The staff members and the service is excellent. The grounds are lovely and all the facilities are excellently constantly maintained
There are activities throughout the day for anyone who wants to take part and evening entertainment. The choice of food is excellent with great pride taken by all the restaurant staff.
We would highly recommend using the Spa pool but there are other pools also available. Many guests return time and time again which is a great testiment to just how lovely this hotel is. We have already booked to return again and are really looking forward to seeing familiar and excellent staff members such as Manuela and Chiara who make it feel like home.

This hotel is incredible.
The food is the best selection I've ever experienced, and I've done many all inclusive. It was absolutely delicious and catered to everyone.
The staff from reception to entertainment each can't do enough for you.
The spa is sensational. The hotel is clean and looked after and attracts a nice crowd. No riff raff or snobs. Nothing to complain about at all.
My son is disabled and was treated like a king. We love this hotel so much and will return for longer! I came with my aunt and son for 5 days. Its not accessible around the outside area of hotel, we had to taxi back from marina and couldn't get shuttle bus to beach but hotel is just so luxurious we didnt want to leave!

What can you say about Costa calero hotel ? There’s to many good points about this hotel that I shouldn’t share because you’ll all want to book . From reception when checking in they are so helpful and friendly a warm welcome you do feel like part of the family at CC. Bar Restaurants are lovely places to visit. There’s always a warm welcome. Food so many different things to choose from. And rooms are always kept clean and tidy. Outside areas gardens need a little tidying other wise. A fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. Lovely walks. Lovely marine close by. Don’t listen to the negative comments. There is non. And for all you repeat bookers Miguel is Back 🤗🤗

My partner and I were given a family room (our room was connected with another one through a locked door). We heard everything that was going on in the other room. Alarms going of in the middle of the night, TV, music, and their conversations. One night new guests arrived and we couldn’t sleep for two hours while they were unpacking, talking and showering at 3 am. There vere few guests when we stayed so it’s beyond my understanding why we needed to stay in a family room. Everything else was great.

Great hotel in all aspects. I really do not understand the negative reviews. We stayed all inclusive for a week for a family holiday in half term. I think this hotel appeals to retired folk wanting some time away, families and sports enthusiasts. One of the four pools is lane marked for swimming lengths, one heated (a bit), one for babies and toddlers and another for anything else. Yes some were cold in February, but it was February. The service was excellent, staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good. I guess about 60% was the same every day with the rest changing daily so I was never bored. Even with the staples there was variety. For example 7 different types of yogurt at breakfast daily. If you want to rent a cycle Lanzarote Bike is based at the hotel and again great staff.
