The location of this hotel can't be beat, and it has easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even helped me call a cab to get to my planned event when there was no Uber available. If it wasn't for that very nice man at the front desk, I wouldn't have been able to make it on time. The rooms are comfortable with working AC, which is crucial if you go in the summer like I did. The breakfast here was a pleasant surprise also, and was very satisfying, and the free sangria my first night there was a nice touch too. You're within walking distance of many shops and restaurants here, and close to everything you need. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to others.

Overall good! The location was in the beachfront and in center of Palmanova. It is nearby good restaurants and there is a grocery beside the hotel. The bus stop is few mins walk away from the hotel.
The room is a bit not so spacious and the bed request wasn’t given. But the room had fantastic view of the beach and the pool area. The housekeeping clean the room everyday and change towels. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was fulfilling! You have a lot of options to choose from. But the coffee from the vending machine wasn’t really good for my liking.
I will recommend this hotel for sure!

Hotel Agua Beach offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with modern, fresh interiors that create a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and many offer beautiful views of the beach, adding to the overall experience. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, making it convenient for both relaxation and exploration.
The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests, and the service is efficient. The breakfast buffet is diverse, with options for various dietary preferences, ensuring a good start to the day. While the facilities are generally in good condition, some areas, like the pool, can feel a bit crowded during peak times.
Overall, Hotel Agua Beach provides a great balance between comfort, location, and service, making it a solid choice for a beach getaway.

I like the staff, who are friendly and helpful. I almost never write reviews and typically am not super picky.
However, when I reviewed the website and the photos of the rooms, then chose the room based on appearance and cost, that is not what I ended up with. They have another building about 3 minutes down the street, an annex, with rooms that are clean, but have the appearance of more of a hostel.
I was first struck by the very very dusty and sparse lobby, not very inviting for a woman traveling alone and the website never mentioned it. Then the bed was very ‘blank’ for lack of a better word. Not comfortable at all, not hard but not even comfortable to sit on.
I just wish that I understood, that if you reserve a room based on the picture provided with the box you choose, it could have disclaimed that if rooms are full in the hotel when you arrive WITH a reservation you could be staying in a lesser room, that you probably would not choose at that room rate if I’d seen it.
Misleading, at best and will not return.

Great location - exit the hotel and cross the road for the beach. Lovely location for restaurants and shops.
The pool area is nice but the outside showers need urgent renovation as it’s like they are about to fall over. Pool area doesn’t get much sun due to the high walls. Everything up the outside lift needs updating as very tired (gym, rooftop bar, ‘Bali’ beds, & jacuzzis). Jacuzzis are cold and only one was on during our stay. The rooftop bar was also shut both times we went upstairs but we didn’t check the timings on the hotel information QR code.
Room was on 2nd floor and was purchased as a ‘sea view’ but it was looking at the back of the supermarket next door with a small view of the sea. The shower head was full of limescale and had only two settings which none were suitable, no bathroom door lock either.
Beds were comfortable and aircon was okay. Spare duvet in the cupboard but no sheet for it so couldn’t use.
Housekeeping opened our door and then slammed it shut around 7am and were very loud in the corridor and nearby rooms.
Reception staff were approachable but never asked how our stay was when we checked out or checked if we were guests when asking for the luggage room key.
Breakfast was a standard buffet with friendly staff.
I wouldn’t rate this a 4 star hotel but the star rating is heavily reliant on what facilities are provided so I understand why it’s a 4 star (albeit the facilities are lacking modernisation).
I would return only out of season and for the right price. I would also make sure they allocated a sea view room if that’s what I paid for.
