I'll start with the positives, desk staff were nice, nice quiet area with a good vibe....however..... Daily building work on the building which was noisy and so much dust, pics show half hour in. Asked for cleaners to come and they did a job akin to a silky teenager cleaning their room, scarcely touched it. 3 guests but only 2 lots of bedding, Plug sockets and outside light not working, supplied with TV that only tunes into radio! Front door as secure as a chocolate padlock, sockets and switches falling out of the wall (our room had just been updated?) Nice new bathroom but no hooks for towels, no toilet roll holder, no shelves or hooks for shower stuff. Kitchen badly equipped, had to wash everything before using it. One plug socket which was not over a work surface so wires had to be stretched to reach.....I could go on!! Nice pool, but dirty, only saw the filters working once in 10 days, pool lights fell out of walls and lying in the bottom. Such a shame, lovely location for some quiet time, desk staff seemed almost apologetic. Just so badly managed maintenance considering it was early season.

Nice and friendly staff here. Nice swimming pool and terrace, but the apartments are old and need some renovation. Cracked and dirty walls with smel of dampness. Many silver fish bugs. Harmful, but annoying. I understand it is 2 stars hotel, but should be at least white clean walls. The sheets are very clean though and beds ok. The air conditioning wont work at moderate level, only at max and you have no hair dryer. Great location.

Nice clean hotel in a perfect location, basically just have to cross the road to be at the beach. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, to read a book by the pool or have a drink/coffee at the pool bar, this is the place. Nice, clean swimming pool with garden. We didn't have to "reserve" sunbeds in the morning, no matter what time we went out there was always a free spot. Roof terrace with sun loungers and sea and beach view. Very nice reception staff, especially a lady named Lucila (correct me if I misspelled name). very helpful and polite with a smile on the face :) Very good air conditioning in the hotel room. I could return to this hotel in the future again. There really is nothing to complain about.

Very nice apartment. Location was perfect, very close to the beach and shops. Pool was very nice and pool bar had a great selection of food and drinks. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A/C in the rooms was brilliant. Only small downside the beds were a bit uncomfortable but staff were very helpful with making your stay comfortable. These apartments were very nice and made our holiday very enjoyable. If I was to return to Palma Nova this is where I would stay again.

For the Halloween holiday, we went to Majorca and booked this hotel due to the outstanding reviews. But the main thing I was disappointed about was the catering. The hotel's catering is dedicated to British and American dishes, like hot dogs, burgers, fries, and so on. Since that is more of an everyday food here in the UK for convenience, on holiday I was hoping to have a change from that, and to try Spanish dishes, which they did not serve much of. If you are desperate to get out of the resort and explore the island as well as eat out, you can hire cars, and the hotel will recommend you car rental companies in the area.

I thought the rooms were ideal. There was everything we needed and a good view of the bay and Palma Nova from our balcony. The food was always displayed beautifully and everything I tried I liked, you can't be a fussy eater when it's buffet. The food was so varied even the children tried something new most meal times. The staff are fantastic, from reception, bar, house keeping, but especially entertainment (a big shout out to Andres and Sally), they had so much energy and trying to engage the guests as much as possible. Would definitely go there again. The beach is less than five minutes walk. It is a bit of a steep hill, but by day three it wasn't an issue, it is that close to everything, but still so peaceful. There was the of door being closed which you could hear, but we weren't really disturbed through the night.

I stayed in this hotel with my family (2 adults 1 5yo and 3yo) from July 20th to August 1st. we had a really great time. the food is fantastic, never eaten so well in a hotel. there is always a variety of meat and fish and themed evenings. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they work hard. the all inclusive does not include alcoholic drinks at the bar (only wine with meals) but the prices are very accessible. the poolside buffet isn't bad either. the best thing, the kebab. really good. Unfortunately my daughter had a small accident outside the hotel and the staff were very kind and supportive. the evening shows are very beautiful and the entertainment very engaging. the only "negative" thing is the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. unfortunately we were left three days without soap which we then bought and two days without towels. I understand that the work is intense, in fact I overlooked it. Anyway I would really love to come back again next year :)

Really nice hotel. All inclusive food was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. My only complaint is the NOISE. This hotel is quite noisy. Our next door neighbour had their TV on all the time which you could hear every word through the walls, I barely slept. And the doors all SLAM whenever someone opens the door.

The reason for the 4-star rating is that, if you want to play billiards, table tennis, air hockey, etc., you have to pay extra Euro coins. This nickel-and-diming really diminishes customer satisfaction, especially when one has already paid for the hotel and everything. Otherwise, beautiful hotel and not too expensive. Looks like a part of a theme park. Very romantic. The all you can eat food is very good and there are no queues. This hotel is also comfortable for tall people, because many come here from Nordic countries. I'm 185cm and could comfortably stand in the shower, and the blankets are 220cm long.

Not only the entire resort is clean, modern and welcoming, but the staff is what really makes you feel good. Stayed here for one night with a group of friends, after our flight back home was cancelled and we slept in another hotel’s lobby. We received our room earlier than the expected check-in, the receptionist invited us to have breakfast and helped us with our invoices (much needed in order to apply for compensation from the air carrier). We want to thank the staff for their warm welcome! Truly recommend the place.

Could not fault the hotel, food was above average but the price reflected this. Very clean hotel, cleaners are out working all day and night. 5-10 min walk to visit all 3 different beaches. Room was basic but that's what you are paying for. Kids enjoyed the kids club. Entertainment around the pool everyday kept them occupied. Would stay again without doubt.

Big pool, 2m deep at the deep end. Clean and tidy hotel and staff keep you occupied during the day. The only downfall we had was that our room towels were not changed daily even though we put them in our shower tray so we had to go get fresh ones along with the floor not being cleaned once during the stay. Very good location if you wanted to go to magaluf or the beach, would recommend.

Very nice hotel and swimming pool excellent, very pleasant staff and all very helpful, food and drink good value from pool bar, all food bought to sunloungers if wanted or can sit by pool bar, excellent poolside food menu, spotlessly clean throughout hotel and we had pool view room which is highly recommended, room very clean and spacious, receptionist Leona very helpful and all bar staff efficient and lifeguard on duty all day. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going.

Brilliant Apartment/Hotel! Stopped here with a couple of friends and booked 2 apparents between us. Apartments were clean, well maintained and the location was brilliant! Breakfast was pretty basic, but it was nice and definitely hit the spot after a few drinks the night before. Staff at the hotel were excellent! Very friendly, polite and helpful. Really can't say anything negative about the hotel. Definitely will be returning!

Can't recommend this place enough! Just back from a week's stay and it was brilliant! Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, incredibly clean and lots of food choices. One side of the pool is the perfect depth for younger children then under the bridge to the deeper area. The service was incredible, really helpful staff. Location is great too for exploring the beach and local shops/restaurants. Close distance to the pirate show too which is definitely worth a watch. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and was a perfect family holiday. Thank you!

The hotel is located in a very good location near the sea about 200 m. Comfortable hotel rooms, cleaned every day, the hotel is clean and pleasant. During my week of stay, I never had a problem with parking near the hotel; there were always spaces. Excellent courtyard in the hotel with a large swimming pool and many other activities especially for children. Always friendly and cheerful staff ready to help. Excellent and tasty food. The only thing, in my opinion, it would be nice if slippers were provided in the room, for use strictly in the room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, just like Mallorca itself. the location of the hotel is great the whole balcony is unforgettable breathtaking the staff is very polite and helpful, the girls children's animators are the best. I also really liked the evening entertainment. But unfortunately there were also downsides, this is a terrible smell from the drain in the shower, with a strong pressure the water just flowed out into the room. Well, and the beds, they just move around the whole room, you just wake up from the fact that the neighbors are moving the beds, at least attach some rubber bands to the bed blades or put rugs under the beds so that they do not move apart, !!! But otherwise everything was great!

We recently stayed at Leonardo Royal Hotel Palmanova in Mallorca with our 7-year-old, and it was a fantastic experience. The highlight for our family was Toni, who hosted the kids’ activities during the day and the night disco. He was exceptionally friendly, engaging, and talented with the kids—truly an asset to the hotel who deserves recognition! The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. Julia at reception made check-in smooth, and Mated at the buffet was attentive and helpful as well. The hotel has beautiful sea views, and the location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and a kid-friendly beach just a short walk away. We appreciated the themed dinner buffets each evening; while the food wasn’t extraordinary, there was a decent variety, and we had no complaints. We also enjoyed a day trip to Marineland for the sea lion and dolphin shows, and we explored Palma’s old city, with the cathedral being a must-see—it’s even more stunning in person! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend Leonardo Royal Hotel Palmanova, especially for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine. Good animation and entertainment for children. In the evening live music and pleasant artists. The room was clean and cozy. Wonderful view from the terrace of the hotel. And the beach is very close, about 4 minutes walk. We are definitely satisfied with the choice of the hotel! A great option for a family vacation.

Great views. No immediate swim beach. No ice machine. included tap wine undrinkable. Other wine option available only when bar open. Decent buffets but would be nice to be able to order dinner off of a menu. Very kid oriented. Loved the separate living area/kitchenette and sea view with balcony. Basically a “groups” hotel with no frills. No bar hand soap, no conditioner, only shower/shampoo combo. No Kleenex. Okay for the price but don’t recommend all inclusive.

The property is very well maintained. Great location and views. Close to the happening Magaluf but also far enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Helpful staff. If driving, finding a parking is an issue as the hotel doesn't have parking area. But overall a good stay!

I am an absolute foodie and was a bit worried about some of the reviews about the food. However, as far as all inclusive go the food is really good, the chefs are constantly cooking something fresh, and they’re usually huge fillets of fish. The sea rice & paella was delicious & there was always loads of options, unless your super fussy! The rooms were a little on the small side however, always clean and each day had fresh towels etc so perfect for the little time you spend in the room. Service was great from all staff, entertainment was also brilliant - I highly recommend pool cycling it’s hilarious!

This hotel was my first experience of an all inclusive package and I can’t say I was disappointed in any way. Every day was spent with a drink in hand by the pool relaxing before making my way in for lunch and dinner to some very tasty meal options. My favourite would have to be the pork cheeks, some of the tastiest food I have experienced. The staff were nearly always nice and helpful although the language barrier was there they understood all our needs and there was nothing to fault or complain about. I hope to be back to this hotel in the near future for another holiday of the same caliber.

Small rooms, minuscule beds and with poor noise isolation, hotel does not respect the noise rules having activities until 11pm and having guests making noise outside in the hotel area after 11pm, midnight. Some people had food poisoning. Not much variety if you have a more restrictive diet. Dishes/glasses were many times dirty when you picked them up. Hotel without gym or slippers for guests. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

First time abroad with our 6 year old. The hotel has an amazing kids club and kids entertainment in the evening , our daughter loved the staff. They were so friendly. Hotel is very clean. There is one main restaurant, lots of choice of food but it does become quite repetitive day after day. There was lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. Snack bar offered the same food every day. Our room was tiny, two single beds pushed together and our daughter had to sleep on a chair which pulled out into a bed. That wasn't made clear when we booked. We were expecting an actual bed for her. If you want a sun bed, unfortunately you have to reserve them with your beach towel. Something we hated doing and have never done before. People were reserving them at midnight for the following day. Very close to the beach, 2 minute walk. My daughter would happily come back again, I would if we had a decent sized room and it was less crowded.

Will start with the good things. The hotel is pretty well maintained and clean and the staff is very friendly. Food diversity was good and tasty. In case you are gluten intolerant you can fill a form where you pick foods that they will make in the gluten free version. On the bad side, the rooms are fairly small and the beds are terrible. The elevator is small and very slow. The beer and wine part of the all inclusive are pretty terrible.

The location of this hotel can't be beat, and it has easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even helped me call a cab to get to my planned event when there was no Uber available. If it wasn't for that very nice man at the front desk, I wouldn't have been able to make it on time. The rooms are comfortable with working AC, which is crucial if you go in the summer like I did. The breakfast here was a pleasant surprise also, and was very satisfying, and the free sangria my first night there was a nice touch too. You're within walking distance of many shops and restaurants here, and close to everything you need. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to others.

Overall good! The location was in the beachfront and in center of Palmanova. It is nearby good restaurants and there is a grocery beside the hotel. The bus stop is few mins walk away from the hotel. The room is a bit not so spacious and the bed request wasn’t given. But the room had fantastic view of the beach and the pool area. The housekeeping clean the room everyday and change towels. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fulfilling! You have a lot of options to choose from. But the coffee from the vending machine wasn’t really good for my liking. I will recommend this hotel for sure!

I like the staff, who are friendly and helpful. I almost never write reviews and typically am not super picky. However, when I reviewed the website and the photos of the rooms, then chose the room based on appearance and cost, that is not what I ended up with. They have another building about 3 minutes down the street, an annex, with rooms that are clean, but have the appearance of more of a hostel. I was first struck by the very very dusty and sparse lobby, not very inviting for a woman traveling alone and the website never mentioned it. Then the bed was very ‘blank’ for lack of a better word. Not comfortable at all, not hard but not even comfortable to sit on. I just wish that I understood, that if you reserve a room based on the picture provided with the box you choose, it could have disclaimed that if rooms are full in the hotel when you arrive WITH a reservation you could be staying in a lesser room, that you probably would not choose at that room rate if I’d seen it. Misleading, at best and will not return.

Really happy with my experience in this hotel! Every single staff member was super friendly and helpful, food served every meal was delicious and varied. Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, shower was a great pressure and temperature, plenty of room in the bathroom it wasn't cramped at all! Aircon in the room was great and worked so well, balcony was lovely with great views. The entire hotel was very clean and well kept, modern interior and pleasant appearance inside and out. Pool area was nice and clean, lovely atmosphere, pool bar staff were friendly, drinks were varied and plenty of options available, food served through the day at the pool bar was great to snack on! The only thing is that the layout of sunbeds and the dining room are both quite cramped and very close together but it wasn't a huge problem as the hotel wasn't very busy. Would definitely return again, me and my mum had a brilliant week's stay here.

Just packing after 11 nights stay here. Hotel is spotless, very clean and smells clean. Good quality food 3 times a day plus a great snack bar by pool. Drinks are very good some times you may have to queue at snack bar. Staff are all very friendly and polite. Full marks to the chef Valentino always got a great smile 😃 and very friendly. Great entertainment team the shows were also very good. We will be back next year.

Lovely hotel 5 mins from the beach. VIP area was excellent as it was low season. Plenty of choice for food..but unless it was from the grill it was tepid. Guys you need to take a look of your hot holding practices. Both my partner and I had upset tummy immediately after consuming scrambled eggs. Sort the food and you would have full marks.. it didn't spoil our break however. The views were fantastic.. the staff friendly and the alcohol plenty.

The hotel is nice enough. Clean and practical. Pros: location is great. Room is nice. Clean. Staff are lovely especially in the restaurant (Terese (I think was her name) was great with our wee girl and the animation crew tried to get our 2 year old to join in. Cons: lifts are limited in space and frequency. Prepare to walk up and down! Pool bar was always under staffed always a queue. Though pictures show a shoot I to the kids pool there isn't one. Pool doesn't open till 10am which late in the day for those with children. Overall not a bad hotel. Food was fine, plenty of choice, does get a bit samey but that's the nature of all inclusive not worse or better than any other I have been to. We did chose to eat out a few days.

Great experience from the staff. The lifeguards, (didn't catch all there names) helped our family with young kids by the kiddy pool all the time. The kids club was great so friendly. The bar/restaurant workers where great ( they deserve a pay rise ) staff at reception very accommodating and very quick to act. Only 4 stars because i think maybe it needs an update in the rooms.

Bit of a long post coming. We stayed from the 10 - 20th June 2024, 1st time staying in this hotel. We're a family of four with two daughters aged 8 and 11 years old. Firstly I'd like to say the hotel was rated as 3 stars though I would say it's 4 star. For the reasons being our one bedroom apartment was spacious, equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, fridge and enough kitchen utensils for us. The hotel cleaners were all friendly and kept the rooms to a high standard. We had fresh towels every day, one cleaner even told us not to worry about emptying our bin that she would do that, bins done every morning. Bathrooms were restocked regularly, beds were always fixed and made, clean sheets were left for us. The hotel itself was kept very clean along with the pool bar and pool. The hotel staff and life guards were all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Martina, the games coordinator, she was brilliant with adults and kids. Alot of activities happening for both and the older gentleman who is a lifeguard, I apologise I never got his name. He joked and laughed around with kids on a number of occasions while also being firm but fair with pool rules. The hotels pool bar is very reasonable and the food was great, the staff friendly. They even stayed open to 11pm to accommodate the euros starting and brought out 2 large flatscreen tvs for the match's to be watched. The hotel itself is in a great loaction, surrounded with shops, bars, restaurants, the beach all within walking distance of the hotel. Funtasia mini golf and katmandu are also within walking distance, no more than 15mins and the western water park is a 5min drive in a taxi from the hotel and it was less than €7 for it. The downside to our holiday was unfortunately the volume of young adult groups that also used the hotel as a base as the hotel is also within walking distance to magaluf. We didn't have 1 night that we weren't woke up with the young people staying on our floor. There were 4 different groups of them, 3 groups of young girls and one group of young boys. The groups where anywhere from 4 people to 8 people. It ranged from 11pm to 6am every night of loud music blaring, doors slamming, door bells constantly being rang when they went from room to room or because they didnt have a key to get in and the people they were rooming with were already in a drunken sleep, wrapping doors and running away for which I'm sure was ment to be a laugh and a joke but after the 3rd go at 4 and 5am I started to see the joke less, running up and down the corridors shouting and screaming and on two occasions for us there was two loud and rowdy arguments among friendship groups when they had had a bit too much to drink. Reception did tell us to ring down straight away and they would have security come up, which we ended up doing a few times when things got too loud and out of hand because my children ultimately got a bit frightened with the commotion but if I'm honest even with as willing as the receptionists and security guard was to help resolve the situations it became tedious to be woke up every night. Sometimes for hours at a time until it got back undercontrol as there is only one security guard for the whole hotel. To have to phone down still 5 days in was tedious and this was after we even tried to speak with our neighbours ourselves nicely and ask would they be a bit more mindful coming in as we had young children rather than phone reception straight away. The hotel was advertised to us as a family hotel but I think if they're going to accommodate young adults there to party aswell they need to atleast hirer more security and become a bit more stricter with their noise policy or families will definitely find somewhere else to stay. Which is a pity because it is a great hotel for families otherwise. Although I fully understand it's everyone's holiday that is there and everyone wants to enjoy themselves, I could absolutley look past being woke up hearing the younger crowd coming in from their nights out if that's all the noise was but unfortunately it wasn't.

Nice hotel in a good location close to town and beach. Dining area clean and well kept. Food was not great apart from a good selection of fruit and breads. Some hot food was cold or raw. Room spacious and clean, however when we requested a change of linen they just remade the beds with the same sheets, but everything else in room was good. The staff was the most disappointing. With the exception of one or two staff members, they were all extremely rude and unpleasant, in particular the pool bar/food area staff were unbelievably rude, one bar lady mostly. She had no customer service skills and zero patience, even when attempting to order in Spanish to her! She even shouted at customers on occasion, as did the chef. Disgraceful behaviour. Unfortunately this put such a dampener on our days at the pool and even made us change our plans on a few days out of the week.

We have been visiting the Mimosa for many years and have always rated it five stars the last time in March and have just returned after two weeks in October. Since our visit in March some things around the pool area has reduced our rating. I am a swimmer and enjoyed the pool which has always banned inflatables and balls when returning in October this was no longer the case with many inflatables and balls being used. Also people drinking alcohol in the pool again never allowed and the indifference of the lifeguards. Onto the good bits the rooms are a good size and spotless and a powerful shower. The staff are all friendly with a big shout out to Miguel, Francisco and Juan in the bar and Vera in the restaurant. Also to the animation team Marty, Katarina and Lucas who work really hard to make the holiday more enjoyable. Food is what you expect from a hotel with a good range and choice, bear in mind that the hotel has visitors from many countries and doesn't cater exclusively for British tastes so do try things you maybe wouldn't. We are returning twice next year and met many people who are regular visitors which tells you something. Would definitely recommend and hope that the pool issues are sorted.

Wonderful staff especially Ana and Eva on the poolside bar all dayand the pizza chef Food varied and plentiful and great quality. room spotless, towels changed when needed as were bed sheets. Air con was fine and welcome in 35 degrees heat. There are 3 lifts but they are small so you need to be patient they can't build another lift shaft! I would have like a kettle in room and tea tray but took my own travel kettle. Animation team provided good activities and entertainment . They were great fun.Missing the pool aqua fit dance already! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would go back.

I had a wonderful stay at Globales Mimosa. Compared to my previous all-inclusive experiences, this hotel stood out in many ways. The rooms were spacious, the views impressive, and there was a good variety of food. Overall, it lives up to its 4-star rating. Room and Views: My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials. The balcony had great views of either the sea or mountains, which was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was nice, although the shower temperature wasn’t always consistent. Food and Drinks: The food selection was broad, though the quality did vary. The hotel seems to have listened to feedback, as the cocktails were freshly made and enjoyable. I particularly liked the pizzas. However, if you don’t eat fish, the variety may feel a bit limited on certain nights. Pool and Sunbeds: The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds, with no extra charge for the more comfortable ones. Although the pool wasn’t heated, the October weather made it fine for swimming. Entertainment: The entertainment team worked hard to offer a range of activities. My only suggestion would be to improve the visibility of the evening shows, as some seating areas had obstructed views. Location: The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of nearby attractions. In conclusion, I highly recommend Globales Mimosa for a relaxing holiday in Palma Nova. The hotel offers great value and seems to have made efforts to respond to past feedback.

This hotel is lovely! I've seen a few people complain about it and I can't see why. The lifts aren't the best but they work and there are 1 or 2 members of staff that clearly don't want to be there lol it shows. The location is spot on, no hills. It's a 5 minute walk from the town and beach. The food is amazing! there's so much choice it's ridiculous. Although I am vegan and there wasn't much option other than the salad and chips. There was occasionally a dish I could have for a change. My sister in-law has a gluten intolerance and they catered to this. The staff are super friendly and helpful (except the 1or2) The hotel/rooms are to a high standard. Very clean and well decorated. The pool has black grime around the edge but the water is clean and so is the bed area. All in all I would definitely come to this hotel again and again 👍

Never been a big one for reviews but we had a fantastic week at the hotel. Spotlessly clean with fantastic location on the seafront. The staff for us are what made our stay that much more enjoyable. From reception, cleaning, and particularly the restaurant/bar/kitchen staff who were all super hard working, friendly and helpful. Can't thank you all enough.🙏 Hotel is nice and small so plenty of space around the pool and we also used the private sauna/plunge pool (great touch). If you are looking for a clean, friendly yet quiet and relaxed, well appointed hotel with delicious buffet style meals (variety etc) with a fab location in Palmanova then we would highly recommend!

We will never forget the view we woke up to, it was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, lots of labelled options and it was fresh. Plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby the choose for dinner, I would definitely come back!

Our stay 14th September for 7 nights. Great reception area with friendly staff that greet you. Had no problems with check-in, informed us with everything that what we needed. Rooms are a little on the small side (ours was a see view) but clean and freshened up daily. Our biggest complaint was the balcony, which also small was a very noisy fan from a neighbouring property, which was on from 11 am till 11 pm This kind of spoilt our stay a little as we like to sit on the balcony of an evening but unable to as it was too loud. Restaurant, food was fantastic breakfast and evening with plenty of choice. Only drawbacks were very busy at peak times and felt a little cramp. Great friendly staff as well. The pool area is small with 2 small pools, but you have a great beach opposite for a decent swim. We had no problem with sun beds with we found there were plenty throughout the day. Nice little bar, which is also a great friendly staff. The only drawback was that noisy fan, again, was quite annoying at times. Overall, the hotel is a good location for the beach, with plenty of local bars and shops nearby.

Love love love everything about this hotel. Perfect location on one of the best beaches ever. Great pool area. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean and well equipped. Restaurant and food is beautiful with so much selection for both breakfast and dinner. Staff are all so helpful and friendly they will do anything to make your stay a very good one. Brilliant selection of pubs bars restaurants gift shops and grocery shops all within walking distance. There are boat trips off the little jetty across the bay, to Palma twice a week. Or pleasure cruises everyday. Having done both would highly recommend. Its a wonderful way to travel to Palma for a few hours if you don't fancy the crowded buses. Great place cant recommend highly enough

Visited today that hotel for breakfast, were quite happy with the buffet food variety, the food was delicious, hot and high quality. The staff were nice and pleasant to us since we entered the hotel, greetings to the gentleman at the reception and the F&B Manager Mr. Javier who was very helpful and professional. Great adult only hotel with all rooms enjoying a view of the Son Matias beach. The food is fantastic served buffet style. Staff are great as well. Live entertainment is provided each night. The guests are mostly elderly so no noisy night time shenanigans experienced elsewhere. I have stayed here numerous times, but since my last stay a number of years ago, they have introduced a parking fee of €20 per day. This used to be free on a first come,first served basis as there are only a few spaces available. This was a costly mistake on my part as I always rent a car whilst here.

First time visiting son Matias hotel and we couldn't fault a thing. From the cleanliness of the hotel, to the welcoming staff - everything was just perfect. The room was modern and contemporary with an incredible sea view and even though it was right on the sea front, once you shut the doors u couldn't hear a thing. The bed was so comfy and the air conditioning worked a treat. The food was fantastic- lots of choice and so fresh. The fact we are vegans didn't matter either - they made sure there was plenty of choice for us - even making us a special lemon gateaux! Location is absolutely key to this hotel, the beachfront position is amazing and the fact they keep an eye on sunbed hoggers is brilliant 👏 all the staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially julie, the entertainment coordinator, she really made it for us. We will def be returning. Brilliant holiday.

Rarely post reviews but need to convey my disappointment in this hotel. Whilst I appreciate it is the end of the season almost, was very saddened at the lack of attention to the hotel. Rooms nice and adequate. Some lovely staff (Blondie behind bar as well as older bar lady) and Reception staff lovely but also some very abrasive bar staff. Tables not cleared or wiped and generally very scruffy. Not expensive to stay but food and drink quality is very poor even for all inclusive. Our first evening, a Saturday, and the only meat being served in the restaurant was beef burgers and chicken nuggets. To be fair, most evenings there is freshly cooked chops, ribs, chicken and fish but that is where the fresh hot cooked temperatures end. Not only luke warm but most ‘hot’ food is barely tepid rendering it inedible. I could be wrong but would suggest the ‘heat lamps’ over the food are actually just bulbs. On the plus side, breakfast is fab, as is the salad bar, the deserts and the cheese station. Entered restaurant at 1.03pm lunch service and the chips were actually stone cold and inedible. Such a shame as it has potential but seems to need management. Only local spirits served unless you pay full price (not a surcharge) for international spirits. We have spent most of our week dining out rather than using the all inclusive. Overall, appears that the hotel chain is keeping costs low, totally understandable, but I’m afraid they’re not delivering a good enough standard in my opinion.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 days all inclusive. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. Although when we arrived to our room on day 1 it had smelt like someone had been smoking cigarettes. The smell didn’t go. The food was okay it had lots of options for my girlfriend who is a veggie. The location is lovely as it’s right next to the beach which we went to a lot as the pool was somewhat small and it had a awkward feeling about it as there was no Background music. I personally think this hotel is not for 20-25 year olds as it is occupied by the older generation (we were getting looks). We wanted to go to quiz night on our last night but we couldn’t do it unfortunately because we didn’t have a pen and if we did want a pen we would of had to Pay 1 euro and only in cash which we didn’t have. Overall I think we payed far too much for this holiday and we didn’t get a good value For money but that’s just my opinion

For my first solo holiday abroad, it has been a fantastic experience. The room was clean and I had a sizeable balcony albeit obscured by the canopy at the front of the hotel. I was on the 1st floor. Food was ample and the choice everyday varied. Drinks that were included suited most tastes but be warned, the measures were......HUGE lol. No complaints here. Entertainment included singers, a magic act, karaoke and a disco. Victoria was very enthusiastic and tried her best with a sometimes tough crowd. My only complaint is the lack of respect from other hotel guests late at night and the blatant disregard for no smoking poolside and on the balconies. Apart from this the staff were very polite, friendly and attentive.

A great hotel reasonably close to the beach in Palmanova (less than a leisurely 10 minute walk). The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and well equipped. It had a balcony, TV, kettle and shower. We stayed with the half-board option. The food was good, well cooked and well presented. It was a buffet style service and there was plenty to choose from at every mealtime. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. We had no complaints on our one week stay.

We had a 4 night break at Globales Panama late season(Oct half term 2024). We arrived at around 2pm and were quickly checked in by the receptionist. The Hotel lobby was clean and welcoming. Our room was on the 6th floor and was serviced by 2 lifts. The room was clean and tidy and equiped with an A/C unit, balcony, fridge and tv(patchy satellite connection) The room was made up for 3 people, a room criticism, being an adult only hotel the 3rd space in our room was a pull out sofa-bed and had a very thin sponge mattress on it, with 3 adults all paying the same price it would be nice to have had a proper bed. We asked, and house keeping provided another sponge which we put on top and made a huge difference (thank you). The food was a tale of two halves, the salad bar/meats/cheeses etc were a great selection and plentiful, the hot section was dissapointing, while there was a different selection each day it seemed that everything was cold and not well rotated as it depleted (even getting there as it opened it felt as though it had been out for a good half an hr) this was the same for all the meal times. The snack bar for the all inclusive was very limited and was made up of cheese/meats, some apples, cold (hot food). The bar area in the evening is very much like a transport cafe it could do with a bit of low music and some nicer less bright lighting. There only was ever one person on the bar and it gets busy once the evening entertainment starts. A big thank you to Delores(day shift) and Juan louis evening shift for their hard work they seemed to work non stop to keep up with demand. Ohh the pool is freezing(the sea is warmer) and is good sport to watch those brave enough to enter. Overall a nice place to stay within 2min from the beach, and no 6am sun lounge dash. I would give a 6.5/10 justified by the points mentioned. Thank you to all the staff we met and those behind the scenes.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It's on an excellent location, the beach is on a few minutes away. Room was tidy as well and the bed was comfortable. However, the wifi is really slow. Also the views from the room were amazing! Paying extra for privilege is not worth it in our opinions. Everyone can visit the rooftop area at night (it's stated on the website as well). We tried to order drinks by the OR codes on the tables by our phones on the rooftop twice at around 7 pm but we didn't get anything. The breakfast was delicious as well and I really like the location of the dining area. All together it was a really nice hotel but paying so much extra for privilege wasn't that good of a value for us.

We stayed at the beginning of July in the Panoramic part of the hotel which had a sea view. The hotel is in a great location with gated access to the promenade. The room was spacious with a large bed that was made daily. I liked the fact that it had a proper bathroom with a great walk-in shower. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds of which we had no problems getting one when needed. The only negative is the steps into the pool which would be difficult for people with mobility issues. The restaurant was also spacious and it was lovely to sit outside in the fresh air. The food was very tasty and expertly cooked with lots of choice and different themes across the week. The desserts were delicious, too tempting to have just one. Most of all I must praise the staff who are a credit to the hotel. They all greeted us with a “Hola” and a smile and seemed happy to serve us and we even had a laugh with some of them. We loved our stay and will definitely be back sometime in the future.

From the time of arrival to the point of waiting for our coach to arrive to return back to the airport the staff were fantastic. The hotel is situated close to the sea front. It’s an adults only hotel and there are two main small pools to choose from and a good number of sun beds. Hotel is extremely modern and operates a no cash policy. Everywhere is kept extremely clean and the food area is outstanding. The food was great and again service was to a very high standard. We would definitely return again. Thank you to all the staff seen and unseen for a fabulous experience.

Fantastic location with very kind and helpful staff, rook was spacious and view from the balcony was great. Came with a mini fridge that was empty so lots of took to store your own stuff, breakfast was hit and miss with some options Bering very good and others unpalatable, the churros especially were disappointing. The price is purely for the great location, rooms floors weren’t especially clean but the beds and bathroom was.

This hotel is so lovely!! From the stunning view from the balcony to the wonderful staff that’s so friendly!!!! The beach and the sea are so clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, dinner was okay - but fresh! Still amazing value for money. For me it was important that the hotel was right at the beachfront, had good food, wasn’t far away from the airport, that there were good restaurants and bars within walking distance, that it’s clean and calm. We found it with Seramar!! We were absolutely happy with the decision and would come again!

This was my 2nd time at this hotel, and it's good. But my problem was the room. The floor hadn't been cleaned, sand, flakes of paper and dust was all over the floor. Other than that, the breakfast is alright and so is the dinner. It's a very "family" hotel, meaning it's calm. There is no DJ, pool closes at 6pm and there is no evening activities. But at the same time if you want to do stuff, it's up the street and you will find lots of places.

One star given for the sea view. The hotel facilities are of very basic standard, far from what you would expect from a 4-star hotel and nearly 300 euros per night. We were given a room below the reception floor, outdated style and awful smell from the bathroom at night, especially when it rains, it is smelly as in a public toilet (a room on a higher floor might be better). Breakfast is full of process food with poor quality despite lots of options. Gastronomy is absolutely absent from the hotel (both from the central kitchen and Amura restaurant). You would better off cooking by yourself or searching for a proper restaurant in Palma. We ordered a strawberry birthday cake well in advance and double checked with reception upon our arrival. A greasy chocolate cake was provided on the day which we did not consume, and we could tell it was not even made from the kitchen as a similar one could be bought from the supermarket. The explanation was 'accidents / mistakes do happen'. We feel it was not a big deal for the hotel but this kind of 'I do not care' attitude is really unbearable, probably because they still have loads of tourists arriving. Haribo sweets and a bottle of alcohol were offered the second day (for this mistake) which we refused as we couldn't stand any more process food. Staff at reception are not friendly. They try to perform their duties but unfortunately they seem tense and overwhelmed with guests though it is considered as low season with few activities proposed to kids. Parking slots are limited compared to the quantity of rooms offered in the hotel. Kids room is definitely to be avoided with all the arcade games. The hotel manager discussed with us on our dissatisfaction and all that she can do is to report the same to the director. Not sure how much our experience would contribute to the improvement of the hotel. Considering the other negative comments the hotel has been receiving, we do not place hopes on any follow-ups and do not recommend this hotel to other families. I deeply regret that I did not check negative reviews before booking Ponent Mar. It is definitely over rated at Bookings and over priced.

What can I say but one of the greatest hotels I have experienced. This was my honeymoon destination! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and outstanding housekeeping. The view from our room was amazing! The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods and dining outside usually had a great view too. The views from the pools is stunning. Could not find a fault! We will definitely be staying again and miss it already! Very highly recommended!

Really nice hotel overall, however I/we do feel that some of the staff can be a little rude/abrupt, it didn’t always feel that friendly e.g. when checking out they didn’t ask us if we enjoyed the stay, and It just felt abrupt a little too often hence 4 stars, however our experience overall was that the hotel was clean, great sea views, the room was spacious with cooking space, good food (breakfast/eve), nice spa (albeit maybe the steam room needs a ‘scent’), and it’s a short walk to the beach. The room was also quiet at night, so it was easy to sleep which is not always the case in hotels!

1 Star - Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience I’m absolutely disgusted by my stay at this hotel. We were charged nearly €300 per night, a rate you’d expect from a five-star luxury hotel in New York, but what we got was a disappointment from start to finish. The hotel is a mix of old and new, with unhelpful staff and a smelly room. For €300 per night, you don’t even get breakfast—it’s extra. And don’t expect extra towels either. If you want more for the pool, you have to ask. The room was far from clean, and the air conditioning was barely functional. My wife even sprained her ankle using their sweaty, dirty, and unhygienic gym. When we requested an ice pack, they refused to bring it to the room, saying that wasn’t their job. At the time, my wife was alone and had to painfully limp down to reception, where they pointed her to the bar instead of helping her. To make things worse, the bar man at the bar was extremely rude, as it was late. Instead of being helpful, he begrudgingly put a few ice cubes in a plastic cup, claiming he doesn’t have any plastic bags. We had to end up wrapping ice in a bin bag from the room. This hotel claims to be four-star, but it’s barely three-star. We had just stayed at the Kimpton prior to this, where we received true five-star service for the same price. The service here? Non-existent. The bald-headed receptionist man was utterly useless when we needed assistance. We asked for the Netflix to be connected, his answer was “we don’t deal with that. Wait till next week and the technician will deal with it” When we asked the female receptionist for a Band-Aid or plaster, she told us we’d have to buy one instead of providing it from their first aid kit. I would highly recommend you avoid this place if you’re expecting any kind of service or basic decency. For €300 a night, you can find much better elsewhere. This place was pathetic.

One of the worst experiences, and we travel a lot. The cleanliness is terrible; they don't clean the floors, and no one wipes away toothpaste stains According to the hotel rules, reserving sunbeds is prohibited, which means that if you go swimming in the sea or the hotel pool, by the rules, you have to take all your belongings 'into the water' with you. Otherwise, when you return, you might find your belongings missing, and not just missing, but even your phone stolen from your bag – in other words, the hotel allows legal theft The reception staff is incredibly rude, there's no way to describe the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the hotel "manager" The gym is small, without windows, water, or towels It's dirty, and some of the equipment is not in working condition

Hotel was spotless very friendly staff nothing was a problem for them. You are right in the heart of the shops and clubs but once your door and windows are closed on your balcony you can't really hear them. Pool area was lovely and again spotless. The only thing that let's this hotel down is choice in menu. My daughter was at it's sister hotel they had the same menu but much bigger choice in food.

Small but really nice hotel in just a perfect location in Palmanova. 2 min walk to the clear sandy beach and evening promenade with cafes and bars. Staff is friendly and animation team did a great job. The only downside for us was the selection of food in the restaurant. Themed dinners were good, but lunches had a poor and repetitive selection.

We were staying in mid June as a family with 2yo a whole week. The room - Junior suite was perfect for our family, with plenty of room. The furniture looks like new and whole room was very nice and clean! The food was something else! I have never had such a great food! Good options for the child as well. The stuff was also very nice. The only thing is we're use to eat at different times, earlier, but we managed within couple days. Everyday program at the hotel was also nice, the only complaint i have, is our room was directly above the performing stage so we couldn't get to sleep until 23 o'clock. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel!

The Location of this hotel is perfect. It’s just a short walk from the beach and lots of different shops and restaurants. The hotel itself however is not giving a 4 star hotel rating. The reception team were helpful, as I was deeply disappointed and disgusted with the cleanliness of the hotel.We had arrived back after a long day at the beach to discover our “cleaned” room had blood stains on the bed sheets along with hairs and various other stains on the pillows and the sheet. The following evening I was also disgusted to find numerous bugs not only on the floor of the room but also on the bed and in our luggage. I have arrived home with bugs all over my luggage and after a long wash in the washing machine there is still bugs, I have multiple bug bites on my body.As this is a so called 4 star hotel I was deeply disappointed and hope this review will help the hotel make major improvements that is needed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Sadly I would not recommend this hotel until major improvements are done.

Originally via Easyjet our tour operator we were due to stay again at the Eix Lagotel in Alcudia but they changed our dates and venue. So we were moved to the Fergus Bermudas hotel in Palma Nova. General Whilst it was initially a shock (as we loved Eix Lagotel) we are happy to report we enjoyed our stay at Fergus Bermudas, which we found to be very clean. Our Room (224) We had a quiet pleasant twin room with a balcony over looking the tennis court which despite it being on a road junction was very well insulated. Comfy beds, nice storage spaces, British, French, German and Spanish TV channels and a great shower. Also as there is no natural water source directly next to the hotel, thankfully our room was mosquito free! The only downside was the bathroom had a recurring smell meaning we had to airate it throughout the day. The Staff The hotel had very friendly staff throughout, Salva on the bar and Alice in the restaurant were especially lovely. Restaurant The usual buffet’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As the buffet’s themselves I would say the breakfast was the best. The lunch and dinner buffets we found didn’t vary that much from one day to the next. Also the food whilst generally good was at times either hit or miss. The restaurant is attended by a friendly bunch of staff who get drinks for you from the bar whilst you dine. All Inclusive All meals included and light snacks on offer at other times. We don’t drink so only ever had soft drinks and hot drinks but assume there is a range of alcoholic drinks included (although we heard not all cocktails are included in the deal). Other catering on offer Sadly we found no bar menu on offer when the restaurant was closed. Whilst this didn’t greatly bother us, our 6 foot plus 15 year old looking to baulk on an all inclusive balked at the idea of an eclectic mix of petite sandwiches, cakes and viennoiserie’s on offer. Hotel Facilities The hotel we found was more geared towards couples and families with older children. There were only a few families with younger children. To this end there are no climbing frames our outdoor play areas for younger kids. There is also no gym on site, which for a 4 star hotel is unusual. However what they do have is: Activities on site; One pool with sun loungers around Two way (poolside and inside) bar open from 11am till 10pm Bingo (held each night and it was FREE!, the prizes were non all inclusive cocktails and a champagne bottle) Evening events like live music and karaoke Daytime events (board games, and family games) Tennis court (tennis & badminton rackets with balls & shuttles available) Table tennis (bats and balls maybe also available but never played it) Pool table (this was out of order during our stay) Outdoor soft seats Paid bike hire available Location, Location, Location! The hotel has an excellent location. Just a 2 minute walk from two large beaches with a wide variety of shops and restaurants on the seafront within a 5-10 minute walk. For those wanting a nightlife, Magaluf is a 20 mins walk away or if don’t want to walk about 5 mins in a taxi. Local trips For local travel, you can take the 104 or 105 bus to the island’s capital Palma. The bus stop is pretty much outside the hotel. Tap in-Tap out on the bus with card or phone. 30 mins ride via motorway. The end of the line is an underground terminus so no need to fret about when to get off! One final note, we came in the October half term, so sea based activities are very much weather and sea dependent. Having said this we managed to nab a 2-hour cruise on the Dolphin boat cruise. In Conclusion… We enjoyed our stay at Fergus Bermudas, whilst it lacks any wow factor, it is a pleasant clean hotel with friendly staff, great location and good amenities. We would definitely come back, but would recommend just varying the buffet slightly and introducing a bar menu.

Fantastic place . Staff are great,food lovely and perfect location. Smallest of negatives are the small lifts which at busy times are hard to get especially as a mobility scooter. But will definitely return.

My friend and I stayed at Globales Palmanova Palace during the last week of September and we had an amazing experience! The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The food was fantastic – every meal had a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. From breakfast to dinner, there were plenty of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. The bartenders were also fantastic! They were always friendly, quick with service, and made the best cocktails. Whether it was a refreshing drink by the pool or a cocktail in the evening, the bar staff really added to the holiday atmosphere with their great attitudes and attention to detail. But what really made our stay special was the entertainment team, especially Juanjo. He was incredibly fun, energetic, and had such a positive vibe. Whether it was leading activities or putting on a show in the evening, he always made sure everyone was having a great time. His enthusiasm and friendliness made the whole experience so much more enjoyable, and we can’t thank him enough! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Globales Palmanova Palace for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great food, amazing drinks, and even better entertainment.

Just back from 7 days here as a family. We liked the hotel and the location. Always very clean and tidy. All staff friendly. The animation team (Johnathan) made our days fun with aqua gym. Pools. Darts. Bowls and shuttle board as well as songs for younger child in our group. There is also table table and mini golf for during the day. The pool area is clean and tidy. Pity children were not allowed to have rubber rings or water balls. Male life guard could be rude and take such items from children but we didn’t let that spoil our stay. Negatives are not enough plug sockets in bedroom area and food wasn’t great in main restaurant. I think small changes could be made but overall we have had a good first family here. Would we return? Yes but I wouldn’t recommend with children too young

I spent 7 days in Palmanova Hotel and I'm very happy to be a guest there . All staff was amazing , food was great ,different variety every day , maybe breakfasts needs some updates . Great , Clean hotel ,might be just a little bit noisy during the nights . Great location close to beaches ,buss stationes and shops . Overall very positive impression 👍😍🌴

The food was delicious (especially the grilled seafood and the smoothies), and the whole organization in the restaurant was great. We had breakfast and dinner and never had to wait to be seated (which happens quite often with other hotel chains). The entertainment team was great, and kids loved Izzy (every night they played different songs and dances for the mini disco), most night shows were quite interesting. The pool area is quite big, and we never had a problem finding free sunbeds. The beach is only 5 minutes away (via stairs, otherwise 8-10min). The only kind of negative thing is the pullout sofa, which could be more comfortable.

Fantastic experience at Zafiro Hotel Palmanova! The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, with so many activities and facilities to keep little ones entertained. Amazing - we've just come back from Palma Nova and stayed at the Zafiro. It's a beautiful place and a great location. My daughter loved the pools and kiddie stuff also the kids club. Hotel and rooms are nice but food was not good. The main pool was far too cold for my baby. Didn't let us keep room longer even though we had a late flight, which made it very difficult with a baby. Check in took very long . Won't go back

We stayed here in August 2024, just after the hotel had undergone a full refit, the hotel was lovely, bright and modern, the room were spacious, modern with a nice bathroom with a good shower. The restaurant was a buffer style and had a good choice of food and deserts The pool is quite small, but luckily wasn't too crowded while we were there, the pool bar is excellent, with soft drinks on tap and a well stocked bar. The pool snacks were good, and Simone the cook on duty, was excellent, very friendly, polite and hard working, he never stopped cooking, from toasties in the morning to burgers and hot dogs then crepes later in the day. The hotel is in a good location, very close to local shops and restaurants and literally across the road to the beach.

Firstly, a huge thank you to the manager, Gabriela, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Ahmed at reception was incredibly welcoming and made our check-in process seamless, even though we were in a rush to find the nearest place to watch the Euro Final. His efficiency and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. The rooftop pool and bar area was a highlight of our trip—highly recommended if it’s just you and your partner. The views from the deck were incredible, and we can’t praise Nacho and Jose enough for their exceptional service—they kept the drinks coming! Their friendly and attentive nature made every visit to the rooftop a pleasure. The stunning views, combined with their excellent service, created the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Our room was incredible—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was nothing short of amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options that left us more than satisfied. Overall, our four-day stay was incredible, thanks to the amazing staff and the outstanding amenities. A newly renovated hotel that met our expectations. Great food, great selection, we didn't have the same meal all week and always chose from the buffet menu. Very nice staff, especially the bartender Alex, who is always nice, helpful and you can see that he enjoys his job. The hotel is located in the best location of the island and there is a clean beach across the road. Approximately 40 minutes from the airport by bus. What I would work on is the wifi, unfortunately it almost didn't work, the connection was unstable. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back

Stayed here late October for 6 nights. We were lucky enough to be given room 626 in Block 2 .. which turned out to be a suite on the top floor. Had a lovely wrap-around balcony, fantastic views of the beach opposite. I’m guessing these rooms were still to be updated, as all other rooms had posh new doors, but ours didn’t. However, the room was of a good standard, cleaned daily, and lots of space. Nice touch with the pod machine for coffee, kettle supplied also. If you need tea-bags then just stock up from the restaurant when needed. Milk, we bought a small 1l from the shop down the road. TV in room was lovely, but no English channels. Did have Netflix though, so connected the TV to the hotels WiFi, and streamed a movie on the one day it happened to be wet, with thunder and lightning. Snack bar beside the main pool was brilliant, offering chips, toasties, pastries, burgers etc. all the toasties were of the ham & cheese variety, but the kind chef made me a simple cheese one when asked. The drinks machines at both pools were self-service, so cold drinks (fizzy and of the juice type) were help yourself. Cocktails were made up by the bar-tender at the main pool (though at the rooftop adults only pool you made them yourself) Plenty of sunbeds for everyone, lifeguard there at all times. There was music playing at the main pool, but i personally liked it, it was of the 80s / 90s era. Adults only pool, on the top of block 1 was lovely, small but functional. Sunbeds up there had cushions on all of them, plus umbrellas. Restaurant was good, food a little bit repetitive, but always a good selection, and fresh salad / fruit and a potato selection every day. Fussy eaters would be fine. As usual though, food could have been hotter. Cleaners were lovely, cleaned every day, spotless everywhere. Witnessed a staff member called ‘Rosa’ have a public spat with a colleague at the main pool bar one day - not very professional in my opinion. Beach opposite was lovely, literally across the road. Went there every day. Chargeable sunbeds if needed. Lots of Shops right outside the hotel, along with various bars and restaurants. Never too loud though, and main road never busy with ample pedestrian crossings that cars actually stopped and let you across on ! Transfer from Airport was about 40 minutes, so not too long. Magaluf along the coast, about 1 mile away, didn’t visit there. Public buses seemed to run every 10 minutes or so. All in all a good holiday in a recently refurbished hotel. Well worth a visit

Had such a great time here. We went all inclusive for 5 nights. The room was very nice, with great view. The food was very nice with a big selection. The service was outstanding, and the staff were all extremely friendly. Opposite the beach which was great! I'd definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous hotel, there were 9 of us here for a girls holiday and it couldn't have been better. Food was fantastic , rooms immaculate, pool area was great and clean. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Close to the town and the beach, great location. I would most definitely recommend and I would absolutely come back again

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid option, especially for the price. The rooms are very clean and minimalist—don’t expect any luxurious or overly fluffy beds here. Everything is functional, but simple. One of the highlights is the unlimited brunch, which was excellent with plenty of options, making it a great deal. The location is also a plus. It’s just behind a busy street, so you’re close to the action without having to deal with the noise. However, I did notice that the sound insulation between rooms isn’t the best. People walking and talking in the hallway at night did wake me up a couple of times, as the doors don’t seem very soundproof. A few minor downsides: the room could use a fresh coat of paint, and I did spot a silverfish on the wall. Still, for what you pay, it’s a good value, especially if you’re looking for a no-frills stay.

Came here and have to say it's a perfect location for a relaxed atmosphere. Close to all amenities you need from bars to restaurants, to fashion stores etc. There is no sense of urgency to get a sunbed by the pool, as there is always some available Love the bean bag area with the shade - perfect to rest out of the sun. Not really a party hotel which attracted me more to it as was able to sleep easily as there is a rule for no noise after 9pm. Definitely will be back.

The hotel looks very new and modern inside. You can check in through self-service kiosks. The staff is always available and ready to help. There’s a gym, a pool, and the sea is just 5 minutes to the right, with a large supermarket 5 minutes to the left. Another 5 minutes and there’s a bus stop. The rooms are minimalist but comfortable. Breakfasts are wonderful. The only downside is the Tent app. It’s not fully functional. I couldn’t open the room through the app, and contacting staff through it wasn’t possible either, as messages weren’t delivered or notified. Everything else is perfect! Highly recommend!

3 star hotel is a 3 star hotel…there are some pros and cons… + the location is absolutely amazing! Next to the beach, but not loud, and with a supermarket just on the opposite side of the street. +Our room was clean and was cleaned every day, what I really appreciate. +you should book a room with a see view it worth it. But… -the breakfast is not the best. The coffee is just fake and disgusting. A lot of dishes don’t taste, it is just a waste of foodstuff. -there was no option with a double bed. Two single beds for us as a couple are not comfortable in this case. -the bath was old and it was painted with really bad paint so I noticed a white spot on my feet after bathing because of thin layer of this bad paint. It was a real disappointment.
