I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Hotel once only in February few years ago. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceedingly Excellent 5 star Award Winning Hotel have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. All of the Staff Whom Work in Collaboration with the Owner are all Equally as nice as one another in their own way's. All of the Restaurant's at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Glorious Hotel when I had Breakfast and Evening meals were truly amazing. Since I don't drink alcohol at all I had Cappuccino with Chocolate Sprinkled on which was very nice and Beautiful as well. The Outdoor Swimming Pool was amazing when I had stayed at this Hotel for 5-7 Days approximately altogether. The Owner of this Exceptionally Beautiful Hotel has made this Hotel into a well Established Business by Employing very reliable and trustworthy and very dedicated and lovely staff with very good communication skills to come and work at this Hotel itself. All of the Staff whom work in Collaboration with The Owner of Dreams all of them have Extremely lovely personalities themselves. All of the Staff whom work at This Exceptionally Beautiful Hotel were nice towards all of the Guests all of the time whom stayed at this Hotel and all of the Staff once again whom work at this Hotel were all Exceptionally lovely people towards me all of the time when I stayed at this Hotel itself. In addition to that coming to this Wonderful Hotel was truly a wonderful Experience for me indeed.

Excellent hotel. You have to go preferred club though to get this. Great breakfast buffet in the morning as well as a room of food available for preferred club members throughout the day. Only breakfast buffet where I have been offered more than 3 pieces of bacon!
Room was very comfortable. Huge TV and fantastic shower. Only issue I had was the walls are a bit thin and could hear the TV from next door one night. Think it was an old couple who were a bit deaf.
The spa and sauna was very good. Steam room is spacious and perfect temperature. Well worth getting unlimited access pass for.
Great swimming pools and service by the pool.
Didn't eat at the restaurants as there is plenty of places nearby within walking distance.
Bus stop for excursions is very close too which is convenient.
We stayed over Xmas and there was lots of entertainment put on for kids so good place to go if you have little ones.

Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel.
- Reception & Check-in: The reception staff treated us well. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after the restaurants' closing time. At check-in, we were told the restaurant would reopen for late arrivals, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. This was a bit frustrating miscommunication.
- Room: The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Although our balcony didn’t have a great view, that wasn’t a priority for us.
- All-Inclusive Package: We opted for the all-inclusive package, which was a great decision. However, we were only allowed to use the main outdoor pool. It would have been helpful if the reception staff had explained the package details more clearly at check-in, as it was a bit confusing to understand what was included. I suggest improving this by providing clearer explanations during check-in or via the hotel app.
We booked through EasyJet Holidays, and their description didn’t mention the different package options. That said, we were happy with what we got.
- Animation team: A big shout-out to the animation team! They organized fun activities and even participated when we had an odd number of players. They were respectful, patient, and kind to everyone.
- Food & Drinks: As part of the all-inclusive package, all our drinks and meals at the restaurants were covered. The buffet had a great variety of options, and the food quality was good.
- Location: The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a nice beach and some commercial areas. It is a bit far from the airport, but with a rental car or transfer, it’s not an issue.
Overall, the miscommunication about the restaurant reopening upon late arrival was frustrating, but aside from that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We booked a dream holiday for our 20 year anniversary & checked in & fully paid for our 4 night stay
We booked a double room & we were brought to a room with 2 single beds in it.
Now 2 separate beds divided by lockers
So. Back to reception with the gentleman who Brought us to our room.
We were told we can downgrade to sleep in a double bed together
Or upgrade €80 more to sleep in the same bed together??
Absolute madness….
No compromise
Just offered a dinner on the house to stay in the room were given….
20 year anniversary honeymoon weekend away
Sleep in separate beds in a room
But for €80 extra you can sleep together in the same bed.
We asked for a refund to leave and find alternative accommodation
Then they had the cheek to try charge for the first night……
I was absolutely & embarrassed
Our dream.. start to our dream holiday was anything but a dream……

Do not waste your time or money - this hotel is a 3-star experience at best.
We booked a week-long stay for our family of six, expecting a luxurious 5-star experience based on the pictures and descriptions. Instead, it was a complete disaster: cockroach, outdated and poorly maintained rooms, inedible food, and staff who barely spoke English.
We paid a premium price, expecting at least the basics of a 5-star service - especially since we booked the Preferred Club, which is supposed to offer top-tier treatment. What we got was far from it. The room was falling apart with scratched and stained walls and doors, corroded bathroom fixtures, and a damaged toilet seat that should have been replaced long ago. And worst of all - cockroach.
The food was just as bad. Breakfast was a disaster, with filthy cups, outdated napkins and overcooked eggs. Portofino, the hotel’s so-called “best” restaurant, was even worse. If this is their finest, I’d hate to see the worst - maybe the one that sends you straight to the hospital? The pasta was clumped together and rock-hard, the fish was so bad it made feel dizzy, and nearly every plate at the restaurant remains untouched as guests leave after taking a few bites. The waiters didn’t even bother asking if the food was okay - they already knew the answer.
When we complained to the guest experience team, their response was a robotic, “I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but all guests have different experiences here.” In other words, they don’t care.
Before booking this hotel, take a closer look at the “good” reviews. It’s painfully obvious that many are either written by bots or by people using random, nonsensical words. This place is a complete scam that does not deserve its 5-star rating. Frankly, I have no idea how it’s still part of the Hyatt group - it’s an embarrassment to their brand.
If you’ve had a similar experience, I highly recommend leaving a review on Google to warn others. No one should have to go through this on what’s supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
