Stayed this hotel September . It is ok basic . Staff were good at bar served quick . People kept falling when I was there even me . It’s a trip hazard hotel . Lot of golfers guests which is fine . Room dated and old . Was fed up of Gabriel asking to review and how to do it . Pressured every day nice guy but did my head in . Food rubbish especially evening cold and rotten. Soup terrible . Good thing it is close to everything . If you want a basic hotel then this is the place you get what you pay for . Was last minute for me as go in July and August to Majorca .

We had a short 4 day stay here for a getaway break.
The hotel is very clean, with very good food, service and staff.
Its location is great for the local bars, restaurants and beach.
We had a refurbished room overlooking the pool which was really good quality.
I simply can't fault the hotel.
Would definitely return.

Enjoyed a really good holiday at this hotel, all the staff are very good at their jobs and were really friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The food was very nice, always fresh, plates were cleared away quickly once finished with. Good entertainment. Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Only a small hotel but met some really lovely people that would love to meet again! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights in October 2025 - all inclusive.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the all inclusive package is really good the drinks are good all round with plenty of choice - food was tasty enough, I would say not too much variety if you was staying for more than 5/7 days.
Location is excellent, one minute walk from the beach and plenty of bars & restaurants. Just under 30 minutes in a taxi from the Airport
Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful.
A special shout out to Gabriel in the entertainment team who really stands out, getting guests involved with day/night time activities or even just passing by and checking in and saying hello to all.
I would definetly recommend this hotel and likely to return next year.

Great location, literally 2 min walk to the beach . Local bars and a few shops. The local bus services are right outside the hotel and run frequently and until early hours if you want to visit Magaluf.
The hotel reception was clean and well laid out.
We arrived at 1230pm and although one of our rooms wasn't ready until 2pm they ensure the 2nd room was so we could put our bags in and get changed.
Our rooms were well laid out. Reasonably cleaned the bathroom needed a bit more of a deep clean but as it was end of season we could overlook that.
The pool area was great with plenty of seating some under big parasols. They also have a large garden which had seating and loungers if you prefer the shade to relax.
The pool unfortunately was the only major negative. It was so cold , even on the days where it was 26° we couldn't stay in for more than a few minutes. I did wonder why it wasn't being used much! I love swimming but only went in once due to this.
The restaurant staff were amazing, warm welcoming and friendly . Especially Edith and Alex plus the younger ladies.
The food was always presently nicely. With multiple choices at all mealtimes.
Laura on reception helped us book an excursion when we were struggling on line by ringing them up for us and booking taxis.
The star of the show was Gabriel who worked tirelessly entertaining everyone. He was so helpful and learnt people's names , he really put in so much effort and enthusiasm.
I do feel as it was end of season the entertainment was lacking in the day there was only darts or table tennis. We were told there is more entertainment during the summer, which is a little disappointing as the hotel was almost fully booked and we had paid the same as its half term.
We went fully inclusive, but not everything is including drink wise.
The cocktails etc you had to pay for so be aware , unlike our stay in Alcudia where everything was inclusive.
The older lady behind the bar Vei I think she was called was the only staff member we met who was rude and shouted at customers on more than one occasion, including myself and the young girl serving me because I asked for a passionfruit drink, which clearly wasn't included but I was going to pay for! This was really embarrassing for me and the young lady serving .
Myself and a few other guests complained about her as she really wasn't giving the holiday vibe we got from your other staff.
Would we come back, probably not , unless the pool was heated and daytime entertainment was included, but I would recommend the hotel to others.
