The reason for the 4-star rating is that, if you want to play billiards, table tennis, air hockey, etc., you have to pay extra Euro coins. This nickel-and-diming really diminishes customer satisfaction, especially when one has already paid for the hotel and everything.
Otherwise, beautiful hotel and not too expensive. Looks like a part of a theme park. Very romantic. The all you can eat food is very good and there are no queues.
This hotel is also comfortable for tall people, because many come here from Nordic countries. I'm 185cm and could comfortably stand in the shower, and the blankets are 220cm long.

Not only the entire resort is clean, modern and welcoming, but the staff is what really makes you feel good.
Stayed here for one night with a group of friends, after our flight back home was cancelled and we slept in another hotel’s lobby.
We received our room earlier than the expected check-in, the receptionist invited us to have breakfast and helped us with our invoices (much needed in order to apply for compensation from the air carrier).
We want to thank the staff for their warm welcome!
Truly recommend the place.

Been there for 1 week for a family holiday. Perfect place not too far from Palma.
They have lots of activities for children.
The breakfast was great, lots of choice.
The service was very good and very friendly.

I was there in the first week of September with my family.
Pro:
- Location. Short walk to Palmanova Beach. Bus stop in front of the hotel to Palma (Bus TIB 104 / 105) or Airport (Bus TIB A11).
- Friendly staff.
- Asked for a quite room and luckily we got a quite room on the top floor of a building outside the pool area.
- In general clean. Bathroom is ok.
- There is a ceramic stove top to cook your own food. Also kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle and a toaster. Fridge with freezer also available. Dishes, pan and pot are available. But no sponge or soap to wash the dishes.
- TV has internet so that you can watch Youtube.
- Beds are ok.
- No commision in advance. You can pay the whole amount of your stay with cash at check in.
- There is a standing dryer on the balcony for your beach / swimming things.
- The hotel area is in general clean.
Cons:
- Apartment needs a renovation. You can see it is worn and used.
- Living room looks smaller than on the photo.
- No sponge or soap to wash the dishes.
- No lift. You have to walk up stairs.
- Air conditioning smells a little bit. We were unlucky and the one in the living room had some water leakage which make it hard to sleep. To use the air conditioning you have pay a deposit of 10€ to get the remote. But you get the deposit back at check out when bringing back the remote.
- Unluckily there was a cockroach in the bathroom at one night.
- If you want to use the sunbeds at the swimming pool, be quick since guests already reserve the sunbeds early in the morning.
- There are also large group of young adults living in this hotel. If your are unlucky, you might get them as neighbours. So ask for a quite room in advance.

We stayed for 7 nights mid August 2024. Th3 the staff were absolutely fantastic. From Javi Jamie and the lifeguards by the pool, to Pau, Ruth and especially Cristian. All made us feel so welcome and were incredibly attentive and patient.
All staff, but particularly Pau, Ruth & Cristian are are credit to the Aquasol. You guys helped make our stay memorable. Gracias.
We went self-catering but did eat breakfast (plentiful and really really nice) , lunch ( very good) and a later meal ( again really nice). The Citrus restaurant is modern, well stocked and impeccably clean. It's also really good value given you can eat as much as you like.
Bar drinks were good value given general high costs of Palmanova and cocktails are excellent. As stated above - bar food is excellent and portions are very generous.
Our room was basic and a bit dated in parts but clean and did what we needed it for. Aircon was powerful and balcony a decent size.
Unfortunately the situation with the sun beds can be challenging. Getting up at 5am on holiday just to reserve a bed is something we could do without. Clearly families /couples were rising at 4am to lay towels on sunbeds yet not actually using them until pm. I appreciate you can't change this behaviour without completely closing off the pool but nonetheless I do think something needs to be done. It's not the staffs fault at all. They're great but something for the hotel owners to try to change
Entertainment in the day was enjoyable. Aqua Bingo and pool games were entertaining and inclusive. With just Oscar however it felt a little much for one person as hard as he tried and as good (and amusing) as he is.
We caught a couple of nights entertainment but given the small space and self-catering of most guests it wasn't especially busy which was a shame. The BBQ was clearly a success but we made prior arrangements. Young Kids seemed entertained by the mini disco and other activities.
Location is excellent with an Eroski round the corner which is recommended over some of the 'mercados' close by which aren't really supermarkets at all and expensive.
All in all the vibe of the Aquasol is clean, relaxed and friendly. Families and young groups mixed well enough and despite a couple of hen party's and groups of young lads, everybody was friendly and respectful ( especially a group of young Spanish lads who got involved in the entertainment) and no issues at all
The staff are the real stars who contributed to great memories of our stay in Palmanova.
