Decent location. Our room was okay. Terrible reception staff though, arrogant & abusive. Not in good moods and not trained to deal with happy people on holiday… They do not want to be here and make that very clear, and I don’t think they want visitors to be here either by the looks of it 😂 We booked our room from a private individual, but it was in this hotel. Our room its self was great, booked on air b&b, but the receptionist put a real downer on our stay. Heard him arguing with many others in different languages so seems a common occurrence.

Avoid at all costs! Reception staff very arrogant, moody and threatening. He threatened to block our car in, and not allow us out, because he wanted us to park the opposite direction from how we were parked the last 3 days (and other cars beside us)… made us do it NOW even after explaining we were bursting for the toilet, we’re just going in to get changed and going out in the car, which we haven’t used for 3 days and has been parked in the same spot. Other cars were parked at both sides around it without issue every day since, we have to walk past the car to exit the hotel…. The hotel could be described as a construction site, builders noise heard all day, knocking and banging. Odd smells from others cooking on balconies as it looks like more people have ‘apartments’ here which they live in, than it is rented to tourists on holiday. We wish we read the reviews before booking, but we booked on air bnb and exact location isn’t disclosed until after payment was made 🙈. We come on holiday for a break and to de-stress, and this receptionist definitely knows how to make the people paying his wages, very unhappy at there own expense. What a not so lovely chap! Save yourself the hassle, pay an extra £20 and book somewhere else with happier staff…

This apartment is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in, our room (506) was a health hazard, it had pipes hanging off the walls, mould in the bathroom on one side and half of the ceiling falling off on the other side along with no toilet roll or hand soap. The room was completely filthy, no kitchen supplies or washing machine like we were promised, just a sink and a fridge that looks like it’s never been cleaned, we also walked into the previous persons milk and yogurts still left in the fridge. Three beds extremely close together with blood and other stains on the mattress along with someone else’s hair all over the place, only two sheets between three of us, no air conditioning which made the room extremely stuffy and dusty, I had trouble breathing at night because of it and on top of that the day after we checked in we got locked out of our room with no warning or reason why, we then got moved to an even WORSE room (don’t know how that was possible) it had dead cockroaches lying everywhere, dirty underwear, a bathroom absolutely soaked with dirty water and no space to even move. We had to leave and get another place with no refund or apology!!! I paid £900 for 4 weeks and left on day 2 it was that bad. Also constant construction work going on inside and outside the hotel which wakes you up at like 7am and continues the whole day. Place should be shut down by health inspectors. Complete scam !!!!

It's a getto. Terrible price/value ratio. Got a "Bamboli Holidays" apartment via Booking. Address pointed to this hotel. I wish I read Google reviews about the hotel before booking (the hotel does not actually work as a hotel: rooms are owned and managed by different private owners and published on booking/Airbnb). Small room. Rusty water. No service in the room (no cleaning in 5 days). Old hotel. One slow elevator. Everything is old and degrading. You will hear every little sound your neighbours make. Unfriendly terrible reception (it's a hired separate organization. They don't care about guests and service). This can't stay unnoticed. What was good: - view (you can see a piece of the ocean) - beach proximity - overall lively region Never again.
