I recently stayed at AluaSun and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a balcony that allowed us to fully relax. It was also in a prime location allowing us easy access to the beach.
One of the standout features of our stay was the entertainment team, they were incredibly talented and engaging - they can definitely host a good quiz.
I found that the German entertainer in particular added a lively atmosphere to the hotel, making our evenings enjoyable and memorable. He made an effort to come round and talk to us and other guests whenever he was available.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Summary:
All inclusive does not mean drinks are free.
Hotel is on a hill. Staff good, hotel clean, food average at best. Entertainment ok for kids only.
Currently sat at the pool writing this review. Rooms are ample size and with enough accessories, as usual only two pods of milk, spoke with reception who said I should go to the bar and ask for a glass of milk to keep in the room mini-fridge. The room maid cleaned room every day, I did not need change of bedding or fresh towels (just 4 night stay).
It's still early in season but there was no issues with sun beds. We were first out at 1000am, compared to other AI hotels around the world ,this place was a dream to get a bed. Pool towels you pick up from reception 10euro deposit, no issues. I think this is definitely a family resort ( just wife and I staying, so my review may be biased). But also used by older Spanish generations.
Location: it's up a hill and paths tend to have trees planted in them meaning a wheelchair would struggle. I would think a single buggy would be fine. We would just use the road, it's not busy.
Staff: all are friendly and helpful. Mention to Jose in the restaurant and Albino in the bar..
Food: basic but ok, I agree it like school canteen, this would have been my one of two disappointments about my stay here. My second disappointment is the 6x units a day for alcohol and only at meal times. I don't want to drink like that I would rather have 6 when I want them rather than force down during a meal. The drinks at the bar are heavily subsidised though, but still, this by-law is just to make more money for the local bars and hotels. Don't see it changing the drink culture. Magaluf still had several hen parties on the smash...
I would not return here, it was ok but would rather try somewhere else on the island.

Hotel is beautiful, near by two beautiful ⛱️ beaches. Also close to many shops and nightlife areas. Clean and beautiful pool area 👌. Food is amazing as well. Staff and services are 5 star 🌟. Many entertainment events during all day. Overall, it's 5 star. Only one thing, it took me 1hr plus just to find car parking nearby. I am avoiding now to look packing place so staying in hotel only.
I think this will be the case for all hotels in the area.

looooaadddsss of food options in a buffet for every meal: chicken, fish or meat, sides, vegetables, desserts. the staff is very cute and friendly. it’s always smell fresh in the lobby and public toilets are very clean. please be prepared that alcoholic drinks are included for lunch/dinner ONLY in an allinclusive packet, we did not know that and upgraded at the reception. they only accept cash for that and it is 10euro per day per person. we went here during the low season, so it was magnificently quiet. the hotel hosts its own little parties, but i have been told there are parties and a lot of hustle during the summer in town. there are three big beaches that you can reach by foot and there not a lot of people. it feels like the place is all for yourselves now in march! we love it here!

Lovely hotel. The rooms are pleasant and spotless but not soundproofed! Can hear my neighbour snoring all night. May be an idea to mount televisions on soundproof board as the sound travels really easily through the walls. It is a good hotel with lovely staff. The sound problem is the only issue I have. I was very touched that they acknowledged my birthday. Obviously, they have my passport details and I returned to my room to find a bottle of bubbly with two glasses and a birthday card!
