Had the best time at this hotel. Food is good quality and plenty of choice. Room was a good size, plenty of room for 3 of us. Rooms cleaned daily and thorough. All areas of hotel clean and well presented. Very welcoming and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Entertainment very good, Gabriel is very friendly and works hard to make sure everyone feels included in the entertainment, has had time to chat with us every day. All inclusive package is exceptional value for money. Will definitely return.

Just finishing a ten day stay at the Fergus Bermudas with the family. We have all really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is very very clean. Nice modern rooms and the restaurant is immaculately clean. Food is really good and there is always plenty of room to sit down in the restaurant. Service staff are all very polite and attentive. Gabriel from the entertainment team is an asset to the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool. Its quite a small hotel which is just what we were looking for. Great location for beach, shops and other attractions. Would definitely come back here.

I just returned from an incredible five-night getaway, and it exceeded all our expectations! We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the quality of food was outstanding, complemented by a fantastic selection of drinks. The hotel maintained impeccable cleanliness, and the entertainment lineup was truly engaging.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive; even when we encountered a minor issue with our shower attachment, the reception team promptly resolved it. A special shoutout to Gabriel, one of the entertainers, whose energy made our participation in the activities so enjoyable.
Overall, this trip was a delightful and memorable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect escape!

What a lovely little find, very friendly and attentive staff. Great rooms, the hotel is very clean and tidy. There is a lack of sunbeds but that is due to people putting towels on beds and disappearing for the day! Saying that beds do come available throughout the day. Location is great position, nicely just out the way but a stones throw away from beach and entertainment. Not the most glamorous hotel but the staff and its cleanliness really do make it a great place to stay and relax. Definitely would come back

First time staying at this hotel and the service/location and hotel itself was outstanding. The entertainment staff, like Gabriel, make efforts to get to know all the guests and accommodate their needs as well as make friends. I cannot fault the entertainment that is on day and night. Loved the grease karaoke by the staff! The cleaning staff work long and hard, making sure everything is absolutely spotless. Having a food allergy makes holidays awkward but kitchen staff ensured everything was easy to follow and lots of options compared to other hotels. They personally showed us the food available and all staff were happy to help with any queries. The reception staff were great help and made sure everything was done ASAP even if not important. Only issue (which cannot be helped) was the broken lift, which was a big issue for a lot of families as they only have one. Sunbeds werent an issue as they have many and we got 3 each day even when we turned up after breakfast. The food variety has been the best I've had on a holiday, better than some 5 star places. Location wise it is less than 5 minutes to the beach and a main strip of lovely restaurants/shops. The mini golf is a 10 minute walk. There is no noise from the busy places nearby which surpried us with our room facing them. Thanks so much for the amazing holiday stay!
