We stayed at the Bocayna Village for a week during half term with two teenage children. We had a lovely stay and were sad to leave at the end of the 7 nights.
The hotel is about a 20-25 min walk to the marina and there are a couple of lovely beaches between 25-40 mins walk. It’s quiet during the day and evenings which encouraged us to make friends with the other residents - all good.
Meals were good. We’ve had better variety at other hotels but the quality is otherwise good. Evening meals are the highlight with very good choice of main and a selection of accompaniments (like pizza, chips and pasta) for fussy kids.
Staff are all friendly and hard working.
If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement it would be that the bar service was at times slow due to low staff levels. Also some music by the pool would probably be welcomed by others.

Loved this place. The accommodations was fantastic with everything you need. It's modern and the terrace is huge with lovely views. The service from all the staff was exceptional. The food is decent if a little samey after a while but the main square is a short walk for a change of scene. My only gripe is a personal one in that the pool is not very deep. Perfectly fine for a good swim and cool down but I love a deep pool. Can't wait to get back here again!

Dream Bocayna Village is a fantastic hotel located in a peaceful, elevated area with stunning views of the ocean. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. One of the highlights is the spacious terrace with a pool, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The hotel boasts a wide variety of food options. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Special praise goes to the head waiter (forgot his name), whose kindness and exceptional language skills greatly enhance the dining experience. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

It was our second stay here on a B&B basis. Staff very friendly and helpful. A little way out, but the bus service is very good, and the bus stop just around the corner at 1.40 Euro to get to Playa Blanca town or Puerto Del Carmen, so very good. The room was very clean and well serviced. Towels changed twice, beds re-made mid-stay and bins emptied a couple of times. Ref breakfast - the hot food was not hot enough, we thought this last time we stayed. I just ended up having ham/cheese and the 'hot' tomatoes, then a plate of fruit and yogurt - which was very good. Our only niggles were as follows:- Hot food not hot enough at breakfast. No shelf in the fridge door for tall bottles, so we had to take a shelf out so we could stand our milk/cold drinks in the fridge. We found the patio door in the kitchen unlocked half way into our stay, so somebody could have potentially just walked into our apartment. We had duvets for the beds but no cover on them, so who used them last?? Not very much crockery - we used a saucepan for a fruit bowl!! Overall we had a good stay. It was very peaceful and quiet.
