We had the best time! The pools were heated and children were able to swim for hours! Did some laundry there and when a problem occurred the staff were really helpful and everything was fixed right away. Liked that it had one entrance though check-in table. Parking lot was big enough and the beach with restaurants was a short walk away.
Only thing I missed was a slotted turner for the pan and pan had seen better days.

We stayed here for a week at the Caybeach sun and we liked it good for the kids the splash park and the slides the pool closest to reception was the warmest one the rest of them were freezing the entertainer Peki I think. Entertained everyone with the animation it is only on Tuesday to Saturday Andreas the reception guy was funny and always had a laugh the shop prices were normal prices €2.50 for milk and croissants at the back of the shop you can order food from the pool bar. And the food was good in a self catering room you got a kettle toaster everything that you have a kitchen there are deposits a safe is 9€ plus a couple of euros every day
I liked the Caybeach sun but because we were out of season they weren’t that many people
It is also disabled friendly but not dog friendly

You've got to bear in mind - you get what you pay for! For the price this place was very clean (maids came 5 days a week), reception staff were an absolute delight - Andreas was a bloody hoot and always welcomed us with a smile and was happy to do anything for us. The complex itself, fabulous! Clean big pools (there is 2), a pool bar with happy hours which run from 12-1 and 6-7 which is buy one get one free on most items. They also played music once the bar opened and there was a small animation team which offered daily games such as bingo and darts for a chance to win a free cocktail. You have the option to access the breakfast buffet for approx 8 euro each if your self catering and there is food available to order from the bar for most the day which is cooked and brought up fresh from the kitchen. There is also a shop on site (right next to the pool) so for the folks who didn't want to spend their money at the pool bar,, they could drink cold cans round the pool area and the staff welcomed this. They did also cook fresh croissants and other pastries most morning which was a lovely treat. In our self catering room we had everything we needed, 2 hobs, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery etc,. Everything was clean and well maintained - we had aircon in the bedroom, the one thing that let it down was that the beds were so hard, very thin mattresses which was not the best to sleep on but given everything else we was happy to overlook this. Yes the suites are outdated but you need to remember its a 3* budget friendly complex which offers more than expected.
Caybeach sun - to sum it up.. if you're looking for a place with a great atmosphere, clean big pools, good location and within budget then this is the place for you!

We stayed one week at the Caybeach hotel, despite the kindness of the staff, we didn't have such a great stay. First the room was outdated, humid, and you have NO privacy. We had the breakfast included but the food was average and no fresh juice nor plain yogurt, or local food, so we skipped it.
Food at the bar is the same, no local food and average snacks food. Price on the other hand are high compare with what you will find outside.
The swimming pool are nice, but get ready to fight to have a spot as there is always your average families who will blocked the sunbeds for 1/2 days without using them, and the hotel does nothing about it despite this behaviour being forbidden.

Myself, wife and two Kids (4&7) spent a week here in January. Very Good Hotel reasonably Priced. The Breakfast was good. 10-15 minutes walk to the Restaurants & Bars. The Pool was Cold and kids would not spend long in it! Staff were Excellent. Pika looked after Kids Club/ Entertainment and he was brilliant at his Job. Would Visit Again😎
