want somewhere easy, friendly and low key, this is it. Lovely pool, right by the ocean. The girls doing the entertainment were amazing, so much fun.

The Hotel is old and Tired. It is a good 30 minute walk to the town but the views are spectacular. The staff are friendly enough. Food is terrible but what do you expect for a budget hotel. All these you can take in your stride but not offering a shower facility for guests with after check out flights is unforgivable , it's been a long time since I've had to change in a bathroom and not have a shower before boarding an evening flight .shocking 🙃

I stayed here for one week with my girlfriend and we absolutely had the best holiday . The all inclusive food was so good . So fresh and so much choice everyday. The barstaff were so good . The girls who did the entertainment were fantastic and so friendly and fun ,we got involved in all the daytime activities everyday at the pool because of them. We met some characters here which was an added bonus . Good location and a regular bus service . Nice restaurants nearby if you wanted to eat out . The private beach was lovely . We went for a dip every morning . The on site spa was an added bonus ,we paid extra for massages and it was well worth it .

We went with our two teenage kids 15,17 years old. The family room was not really suitable for us .The rooms and facilities are a bit dated. The whole place could do with a revamp. Rain water ce through the restaurant roof , gutter system just bodghed together. You weren't allowed to take any food or drinks to your rooms. The food was ok, but need to crisp the bacon up as was almost raw. Could do with a fridge or tea making facilities in the room. The entertainment was awful but made you laugh at how bad it was. Didn't go in the pool as it was very cold. The sea was warmer but not easy to get into because of all the rocks. I would probably stay further up the cost at Flamingo Bay if I went again.

Just spent a week at the resort. Very mixed feelings about the experience, having read the reviews before we arrived we were very sceptical. Some of the points we read were 100% accurate and can’t disagree with. Good location to be fair and the weather was glorious and the view from the pool area is stunning, sea is hard to swim in as currents around the rocky shore is strong and isn’t an easy walk to the sea. Swimming pool was freezing most days one of the days it was bearable to get in but it was the warmest day. Pool bar always quick to get drinks and waiters come and clear the empty glasses fairly quickly. Food was not good, very limited choice and very repetitive, seem to cater for the French and German guests over the English. Lunch was probably the best choice of food and quality. Breakfast isn’t English either and not even similar so went to bills 10 minute walk up the road ( breakfast there was insane ) and only €5 for a full English. Most of the staff were pleasant but there were a few that were rude and abrupt. They talk to you if you are French Spanish or German not very friendly to the English. The evening entertainment ( well if you can call it that ) is not worth wasting your evening going too, always late to start, no organization at all very very amateur at best, it was error after error on every night we went. Again if your French Spanish or German they engage with you other wise no, and when they do quizzes they tell you the answers in either French or Spanish. Very very heavily French and German and Spanish populated and found these people very rude and arrogant and just found them staring at the English all the time, the French stood out to me as being intolerable and no consideration for anyone else, its put me off even wanting to visit France. Rooms are clean and beds comfy and we had a nice terrace area on the ground floor which is a bit dated but we found the room fine. Only saw 1 cockroach on our terrace the whole time saw more little geckos than anything else, oh yeah and the local hedgehogs! It’s a cheap and cheerful hotel really don’t expect luxury. For us it was the people really who spoilt it in a way and also the food and staff. Location and weather were the really positive points and meeting some friendly English people too. Oh and a special mention to Katarina who does the car hire she was really nice and gave us a good deal on our mini convertible for 2 days. Also don’t get taxis from the hotel as they are perverts and make you feel very uncomfortable. 2/5 for hotel experience 5/5 for making our holiday fun in our own way.

Amazing room, which we got upgraded to for free on arrival. Food was great, lots of choices throughout the day. Few different pools, one that was slightly heated, more than enough sun loungers around the pools. Really good location, 10 mins from the strip and beach. Only fault would be our shower tray would overflow after 10 minutes, not worth negating a star tho. Highly recommend

Just got back from my vacation here (beginning of December). Great location as there is local amenities around & the beach is a 7 minute walk down the road. Staff were friendly & polite. There’s a big variety of cuisines to choose from with lots of food options each day. Will say cutlery needs to be more cleaner as I had to continuously look for clean cups & plates. Cleaning staff could have done better with the cleanliness of the room as insects were found often on floors in which I removed myself.Bed sheets and towels wasn’t changed often which would have been nice however bins and tables were cleaned daily. Rooms are spacious & was provided with extra pillows and blankets which was lovely. The rooms were like bungalows which provided tables & chairs to sit outside which is great especially if you just want some alone/ rest time which is highly appreciated. Great choices for entertainment & activities for kids & adults. The outdoor pool area and bar was great - does get busy midday so reserve your chairs from early! I would recommend this hotel more for families instead of solo travels like myself! Overall I am satisfied.

Room was well located. Clean and well serviced. Fridge was handy. Pool area and grounds are very well maintained. Good entertainments ( day and night). Plenty of good selection of food. Lovely flamingo beach only 10 min. Walk away. With nice walks along the coast/ harbour. ( we went in january,needed a coat at night )... there were gas patio heaters outside, but I didn't see them on.

All inclusive resort. Nice, not posh. Rooms spacious, well appointed. Could be cleaner. Food buffet plenty of options,some very good, most okay, some Clearly bulk institutional fare. Specialty dining terrible, don’t bother. Entertainment: enthusiastic and talented performers but low budget acts. Pools Not heated, activities may require extra fee or limited availability. Seems like the staff try very hard to do the best they can with a limited budget to make experience positive. A short walk to beach and shops but not near trendier parts of island.

Had a fabulous week and haven't a lot to complain about. Workers were friendly and food was lovely. One pool close to restaurant is heated. Kids splash park was brilliant. Very relax single storey rooms. Would definitely go back Our only complain was the upgraded superior room hadn't got a door on the twin bedroom which tui stares twin " room". We expected a door. The sofa bed needed throwing away-it had seen its last legs.massive bump half way across it with worn out mattress. Luckily only 3 of us so I slept on the single bed also in lounge which was hard but I managed it wasn't made up no sheets or duvet and I did go to reception to ask but no one came. So I slept on a big beach towel and found some blankets! Next day I took some sheets myself off a trolley by the rooms maid been in already and still no sheets. No extractor fan bathroom.

A Mixed Bag at the Mirador hotel for ourselves for a wee one 1st holiday abroad. The Mirador offers a comfortable stay, especially for families with young children. Our modern ground-floor room was perfect, overlooking the pool and equipped with a bath and a large travel cot. While the evening entertainment for adults was enjoyable, the children's entertainment started too late and was rather underwhelming. The hotel's dining experience was inconsistent. Breakfast was excellent, but lunch and dinner were disappointing. The themed nights, like the Spanish night, were okay but lacked flavor and variety. We found ourselves eating out frequently. The staff, however, were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay near the beachfront.

Great value for money with some lovely surprises. My wife and I are in our 50s we went with Jet2 half board, 1 Week, Beginning of February, junior Suit, ground floor, £1400. beds were comfy, room very spacious with great views when standing up. patio was a sun trap and had seats and loungers. pool was just warm enough for us. area is great to explore on foot, miles of sea front promenade. no complaints about the food, lots of variety and very tasty. Safe free and easy to use, cold water free, pool towels free, Wi-Fi free everywhere, staff very pleasant. We had access to the privilege lounge with free food and drink, this was a very nice surprise

This is are second time here and it has been amazing! The location is brilliant, there is a lovely walk down to the nearest town with shops and restaurants and the harbour. The food isn’t amazing but what do you expect at a buffet all inclusive, it is definitely better than some of the other hotel food I have had. Everywhere is really clean.

We stayed here 30/1/25. To 6/2/25. What a beautiful hotel and beautiful position. A short walk to the marina ,about 10 mins. Using the sea front promenade and about 25 mins to the main Playa Blanca sea front and port. Our room ,junior suite sea view.was well equipped and a lovely outdoor patio area Inc sunbeds. Table and chairs with fantastic views. The most comfortable beds ever. Our room also gave us access to a privilege lounge which we used every day for some snacks and drinks,we were half board so this filled the lunch time gap nicely. All the staff were most polite professional and helpful.one area that could be improved would be the food selection for supper but to be honest there was always something you could choose ,we never went hungry. We used the spa ,which was good ,we didn't use the gym but it looked well stocked.good selection of sunbeds around the pool ,the temp was a bit chilly but we had no problems once the shoulders were in.(considering it was jan/feb) Should we ever return to lanzarote we would most definitely choose this hotel. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

We visited this time last year and had a fantastic week. At the time of booking we asked for ground floor in a quiet area because we have a young kiddo and they gave us the perfect room! The staff were so polite & helpful throughout, especially the restaurant staff. My lo & I have quite a few food allergies (gluten, dairy, egg & soya) and we were so well looked after! Their lovely head chef went out of her way to take me around and show me all of the options which were very clearly labelled. I could speak to the team and they would take an order for the following meal for gluten free bread, pasta, cake etc. We were also offered a packed lunch if we wanted to go out somewhere for the day. The only issue we had was that the dairy free butter contained soya. The hotel was kept clean and there are water filter points throughout the hotel so that we didn't have to buy bottles. The lovely beach and the town were both a short walk away. There is a shop up the road who are able to order in specific free from milks if contacted ahead of time. For Halloween the hotel staff organised face painting, games and pumpkin carving for all the guests to participate in. It was a lot of fun for kids and adults! Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa as well! Thank you to the wonderful team!

Having seen some of the reviews here, I was slightly apprehensive of our stay at HL Paradise Island. I needn't have been, we had a brilliant time. The hotel is nice. It needs a little bit of upkeep but it's still very pleasant. We stayed with three kids (7, 5 and 2) and they had the time of their little lives - the pools are great (yes, it's February, the water is cold!) but there is so much to do! There is a good variety of food at the all inclusive and the quality of the food is much better than I expected. The Asian cuisine is a particular highlight! The staff are great and the kids loved the mini disco each evening. Overall, a great stay and great value for money. We will be back! 😄

There was a large selection of water slides and a great children’s play area. There was also very good entertainment for children in the evenings🌇. Staff were very helpful especially the receptionists and the bar staff, Madeline and Jasmina. Cleaners came every day and the whole area was kept spotless. Our apartment was very pleasant. My family and I had an upstairs apartment with two single beds and one couch bed. The water pressure on the shower was excellent. We also had a spacious balcony with a great view of the water slides 🛝😊. There were a few onsite photographers who took amazing family photographs 📸 New Year’s Eve was an incredible night. Each person was given a party bag with party hats, streamers etc. The fireworks were fantastic and the experience overall was one to be remembered 🎉.

Rooms are looking a bit scruffy in places but the hotel is not generally treated well by guests. Staff work hard and are mostly polite and friendly. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Entertainment is very noisy and quite late. Many guests smoke in public areas, leave food and rubbish all over the place and use the bathroom towels for sunbeds, leaving towels out on sunbeds when not in use. We emailed the manager via reception email address twice but never received a reply. Food was good mostly and varied and water park was good. We are not planning to return to this hotel.

The hotel was quite good, the room was spacious. The food was quite good, varied and rich, of all kinds. Drinks too. I would like to express my special thanks for the kindness of the staff from the reception to the kitchen, as well as their great effort and hard work. Special praise to Silvily and Yurena at the reception. The girls showed a high level of professionalism.

Stayed here for a week all-inclusive. The hotel room was good but needed updating. There was a kettle and some cups but no tea or coffee. Nothing major. The food was a big letdown. They served more or less the same thing every day. The only difference was the cooked meats. Chicken pork and beef. Desserts were the same day in and day out. The only time you could get a hot drink with your food was breakfast. For all other meals, it was cold drinks only. The only other place to get food if the restaurant was closed was at the bar. If you weren't quick, you didn't have a chance. It was a sandwich or nothing. Plus was the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Great place for children, plenty of activities. Miguel was fantastic with our two boys. No complimentary upgrade at reception, Naomi (reception manager) delivered a great service. I would stay again with my family. Few things can be improved but positive overall 👍

This is more a resort than a hotel, with rooms in 2 storey blocks in the grounds. In addition to multiple pools, bars, and restaurants, there are lots of activities both day and night. A key card activated gate gives access to the promenade and rocky beach, from where you can stroll into Playa Blanca (35 minutes), which has a sandy beach. The site is beautifully clean. Some rooms are a little dated but were being worked on. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, making for a very enjoyable stay.

A fantastic stay. Location was great, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Lots of activities and the rooms were excellent. Staff are hard working and welcoming. A lovely chance to gain some winter sun away from the UK.

Animation team (specifically Mini Club) were fantastic. My son (7 years) really enjoyed dipping in and out of the different activities. Also a good range of adults activities. Yoga (including sunset sessions) with Martha were particularly enjoyable. On site dive school (Dawn Dives Academy) also a bonus, my husband enjoyed a variety of dive sites, with professional instructors particularly Rinus. Beautiful gardens plus a great variety of pools. Only negatives were the lack of specifically vegan options in the restaurants and the frustratingly slow WiFi.

We had a lovely break over new year. The hotel is really spacious and the facilities are great. The animation team, especially Belen were fantastic. Really positive and fun without being in your face. She had a great manner and the games and activities were very inclusive.

It was our second time in this beautiful hotel. Absolutely amazing entertainment, very clean ( our towels were changed every day). The food was good too and fresh, also the alcoholic drinks was properly made. Spa was included for people with all inclusive option. Perfect for cloudy days , after long day out. Our favourite bartender, which always welcome us with big smile made our day, he definitely should get a pay rise ! Definitely will recommend this hotel for everyone, either families or couples.

We stayed here for the first time at the end of November. We had a lovely holiday, whilst I can understand some of the complaints about the hotel needing updating, most of the hotel is in good condition. We also had an issue with the sink leaking into the draw, but the hotel staff were excellent and that was sorted out quickly. The food was good and so was the evening entertainment. But as said the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for our stay and we will be back 😊

Spent 10 days there from the beginning of January 2025. The food service and the location was perfect. Some really nice walking to be done and some really nice beaches to be found. The only negative point would be the entertainment started quite late. Even if you ate late, you’d still have to hang around while before it started. It felt like once you were getting into it, it was good night folks. Hope you had a good evening. I would go back there

Lovely Hotel with lots of places to sit and chill out. Room was spotless with a fantastic view . First time fully inclusive and the food was pretty good with huge measures of spirits and wine / beer on tap . Most people there were over 60 so quite quiet and relaxed. The walk to the marina is 35 minutes and town a further 30 minutes from there although there is a free bus twice a day. A taxi back from. Town 5 euros . We loved it and will be going back next year

The hotel is good,but I go there in winter and the pools are cold (obviously) but I think they should add a hot pool and a kids pool. For the rooms I had a door of the closet that didn’t really open correctly, the bathroom in my opinion is a little weird. The food is absolutely delicious! A lot of choice but in my opinion the breakfast shouldn’t open at 8am but at 7am. They also could add a working space but generally I love this hotel!!!

This is a delightful place to stay with tasteful architecture and with very comfortable, well-equipped suites. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They certainly go the extra mile to add enjoyment to the holiday. The hotel is not located near any local bars or restaurants, so it's a bit of a walk if you want to visit any other than the on-site facilities. The only negative point that I have with this hotel is that the buffet dinners and lunches in the restaurant were often cool.

Seriously a 5-star stay. Came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 17 friends and were greeted by the warmest, most friendliest staff and a glass of bubbles on arrival. Our rooms were kept spotless, and the staff continuously made sure my birthday was celebrated with little treats and shout-outs from the evening performers (who were also absolutely fab!). The staff bent over backwards to ensure we had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay - truly above and beyond. The drinks were strong, there were heaps of food options, and staff were always smiling and laughing. And if the staff weren’t special enough to give this a 5 star review, the guests were so kind and wanted to chat and wish me a happy birthday. A real credit to the wonderful atmosphere at this lovely resort. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Spacious, well kept suites, big fluffy white towels and clean white bedding. Suites cleaned daily to a high standard. Grounds kept impeccable, some lovely flowers and bushes. Some of the decking around pool area and pool bar area is loose and broken so does need attention. Also more parasols needed. Food is definitely not as good as we have had, fewer choices. Breakfast food is definitely the best for choice. The staff here are amazing, all work so hard and always happy and smiling.

Lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Close to a little supermarket. A short walk to the beach and to the town and restaraunts. The only downside for me was the choice of food, I stayed half board and was thankful that I had not payed for all inclusive although that is just my personal opinion. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is fabulous, with staff who just can't do enough for you. Pool area and bar is excellent, with some excellent laid back music acts on the pool stage throughout the day. The only problem is the food - nothing is hot enough and a lot of meat and fish is undercooked. Its not even possible to get a hot cup of coffee at breakfast. It's a shame because the food used to be so good here.

Excellent hotel. You have to go preferred club though to get this. Great breakfast buffet in the morning as well as a room of food available for preferred club members throughout the day. Only breakfast buffet where I have been offered more than 3 pieces of bacon! Room was very comfortable. Huge TV and fantastic shower. Only issue I had was the walls are a bit thin and could hear the TV from next door one night. Think it was an old couple who were a bit deaf. The spa and sauna was very good. Steam room is spacious and perfect temperature. Well worth getting unlimited access pass for. Great swimming pools and service by the pool. Didn't eat at the restaurants as there is plenty of places nearby within walking distance. Bus stop for excursions is very close too which is convenient. We stayed over Xmas and there was lots of entertainment put on for kids so good place to go if you have little ones.

Booked "all inclusive ", yet it doesn't mean you get everything! Don't be fooled by all the pools, gym, indoor pool, why? Because you have to pay extra! Of course, if you are " preferred ", which is in my opinion, a terrible upgrade. Does it mean the rest of the guest are not THAT preferred? As well, if you are a guest in the "preferred ", you might pay more but in reality, you don't receive alot more, maybe some extra crisps...... The staff is very good, apart from one lady at the reception ( maybe had an "off" day 😀). Food has been outstanding. I personally would not return but we all have a different outlook

Extremely disappointing. The hotel claims to be a 5 star but in reality the food is closer to a 2-3 star and the all inclusive had so many additional fees that you really only have access to a dated 3 star, despite paying more than the ultra modern actually all inclusive next door. To give you an idea, the breakfast buffet was closer to a university halls of residence canteen with tinned fruit, squash masquerading as fruit juice, sweaty ham & cheese. It was extremely difficult to find nutritious food amid the repetition. The pools were not heated enough for small children & the balinese beds featured in all of the promotional images are only available at an additional cost. I would however call out the Guest Experience team (Miranda & Aziz) who were incredibly helpful resolving an issue with the car hire company.

A beautiful hotel with professional, courteous and attentive staff. We received a very warm welcome from the start. The hotel is spotlessly clean and even smelled delightful. The gardens and pool areas were maintained to a very high standard. We would highly recommend the preferred option to take advantage of the better facilities and perks. The spa is a great addition and reasonably priced for the aqua circuit. Breakfast in the preferred area was exceptional with a huge choice from the usual cooked items, fresh fruits and continental options. Well worth the upgrade.

Happy with room, bar facilities, location, pools etc. Kids pools particularly good with attentive guard (even when parents around). Al la cart restaurants vary from OK to disappointing. One night a dry burger and bun with no relish at all was sent back as cold and the replacement was cold as well. The food in the buffet was consistently good so we ate there despite having access to ALC with our all-inclusive package. Would happily go back.

We have just returned home after 14 nights at the bungalows. We last stayed here about 8 years ago and were told that a refurbishment process was under way. This was not before time, as the kitchenette was falling apart, with doors falling off and tired equipment. These problems have not been fixed, and in our bungalow, number 61, the bathroom has to be added to the list of problems. The cast iron bath had rusted through along the side lip. On talking to staff, no refurbishment is planned! Such a pity, as the staff are all great and the bungalows kept clean. The restaurant is currently closed for refurbishment, it looks very nice. Meanwhile, the pool bar supplies snacks, which are well priced and tasty. The location is good too, for beach, restaurants, and local supermarkets. When we stayed 8 years ago, the wear and tear was offset by a low price, just £125 a week, this time it was closer to £500! Prices do increase, but even with inflation, this is huge. Will we return, not sure, but the location may attract us. Come on owners, we all know you wish to make profits, but your customers deserve better than this! A reply is requested from a senior level please.

Lovely place to stay , cross the road to flamingo beach and some good restaurants. Walk down to Playa Blanca for some other good restaurants, shops or catch the ferry to Corralejo for a day trip. Cleaned regularly by the friendly staff found it very relaxing

This place was an absolute Kip, stayed in an apartment with my partner , it’s ok if your just sleeping there not inside all day, no ac infested with ants, had to trow away clothes beacuse a ants would eat holes in them all left inside, rent a fan for 20 euro which doesn’t even work, the staff was extremely rude, didn’t even welcome us or ask did we have a nice stay or anything just took the keys and that was it, mainly a women and a man there both very rude and it’s Not the language barrier there just auwful, enjoyed my holiday overall but extremely disappointed in the hotel, cheap hotel handy for couples like myself but it’s not for the weak

I am at the hotel now since Friday myself and my autistic daughter. I know I should have put my request on while booking but I forgot. As soon as I came in the door I ask if I could be granted a room ground floor and not too far from the pool. First we had to wait for nearly 3hrs for the room and what I was offered was in my opinion the most isolated room with balcony facing the main road. The reception told me that they have nothing at the moment but if I come back in the morning they might have one as people will be checking out. So I did that and not the same person was there. The lady told me the same there is nothing atm but will let me know when something comes up. I am stuck in the room for now 3days. I can’t even go have a drink, listen to music coz have to be with her all the time. I am not saying that the hotel is not good. It is lovely but I think they should at least consider helping people who paid big money to come spend some lovely time here. Just not helpful enough. Very disappointing.

Myself, wife and two Kids (4&7) spent a week here in January. Very Good Hotel reasonably Priced. The Breakfast was good. 10-15 minutes walk to the Restaurants & Bars. The Pool was Cold and kids would not spend long in it! Staff were Excellent. Pika looked after Kids Club/ Entertainment and he was brilliant at his Job. Would Visit Again😎

This hotel is good for families with kids and teenagers. It is no good if you want to relax around the pool with a book, due to the constant loud thump thump thump of the music around the pool bar, all day long until 8.pm, and the constant screaming of kids. You can't get away from it even in your room. Apartments just ok for self catering, have to be tall to reach plates. Bare minimal of utensils. The settee is bed settee, only fit for the tip. Most uncomfortable. The disco pub is tatty. I wouldn't spend an evening there. Good heated indoor pool, but too deep for non swimmers, as are the other pools.

Very good establishment. You get what you paid for. Very nice hotel staff, from the front desk to the cleaners. Room was clean, had 4 different pools and the slides were a Ibrilliant touch! Kids really loved them aswell as some adults. Hotel is perfectly located next to the beach and the main strip. Sheets could have been changed more than once! A place to watch sports in the hotel would be nice - the second bar only opens at night time for entertainment - this could be opened earlier to accommodate this. Apart from this, you literally get what you paid for.

You've got to bear in mind - you get what you pay for! For the price this place was very clean (maids came 5 days a week), reception staff were an absolute delight - Andreas was a bloody hoot and always welcomed us with a smile and was happy to do anything for us. The complex itself, fabulous! Clean big pools (there is 2), a pool bar with happy hours which run from 12-1 and 6-7 which is buy one get one free on most items. They also played music once the bar opened and there was a small animation team which offered daily games such as bingo and darts for a chance to win a free cocktail. You have the option to access the breakfast buffet for approx 8 euro each if your self catering and there is food available to order from the bar for most the day which is cooked and brought up fresh from the kitchen. There is also a shop on site (right next to the pool) so for the folks who didn't want to spend their money at the pool bar,, they could drink cold cans round the pool area and the staff welcomed this. They did also cook fresh croissants and other pastries most morning which was a lovely treat. In our self catering room we had everything we needed, 2 hobs, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery etc,. Everything was clean and well maintained - we had aircon in the bedroom, the one thing that let it down was that the beds were so hard, very thin mattresses which was not the best to sleep on but given everything else we was happy to overlook this. Yes the suites are outdated but you need to remember its a 3* budget friendly complex which offers more than expected. Caybeach sun - to sum it up.. if you're looking for a place with a great atmosphere, clean big pools, good location and within budget then this is the place for you!

We stayed in the hotel for 11 nights with children and on the morning of check-out our flight was canceled. Around 9 a.m. I went to the reception desk asking for an extra night or an extension of the hotel day. The lady at the reception desk on February 15 with a younger girl literally laughed at me that there was no such option and it was full. The ladies didn't even look into the system and behaved in an uncivilized manner, especially since I had described the situation earlier. We were left without accommodation and had a flight the next day, a very unpleasant situation on the part of the hotel. They refer you to make a reservation via the website and there was no one there for at least 3 nights, no one even tried to help, they didn't even see the system and there were plenty of rooms available.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff are extremely professional and very helpful. This is a great family hotel. The only thing that can be improved on is the rooms. We went in December and was a brilliant time to go with the family, Was nice and quiet, no ques basically had the place to yourself. We were self catering but the food at the pool side bar was really cheap, offering chips burgers and pizza slices also alcohol. Only dislike there was little insects that came out at night time on our room floor which wasn't the best but weret harmful or anything. I would definitely go back

Me and my partner stayed here for our first holiday together and it was magical. The hotel was amazing for us we are very active there was football, tennis and plenty of other activities for us to do it is also in a great location close to anything you could want in walking distance there is something for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the cleaning ladies did a phenomenal job on our room every day which we are very grateful for. The entertainment team were great and we had a blast the night time shows were of very high quality with great joy and great humour too. We will definitely be staying or stopping by on our next trip to lanzarote thank you for a great experience!

The resort is a part of the Hilton group, and consists of self catering villas. The villas are mainly 2 bedroom and are spacious and have well equipped full kitchens. We have visited many times and always have a relaxed and comfortable stay. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance and housekeeping staff are efficient and always greet with a warm smile. Although the villas are self catering, the on site restaurant, Baily's is great with a large selection of meals at reasonable prices. For those who wish to cater for themselves, the kitchen has all you would need with a full size cooker, microwave, large fridge and freezer. The resort is located around a 15 minute walk from the harbour and main town, which suits us as we rarely feel the need to eat anywhere else, although that might not suit everyone. All in all, one of our favourite places to visit.

Our stay at Jardines del Sol, Lanzarote (February 9–18) was disappointing. While the resort itself is really well-maintained, several serious issues significantly impacted our experience. 1. Excessive Noise Our apartment was located near the restaurant, making it noisy in the evenings. After enduring four sleepless nights, we twice reported this issue to the reception and requested a room change. However, we were simply told that the resort was fully booked — without any attempt to offer an alternative solution or show consideration for our discomfort. 2. Housekeeping Issues Our apartment was scheduled for cleaning, but this was not properly done. We informed the reception twice, but no action was taken, and we never received a satisfactory response. In addition, we sent an email to the management, which remained completely unanswered. For a resort of this standard, such service is unacceptable. We expected at least a reasonable effort to resolve these issues or a form of compensation, but unfortunately, our concerns were completely ignored. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Jardines del Sol and hope that the management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.

What a great find this place is! The 2 bedroomed villas are really spacious and only a few metres to the pool and bar/restaurant. My family and I found it to be a perfect size, almost boutique as it's a small place with around 50 villas. The restaurant food was as good as anywhere else we ate and the staff were all very friendly. It's around a 15 minute stroll to the beach/promenade. About half that to the waterpark. There's a small shop within 100m and a taxi rank right outside the gate. There's off street parking and the whole place is gated. It's true as per the other reviews that the pools will soon be due some maintenance as some of the mosaic tiles have come off but that didn't dampen our experience - it didn't stop us or our kids from spending hours in them every day. The pricing was very fair for the time of year and we felt it represented great value for money. Overall we were very happy to find this place and wouldn't hesitate to book again or to recommend this place to others.

Had a nice time here in August. Nice being the key word. Its clean and tidy with all mod cons like a water filter. I would not return though as just lacks spark as to enable a return visit. We stayed 5 days and were glad to move on. Swimming pool was ok with missing tiles. Was a 20 min walk to the port and the immediate area was very quiet and not interesting.

We have been here for 7 nights and had a great time. The park is very neat and well maintained. we had an apartment with jacuzzi (recommended) which was very spacious with a kitchen with associated attributes. The beds are perfect. A beautiful and nice swimming pool, because of our visit in April we had all the space to ourselves. There is plenty to do on the island for people over 50, as we are. You can walk to the harbor which is a 15 minutes walk. There is the market and various places where you can eat.

Food fantastic. Children care and entertainment brilliant. Location is beautiful both day and night, ideal place to watch the sun go down. Unfortunately, our room did not have enough lighting, no ceiling or standing lamps to bedroom and lounge. No tall vanity mirror to see if you look OK. Bath with shower has lovely hot clean water. Small dry, not fluffy towels. Cleaner was very good. Hairdryer needs changing, a danger hazard. Now here's the downsides. Steps everywhere, and no security, it's open for others off the street to enter. Would I go again, only if security and lifts were put in.

Excellent hotel considering the price we paid. We went all inclusive and thought that the food was great. Lots of healthy choices and freshly cooked fish and meat. There was porridge available every day too. The dining area was canteen -like but that was to be expected with so many families staying there. We ate outside every meal which was lovely. The apartment was large for 2 people with a fantastic terrace and a sea view. Not ideal for those with poor mobility due to the resort being on a hill and therefore having lots of steps. But this is made clear when you book. The beach is amazing too.

Very close to the beach, lots of local shops, restaurants, swimming pool - all you need. The problems were - small car park and some ants in the room, so kinda woke up with "ants in pants". Bed was comfortable but very squeaky. Still overall good value.

Just returned from this hotel and we loved it, the location is amazing, we spent everyday around the pool or at the beach swimming in the sea. The food was good, there's something for everyone and they had some themed nights to add some variation but it is the usual all inclusive so don't go expecting anything wild. The room was great, we had a terrace which was lovely to sit out on and the room was clean and well maintained. There's plenty to do locally within walking distance including a water park and excursions are arranged from the hotel to go further a field. Drinks were ok, again the usual all inclusive options but quite a few cocktails to chose from compared to some resorts. Entertainment was good and loads on throughout the day and night. We will definitely be returning.

The bungalow / villa we stayed in was a bit dated but saying that was really clean and had everything u need such as oven , iron , dishwasher and even a washing machine. The pool area was good and the pool was nicely heated making swimming very pleasurable. Overall the complex had good facilities, was very clean ,well maintained and friendly helpful staff especially the lady at reception.We thought it was great value and the whole family agreed we would definitely come back here .

Overall enjoyed it. It’s close to town literally 15 min walk to one of the main beaches, 5 min walk from the nearest supermarket. The one reason I gave 4 stars is cause we had cockroaches but we turned it into a fun adventure of capturing them and releasing them outside. Heated pool is a bonus We did get a feeling this was popular with the older generations.

Really nice resort. Bungalows are spacious and comfortable with their own private garden/patio area. The bar serves good food in a friendly environment. Would have given more stars, but was woken up every morning between 7 - 7.30 by a woman dragging sunbeds around to accommodate her large family. Unfortunately some people seem to be oblivious to the fact there is accommodation next to the pool area. If we come back we would ask for accommodation away from pool.

Lovely hotel, but a little tired. Rooms are big, but the mattresses are solid, it was like sleeping on a table. Amenities and facilities are good. The location is fantastic close to two beaches within a 10 min walk with lots of shops and restaurants close. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Food, a few meals were very salty and luke warm with limited choice, with some not cooked properly (potatoes soft on the outside but hard in the middle). Now this could be because our visit was out of season. The resort is quaint but seems to be needing some love. There are broken tiles around, plaster on walls broken, sliding door glass on reception was cracked and areas that need some paint. The pools,.well these are beautiful, but be prepared to have your breath taken away, they are cold. The questions, would I go back? Yes despite the few issues mentioned, these generally didn't spoil my holiday and both myself and my wife enjoyed our stay.

This had been my first holiday abroad, and still, it's one of my best. The rooms and lobby area were all immaculate, bringing you all the comfort you could want. However, the pool wasn't the cleanest with black bits floating around, and while the food room was nice, it had ANTS crawling all over the bread and the floor, almost making you not want to eat there. Overall, this is a go-to place for the perfect family holiday with seafront shops not too far, I just wouldn't go all-inclusive as the food was a let down.

Really nice apartment style hotel. Super clean and tidy. Pool is cold, but just what you need in the heat. The one site gym, is very modern, and free to use as an all inclusive! Pool bar sometimes has a big queue but the staff are all friendly and happy to help. Only complaint would be the lack of 'proper' bacon and sausages at breakfast. The food otherwise is fantastic with a wide selection and not too repetitive at all. Would happily return.

Stayed here over Xmas 2024, overall a very nice hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the Xmas Day celebrations were lovely, the meal was superb, the staff all worked very hard to make it a special day and we both really enjoyed it. Bungalows are comfortable, peaceful and private, got very cold at night in them so ideally needs warmer bedding available. Cats everywhere around the bungalows which was great as I'm a big animal lover. Didn't try the gym but it looked superb. Only negative from my point of view was the very noisy restaurant and entertainments room, I suggest availability for seperate meal times for adults only and perhaps a separate indoor bar for adults only. The location may not suit all as it is set back and therefore a bit of a walk to the resort.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of food, not always the hottest though. Nice pool bar and snacks. The restaurant is definitely more of a noisy canteen with no atmosphere, some days it was almost deafening with the sound of crockery being collected. No atmosphere in small bar. Bungalow is sufficient, but bathroom was filthy with a very bad smell from drains. Football court gate broken, so had kids playing in there and screaming till gone midnight, ( avoid any of the rooms in the 800’s), did complain several times, nothing was done to fix gate. Trying to have a peaceful holiday, but we’re constantly bugged by one member of the animation team, to leave a review whilst we were there, and wanted to take picture of us doing it, saying that her boss demanded it. Would I return, definitely not. Would hate to see what it’s like there in high season.

We stayed at the Bocayna Village for a week during half term with two teenage children. We had a lovely stay and were sad to leave at the end of the 7 nights. The hotel is about a 20-25 min walk to the marina and there are a couple of lovely beaches between 25-40 mins walk. It’s quiet during the day and evenings which encouraged us to make friends with the other residents - all good. Meals were good. We’ve had better variety at other hotels but the quality is otherwise good. Evening meals are the highlight with very good choice of main and a selection of accompaniments (like pizza, chips and pasta) for fussy kids. Staff are all friendly and hard working. If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement it would be that the bar service was at times slow due to low staff levels. Also some music by the pool would probably be welcomed by others.

Loved this place. The accommodations was fantastic with everything you need. It's modern and the terrace is huge with lovely views. The service from all the staff was exceptional. The food is decent if a little samey after a while but the main square is a short walk for a change of scene. My only gripe is a personal one in that the pool is not very deep. Perfectly fine for a good swim and cool down but I love a deep pool. Can't wait to get back here again!

We Stayed for a week this January We loved the quiet location of the area and the peace and Tranquility of the hotel. On the whole the "Deluxe Superior" bungalow we opted for was clean and spacious. reasonably equipped but could do with more kitchen utensils. The only downside was the outdoor hot tub which was very old and dirty and useable ( very much in need of replacement ). However this said the hotel and Jet2 were extremely understanding and offered us compensation as we could not use it. We were bed and breakfast and found the offering really satisfactory both the buffet and fresh cooked omelettes etc were really good. Yes the hotel is in need of a little TLC but the warmth of the staff , location and views made this stay very enjoyable. I would re visit if going back to Lanzarote.

Booked 3 nights stay and requested a double bed before arrival. All was confirmed via email and during the check in by staff member. When arrived in the room we noticed that we had 2 separate beds. One of the receptionist helped us with the bag and we requested him while in the room if there was the chance to get a double bed as requested. He confirmed and said that someone would come and prepare the room for us. 30 min passed and no one came. We called the reception and were told that someone would prepared the bed for us. At our return around 7PM bed still not done. We requested the double room other 3 times via phone, 1 times via booking app, one via housekeeping staff and finally with the hotel survey. On our last night when we came back at the end of the day we notice that an adjustment was made to the bed. No one called us or communicated with us. Very disappointing as this is not a big request and all was confirmed before arrival. Not good service or care for guest. At check out was told that they would have investigate. Still waiting for an email or reply from the hotel. Big disappointment.

Fourth visit to this hotel... but possibly our last. Staff friendly and courteous. The establishment is very clean with lovely gardens. However, the standard of service in the restaurant was, on this occasion, I'm sorry to say, very poor. Not enough made-up tables, leaving 'us' to wander around looking for somewhere to sit. Once seated, it took an age, if at all, for a member of the clearly hard working but disorganised staff to take our drinks order; both at breakfast and evening meal. The food remained generally good for sure with the Catering Staff clearly taking great pride, but this year, I found the standard and choice not quite what it used to be... Our room was kept beautifully clean by the well organised and efficient Housekeeping Staff: well stocked too.

We asked for a sea view, a high room and quiet and we were given a suite which is/was beautiful. The room is exceedingly spacious and nicely appointed with a very large terrace with beautiful sea views. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is the usual self service buffet, but with plenty of choices for hot and cold food. We haven’t dined in yet as there are many good local restaurants (see my other reviews). The hotel is adult only which is excellent, don’t get me wrong I’ve had my kids and I no longer want to hear or watch over anyone else’s. There are ample beds by the two swimming pools and any towels left to “secure” beds are removed by staff. Evening entertainment for me was a little boring, very middle of the road piano or guitar artists but the merea bar a short walk away offers much more lively evening entertainment. An all together lovely place to stay over Christmas we will return.

What a wonderful week we have had. Lovely hotel, clean with all amenities. Some reviews say that the place is a bit dated, but I didn't notice anything that would put me off. Staff were very polite and efficient, and the reception team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. There was a wider range of ages than I was expecting - majority of guests are 50+ couples, but there were also younger couples and families with grown up children. We (daughter, 43 and mother, 79) felt very comfortable the whole time. A very nice touch was the special attention due to my birthday, which must have been picked up from my passport. Thank you Team Natura Palace - we enjoyed our stay so much, we have alreafy booked to return in October. Hasta luego!!

The staff are great, particularly our housekeeper (Joy) who was efficient, thorough and so warm and cheerful; the tireless and committed entertainment team and the catering staff, who provided a large variety of quality and delicious culinary dishes every night of our stay. We will definitely return!

Overall, a very disappointing experience at H10 Princess. We initially checked into a room which was far below our expectations, so had to pay €200 to upgrade to a junior room, which was much better and had clearly been modified and much more to an expectation of a 4 star hotel. The food was pretty awful, in fact the worst experience in any hotels we have stayed in, little choice with evening meal, breakfast was pretty awful as well, 2 out of 10 for food. The staff however were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s clear that the hotel is in need of a full renovation, which is happening in some rooms. Overall I would say this hotel is a 3 star at best and not what we expect of H10 standards.

We stayed at the H10 Hotel in Lanzarote for a week in February. We (my son 6 years' and me) I would highly recommend this hotel. Even though there werent many kids (not half term for Spanish kids) we enjoyed very much. highlights: Food, amazing buffet, where you could have steaks made for you on a daily basis For Breakfast you can have fresh juice and all kind of meals including the typical English breakfast Staff is very friendly and could always help. The entertainment Team was always finding things to do with us. We really liked them, specially Mario and his aquatic classes All inclusive, really good cocktails I would come again, but will try to come when it is a bit more hot so that we can swims in the pools. The water was too cold (February of course)

Ideally situated hotel close to beach, bars ,shops Room was very clean & bright ,cleaned daily with fresh towels 1st class. Pool area immaculate, undercover pool was ideal in winter. Plenty of choice at breakfast ,for us dinner could have done with bit more variety & on one night a waitress was very rude to my wife ,I can understand they are under pressure but no excuse. Overall we would come back to this hotel as far more positives than negatives.

Wonderful, welcoming hotel - with the best food selection I've ever seen. Great rooms with lovely staff (especially the room cleaning staff). But the highlight of the H10 Lanzarote Princess has to be the food! So far this week I've had - fresh tuna, smoked salmon, clams, langoustine, roast duck, sirloin steak, freshly cut Iberian ham, goat stew, pork ribs, octopus, freshly made pasta, the list goes on. Add this to a great salad, vegetable and potato and dessert selection. Breakfast has a similar fantastic range of options too. Easy to see why people recommend this hotel so much and keep returning.

Stayed here for a week in Feb currently on day 4, it's the cleanest hotel I have stayed in the rooms and the environment is spotless. There is always something on for the kids the entertainment team are fabulous always remember names and really get the family involved. The lay out of the hotel is perfect in the main area everything is in a circular shape so allows the kids to have freedom and safety and the parents to relax. The food is on all day and there is enough choice for everyone but not so much that the quality is supplemented. For the price we payed for the holiday I don't expect great things but it has really been a fantastic holiday. Having the access to the water park and easy access gate to the beach from the hotel made everything you needed right on your door step you can not go wrong with the location at all. Would recommend this hotel to any family wanting a break away!

I had a great first week of the year. I really liked the reception and service at the hotel, the shows, the activities, the people take care of the clients very well. The hotel is very simple but the energy in the space is good. It was my first experience there. I think they could improve the food and if they need to charge more to do so, then they should do so. The sea is very close and there are beautiful places to visit, the sunsets are very close.

Great experience I recently stayed at Relaxia Lanzasur Club and it was a really good experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. The room was okay not the most luxurious, but clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. What truly stood out was the exceptional service and friendly staff. In particular, the young blonde receptionist, Alina, who checked us in, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. Another standout was Marie from the animation team, who did an amazing job keeping guests entertained.

Lovely few days in the Premium Suites. Rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. We spent all of our time in the adult areas and had a quiet relaxing time. Special mention to the staff at the pool bar, especially Chuss, who kept us entertained and played the best music. Food was good at the pool bar too. Evening meals in the adult only restaurant followed by drinks in the chill out bar. Some of the entertainment was a bit cheesy but it was a giggle. Highly recommend for a relaxing break - wish we were here for a few more days.

We had a great stay at Iberostar. Without exception, all employees are extremely friendly and courteous. We booked Star Prestige and got one of the best rooms in the hotel, with the best view of the sea and our own jacuzzi. Really fantastic. The daily meals were always freshly prepared and delicious, leaving nothing to be desired. The many bars and opportunities to get drinks throughout the day are also just great. There are 3 areas in the hotel, one exclusively for parents with children, another only for adults and a third a mix of both. Very family friendly, always in a good mood with lots of entertainment programs for the little ones. We have decided and will definitely come more often. The best hotel in Lanzarote, in every way.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Credit to each and every staff member who are all fantastic in making people's holidays a wonderful experience. Everything about this hotel is brilliant the food buffet morning and evening is just incredible. Cannot fault anything about this place at all. Recently returned from a weeks family holiday. We have two little ones who had a great time. The family friendly hotel is set up and thought out really well especially around the pool areas. We will be returning again for sure and I would not have any hesitation about booking this hotel if you want a brilliant holiday in Lanzarote.

Best possible experience.Third time here. Staff super friendly and helpful, location is the best, every evening sunset out of our jacuzzi. Food is excellent although improvements are still possible. Drinks are top notch. We had the star prestige package and upgraded to room 6103 with private balcony and jacuzzi. Only unacceptable point the jacuzzi needed twice a day maintenance and was thus only 50% of the time available

From beginning to end of our holiday we have had the most amazing holiday. Staff cannot do enough for you always a smiling face. Food is excellent and even one it's cold on the night the outside entertainment still went ahead giving blankets to keep you warm. We stopped in star prestige and you pay for what you get and worth every penny. Also the bar gave out ice lollies at lunchtime. This hotel thinks of everything and other hotels where we have stopped previously need to step up to the mark. Thankyou for making our holiday special.

Phenomenon hotel - what a find! The service is 100 stars! Brahin and Jan and Raul in the Star Prestige pool bar have gone above and beyond to make our holiday amazing! Luis the breakfast chef is amazing and made me French toast on request! Rooms are fantastic and cleaners wonderful and location superb! Reception staff are fabulous too - a truly magnificent hotel - still here and booking for next year already

Arrived late Monday 23rd September, the man on reception was extremely pleasant and came out to show us where our apartment was. Pool area is lovely, no fighting for sunbeds, all lovely and clean. There's no pool bar so it would definitely benefit from a vending machine for cold drinks. Towels changed most days and beds were also changed. No kettle in the room although there is a coffee machine, asked at reception and a kettle was provided. Free WiFi in apartment and around the pool . Across the road 5 minutes away is a supermarket and a couple of bars. The bus stop is outside into Playa Blanca and runs every 30 minutes. Loved this holiday and can't wait to return ❤️

Firstly I would like to add that I didn't select this hotel, I originally selected another which then was no longer available so love holidays found this one for our family. I've never been so disappointed, upon arrival I actually believed we had turned up to an unopened complex as we did not see any other guests for a whole two days. The receptionist gave us a map on arrival for our stay which showed a restaurant and supermarket in complex both of which are completely shut down.. as was the pool bar. It was like an empty shell of a once thriving hotel/complex. The rooms were very much dated.. stains in bathrooms, on walls and doors. We also had ants in our room which only got worse as our stay went on (in sinks, on fridge, on floors). The actual pool area was the nicest part of the stay although with there being no pool bar or vending machines anytime we needed a drink we had to walk to the supermarket (10mins away) to get a drink as the fridge in apartment was too small to hold all our food/drink for the week. (Fridge was also extremely dirty on arrival). One 'lifeguard' on duty per day who sat behind a wall on her phone every day. Pool times were 10:15 to 17.45. Children are not allowed inflatables on pool .. something we found crazy as there were no other guests using the pool in the first 2 days after which we only saw another 3 families during our week stay. On our last day the small children's pool was closed with sun loungers placed around it .. no explanation to why it was closed even after we asked. The only positive of the apartment complex was that right outside was a bus stop that took us right into Playa Blanca which had numerous restaurants and bars. Bus comes every half hour and was only 7 euro for a family of 5. Overall I think it's a real shame as the complex definitely has potential to be thriving again if they addressed these issues. I think this is probably why they have very little guests staying. We definitely would not go back.

Good place for family vacation, quiet place, near supermarket, shops and restaurants. Apartment with kitchen is fine, comfortable bed, bathroom equipment is a bit 'old', but everything is working fine. Air conditioning is ok, but could be better - we were using maximum setting to cold in October, but in July it would be not enough. The best thing is that great sand beach is only 1.5 km from the hotel - 20 min walk.

Hotel has a good location away from any hustle and has a spacious and free parking right in front of it. Those who are not comming by car might struggle to get to a nearest bust stop as the main road is quite far away, but that is the price for being in a rural area. Hotel consists of small villas, ours had 3 rooms, but as every villa looks the same from the outside, I guess it is a standard. Place is spacious, with private terrace, ours had sea view, which added nice touch to a morning coffee. The rooms are showing signs of age and wear, the furniture is old and the beds are far from being comfortable and are noisy as they are spring-based. The hotel's staff members are a welcoming and accommodating. Throughout our stay, they consistently displayed a warm and helpful attitude, which added a positive touch to our experience. Hotel has a swimming pool and while it is not extraordinary, the swimming pool area served its purpose. One downside was the children's pool as it was closed during our stay. There is also a children's playground, but it consists of only a basic equipment. There is also a restaurant and a bar but we didn't attend either. One of the neat features of this hotel is its access to a oceanfront promenade, allowing us to take strolls by the ocean and enjoy breathtaking views of waves hitting the cliffs and sunsets.

Great wee find of a complex. Beautiful vistas and walks along the sea front. Not far to local cafes, bars and shop. Staff are Great, especially Carlos who managers the dining area. As this complex is self catering would suggest you ensure you get juice, milk, tea and coffee for the villa. Dinner is limited but very tasty and good choice of meat and fish with plenty of salad. Remember you have to pay for any drinks including tea and coffee with your evening meal.

Great place on the water with spaced out villas and a central pool with restaurant. The included breakfast was great. Location is away from the main area of town, great if you have a car or want peace and quiet. Staff helpful too. Our room had a slightly leaky roof in one room which wasn't a problem as there is little rain on the island. Stove top was not strong enough to cook quickly if you are self catering. All up a really enjoyable stay.

Villa's are very spacious with just about every thing you need,although the cups and glasses are very small, so if you like a nice mug of tea/coffee then bring your own 😀. The whole complex could definitely benefit from a bit of tlc as it's looking a bit tired,but it's generally clean and tidy and the staff all seem friendly. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, it's away from the main town so it's lovely and quiet but it's a hike if you want the buzz of the town. Some lovely places to eat around 5 mins walk away (across some waste ground, don't be put off) along with a couple of very reasonable priced supermarkets and the bus stop for the local bus to the town. (no 30). Buffet breakfast (all you can eat and drink) was really good, no complaints.

Stayed here for 10 days in March. It is located by the coast, with nice sea views. The resort is a bit further away from the centre of Playa Blanca (10 minutes taxi ride), but it meant that we had peace and quiet. The place was very basic, but had everything we needed to have a comfortable visit. Great cleanliness within the villa as well as the surrounding areas, with a daily cleaning service provided. The staff were friendly and helped us with any queries we had. One negative thing would be the beds…they were very hard and uncomfortable! But overall, we had a decent stay.
