The views are stunning, great view of the sunset. Room was nice a quite spacious (we went self catering for a change so had a small “apartment” with a hob and fridge freezer. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. There was a mixture of families, couples and young groups when we stayed. The only “downside” was there aren’t enough sun umbrellas to go around and at certain points of the day there’s no natural shade. Would definitely recommend and would go back there.

Great value, good sized rooms, cleaned daily, fresh towels daily too. Handy location about 20-30 mins walk to the strip and no more than 30-40 mins from all the main attractions, nice stroll up the hill on the way back. The location is beautiful on top of the hill overlooking Costa Adeje.
If your lazy and can't be bothered to check the hotel location or walk up the stairs without complaining at home, this isn't for you, get yourself a mobility scooter with the sedentary crew. Easy a 5 min taxi ride from the strip if you don't do any form of exercise and can't be bothered. Some ridiculous reviews on here about the location... Well you have Google right? Check before you buy? God forbid you get a few thousand steps in a day 🤣🤷 My 11 and 13 year old managed it, so why can't you?
Food was good value and tasty, which you don't often find in hotel restaurants and bars at this level.
A few little bits of TLC here and there in terms of maintaining the hotel, but small minor issues. Pool table and gaming machines didn't work but swallowed the money.
On site supermarket too and a good sized pool. I enjoyed the stay, great air conditioning and a friendly team. Will definitely be back again in the future. Elderly or small children, get a taxi, as it may be a bit much.

Just had 10 nights here and can't fault it.
Rooms were fine, we had a 1 bed apartment, all facilities were good, staff are great especially the bar staff, friendly, down to earth and polite. Music is a little loud but it cuts off at midnight and we enjoyed the atmosphere, views are amazing, yes it is up a steep hill but it's a nice walk down and only 6 euro back in a taxi. I would recommend this place as it's away from the hustle of the main area. No issues with cleaning, everyday our room was cleaned, beds made etc. done point out the staff don't speak English but we didn't have a problem and after all we were in a Spanish speaking resort so maybe Folk should make an effort to speak their language? Thanks for a great 10 days no issues from us, I found the place was great value for money. I would visit again 😎

I wish Google had the option to give 0 stars or even negative. This place completely ruined our holiday and made us want to never return to Tenerife:
i) The balcony doors don't lock making you feel unsafe whilst in or out
ii) We checked into a dirty room with leftovers from the previous guests
iii) The fridge wasn’t working, and the reception staff showed no interest in fixing it (for the entire stay)
iv) All the doors are creaking loudly, waking you up during the night.
v) The hotel staff were so noisy in the mornings making it impossible to rest and they didn't care about the guests' comfort
However, the worst part was that the place was infested with bugs and ants. A friend who lives in Tenerife said they've never seen anything like it.
And to top it all off, the swimming pool lifeguard ruined our stay on day four. He started threatening and swearing at us for having a glass bottle by the pool (not bought by us!). We felt so unsafe that we ended up reporting the incident to the police.
On a positive note, the pool bar staff were fantastic—10/10. We only found out on the last day that the bar isn't managed by the same owner as the hotel/apartments, which was evident in the difference in service quality. The bar staff, food, drinks, prices, and music were all great, but unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy them much due to the lifeguard (who is employed by the hotel).
In short, stay away from this place. Friendly advice.

The reviews were very mixed when I was booking but I can confirm this place is not a good option when staying in Tenerife. It is located up at the top of the highest hills and, me and my partner are both very fit people, but even we wouldn’t walk these hills. It is not feasible and taxis hate driving up here so most of the time you have no other option but to walk down to the beach which is 25/30min walk.
The receptionists say they can book you a taxi but you can be waiting anywhere from 1-1.5hrs for a taxi to arrive, and most of the time they dont arrive. It’s a terrible location for getting around. We are currently sitting waiting 30 mins for a taxi to the airport and are now at risk of missing our flight but we have no other option as it would be impossible to walk down these hills with luggage.
The room keys also deactivate very often and you have to continue to get them recoded which is extremely annoying when the reception is up many flights of stairs. The ‘double room’ we booked was 2 single beds on wheels pushed together and they kept on moving around. They were also as hard as rocks not comfortable at all. Not only this but our remote for the a/c wasn’t working so we had no working a/c for the entire stay.
Take my advice and do not stay here. You will spend as much money on taxis as you would just paying the extra money for a hotel closer to the beach.
