Excellent location close to everything. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and kindly gave us a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 1 bedroom we had booked. It was great with a huge balcony and powerful shower and overlooked one of the 3 swimming pools. We were all inclusive and food was fine for a 3*. We could always find something and there was plenty of choice. Choice of drinks on all inclusive were fine - local spirits, wine, beer and cocktails. Only minor complaint was that the pool nearest us wasn't heated so very cold in January. The other 2 pools were heated but one was very busy and the other was miles away up a lot of stairs so we stuck with the cold one. In summary a great 3* hotel in a lovely location. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

We are here now and very disappointed! Paid a lot of money to stay here! Firstly the staff are 100%, down side to this is the FOOD its terrible I know it’s 3 star but the food is terrible went down this morning for breakfast, couldn’t find a table that was set up! Most tables full of dirty plates cups etc we had to clear a table so we could sit down! Go find knife and folks to. Not much of a choice food wise I had egg and I think it was bacon smelled like death and so greasy! Most of the food was Luke warm. The chef should be ashamed bringing food out like that!! Went for the evening meal at 8.55pm shocking! They were packing things up the food what was left was disgusting chips cold! Had turkey didn’t taste of that at all!! Peas were very dry!! Tuck a photo of them! So much more! The cleaners!! This morning woke me up at 5.20am this morning with a trolly going along! two people talking loudly!!! We were out all day today came back and are room hasn’t been cleaned! Which I find disgusting this is part of the service we pay for 100% wouldn’t stay again but it’s 3 star!! Same with the food etc people have different tastes.

I’m sorry…
We stayed in one of the more newly renovated flats, but, at check in the room wasn’t cleaned, sheaths in a bag. First thing we had to do was to go down to reception and ask for stuff “making the beds and clean”. Cleaning during our stay was “non existent”. Four people stayed in one, actually quite big apartment, but only got one key. The whole hotel area was…well… well worn. Even though the bathroom was renovated water didn’t drain down.
But I’m happy I was with family and enjoyed out stay anyway. Staff was nice and the children had a good time (we were 7 people in two flats).
But I have stayed at better 2 star hotel’s elsewhere.

Our room was very basic and up many stairs and ramps. BUT we was advised that a standard room was better. We live locally and was only a bed for the night to meet friends from the UK.
One thing i feel that I must mention is the dust in the bedroom. It was everywhere. On the skirting board, bed head ect. Even @ £154 a night we should not expect this.
It must be mentioned the reception staff were very polite and efficiant.
Breakfast was more than expected.

Excellent accommodation it's like a village with bungalows, very good for us as we both have doggie knees and can walk round the complex with ease. The swimming pools are very nice and we spent time swimming and the bar is close by. Close walking distance to the sea front and plenty of shops and restaurants to go to. If you are not able to walk far there is a mobility scooter hire in the reception. Would definitely come back as we have had a good restful holiday.
