Just returned from a last minute 4 night stay here and it was a gem of a hotel. The room was modern, spacious and spotless and the room maid was faultless and friendly. We had a lovely view of mountains, mini golf behind hotel and part view of the sea.
Took a little while to get checked in because the receptionist had trouble printing copies of our passports which would have been OK but she didn't communicate with us and was quite stony faced, but was maybe just under pressure. One small 4 person lift which was very small and inadequate for size of hotel.
Dining room was very well appointed, the main waitress was a star, very friendly, professional and quick and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the evening buffet, for what it cost, was value for money.
Nice pool area, kept very clean and obviously quiet because adults only.
Gym on rooftop light and airy and quite large and well kitted out but nearly all the machines were in need of repair so mostly had to rely on free weights. This definitely needs sorting if they are to continue to advertise the gym.
Although we didn't use it, the hot tub appeared to be in good condition and clean and was situated in a nice spot.
The hotel cocktail bar out front, Olivias, was a lovely ambiance and good selection of cocktails and drinks and food in the evening and live music some evenings but the service, although pleasant and friendly, was very slow and quite frustrating.
Location of the hotel is excellent, right opposite beach and in the middle of the main street of restaurants and bars and shops and only 20 minutes from the airport. All in all a gem of a hotel for the price.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent service and rooms. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming it really makes a difference. The hotel is right opposite the beach in a slightly quieter part of Palmanova. Lots of restaurants nearby but it's a short walk to the main bars area. Hotel is adults only and no stag or hen does so it was blissfully quiet. Room was spacious with a very comfy bed a fridge and a good bathroom. Tv was hopeless but you don't come to Mallorca to watch tv so bring lots of stuff to read. The sea view rooms are worth the extra money. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice from the buffet

Great location. The staff where amazing
The Lady on reception was so cheery and helpful as was Anna in the restaurant. Food was good room was good and the rooftop garden with its views is a must.
I was in the annex which can be a bit confusing but once I got my bearings it was fine. Would 100% recommend.

We brought a group of 9 guests to this hotel, and the experience was an absolute disappointment — both for us and for our group. We were placed in the annex building, which reeked of sewage and was clearly poorly maintained.
We received multiple complaints about unacceptable cleaning standards — sand still on the floors, dust under the beds, and sleepless nights due to noise from nearby bars. Several guests had paid for sea view rooms, yet none received one, as there are no sea view rooms in the annex.
When we raised these issues repeatedly with reception, we were told the hotel was fully booked. It was obvious this was not the first time they’d received such complaints. One staff member even shrugged and said, “Next time you need to request the main building.” If you pay for a sea view room, you should receive one, or at the very least be refunded if it’s not available. The fact that this continues to happen shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for paying guests. Rest assured — we will never return.
The director, Alex, consistently ignores guest feedback and refuses to take responsibility. The greed and disregard for guests are astonishing. We have never encountered a hotel that charges for an upgrade it doesn’t provide and then refuses to refund the difference. It’s unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.
We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t risk disappointing your group or ruining your holiday here. The property claims to be 4 stars, but in reality, it’s barely 2 stars. Many of the overly positive reviews here appear questionable based on our experience.

The location is spectacular. The hotel shouldn't have 4 stars; I think 3 reflects what they offer. The gym has several broken machines, the towels are old and torn, the hotel manager is unfriendly, and the buffet, while extensive, offers international cuisine but nothing regional.
