Hotel was spotless very friendly staff nothing was a problem for them.
You are right in the heart of the shops and clubs but once your door and windows are closed on your balcony you can't really hear them.
Pool area was lovely and again spotless.
The only thing that let's this hotel down is choice in menu.
My daughter was at it's sister hotel they had the same menu but much bigger choice in food.

Small but really nice hotel in just a perfect location in Palmanova. 2 min walk to the clear sandy beach and evening promenade with cafes and bars. Staff is friendly and animation team did a great job. The only downside for us was the selection of food in the restaurant. Themed dinners were good, but lunches had a poor and repetitive selection.

The entertainment girls very good at their job. One, I think was Grace, a very good singer for karaoke, made sure she got others up to help. I got up once, was told she wanted me up again - I was good. She picked song. As I'm a Geordie she wanted one of songs we sing. Verse and chorus written out for her, since she understood music, that was written out to learn, 'When the boat comes in' from TV series. As she was Italian it was difficult getting her to understand Geordie dialect, what words meant but I did my best, hopefully it was something different for her. Good on her for trying!

The Location of this hotel is perfect. It’s just a short walk from the beach and lots of different shops and restaurants. The hotel itself however is not giving a 4 star hotel rating. The reception team were helpful, as I was deeply disappointed and disgusted with the cleanliness of the hotel.We had arrived back after a long day at the beach to discover our “cleaned” room had blood stains on the bed sheets along with hairs and various other stains on the pillows and the sheet. The following evening I was also disgusted to find numerous bugs not only on the floor of the room but also on the bed and in our luggage. I have arrived home with bugs all over my luggage and after a long wash in the washing machine there is still bugs, I have multiple bug bites on my body.As this is a so called 4 star hotel I was deeply disappointed and hope this review will help the hotel make major improvements that is needed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Sadly I would not recommend this hotel until major improvements are done.

Stayed there for holiday. Staff and location was 5/5..but the room was terrible, bed was worst, we stayed somewhere in basement so when we open balcony doors everybody /and when i say everybody i mean literally everybody also guests from another hotel/ saw all of our room. We coudn’t use air conditioning because it was so noisy that we cant even hear each other - first night we didnt even sleep because after we turn it off it was still noisy. When its stop we tried start it again but the noise was back so we kept it off all the time. Room cleaning was also awful - didnt want much just swipe a floor a little so we don’t make mess in bed but u can look at photo that i attached how floor looked afrer cleaning.. its a shame because the staff was wonderful especially waitress, they worked really hard. In the end i wouldn’t recommed staying here because for that price it's not worth it, the rooms are not good. 4* for this hotel is not appropriate in my opinion.
