the location of the hotel is great the whole balcony is unforgettable breathtaking the staff is very polite and helpful, the girls children's animators are the best. I also really liked the evening entertainment. But unfortunately there were also downsides, this is a terrible smell from the drain in the shower, with a strong pressure the water just flowed out into the room. Well, and the beds, they just move around the whole room, you just wake up from the fact that the neighbors are moving the beds, at least attach some rubber bands to the bed blades or put rugs under the beds so that they do not move apart, !!! But otherwise everything was great!

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine. Good animation and entertainment for children. In the evening live music and pleasant artists. The room was clean and cozy. Wonderful view from the terrace of the hotel. And the beach is very close, about 4 minutes walk. We are definitely satisfied with the choice of the hotel! A great option for a family vacation.

Great views. No immediate swim beach. No ice machine. included tap wine undrinkable. Other wine option available only when bar open. Decent buffets but would be nice to be able to order dinner off of a menu.

Loved the separate living area/kitchenette and sea view with balcony.
Basically a “groups” hotel with no frills. No bar hand soap, no conditioner, only shower/shampoo combo. No Kleenex.
Okay for the price but don’t recommend all inclusive.

My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. Despite its 4-star rating, the experience was far from it. The noise levels were unbearable, and the rooms are not soundproof, making it impossible to sleep. There is no room service, no laundry service, and the so-called room cleaning only involves tidying the bed without any real cleaning.
The hotel also fails to provide parking for guests, reserving it only for staff, so residents are forced to park far away and walk. A number of staff, including Almudena, Josemi, Julia, and others, did their best to help, but their efforts were limited by the hotel’s inadequate policies.
To make matters worse, housekeeping starts vacuuming the corridors early in the morning, creating excessive noise that disrupts guests trying to rest. Additionally, maintenance on the sunbeds is carried out at an early hour, adding to the disturbance without any consideration for residents who are on holiday and looking for peace and relaxation.
This hotel does not live up to its rating and should be downgraded. I cannot recommend staying here.

Just back from an absolutely amazing 10 days here with my husband and 3 boys aged 7, 9 and 14. They hotel didn't didn't seem to have received the emails jet2 sent about us requesting an accessible floor due to our son having Mobility issues but they sorted us out straight away with one on day 2 as soon as a room became available. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful.
We has originally only booked half board and planned to eat out for lunch but after exploring and seeing the hill we'd have to climb daily in 30+ heat we decided to upgrade to all inclusive and they even knocked 200 euros off the price for us as it did take quite a big chunk of our spends but it was definitely worth the upgrade. The food was lovely, we were very apprehensive going all inclusive after a bad experience in gran canaria last year with a hotel not understanding my husbands allergies and he was very ill the whole time. It ruined our whole holiday but this hotel was amazing. Shout out to the head chef Christian Diaz, he walked my husband through everything that was safe for him but even cooked him up extra different meals at times. My husband was that impressed and happy that he bought him a bottle of wine to say thank you. We would come back 100%
Another massive shout out to the entertainment team/animation team Toni, Alex and Danny. These guys were absolutely amazing with my 7yr old son who has some slight learning difficulties? He was devastated to be leaving them he formed such a wonderful bond with them (especially Toni) Toni had so much time and patience for him play ping pong with him for quite some time, all 3 of the team often let my son take the Mic and sing songs on stage, he had the absolute time of his life, his face lit up when he had the crowd singing and cheering for him. These guys honestly made his dream come true, I can not thank them enough for the wonderful experience my son had. He has quite a difficult time with life going to hospital appointments 4 - 5 times most months and struggles in school and these 10 days were just a lovely break from reality for him. I've got a shed load of pics and videos of his time with the animation team for him to watch whenever he misses this place. I could go on forever singing their praises they have truly been the reason we've had such a fantastic time. They had activities on daily for the kids and arranged other stuff indoors when there was a storm.
We'll definitely be back next year. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff, all bar staff very friendly.
The only con I have is the hill but if we came in a slightly cooler month then the hill would not be an issue. It's just a killer in the heat.
