Paid for an exterior room , don't know what that actually means but it is worst hotel room in my 50yrs !!! I will never return and doors in bathroom rotten either moisture and no Balcony !!!

Had b.b there but one of the staff especially the was ignorant stood 10 mins waiting to be served she looked at me twice but carried on talking to the engineer on call 🤙 But overall it was a nice place..Towels clean every day bedding clean we stayed for a week ..Little hilly going up to the Hotel near the Marina so you are in Between the New and Old Town 😁 Bus stop near the Yellow Sub Marine for drop off and pick up 5 mins away from Hotel 🏨..New Town is About 10 to 15 mins away .Hope you enjoy your stay there 👍👍👍👍

If staying in the Old Town this is just 2 streets up from Vincent's and a major supermarket - absolutely great for amenities. Refuel was just right at the bottom of the hill so again superb to what we wanted. Food though was extremely repetitive and the dining area was so so noisy with the local guests. If you want a good base but willing to eat out this is a great place to stay

Unable to open our curtains as facing another hotels pool area and on a busy cross section so no privacy. I did ask for a balcony room but none available- I presume because of the price we paid and using a booking agent. A few niggles in the room which should have been reported by previous occupants but maintenance did come up very quickly and resolved one of them. We had very noisy, inconsiderate neighbours and lots of door slamming! They staff in the dining area were very quick to clear the dirty dishes away so it was all kept clean and tidy. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean tidy hotel, good breakfast (8am to 10am), staff brilliant, helpful and most friendly, we found the bar open every time we needed it. Our room (410) was a little on the small side but it suited our needs as a base. Rooms on the North side had balconies but none had a sea view. Air conditioning was hit and miss, it didnt seem to cool very well. Could have used a small fridge too. But I'd most definitely return here.

The apartment was great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. All the rooms were really nice with a great kitchen. The air is €10 per day, but it works well in all rooms. You also pay a few euros for the Internet, but it was a strong signal. My son said the pool was great, and the location is pretty quiet, but close enough to all the action. We went to the bar around the corner, Bar Titanic, every day for our breakfast. Great bar by the way. All in all great place.

I read a few bad reviews on this place but I had no problems at all, the rooms were great service was great Sue and the other lady in reception were very helpful 😀 only downside as we have health issues was it was uphill but taxis were cheap enough. We would definitely stay here again . The view was amazing from the 25th floor

Just got back today from staying here .From getting there we had to pay 150 euros deposit 22 euros for the Internet that went off half way through my holiday 1.50 euro per day for sun lounger 10 euro per day for air con = 333.00 euro upon arrival.hot water went off two days in a row. electric kept going off I rang reception to be told to switch it off then BK on I did this didn't work then she told me to leave it off for abit and try again still didn't work they sent a electrician up to fix it .there was glass bottles getting thrown from the balcony police came and then to think it couldn't get any worse my daughter got blood on the bed sheets women's problems can't be helped and got charged 10 euro won't be back in a hurry only good thing about this hotel is the cleaners very friendly and made sure we had clean towels and toilet roll

This will be our second time staying here, once in October 2023 and May 2024, both times our stay was brilliant. The rooms were clean, the pool was everything you need, but what made both our stays fabulous was the superb hospitality and kindness from the staff, in particular Rebecca… she was amazing. She couldn’t do enough for us, super friendly and just a joy. We will be back again, if for nothing else to see our new friend behind the bar!! Thank you again for everything, Bec!!

This place was amazing! Went on an Jet2 all inclusive trip with my family here for a week and we had a great time. The rooms were air conditioned and reasonably spacious. The service was excellent, especially the animation team. Don’t get me started on the location too, the resort is a 10 minute walk away from a lovely beach, the bus stops are in front of the resort and the supermarkets are within a 2 minute walk too. The food was great, with many options and an all you can eat buffet. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend it to other families. 😁

We had a really great 10 night stay here recently. We had one of the premium rooms which were very clean and very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children the whole resort was absolutely spotless to be honest. The food was good and the snack bar was excellent there was always something to eat, the entertainment was brilliant my girls really loved it. The pool and water slides were brilliant and the best thing about this resort is you are in a perfect location. Bus stop and taxi rank straight outside the hotel with supermarkets and shops close by. We got a private transfer by benibus mark which I can highly recommend, only 40mins from the airport. Looking at coming back next year too.

Enjoyed a day visit with the kids. €22 each for access to the water park and pool, stayed all day. Snack bars were well priced and although very busy enough chairs and recliners to go round. Decided to stay for tea. €16 each for all you can eat menu and there was so much choice well worth it also included a drink. Would definitely return. ❤️🥳🍻

We had 9 nights at Albir Gardens, we have a toddler and a baby. Upon entering our room there was no cot provided, only a double bed and a pull out sofa bed made up. How was that going to work? Luckily we travelled with extended family and the toddler wanted to stay with grandma. Baby co sleeps so not much of an issue really but they would’ve known a baby was in our party. Anyway, we were self catering. There’s 3 big supermarkets within 10 minutes walking around the hotel which was perfect. Biggest gripes with self catering was there was no oven in the kitchen, hob only. Self catering rooms are only cleaned/fresh linen and towels provided every 3 days which is ridiculous. The bin was full everyday with the addition of food waste and small children (nappies) meaning we had to empty the bin outside the apartment ourselves. We had no bowls, just a random mix of plates. Random number of cutlery. Not much cooking equipment, no colander for example. We made do with what we had. There was no brush and dustpan provided which would’ve been useful. There was a lot of bits on the floor having 2 small kids. It didn’t seem very well thought out. If you go self catering you will need your own washing up liquid/cloth and tea towel. Apart from the above issues, we really enjoyed our stay overall. It’s a 3 star family friendly hotel so it’s honest and you get what you pay for. The staff are really nice and the resort is brilliant for kids off all ages. The water park is fantastic, we’ve never been to a hotel with something like that before and our toddler is at an age to enjoy it. There’s a nice little kids pool in the main pool area too. We all slept well, bed was comfy and although the entertainment finishes late (around 12) it wasn’t too loud and people weren’t rowdy. We would stay again, even self catering!

We stayed 29th Aug 2024 for 5 nights, hotel overall is lovely and much bigger then we expected. Bedrooms and kitchen could do with an update and lick of paint, bathroom very modern and perfectly hot shower. Room very clean and was cleaned daily also. Pool area was perfect, alway plenty of sunbeds available (they are not adjustable and just lay flat). A bit of a shame that you are not allowed inflatables in pool but understand why and we were given a pool noodle by someone leaving and past it forward when we left also. Kids pool area was the best, bit hectic at times but thats just excited kids for you. Food was good, bacon for breakfast was NOT GOOD but other then that I have no complaints we even had sushi one night. And the entertainment team where brilliant each night my daughter had so much fun and done karaoke twice, never new she had it in her. Kids party a bit repetitive but my daughter never minded. The pool foam party was brilliant and the Saturday all white party was great fun.

FALSE ADVERTISING - DO NOT GO HERE!! We booked a Junior Suite through loveholidays.com then paid £200 (~€250) for a room upgrade to the luxury version. It was supposed to have a superior modern upgrade, a luxury spa bath for two, and a sea view. Instead it was a basic empty small room that looked like it was from the 1970's, a tiny bathroom with a very small old rusty bath that even a dwarf would have difficulty fitting into, and no sea view - just a towering close hotel building and older residential apartment blocks. The food was typical hotel buffet style, except cold and limited in choice. There was no drinks for lunch or dinner and we got food poisoning during the first day. There was a selection of 'fresh' fruit from the restaurant for dessert for those like me who can't have gluten - but the apple I took was dry, bitter and maggot ridden - for real, see the photos. The staff were very unhelpful and grumpy - none of them smiled or had any interest in hospitality or pleasing guests. We spoke to the reception staff who told us there were no other rooms available, except we checked online and there were lots available. So we left after the first day and booked another accommodation that was much better and safer. My recommendation is not to go to this hotel - you will regret it and wish you hadn't booked here. Photos show what we booked compared to what we actually got! And the maggot ridden food!

Overall the hotel is very nice. Everywhere is clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good with plenty of variety. The rooms are great for families, plenty of space and nice views of the sea. Few issues with sunbeds, as not enough, but I think most hotels have this issue. The one negative thing I would say is the location is rubbish! Nothing to do nearby unless ur happy to pay for private transport or walk for miles in the sweltering heat (which in my experience kids do not want to do!) If ur looking for a holiday where u just stay within the hotel premises then this one is for u but if u want to explore and do stuff in the local area then don't go here. Would I go again? No. But this is not because of the hotel but because of the area.

The hotel is incredible. The bartenders; Gabrielle, Maria, Marco, Vanessa and Carolina were awesome people and the receptionist girls: Anabel. Virginia, and Maria and Lucia. There is one person I forget to mention, she was tall, brunette. So if you're reading this and think that it sounds like you, well chances are that I'm talking about you as well, these women were incredible and made me feel welcome. They are incredible people and I wish them all the best. On to a few nitpicks, of which there is few: Breakfast was kind of average, I mean the food was ok but most of the time it was a lot of pastries and cold eggs. Lunch and dinner were great though, I'd recommend having sangria alongside your food. The hotel is also in the between of two different towns. You can either go left along the beach to La Mata, which is a small humble town, beautiful in its own way. Or you can go right which leads to the Torrevieja City Centre (Torrevieja Centro Ciudad, I think it was called.) It's a good chance to get some decent cardio if you choose to walk to either town. The nighttime entertainment is mostly aimed at children and families which is to be expected since it's a hotel aimed for families(a fact I was unaware of when I booked the holiday. As a solo traveller I really did notice that it's family themed.) But despite that I really did enjoy my time there. The balcony view is so nice. Waking up to a glorious sunrise, the sun shining along the oceanic blue, the palm trees swaying gently in a breeze. I loved it here. The ocean is pretty close by, around a few minutes away. I would always go for a night walk and take in the ocean breeze. Sit on the cliffsides and just chill and relax. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. Its clean, the rooms are spacious, or at least they feel that way. The shower pressure is perfecto, and the staff, are incredible. There is one big negative though. Which is that I had to leave and go back to the UK. Rest in Pieces to my immune system.😔

We have stayed at the Terralta several times. The staff are friendly and entertainment after 5 is good for families with children. Accomodation fine. Cleaner only been in once since Saturday and staying another 3 days. The hill is steep. Cardiac hill. Not suitable for people with difficulties getting about. Mini bus every hour or taxis available. My main issue is the pool area only opens at 10 and closes at 6. Life guard tells you,you can't go in. I'm on holiday and like to please myself but feel they could change the 🏡 hours maybe 9am -7pm. Overhaul we always enjoy our time here.

Hiya, we travelled with my mum and my two daughters who are 12 and nine years old. My mum has some mobility issues. Generally, I would say that the apartments are good value and suitable for families, nothing too special your usual Spanish hotels for family summer holidays. Generally, the place is very clean and we had no issues the kids had a great time and they enjoyed afternoon pool activities. It’s a short taxi journey to the old town or a 15 minute walk, but as my mum had mobility issues, the hotel is situated up heart attack hill. We found a staff extremely helpful and friendly, my only negative is that the rooms could be service more regularly, fresh towels more often. I would return again and recommended to other families , when we were there, there was no gangs of young people. Nice age groups. Thanks

Second time staying here, the rooms are a good size with air conditioning, our towels were changed regularly regardless of condition, staff were always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Sunbeds always available, poolside and common areas very clean and well maintained. The location is on the outskirts of Benidorm a 15 minute walk from the old town, advantageous if you want to avoid the biz, the down side is it's up a hill, no problem if your young and fit but for old folks could find it a bit much, however would not hesitate to stay again.

We have just come back from staying here and it was beautiful. The staff are polite and friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and smells so nice. The food was good and varied every night. Entertainment was good as well. Plenty of seating around the pool and the adult only indoor pool was lovely as well. There is a market on a Wednesday that is easy to walk to. It’s just behind the hotel really. A taxi ride into new town cost under €8 and the beach isn’t far away.

Me and my family love going to terallta apartments. All the staff are so polite and happy to help you with anything they can. It's such a pleasure to go back year after year and see the same staff. They do a absolutely brilliant job. I've gave 2* to the rooms because we think it's definitely time to spend some of the earnings on all the apartments. We've been going there for over 10 years. Even though they have had a coat of paint. Everything is more or less the same. Cups, plates, all the kitchen utensils. All them kitchen cupboards and worktops needs ripping out and new units fitted. They look rotten now with water damage over the years. The cleaners do such a brilliant job. They make your apartment smell nice and clean. But it would be a big help to them too. If management would spend some money renewing equipment. But to all the staff from reception, restaurant and bar to maintenance men and cleaners THANK YOU VERY MUCH. FOR MAKING MY FAMILYS HOLIDAY A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. SEE YOU ALL NEXT YEAR...

Basic apartment with most things you would need and value for money. We were spoken to like naughty school children by the host when we arrived slightly late (due to flight delay). We had been up since 3.30 and were really tired and I had to walk away so that I didn't retaliate. Once he had aggressively told us off, he then tried to backtrack by being overly jokey and friendly. We didn't speak to him again during our stay . Everyone raves about the little bar/cafe next door, but it was fully enclosed in the evenings as it was cold and people were smoking in there so it smelled disgusting. I can only assume the great reviews are from smokers.

After finding myself in an awful situation where I lost my phone, wallet and address to my villa, the staff here kindly let me use their phone multiple times to ring home, sort out money and a booking for the night. In the morning, they also went to an extra effort to made sure I had a taxi to my booked villa, communicated the situation to the taxi driver and even checked up I got there afterwards. Thank you to all the kind staff!

Just stayed here for 8 days. Great value for money, no complaints at all. The location isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues but if you know about this already then you can’t complain. I’m not sure how child friendly it is because there doesn’t seem much for children to do although i suspect there are hotels in the area specifically catered towards that. Food was basic but tasty nonetheless and the breakfast menu was varied. I only ate once in the evening and that was a good selection also. The pool area is bigger than in the pictures and we didn’t have any trouble finding sunbeds each day although we were down for when the pool opened each day. Periodically throughout the day people would move so sunbeds would become available. Due to the movement of the sun, some parts of the pool area will be in shade because of the hotel building but this will change throughout the day, again this was no complaint. There was a mix of people around the pool, if you are wanting complete silence then be aware that this may not be the place for you, however i’m not sure this is anything you can control in a place like Benidorm. Drink prices at the bar were fair and the staff were all brilliant. The room was good with no issues, we were in a room that was overlooking the concert venue and we were able to get a great view of Status Quo one of the nights. Special mention that the hotel provided us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco due to it being a birthday. Highly recommend this hotel due to its great value for money.

We loved this hotel, i thought the food was good, and despite reservations about the pool being in the shade it wasnt to bad at all. Loved the pool games with Jose and tried my spanish out on the staff who gave me some great tips. Really good location, i would say a 15 minute to The Old town.

Ok stayed here for 8 nights last week august. Firstly the negatives you had to pay for water in this hotel despite paying already for the food water was not included absolutely disgusting. When I ordered a drink in the bar the waiter tried to take my full bottle away from me when I was sat drinking it. Then went onto the dance floor to return back to table the drink had been removed. The entertainment wasn’t the best music was a mix of English and Spanish the dance act was best part of the entertainment. Now for the food I had a hotdog that was stone cold on a night with hotdogs there was no tomato ketchup. The steak was over cooked the bacon for breakfast wasn’t cooked enough but I did enjoy the desserts great ice cream machine the fish was nice too but be careful of bones it made me question how cooked my food was so I avoided a lot of hot food when it was hot of course. The pool was nice and peaceful around the sunbeds. I had a cockroach pass me by one night going to my room but it was air conditioned and had a fridge so I had plenty of cold drinks throughout my stay. But overall you must provide FREE water for eating with food im on the fence if I would stay here again the meals need to improve for price per stay.

Very clean, not just the rooms but the whole hotel. Plenty of sunbeds/parasols and not a huge rush every morning. Good sized pool and a good temperature, not freezing. Rooms very clean, fresh towels and bedding every day. Paper thin walls, can hear everything being said or happening in the rooms above and to the sides. The food is poor. We had the option of upgrading from half board to full board for just £12. I honestly wish I kept the £12 instead. I'm a fairly fussy eater but can always find something to eat, but I couldn't here. My wife will eat anything and even she struggled. Very little variety and the same food was repeated every other day. The food was tasteless, not cooked properly, bland and not tasty at all. We ate out most meals. One day we decided to just eat snacks from the bar, toastie and chips, we had to wait 20 minutes for the chips after being given the toastie. No apology or explanation. Someone else who was waiting was given a pizza that was burnt, like black proper burnt. When he questioned it the person behind the bar visibly huffed and shrugged. I found the service from the staff quite cold, almost felt like they were treating you with contempt at times. It is quite a steep uphill walk back to the hotel from the beach/front/bars and strip. In future I will not be staying at this hotel, much better hotels for the same or similar price are available.

Not an easy place to find due to the steep streets, upon arriving we had to go around to the main hotel to collect the keys which didn't work in the door but staff were pleasant enough to accommodate us by getting us another apartment, once inside very pleased with how clean and tidy it was, the only downfall is that there were no welcome amenities which meant going out at midnight to find a local shop to purchase milk and water but all that can be forgiven when you see the magnificent view (from the 23rd floor of a 32 floor building). Some loud nosies due to guests coming back from the local drinking establishment but nothing that could not be blocked out by closing the balcony door which felt well air conditioned. Overall it pleasure to stay I would give it 8/10

Where to begin with this diabolical hotel. Perhaps the arrival may be a good place. Upon check in you are required to paid a 200 euro deposit to ensure the room is left to their "standards". Well, let me tell you about their standards. Once allocated a room and setting foot inside there were only 2 beds made up despite there being 3 of us. We opened the delight that is the sofa bed and discovered dirty, used bed sheets covered in black debris and what appeared to be blood stains. There were 2 hand towels for 3 of us to use for a 4 day stay. The fridge contained smeared food happily growing its own bacteria. The walls were cracked in places with plaster falling off and many dirt marks across the walls and floors. Of course we rang down to reception to report the poor condition of the room and they agreed to send a cleaner up. The cleaner changed the bed sheets and brought more towels. They were most displeased with having to wipe literal dirt from the fridge and laughed when it was pointed out. You may be thinking that's where the story ends, unfortunately not. The following morning the cleaner arrived with yet more towels, although surprised we weren't going to complain. They went to the next door room (our party) who had left for the pool (which requires its own review). We heard the cleaner knock then they entered, little did we know whilst we are sitting in the next door room, they were stealing personal belongings which we later discovered when our party returned to their room. This was reported the same evening to reception who didn't batter an eye lid. In fact a cleaner who was hovering around at the time seemed to be amused by the whole thing. The staff provided inconsistent information on how they were going to address the issue and in fact, it was never addressed at all. I suspect because this is a regular occurance. Already feeling uncomfortable with staff stealing, we returned to the hotel after a night out. In the reception to the apartments were a group of adult males, some with hoods up making suggestive comments. They literally stood and watched the floor number we were going to in the lift. At this stage we felt unsafe and rang down to reception. They agreed to send security to check. Well...this was one extremely aggressive man who demanded we opened our door to let him in, he didn't appreciate us saying no and continued to insist. He then proceded to shout aggressively that the men are residents and "no danger" several times. This made us feel even more uncomfortable and the man should be ashamed! Pool - lads p!ssing in it, food thrown in it and you come out with previous guests hair attached to your body. Bar staff (pool side) - the most arrogant women I've ever come across. If you ask for anything she becomes aggressive. If you like tea, expect have a cup with half a carton of milk poured in before a teabag touches the sides. Reception - appears to be part of the whole experience at this hotel, you're an inconvenience and if you have theft what's the issue?! Tips - pay cash for your deposit, empty your bins before you leave, lock items away in your case, take cash/phone out with you, the biggest of all....DONT BOOK STAY ELSEWHERE!

Stayed with family 26th floor best view amazing could see Teramitika theme park from the balcony. Fully equipped washing machine.. Went home with everything clean. Food was good. Near the beach up hill coming back, shops near by. Pool by the apartment complex.. All in all.. I I we ever to go back would stay there again.

Everything about our room was fine however we had to pay a £200 deposit on arrival and after we checked out we were told we would receive it back within 72 hours however nearly 3 weeks later we still haven’t received it. Tried to contact the hotel and have had no response.

Apartments are spacious and modern. The location is fine given its in a quiet part of town, but its top of a hill and a longish walk from where the action is. There for 4 nights and there was no cleaning or clean towells during the stay. And oddly, you have to dispose of any rubbish upon vacating the apartment which Ive not come across before (theres a 30E charge I think, if you dont). Overall though, no major concerns and would happily stay here again.

On arrival, I found the sliding doors to the balcony had been broken for what looked like a break-in and wouldn't lock. I did get another room next door, but it was the same thing. After 4 rooms later, all with the same fault, I found myself in a dated room from the 80s, as was the other rooms I was temporarily in. The bathroom was also not that great, but all ementies worked. The door was rottered at the bottom from the shower, and the mattress hadn't been changed since the hotel opened as I sat through it. The over sheets are also dated with stains on. The hotel is located in a great place, being a 2-minute walk to the beach and 1 minute from McDonald's and Burger King and other local shops. The food was OK but nothing to write home about and wish I never paid full board for as I often found myself eating elsewhere. Some staff was OK, but one in particular was quite rude to a point of aggression. I think he was the manager . They do have a pool, but when the wheatear on the beach was too bad to go into the sea, I did put my hand into the pool to test it. I got such a fright as it was so cold it would have been impossible to get in. There is such an abundance of hotels here that they really do need to up their game.

Clean and tidy. But totally centred around the Spanish community.food limited to 2 choices. Review No 2 Reception was good very polite and helpful. We arrived late and was told that a small 2 course meal was provided. That's the good bit over. The rooms are dated and very run down, the aircon/heating didn't work, there was no fridge. The ceiling near the for looked like they had had a floor from the room above. The bathroom was small and out of the ark. Even to the point you had a shower curtain that had seen better days. Food wasn't much better scrambled eggs dripping in butter was about the only thing worth having. Everything else was swimming in oil. Lunch: ushered in and told where to sit even though there was empty set tables in the window, but they was for the Spanish guests who where king. That I understand but you are in the hospitality industry so please show the respect to everyone not just few. We was sat at a table in a row. The restaurant manager walked past, spoke to everyone except us. Rude very comes into mind. The food was ok 2 main choices of meat, but if your a vegetarian your living on salad as was my sons girlfriend. If your british please think twice about coming here, there are some very nice hotels in Benidorm, ok you may have to pay a little extra but it's well worth it.

Coach dropped us at bottom of steep hill difficult to get up with walking stick and suitcase. very little English spoken and no English food to speak of. No special Xmas meal at all Spanish celebrate on Xmas eve .. even then nothing special. Will not be going back.

Outside of the hotel and reception, lobby looking good, but the quality of the rooms, corridors are awfully poor, only one elevator, you have to wait a lot to use it. Roof area are very very poor, the pool is basically for kids but drank people were sitting in it. Employees are super helpful, they gave back our money immediately when we asked for refund.

We found the location ideal, just 5 mins walk to all the action, bars, shops, food, etc, but in a nice quiet location for when you've had enough. Rooms a good size and all very clean and tidy. We had breakfast included, but only used it once as much wider choice is just around the corner.

Decent hotel, close to all the amenities. Rooms decent size, nice bathroom, adequate facilities. A/c was welcome. Kettle in room but no tea/coffee making facilities?? Hanging space OK for a short break (we only stayed 1 night). Rooftop pool minute but space very good with bar. Does seem to cater hor AI guests which we were not, but OK. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of hot and cold food in the self service buffet. All staff were helpful and friendly and the lovely manager at reception allowed us to keep car in car park beyond checkout time. Underground secure parking close to the hotel @ €15 per night with a €20 deposit which although paid on card was refunded in cash. All in all a pleasant stay in Benidorm at the Cuco.

Clean & modern looking hotel. Very thin walls. How comfortable your sleep will be will depend on how noisy your neighbours are. Food is about average for a 3 star all-inclusive. always found something to eat but there could be more choice. Staff are nice. Small pool on rooftop and larger pool next door across a small road (shared with another hotel). It gets the sun from about 1pm to around 6pm at different parts of the pool. The large pool doesn't have its own bar. Nice shaded garden area to relax. My only real complaint is that this hotel needs to make up its mind whether it wants to be a quiet hotel for older people or a party hotel for younger ones. It's patrons are mainly older but with some younger people who'd be better suited to the hotels on Benidorm strip. Overall it was good value for the price we paid.

Well firstly I paid for a superior double room which stated that we would have a balcony terrace facing the pool. When we arrived we were put in a very small standard room! The man on the desk was very rude and didn’t want to help so we waited until the morning for a new staff member. They changed our room for a bigger one but still wasn’t what I paid for! Also, the air conditioning was awful I couldn’t sleep due to the heat and low air conditioning. There was barely any air coming out. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We tried to extend the room until the evening of us leaving (which it says at the desk and online that it’s an option) but we were told we couldn’t extend it at all. The only positive to our stay was that the cleaning team and catering were extremely helpful and nice. Overall it’s been the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Never again!

Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms). We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff made the beds and changed the towels everyday (if needed) and the staff were seen cleaning throughout the day. The staff were brilliant with the children (2,3,7) and the hotel has a mini disco and entertainment (magic shows, dancing) every night starting at 8:30. There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime. There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food. The only downside of the food was there was a lot of fish on offer, which we do not like. The whole family had an amazing time thank you!

If there’s one thing I love the most is money well spent. We’ve decided to escape the bad weather in the UK (even though it’s summer) and we bought this all inclusive package for 7 days. The hotel is well located with lots of shops (supermarkets, pharmacies and tourist shops round the corner, literally). It’s close by the beach too. You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary. We had Mexican night for dinner one night along with lots of other options, including the little ones. The desserts were mainly icecream and Spanish treats. All very tasty! I would like to mention Cristina, one of the restaurant staff. She is very kind, helpful and was so fun to be around. My kids loved her! Keep up the great work! Regarding the cleaning, this hotel is very neat and clean! I’m the worst when comes to this matter but wow, we could see all the common areas being cleaned on a regular basis, including the pool being properly cleaned in the early hours. The rooms were also tidied up everyday and the sheets and bath towels changed. Also the AC in the room worked great for those warm days! It kept the room cool enough throughout the night! 😌 About kids entertainment, besides the pool, they have an “entertainment crew” and every afternoon they would have a different activity for them, like volley, dancing, Zumba… so fun! Overall, amazing experience and all the people that crossed paths with us were super friendly! Always smiling and happy! I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to be back! 🇪🇸🌊

Hotel of horror. Stayed there for 6 days with my 15 year old daughter who was playing in a tournament. 50% of the team got a sickness bug originating at the hotel and affecting many guests. Unhelpful service who wouldn’t give us a late checkout for those who were still ill on checkout day. When I asked them to order me a can to take my daughter to hospital they told me it was outside and it never turned up. Plastic gloves handed out at meal times. Awful experience. Avoid at all costs. It is noisy at all times even 4am and security did nothing when we asked them to ask a room to stop partying on the second night of being kept up. Teen girls were hounded by groups of boys staying at the hotel, calling their room phones being really rude. Cleaning and bar staff were the only redeeming feature. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

This is our second time staying here. The first time we stayed in the "double room" and this time we stayed in the "budget double room". The main downside of the rooms is the bed is 2 singles beds pushed together, rather than a double bed, so they end up sliding apart during the night. Would not recommend the budget double, there's only 1 plug socket in the whole room, the air conditioning is really weak even when up full, and the TV is not centred on the wall in front of the bed. The budget rooms are in a much noiser part of the hotel. The "double room" was a lot better though. Still 2 single beds pushed together, but at least you have more plugs and a TV that you can actually watch in bed, and it's a quieter part of the hotel with a less busy elevator. Definitely worth the extra money for it. The bathroom in both rooms were great though, with a big shower (better shower fittings in the double room though). One of the worst parts of the hotel is the elevators, which are straight up dangerous. The sensors on the door don't work properly, so they often close on you with a lot of force when trying to get in the lift. This happened me 3 times during this trip, really badly hurt my arm because of it. They also sometimes stop a bit below the level of the ground (maybe by 4 or 5 inches), which caused me to trip getting out a couple times. The buffet is mixed. If you're vegetarian like me you'll usually only be able to have salad and fries most days for lunch and dinner. If you're vegan you have no hope. There is also a good dessert and fruit section. But there is usually no main dish that's vegetarian, occasionally there will be something like vegetable fingers or plain pasta, but most days nothing. For vegetarians at breakfast there is usually fried eggs and beans. There is also scrambled eggs but they have bacon on them. There is also bacon and sausages too. The food is usually labeled, but it doesn't say everything in it, which isn't great for vegetarians or people with allergies (like bacon in the scrambled eggs, or tuna/crab in the potato salads), so you'll need to be careful and double check every dish. If you eat meat there is a pretty big selection at all meals (lots of fish dishes, and usually at least 1 or 2 chicken, beef, or lamb dishes). There are 2 pools, one outside and one inside on the roof. The roof one is slightly heated which was nice (though definitely not warm). Both pools are always very noisy though. There is some games and entertainment during the day (bingo, dancing, etc.), and on some nights there is entertainment (music & dancing, juggling or circus acts) but they get very busy so get down early if you want a seat. The location is about 10 mins walk from the old town centre and the beach. It's on the left side of benidorm when looking at a map, which is the quieter side of town that isn't the party side (part side on the right of old town centre, quieter side on left of old town centre). The staff are mostly all very friendly and helpful. There is also a self service washing machine and dryer, which costs €4 to wash and €3 to dry. There's only 1 of each machine though so it can be hard to get a time when the laundry room is free. Overall the hotel mostly pretty good, definitely good value for money. However, I don't think I could come back again unless the elevators we're made safer. Would have given 4 stars if more vegetarian food was available, and 5 stars if the elevators were safer.

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids. Only downfall is the lifts they are extremely slow but overall we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. There were some lovely people and families as when saw me came out the lift to let me use it. This is the reason we would not go back.

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good. Something for everyone.

Never again! Not used to complaiing but had to write this review.Expected much better after hotel refurbishment. Not clean at all, staircase and handrails sticky and dirty. On arrival room seemed OK until pull-down bed still had previous dirty sheet on and sweet wrappers inside. Only had a sheet on beds, asked for light quilt or something, given what looked like manky brown prison blanket!! Dirt and hairs on lampshades. Staff need some guest training in restaurant and reception. Wasn't cheap holiday, no feel good, definitely not worth cost and never 4*. Other guests had same opinion too, . Avoid!

Just got back from a week’s stay at the hotel. Like most we were worried with other reviews! I can say my fears were NOT warranted and we had a very pleasant stay. We had a lovely double bedroom with balcony, the room was clean (smelled of bleach on arrival) and cool with air conditioning. The rooms were cleaned daily and all staff were very helpful. The hotel has a very relaxed feel about it, yes it is a bit dated and the lifts run slowly but it’s a 3 star hotel! You get what you pay for and more! The food was a bit repetitive however every night we had multiple plates and always found something nice to eat. The queue for the bars can sometimes be a bit long but no more than 5 minutes, just be patient and wait. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel, loads of bars around too! Overall we would recommend to others, please don’t listen to the negatives, clearly these customers want 5* service wherever they go!

Nice hotel with decent sized rooms and comfy beds. Staff are very polite and friendly but do watch out for the Spanish guests who appear to be completely devoid of any manners. Food is OK for the price but breakfast can be stone cold which is odd as they have the equipment. Beer is Estrella which is decent but can wait 10 minutes to get served. Definately need more staff at busy times. Entertainment is hit and miss, the English bar is friendly. Would return.

We arrived at the Cristal Park Hotel in the early hours of Tuesday morning, during our check-in we the reception person didn’t explain to us what was included in the (Ultra Premium) band, how we go about the bus times for the other resorts, so the kids ended up missing out on visiting the other resorts as we only discovered their was a bus timetable on the wall at reception two days before leaving. The hotel it’s self is like walking back into the 1912 the reception area is out dated ie (Like the titanic lobby). Our stay here was wasn’t great we had to make our own entertainment (recommend to bring a speaker) as you will need it. Also we was not told about the games room for the kids until the last two days of the holiday, so the kids ended up missing out using that. As they definitely show more gratitude and respect towards the Spanish, and the entertainment every night for our week stay was more for the Spanish then the British, Irish and Scottish. We had to sit outside every night were there were hardly no chairs or tables to sit at, the Spanish was rude and disrespectful towards the English. The only staff that were nice towards us showing us gratitude and respect was the bar staff. The restaurants were lovely but always had flies around the food areas. The room it’s self on inspection there was dead skin and grime above the sliding doors leading to the balcony. And also there wasn’t enough deck chairs on the roof for all the guests. On checkout day: We handed in our wrist bands and we were unable to use them to get drinks once checked out. My overall customer experience was pretty poor and they definitely cater more towards the Spanish than the English. My overall rating for my stay: ***

We arrived at 10am on Monday, we went to the desk to ask about putting our bags in the luggage hold and were asked to move into a different space where we were waiting for an hour to get the door opened. At 4pm we checked into our rooms (All Inclusive) and found that there was no hairdryer, our safe was broken, paint was peeling off the walls and the shower curtain was dirty. We didn’t get any WiFi in our rooms which was frustrating as we all only had a small about of roaming data. There was definitely favouritism towards the Spanish tourists, if they were to cut the lines nothing would happen, sometimes this is why the lifts took so long as they would cut in or physically push you out of the way! The same happened at the bars and at the reception. The lifts to get anywhere were incredibly slow, took around 5 minutes to get from the bottom floor to the 5th floor. Food at this hotel was appalling. Cold food and undercooked food was served everyday, which led to 2 people in our party getting food poisoning which made an already short holiday even shorter when we couldn’t leave the hotel. We paid for all inclusive which meant we were able to join for the snacks which was just breakfast, lunch or dinner being left out for us, barely any new cooked food. The whole site is very outdated, the ‘games area’ by the bar had a very old pool table which had missing balls and an old air hockey table that was very difficult to use. The indoor swimming pool was ice cold for our whole stay and jacuzzi was just the same, got a bit warmer when the sun was hitting it. We were told when we booked that there was a sauna but when we arrived we saw the sign on the sauna saying ‘this is not a sauna’… it was from a sauna company. The only thing I could praise this hotel about was the location. About a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a lot of good restaurants around (as we couldn’t eat the hotel food after the food poisoning). Overall for a holiday that was meant to be cheaper as we booked the all inclusive ended up being very expensive as we had to eat out most days. We definitely won’t be returning.

After seeing some of the reviews of this place we were a bit worried, but once we got here, the place has been incredible, The Staff are amazing, we were given a twin room and a pop up bed for our son. I told Diego that we needed a double bed, the next morning, the cleaning team had converted it to a double bed. The maid service was flawless. Every day they changed the sheets and made the beds. The food was interesting at times but we didn't go hungry at all, there was ALWAYS something to eat. The stars of the show though were the Animations team, Manuela, Sofia and Mario made the week just that bit extra entertaining with their endless enthusiasm and energy to be running the entertainment menu during the day. The pool, whilst smallish was actually enough for what we needed, thank you Magic Crystal Park for a great holiday.

A very large underground parking lot for those with car. Disliked · The elevators... there are 4 elevators and it can even take 5-10 minutes for one of them to come. But this does not affect my score and the positive vibes. The hotel is great!

This is a nice hotel that is a short walk from the centre of Alicante and the beach. We stayed for 5 nights on a room only basis. The room was nice and just the right size for myself and my children, though the sofa bed was a little to uncomfortable for myself so one of my children got relegated to that.... The pool was a decent size and never too busy, it seemed to be primarily Spanish tourists at the hotel. There was a nice poolside snack bar with a decent sized covered area to keep out the midday sun. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, it was €14 each, and although there was quite a variety on offer, you can find much cheaper options a short walk away, if like us you are room only.

Hotel Maya Alikante is OK. It's not the best 3 stars hotel, but it's also not the worse. The stuff was really nice and helpful. And the best part of the hotel: it's location. Some aspects need to be improved, first of all: breakfast. There is a small gym in the hotel, but it needs some cleaning and may be renovation.

Amazing location and beachfront but my back is aching from the horrible beds. They are hard and you feel the mattress Springs. Couldn't sleep well because of it. The room itself is ok but we knew that beforehand. We booked it because of the location not knowing sleeping will be an issue. sleeping (or not) to the sound of the waves is nice though.

I was very doubtful about this place while booking so I booked 2 nights here and one night in some other hotel.. but trust me have I not paid for the other place already, I would have extended my stay here for sure. But just because of this hotel, I have extended my stay & booked another night here. the location is awesome, the staff is friendly, special mention to the people at the reception (both morning & night shifts), they were very helpful and wonderful to talk to made my stay even more smoother. Rooms are spacious, with clean, comfortable beds & pillows and a mind blowing view to the ocean.. if you love the sound of the waves and to look at the water while sitting in your room/bed.. this is just the hotel for you to unwind !! Can't wait to come back. Room 404, best view !!

Positives: Location is very good. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable. The balcony was nice on 501 It's fairly clean. Good shower pressure. Negatives: Room 208- A small window to a dark space, very claustrophobic. Very outdated. Lumpy pillow. Room 501: Air conditioning wouldn't work, sensor on the door was making it come on but flashed straight off. The whole hotel is outdated it was probably a good standard 20 years ago. The walls are paper thin you can hear every noise even running water. It's impossible to get a good sleep with noise from the corridor and the street. I wouldn't stay again. Very disappointed Vs the reviews I read. The rooms are basic no kettle, no fridge, no hairdryer.

Hotel was great for the price, everything me and my boyfriend needed. Perfectly situated between the old and new town and a 30 second walk to the beach. However I will say it is located in an extremely noisy location. This would’ve been a 3 star review if not for the customer service in which we felt very well looked after. We asked to move to a quieter side of the building and they were more than happy to oblige. Great customer service, good complimentary breakfast, ideal location

We are here at the moment. It is a really lovely little hotel. You are one street away from pretty much everything. There are a few bars and restaurants within 30 second , may even be less. The cafeteria del mar has a set price menu that we had today.it was very Spanish, very good and very cheap. The hotel staff are brilliant, we reported two very small issues this morning ( a light bulb!) They were sorted by lunch. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Self service but cereal, fruit, pastry's bread, full English and continental. Very clean and hot.reception staff are really helpful, the maid on our floor is really lovely and all have a smile and allow me to try my terrible Spanish without feeling too embarrassed!!. The rooms are spotless. Basic but comfy. The beds ( and I'm a big guy) are comfy and we got some huge extra pillows immediately on request. There's a 24 hour reception and it feels safe. Now, the view is of other hotels etc but it's not bad and you can see the sea if you look left !. The beach is a 30 second walk away. All the shops and bars / town / tapas is thirty seconds inland. But don't worry it's not too noisy... Not silent by any stretch but not too bad and ok for sleeping. Finally, there's no stags / hens etc and there is really good Aircon in each room. Highly recommended and a real bargain. We paid £350 for 5 nights with flights.

We visited the Riudor in August of this year. After previously staying at another hotel we thought we would try the Riudor for a change. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely with a good balcony overlooking the Benidorm Strip. The room and maid service were always of a high standard. We booked half board, breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast is the normal food one would expect and there was always plenty but the choices for the evening meals we did not find up to normal standard. The hotel advertises as a 4 Star but the food in our previous location which was a 3 star was far better and more of a choice. As I stated this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel well perhaps their food choices should be upgraded to reflect this status. We actually ate out more often than planned due to this and we were not the only residents who felt this way. The pool area - well you need to be up for 7.30am and stand in a queue and await on the cleaners to finish the pool area before the Grand National starts and your mad run for a couple of sunbeds. Hotel is in a great location but we felt due to the poor or lack of meal options that this will be our first and last visit to this establishment. Jet2 also advertised the hotel as child free but on a number of occasions there was certainly younger children under 16/18 present - this might be a fault of Jet2 advertising this as an adult friendly hotel.

I have stopped at this hotel on several occasions in the past always enjoyed it here nice rooms and food plenty of choice.I have just had a fortnight at this hotel still as enjoyable as last time it was nice to see a fridge and tea and coffee available in the room.The staff very polite room was kept clean everyday clean towels can not fault it. Although the air-conditioning did not work properly and only came on occasionally so it was very hot at night trying to sleep. The last time I stayed here you had a nice swimming pool that you could swim when I went in the pool it was not deep enough the deep end only came up to my waist very disappointed. Having saying that I will definitely stop there again

Food was good. Decent selection always served hot. Rooms clean and staff mostly friendly. Couldn't believe they charged us two euros for a glass of water though; quite astonishing. Surely water should be made freely available when dining. Waiter was rude shouting no bands so you pay. An unsavoury incident in what was otherwise an enjoyable stay. Absolutely no chance of pool sunbeds unless you don't go to bed the night before.

Nice hotel ,close to the beach max 5 min walk but I didn't liked: -is really noisy during the night because of the loud music from downstairs terrace and parting people -Small rooms -every room has 2 single beds,is no room with double bed -cleaning let s say almost OK but definitely not as should be The food is ok,is a nice selection of mostly English food but in 2019 when I was here they had much more variety in food and mostly Spanish food and so much delicious. I liked that they do things to be eco and help the planet and in the bathroom you have Dove Shampoo, Shower gel and hand wash(much better to have big glass bottled with product instead of small capsules with shower gel etc). Staff was friendly.

Had a great time at the resort. I Spent five nights with friends at the hotel all inclusive and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms were well kept and tidy. The staff were very friendly and were doing everything they could to ensure you enjoyed your stay. The hotel was roughly ten minutes walk from the town so it was easy to enjoy the night life but it was far enough away to avoid any noise while trying to sleep. All together I would highly recommend it! 👍🏻

Staying at the BC now. The rooms are clean and tidy , there is everything you need in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Special thanks to all the Staff especially Johny , Rafa and valerina these guys are all assets to the BC resort. All areas of the resort and were clean and tidy food was good. Cocktails are amazing. If you are wanting nuggets, chips, fry ups this is the place for you. But definitely lacking veg and fruit and anything remotely healthy. Lots of greasy fry up breakfast which is served 9-12. Beware when you book in they want 50 euros deposit per person on one card. They also charge you for drinks tokens but don't give you the money back. All inclusive drinks stop at 7pm. Music good at poolside. But full of stag dos. If leave early they don't give you any breakfast. Edit, Several staff were asked about returning drinks tokens but we're declined. Also, 200 euro deposit still not returned - room was checked at end of holiday and confirmed all OK, was told deposit would be returned but still waiting

Lovely, friendly staff who just want to give you the best time. Rafa especially is absolutely amazing, we had the best time with him and he absolutely made our holiday. Only a few minutes walk from the strip, quite a steep walk at times but that only leads to hilarious drunken moments with friends. Would definitely come again!

Great place for one or two nights it was very basic but we only needed it to rest out heads. Staff nice and friendly. We got the all inclusive wrist band but was shocked to find it ended at 19:00 no where did it inform us of this!!

Wonderful hotel. Very modern and cleanliness is excellent. Only downside is the bedrooms/bathrooms, although clean and have everything you need, could do with updating a little. ALL the staff worked very hard and were always helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay again!

I think the restaurant times come be improved as I think 7.30pm to start dinner is too late. Breakfast time isn't long enough ( relates to my rating above). Everything else was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the air conditioning was brilliant. In the room I stayed the fridge could do with updating, but it worked. The pool area was very clean and the pool was lovely. Overall I had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

The dinner menu needs to be improved as it has went downhill so we were there 2 years ago. The whole place needs upgraded. Our patio door didn't lock even when we reported it on the second day. At dinner in the restaurant Ana needs to smile more. I didn't see her once on the ten days we were there reply to us even when we said either thank you or gracias. Its as if she really does not want to be there . Every other member of staff were great.

Best Hotel in Benidorm. Easy check-in and very helpful arranging the overnight parking. The room was airy and comfortable with a handy balcony. The beds were very comfortable and for single beds quite roomy. The restaurant provided an excellent choice, and the buffet style breakfast was fantastic. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. This is the second time I have stayed here and will return at the end of September for a reunion. Many thanks to all at Calypso.

Great value Hotel. Rooms clean , service very friendly and helpful. Location very good. Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Close to beach. Only a 20 minute bus (02/03) to Benidorm city centre. Seemed to be mostly Spanish Tourists staying here which is a good sign of a great hotel if the citizens of the country are staying. We unfortunately had a problem with anti social English "lads" in the room next to us. Getting drunk and being violently sick from 3am -7am (which we could hear through the walls). After 3 nights of this - We went down to reception asking for a room change - the reception understood and granted us one. Which was brilliant - the relief of getting a good night's sleep. Very understanding receptionist, we were very grateful. But it goes to show the personal touch the hotel has - other places might have just said tough luck. If you're wanting a clean , friendly , relatively cheap hotel. Id highly recommend here. Thanks to the hotel team

We arrived in the evening, when we woke up in the morning we were shocked at the room we got, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, you could see the entire beach, wow 😮❤️ The hotel is on a hill, we had a room on the 4th floor, but it seemed like it was on the 9th. The hotel is perfectly situated, next to a beautiful wide beach, you can go down to the beach by stairs or a slightly steep sidewalk. For a hotel***, I highly recommend it, it is very clean, the rooms are well-kept for their age, and I will happily go back there. (There are no beach towels, but in stores they are €5, prices in the bar are very good)

We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. We spent most the holiday out at the beach but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Loved it. Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal. Other than that, was great. Will definitely book with Servigroup again.

Small hotel but punching above its weight. Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day. Rooms were clean and functional with free use of safes in the rooms. Powerful shower. Plenty of storage/wardrobe/drawers etc. Plenty of sun loungers around a decent sized pool. Once the sun hits the pool about 10.30 onwards its not in the shade like some other hotel pools in Benidorm. Small lunch dishes from the bar were excellent. Drinks were great and well priced. And the location was spot on for what we wanted. All together a well run hotel.

The rooms were cleaned daily and had all basics catered for, a little small but the shower was powerful and the water hot. The bed was comfy. Service to get into the hotel could be improved with only one person on the reception desk ment check in was a little slow, but not painful and the lady was really helpful and friendly. The bar and the restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming you and wishing you good morning. The breakfast was done really well and plentiful to start the day off. Location was a 10-15 minute walk to Andy's Bar. The walk up a slight, thankfully short hill got the blood pumping at the end of the night. 😅

We have just returned from the Ambassador Playa1 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms although a little on the small side, are lovely have a walk in shower, and are cleaned every day.Some more drawer space would be helpful. The food was excellent apart from one night, which wasn’t up to the usual standard. Choice was very varied and we did enjoy it. It is very central for access to the Levante beach and shops and clubs. The nighttime entertainment was really good. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money.

We have just been to this lovely hotel, located in the centre of the strip, so easy access to everything. The food was very good, staff very helpful, the inhouse pub was fantastic and had entertainment put on inside the hotel, pub and around the pool area of an evening was great. The only thing I complain about was the cleaning of our room - When we arrived our bathroom had various body hairs on the floor & in the basin. This remained the same throughout our stay. Used cups were not replaced nor were our used towels until our last day. It seems they were repeatedly picked up from shower floor, folded & placed back on the towel rail. Apart from that issue we had a lovely stay, the best night sleep and we would certainly return to this hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel and our favourite in Benidorm. The location is excellent, right at the end of the strip and close to all amenities. Just a short walk to the beach. We love Morgan's so the location is perfect with this being just across the road. Inside the rooms are modern and spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. We had full-board and can honestly say the food is amazing, everyday there is a wide range of choice at all meal times. Overall the feel of this hotel is wonderful and would never stay anywhere else is Benidorm.

Brilliant hotel, modern and clean inside. The food is very good and varied. The spa is absolutely amazing and very reasonable to use the facilities. Fantastic location. We are not personally a big fan of 'the strip', it's extremely intimidating for lone females, however you can avoid the strip easily to reach the beach, and the walk along the beach to the old town which is well worth the walk. My only issue is the outside pool area was pretty grubby, but other than that a very good hotel.

Terrible agency Nuevhogar! Don't do business with them! All they are interested in is your money, not your comfort. We tried to solve the problem in a friendly way without leaving negative comments. But they won't meet us. And they refuse to give us our money back. We were given a flat with access to a pub, we are a family with 2 children. It's impossible to sleep at night because of the noise. It was our first time in Benidorm and we didn't know that the flat was in an area of pubs open until 6am. The description of the flat did not say that! no refund! Because of this we cannot change the flat elsewhere. Telling us it's your fault. It is hot in the flat and there is no air conditioning (August), and one fan for the whole flat does not work well. And they will charge you for wi-fi. I don’t recommend. Run away from them. And find a more conscientious and honest agency that cares about your comfort.

Stayed end of March for a hen weekend. Basic rooms, but was clean and tidy. Equipped kitchen but we didn't use on our stay. Had a heater to which was needed as was a chilly weekend. Beds were fine, rooms are on the smaller side but fine for a base camp. The €200 deposit is a little steep and we got less back as the € went down. Great location tho can not fault that close walking distance to everywhere. We stayed on the 6th floor. Lots of groups stayed here so had minimal noise but it's expected.

Small rooms, not very clean. No air conditioning, so good luck in the summer. They are near the beach though, just a 7-8 minutes walk and they have a nice though not very big pool. When you arrive you have to pay 200€ for insurance, no one told us anything about this and it bothered us a bit.

Location of the property is really convenient, not far from the beach and nearby restaurants, shops or bus stops. The superior floors offer very nice views over the city and the sea. Also, the office where key collection is done is close by and the process is easy going. Because of the quite bad weather conditions in the period of time we were there, the wind was bringing all kind of objects in the property's swimming pool. From all the surrounding properties, this was the only one where no cleaning was done, so the pool was not accessible. There were a lot of dirt and leaves in the water for several days we were there. The apartment we booked was for 5 persons, but it's quite small for this number of people. Also, the couch in the living room, could not be used for sleeping, as when it was extended, it was falling apart, the support foot being broken, so one person had to sleep on the floor. Very small cabin shower, as well, and the cleaning level can be a bit higher...

After reading some reviews I was really worried about the holiday, but the whole week was fabulous! The apartment was spotless and the building doesn't allow stag/hen parties, it had a huge balcony and would comfortably sleep 4 adults, The caretaker was very friendly and always stopped to say hello...Its very well placed for the beach and a 5 minute walk from the strip...honestly can't recommend The Aquarium lll enough and we will definitely be booking here again! (oh and the security deposit is only 100 euros which you get back no bother at the end of your stay)

This was a fabulous apartment, beautifully presented with everything You needed and exceptionally clean. The balcony was huge, the bed very comfortable and We liked the attention to detail with the cleaning pack and assortment of coffee,teas and biscuits. Externally the corridors were mopped daily, the pristine gardens swept, We loved Our stay and will definitely return. Checking in was easy the office being just up the road with Pablo being very helpful.

It’s usually the little things that undo everything and never has that been more true than in the case of this hotel. Asking to check out an extra hour late is intransigently impossible even at 50% occupancy but leaving the guests wait outside in the heat for over half an hour before check-in is fine! Even when the opening hours are 4-7pm and we turned up at 5pm there was nobody there or answering the phone. It’s great to have rules, if only they’re followed by everyone. Guess where we shan’t be staying next year…

The service offered by those who work in the reception at this place is exceptional. We were upgraded after they realised that there was a mistake with the number of people we said were on the holiday, given maps of the local area with personal recommendations of restaurants, pools, bars, clubs, etc. and we were also always greeted with a smile. The flat itself was a lovely, well-sized and well-situated place that came with air conditioning, a modern kitchen and a TV with a variety of mutli-lingual channels. The gardens surrounding the ground were well kept and pleasant to walk through. Definitely a place that I would love to visit again.

Stayed here in 2022 with no Issues, However stayed 28 June 2023 and it has put me off staying here again! We booked directly via their website for 3 adults 8 months in advance. We arrived, checked in, & was asked for 200 Euro's deposit, this wasn't the case last year and also no where did it tell us this in any of the booking information. However we paid it as you have no choice. We went to the room and there was 2 single beds and a couch that didn't pull out into a bed, Im 5ft 2 and couldn't even fit on it length ways. They had no rooms available for 3 adults and we had to keep this room for 2 days, eventually we then moved into a room for 3 on the 3rd day of a 5 day holiday.....Ridiculous! not even any money refunded back to us The 1st day in the new room, we went to the beach, came back and the floor was wet through, the kitchen sink was leaking water all over the floor...we then had to wait until a plumber came out and fixed it. I wouldn't stay here again on the assumption you pay for a room for 3 but may not get it and they didn't care that an aduly had no where to sleep for 2 night BE WARNED!!!!

Starting with the staff, most of them are not very attentive and polite. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a little to be desired. The elevators are always broken. The food is varied and in large quantities, the quality is reasonable. They treat customers in different ways, if you are Portuguese you will simply be seen differently for the worse. You can see that the treatment given to the Spanish is very different from that given to the Portuguese, which is incomprehensible because people are all the same regardless of nationality or color and in addition Benidorm has many Portuguese tourists. 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Noisy hotel.

Very difficult to find using sat nav. However we did in the end. Suited us for a 1 night stay. Room was cold ,maybe us not setting Aircon right. Staff v good, breakfast choice v good, never did find butter for toast. Parking a nightmare even in November.
