Hotel was spotless very friendly staff nothing was a problem for them.
You are right in the heart of the shops and clubs but once your door and windows are closed on your balcony you can't really hear them.
Pool area was lovely and again spotless.
The only thing that let's this hotel down is choice in menu.
My daughter was at it's sister hotel they had the same menu but much bigger choice in food.

We were staying in mid June as a family with 2yo a whole week. The room - Junior suite was perfect for our family, with plenty of room. The furniture looks like new and whole room was very nice and clean!
The food was something else! I have never had such a great food! Good options for the child as well. The stuff was also very nice. The only thing is we're use to eat at different times, earlier, but we managed within couple days.
Everyday program at the hotel was also nice, the only complaint i have, is our room was directly above the performing stage so we couldn't get to sleep until 23 o'clock.
Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel!

Small but really nice hotel in just a perfect location in Palmanova. 2 min walk to the clear sandy beach and evening promenade with cafes and bars. Staff is friendly and animation team did a great job. The only downside for us was the selection of food in the restaurant. Themed dinners were good, but lunches had a poor and repetitive selection.

The entertainment girls very good at their job. One, I think was Grace, a very good singer for karaoke, made sure she got others up to help. I got up once, was told she wanted me up again - I was good. She picked song. As I'm a Geordie she wanted one of songs we sing. Verse and chorus written out for her, since she understood music, that was written out to learn, 'When the boat comes in' from TV series. As she was Italian it was difficult getting her to understand Geordie dialect, what words meant but I did my best, hopefully it was something different for her. Good on her for trying!

I chose this place to celebrate a huge birthday with my family and I hugely regret it.
Firstly our rooms situated in the basement had constant loud noise from the chairs and tables being constantly moved throughout the day through the the room from the outdoor restaurant right above. The noise was ridiculous and there should not be rooms underneath that area.
I lost count how many times the room cards to the room stopped working and I had to go to reception to get them reactivated (they were not kept near any phones or anywhere they could be deactivated either they just stopped working on their own).
Some rooms have built in air conditioning units and some have one installed. The I built in ones were substantially cooler in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked and in 1 of our rooms even at 17 degrees it was ridiculously warmer than the 2 rooms with it installed in. Went to sort this on the first night and the man at reception was rude and said he wouldn’t do anything about it until the next day (yes one night with a hot room to sleep in). Offered to change us the next day but we only had 2 nights here so there was no point in the hassle of changing again for that sake of 1 night.
Had our towels on the sunbeds unattended for 20 minutes only to be the only towels moved from the sunbeds when coming back and the only towels at reception. Furious as we seen then for the rest of the weekend multiple sunbeds with towels on where they were not moved and there ALL DAY and no one from reception came and checked or monitored those.
We felt personally attacked and the hotel were very personal and rude towards us.
And having to PAY 3.50 euro per night to use the safes in each room?! For a FOUR star hotel?! I’ve never heard of something so ludicrous in my life.
Please avoid coming here. It is a great hotel to be at a location near to the beach but that is all.
There will be a response to this review but please ignore it as this is quite the honest review and if I can prevent anyone else coming to this hotel for a poor experience I will.
