If staying in the Old Town this is just 2 streets up from Vincent's and a major supermarket - absolutely great for amenities. Refuel was just right at the bottom of the hill so again superb to what we wanted. Food though was extremely repetitive and the dining area was so so noisy with the local guests. If you want a good base but willing to eat out this is a great place to stay

Had b.b there but one of the staff especially the was ignorant stood 10 mins waiting to be served she looked at me twice but carried on talking to the engineer on call 🤙 But overall it was a nice place..Towels clean every day bedding clean we stayed for a week ..Little hilly going up to the Hotel near the Marina so you are in Between the New and Old Town 😁 Bus stop near the Yellow Sub Marine for drop off and pick up 5 mins away from Hotel 🏨..New Town is About 10 to 15 mins away .Hope you enjoy your stay there 👍👍👍👍

Unable to open our curtains as facing another hotels pool area and on a busy cross section so no privacy. I did ask for a balcony room but none available- I presume because of the price we paid and using a booking agent. A few niggles in the room which should have been reported by previous occupants but maintenance did come up very quickly and resolved one of them. We had very noisy, inconsiderate neighbours and lots of door slamming! They staff in the dining area were very quick to clear the dirty dishes away so it was all kept clean and tidy. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. All the rooms were really nice with a great kitchen. The air is €10 per day, but it works well in all rooms. You also pay a few euros for the Internet, but it was a strong signal. My son said the pool was great, and the location is pretty quiet, but close enough to all the action. We went to the bar around the corner, Bar Titanic, every day for our breakfast. Great bar by the way. All in all great place.

Apartments very clean and basic, nice size balcony and quiet pool to swim in. Only downside it cost €10 per day for air-conditioning, extra charges for WiFi use and sun loungers. Would recommend requesting a high floor apartment that way you can save on the air con by opening balcony doors and using the sea breeze instead. Basically you get what you pay for .

I read a few bad reviews on this place but I had no problems at all, the rooms were great service was great Sue and the other lady in reception were very helpful 😀 only downside as we have health issues was it was uphill but taxis were cheap enough. We would definitely stay here again . The view was amazing from the 25th floor

This will be our second time staying here, once in October 2023 and May 2024, both times our stay was brilliant. The rooms were clean, the pool was everything you need, but what made both our stays fabulous was the superb hospitality and kindness from the staff, in particular Rebecca… she was amazing. She couldn’t do enough for us, super friendly and just a joy. We will be back again, if for nothing else to see our new friend behind the bar!! Thank you again for everything, Bec!!

I heard some bad reviews about this place but I did have a good time it’s near the beach and shops the pool was nice and warm but lifts would come every fifteen minutes so I walked down 22 stairs to get down and 22 more to get back up. The food was nice but Little kids would not use spoons to get there food they use there hands. Anyway I had a good time room was nice and spacious.it come with soap and shampoo. Room was cleaned daily by staff. But the lifeguard at the kids pool dragged a 4 year old kid of the slide because he was waiting at the bottom for his brother. I had a good time

I have just left this hotel yesterday and where do I start? Check-in wait time was it 45 minutes they were very rude at the desk I have been on a couple of all inclusive holidays never seen a token to give you for a drink then you get your talking back you have to give back your plastic cup for food for a four star hotel. It’s more like a two star or a three star hotel the best thing on the menu was the breakfast do not get me started with the lift’s if you were coming here with someone disabled or in a wheelchair, do not go to this hotel this hotel is not a four star it is more like a two star or three star disgusted will not be going back

Really nice hotel. Rooms were large with comfortable beds and really good showers. The cleaning was very good and all the staff worked very hard to make a pleasant stay. The lifts were slow at times and I did not like the food. It is located near the beach and night life. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Food was excellent! For breakfast there was always some different specialtys to choose from. Same for the evening meals. We were here for a week and almost never got the same food. Even tho it was buffet it was nicely done. All the personal was so service minded and kind straight through, from the receptionist to the maid and chefs. Got a 4 star for the room because we stayed at one of the oldest rooms, and it was time for a renovation.

We've stayed here before so re booked for a long holiday. When we checked in we were put in the main building, we explained that it would be too noisy for us, we were above the bar and stage. The following day we were moved to building J, which is much better. The staff are friendly, location is great. Roons are basic, could do with an air fryer or oven. Pans don't fit the hob!

Overall a very pleasant stay at the resort. It is very family friendly, with various activities for the children, as well as the adults. The food is mediocre, but that's not a problem, as there are many curious and delicious restaurants in close proximity. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you in any way they can.

I returned from my holiday in October but I would like to make a complaint about my holiday it was our first ever family holiday abroad so I wanted to make it the best I possibly could and this hotel looked amazing so went and booked it and because it was our first holiday I thought I want to make it the best so went for the all-inclusive and then when looking at the rooms decided to upgrade the room when we arrived at the hotel we booked in and the lady showed us on the map where our apartment was and so off we went when we got to our apartment we was very disappointed it was nothing like the upgraded room on the website it was just like the standard apartment just green instead of orange so I went to speak to the lady on reception on my way I see the lady from reception showing another family all the way to their apartment not sure why they had that special service we was just shown on the map. I spoke to the lady and explained I wasn't happy with my room as I upgraded my room and she had a look and said that she would try and get us moved but they was fully booked and couldn't move us but she would keep trying reception said apparently we was in a premium room which I'm sorry but I wasn't happy with compared to the photos it was a down grade not a upgrade please find photos of our room attached one wall was only half painted the soap in out room had fallen of the wall the aircon unit worked but was hanging off the wall and it was much smaller then it looked in the brochure. First photos are the room we received last photo is room booked and paid for.

The first night we arrived we were placed in a room 202, right above the bar area the noise was making the floor vibrate and went on until 12.15am (not ideal with 2 young children ) then staff moving tables and chairs until 1am people screaming and shouting. Asked reception the following day for a move which they did no problem at all reception staff were very nice and helpful throughout our holiday. The following 2-3 days were then really good, until the 4th day. The amount of people arriving at the hotel was unbelievable, queues for 30 mins for a drink in the bar at night, no where to sit at meal times, no sunbeds available at the pool after 10am. One bar (3 bar staff) and restaurant to service around 1000 guests at night, when tables became free in the dining room the staff clearing the tables were so busy we ended up doing it ourselves!! Not enough staff in general, communal areas were not clean drink cups left on tables for hours on end. Loads of animation staff, not many service staff needs to be the opposite. 2 pool bars went to one on our last day and the beer pumps had ran out, staff member told me to go to the other bar instead of the barrels being replaced, the queue for this bar must have had 30 people with one staff member serving. Profit is obviously priority over service and guest satisfaction at this hotel, I will certainly not be returning and would advise people who are considering booking not to do so. Show less

Excellent low rise aparthotel located in a quiet residential area in Benidorm. First stayed in 2007 and have been every year since! Lovely, large spacious apartments. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool. Large restaurant and bar area. The friendliest and most helpful staff. Children's play area. The complex is situated on a hill but if you're relatively fit it isn't that bad. Reception will order taxis if needed and there is a bus stop opposite. About a 15 min walk down to the seafront and the old town and about a 40 min walk into the new town. Looking forward to our next stay!

Staff were friendly. Room could have been a bit cleaner but perfectly livable. Didn't like we had to make the beds for the kids ourselves though. Pool is a great size but freezing. Location was fine for us but if you use a wheelchair getting up the hill might be an issue. I had a great time but won't be going back as other parts of the world to see!

Great hotel, good food, good breakfast, standard buffet but quality was good. Fresh orange jus! Reception very helpful and friendly staff. Even in winter great place with the indoor swimming pool, nice temperature. Our room heating aircon wasn't working properly, but fixed really quickly after calling it. Downside of the rooms, is very noisy of the rooms above and below. We had cyclist above with those hard shoes and they sound very noisy on the tiles click, clack. Gameroom down in the basement is outdated. Rest of the hotel is good standard. Even for toddlers and babies.

Nice spacious rooms, very clean but could do with a lick of paint. The kitchen had everything you could think of, but we had no cutlery at all for some reason. Beds are very comfortable even though they are singles. And the waterfall shower was lovely. I would stay here again if needed because it's very good value for money.

This place was great. Had a week's holiday here. However beware that this place is out of the way and 15 minutes walk into town. The walking was great for my health so no complaints there. The hotel and apartments are clean and the staff were wonderful.

We stayed here only for one night as we came only for the weekend. We had a lovely stay on the 29th floor, where the view was amazing!!! All the employees were nice, polite, friendly and helpful. We were even able to check in way before check in time. Our only issue was the shower as we had hot water for about 5 minutes then it turned to cold, otherwise everything was absolutely positive. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely return when we go back to Benidorm.

Only had one issue whilst staying here back in August and it was due to the door sticking when opening from the outside other than that the room was perfect and nicely renovated. We were completely aware that we were supposed to give €200 deposit which we payed by cash and upon checkout we waited 15 minutes and got it back. Check in process was easy we did arrive extremely early as our flight from Dublin arrived 9am they allowed us to leave our bags in a locker room until our room was ready, which it was early with no fee. I’d definitely return here as we found the pool area to not be rowdy more family oriented which was nice.

The apartment was not very clean. The balcony floor had food residues the chairs inside were very dusty and the worst part was the bathroom bidet it was feces residues which is not acceptable! And twice I had to go to the lobby of the hotel which is not in the same building to ask for towels because there was only two small ones and blankets as there were only thin sheets. Would definitely not stay here again or recommend because of this. Sheets of the sofa bed were not clean.

👎🤬 They steal the money of the deposit that they never return back for no reason! They never returned the 200euro of the deposit to my girlfriend debit card, even if the receptionist said the will be returned back, liars and thieves! There was absolutely no reason why the deposit shouldn't be returned.🤬 Never expected in a so called civilized country to be robbed by such a big hotel chain. Shame on you thieves! 🤬 Don't stay here and never ever leave a deposit by card payment, they will never return back and you can't do nothing, neither the bank will return it because can't demonstrate anything, it's a normal payment at a hotel that you authorized. the worst hotel experience ever. 👎Beside that the hotel it's in bad state, degraded, dirty and lack of maintenance. And at the dinner buffet the food is with mold and we felt bad after eating there. 🤮

Just returned from this hotel. Bar/reception service & staff excellent. Rooms basic but spotless as all areas of hotel & pool were . Didn’t like food was always cold so never returned to restaurant/ buffet . Biggest complaint was the noise . Constant banging of doors and shouting at all hours early morning/ late night . No sound proofing at all In rooms can hear everything. Music is far far to loud at night does go off at 12 but is unbearable loud even to sit in bar . It’s a shame cause loved everything else . But wouldn’t return as hardly slept all week due to noise

Spotlessly clean , lovely friendly staff ,especially girls on bar. Rooms are large spacious , all seem to have a balcony most with sea view . Food above average for an all inc, although served on the cooler side of hot !! For 3 * hotel you can't realy wrong . Only slight grumble was some of the sunbeds are fairly old & saggy & poss not enough at peak time .

The hotel is incredible. The bartenders; Gabrielle, Maria, Marco, Vanessa and Carolina were awesome people and the receptionist girls: Anabel. Virginia, and Maria and Lucia. There is one person I forget to mention, she was tall, brunette. So if you're reading this and think that it sounds like you, well chances are that I'm talking about you as well, these women were incredible and made me feel welcome. They are incredible people and I wish them all the best. On to a few nitpicks, of which there is few: Breakfast was kind of average, I mean the food was ok but most of the time it was a lot of pastries and cold eggs. Lunch and dinner were great though, I'd recommend having sangria alongside your food. The hotel is also in the between of two different towns. You can either go left along the beach to La Mata, which is a small humble town, beautiful in its own way. Or you can go right which leads to the Torrevieja City Centre (Torrevieja Centro Ciudad, I think it was called.) It's a good chance to get some decent cardio if you choose to walk to either town. The nighttime entertainment is mostly aimed at children and families which is to be expected since it's a hotel aimed for families(a fact I was unaware of when I booked the holiday. As a solo traveller I really did notice that it's family themed.) But despite that I really did enjoy my time there. The balcony view is so nice. Waking up to a glorious sunrise, the sun shining along the oceanic blue, the palm trees swaying gently in a breeze. I loved it here. The ocean is pretty close by, around a few minutes away. I would always go for a night walk and take in the ocean breeze. Sit on the cliffsides and just chill and relax. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. Its clean, the rooms are spacious, or at least they feel that way. The shower pressure is perfecto, and the staff, are incredible. There is one big negative though. Which is that I had to leave and go back to the UK. Rest in Pieces to my immune system.😔

FALSE ADVERTISING - DO NOT GO HERE!! We booked a Junior Suite through loveholidays.com then paid £200 (~€250) for a room upgrade to the luxury version. It was supposed to have a superior modern upgrade, a luxury spa bath for two, and a sea view. Instead it was a basic empty small room that looked like it was from the 1970's, a tiny bathroom with a very small old rusty bath that even a dwarf would have difficulty fitting into, and no sea view - just a towering close hotel building and older residential apartment blocks. The food was typical hotel buffet style, except cold and limited in choice. There was no drinks for lunch or dinner and we got food poisoning during the first day. There was a selection of 'fresh' fruit from the restaurant for dessert for those like me who can't have gluten - but the apple I took was dry, bitter and maggot ridden - for real, see the photos. The staff were very unhelpful and grumpy - none of them smiled or had any interest in hospitality or pleasing guests. We spoke to the reception staff who told us there were no other rooms available, except we checked online and there were lots available. So we left after the first day and booked another accommodation that was much better and safer. My recommendation is not to go to this hotel - you will regret it and wish you hadn't booked here. Photos show what we booked compared to what we actually got! And the maggot ridden food!

We got the family room and it was big enough for our family of four. Cleaned every day A great well run hotel close to all amenities and the food was superb always different varieties from the buffet and we all enjoyed every meal. Enjoyed the roof top pool and night time entertainment on our last night in the complex will be memories to keep forever. Will definitely be back to benidorm in the near future and will be hoping to book this gem of a hotel again

Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms). We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff made the beds and changed the towels everyday (if needed) and the staff were seen cleaning throughout the day. The staff were brilliant with the children (2,3,7) and the hotel has a mini disco and entertainment (magic shows, dancing) every night starting at 8:30. There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime. There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food. The only downside of the food was there was a lot of fish on offer, which we do not like. The whole family had an amazing time thank you!

Good rooms fitted to a good standard. Very clean. Half board meals had plenty of variety. Great priced bar 1.5 euro for glass of wine. Pool side and sun bathing area big enough and plenty of space. Reception staff helpful. Short walk to the beach with easy access to shops close by.

If there’s one thing I love the most is money well spent. We’ve decided to escape the bad weather in the UK (even though it’s summer) and we bought this all inclusive package for 7 days. The hotel is well located with lots of shops (supermarkets, pharmacies and tourist shops round the corner, literally). It’s close by the beach too. You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary. We had Mexican night for dinner one night along with lots of other options, including the little ones. The desserts were mainly icecream and Spanish treats. All very tasty! I would like to mention Cristina, one of the restaurant staff. She is very kind, helpful and was so fun to be around. My kids loved her! Keep up the great work! Regarding the cleaning, this hotel is very neat and clean! I’m the worst when comes to this matter but wow, we could see all the common areas being cleaned on a regular basis, including the pool being properly cleaned in the early hours. The rooms were also tidied up everyday and the sheets and bath towels changed. Also the AC in the room worked great for those warm days! It kept the room cool enough throughout the night! 😌 About kids entertainment, besides the pool, they have an “entertainment crew” and every afternoon they would have a different activity for them, like volley, dancing, Zumba… so fun! Overall, amazing experience and all the people that crossed paths with us were super friendly! Always smiling and happy! I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to be back! 🇪🇸🌊

Just stayed for 4 weeks and was very happy with hotel. Staff work really hard to keep all areas clean and tidy. Updated bedroom was lovely, especially the walk-in shower. The addition of a kettle plus tea/coffee was an added bonus. Plenty of food -something for everyone I would definitely recommend hotel for very good value.

On arrival, I found the sliding doors to the balcony had been broken for what looked like a break-in and wouldn't lock. I did get another room next door, but it was the same thing. After 4 rooms later, all with the same fault, I found myself in a dated room from the 80s, as was the other rooms I was temporarily in. The bathroom was also not that great, but all ementies worked. The door was rottered at the bottom from the shower, and the mattress hadn't been changed since the hotel opened as I sat through it. The over sheets are also dated with stains on. The hotel is located in a great place, being a 2-minute walk to the beach and 1 minute from McDonald's and Burger King and other local shops. The food was OK but nothing to write home about and wish I never paid full board for as I often found myself eating elsewhere. Some staff was OK, but one in particular was quite rude to a point of aggression. I think he was the manager . They do have a pool, but when the wheatear on the beach was too bad to go into the sea, I did put my hand into the pool to test it. I got such a fright as it was so cold it would have been impossible to get in. There is such an abundance of hotels here that they really do need to up their game.

Coach dropped us at bottom of steep hill difficult to get up with walking stick and suitcase. very little English spoken and no English food to speak of. No special Xmas meal at all Spanish celebrate on Xmas eve .. even then nothing special. Will not be going back.

The Mont Park Benidorm, well this a small hotel in Benidorm, just outside the noise and hustle and bustle of the strip which is an easy five minute stroll away. The beach you can get to in three minutes , Burger King and MC Donalds are next to the beach so you can sit in MC Donalds and have a bite to eat and a coffee or a beer and then go back to your spot on the beach, brilliant. The food in the hotel is just brilliant,lamb shanks,chicken brest, veal steaks and the best breakfast in any hotel we've stayed in. The bacon is a proper bacon and not the trend of these days to have a composited mess of fat and meat, its streaky but it's the real stuff. Sliced and boiled potatoes are the ones to go for at dinner time. The rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels, if there's one towel short just tell reception and there give you two. The reception staff have always been good to us so I can't say anything bad about them, I did see an English couple being rude to one of the receptionist, it was about nothing really, just a I want rant, very common these days,very embarrassing. Look, this a Spanish hotel with mainly Spanish people but you will be treated fairly as the Spanish. A great little hotel that's always a pleasure to stay in.

Friendly, helpful staff in bar and reception, not so much the restaurant. Rooms are average, comfortable beds. A bit dated but clean. I had a room with a bath/shower however, rooms with a shower only, the bathrooms were much better. Rooms quite dark. Went in October where sun is lower than earlier in the year so the pool was only in the sun part of the day and had to move around the pool where the sun went. The hotel has high buildings around it which blocks the sun but this is due to the time of year I believe. We went full board, no drink included at lunch and dinner time but juice, coffee, water and tea provided at breakfast. Food was average, good selection. Cooked English breakfast provided daily in buffet style, along with continental. No smoking allowed around pool and certain parts outside. There is a designated smoking area which I thought was good.

After finding myself in an awful situation where I lost my phone, wallet and address to my villa, the staff here kindly let me use their phone multiple times to ring home, sort out money and a booking for the night. In the morning, they also went to an extra effort to made sure I had a taxi to my booked villa, communicated the situation to the taxi driver and even checked up I got there afterwards. Thank you to all the kind staff!

The hotel is clean. Great location. Close to the beach, park, bus stops and the train station. Our room was ok. The weather in January was excellent. All the members of the staff were very kind and helpful. We would like to thank Katya for helping the Polish tourists, Anita for providing us with bus/train timetables (and great drinks!:), Ali, Ivan and all the other bartenders for the most amazing drinks. You made our little winter holidays special. Thank U:) Room 421.

Hotel a little dated but was clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. No welcome pack only a few cans of fizzy drink in the fridge & a bottle of prosecco which was fine. The location was excellent! The food was more than excellent! Plenty to choose from well cooked and lots of flavour. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom clean but again dated bath could do with renewal but still usable. Water pressure great. Amenities great! Staff in all service areas were brilliant.

Didn't like the way the English and Spanish have separate entertainment sites. The Spanish did seem to get the shows, animal/ magic/character, while down on minus 2nd floor the English just got music of varying types. Food was plenty in the main restaurant but some was inedible. Most staff were pleasant. Pool is on the rooftop under cover. The Spa was a little circle of water which had children in it so complete disregard to the notices as no children allowed!! Would I go back - yes due to cheapness. Would I recommend- no

Spent£2000 for Christmas week my friend slipped by the roof top pool and mangers for two weeks done nothing. Even head office done nothing .kid in adult pool because kids was closed no supervision for them and no signs out wet floor. Head office say you home now so nothing we can do .hotel full but less staff to cope. Don't go there for your own safety and your kids

Stayed in October the staff were very accommodating nothing was to much trouble room was a good size modern and clean there was a good selection of food in the buffet and a chef cooking the meat fresh Location is perfect not to far from the main strip I can honestly say that my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I've already booked my next trip If you're looking for a combination of excellent hospitality modern comfort and a great location look no further. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year, The Hotel and rooms were spotless and the staff were polite and helpful. Bar and entertainment areas were very nice as was the dinning area . Food was fine ,but very limited to what was on offer . but we were able to find something to eat , but what was on offer was very nice . location wise , it was a short stroll to the beach, and probably 25/30 minute walk to the strip. and 15 minutes to the old town. We would return for another short stay holiday .. Hope this review helps someone ....

Outside of the hotel and reception, lobby looking good, but the quality of the rooms, corridors are awfully poor, only one elevator, you have to wait a lot to use it. Roof area are very very poor, the pool is basically for kids but drank people were sitting in it. Employees are super helpful, they gave back our money immediately when we asked for refund.

We found the location ideal, just 5 mins walk to all the action, bars, shops, food, etc, but in a nice quiet location for when you've had enough. Rooms a good size and all very clean and tidy. We had breakfast included, but only used it once as much wider choice is just around the corner.

Stayed at this hotel for a 4 night trip me and my partner. The rooms are standard but clean etc couldn't really say a bad word about this hotel only until we came on the day of leaving when we checked out the man at reception said he was sending someone to our room to check we could receive our deposit back, he said everything was fine and we would receive our deposit back in our account and it could take up to 3 working days and gave me a receipt. Its now been 2 week and still no money been put in account. Its a shame the hotel have done this as I probably would have stayed here again and recommend it! I definitely won't be now. If someone please could get intoch with me regarding this issue I would be great full.

Had a great time at the resort. I Spent five nights with friends at the hotel all inclusive and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms were well kept and tidy. The staff were very friendly and were doing everything they could to ensure you enjoyed your stay. The hotel was roughly ten minutes walk from the town so it was easy to enjoy the night life but it was far enough away to avoid any noise while trying to sleep. All together I would highly recommend it! 👍🏻

If you are wanting nuggets, chips, fry ups this is the place for you. But definitely lacking veg and fruit and anything remotely healthy. Lots of greasy fry up breakfast which is served 9-12. Beware when you book in they want 50 euros deposit per person on one card. They also charge you for drinks tokens but don't give you the money back. All inclusive drinks stop at 7pm. Music good at poolside. But full of stag dos. If leave early they don't give you any breakfast. Edit, Several staff were asked about returning drinks tokens but we're declined. Also, 200 euro deposit still not returned - room was checked at end of holiday and confirmed all OK, was told deposit would be returned but still waiting

Hotel was lovely and the staff are a credit to Servigroup. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa in guest services very helpful and knowledgeable. Carmen in the restaurant always pleasant and welcoming. There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit. However we would return to the Rialto. Overall a very quiet, friendly hotel.

Hotel staff and food is amazing. Hotel is spotlessly clean. I only marked the room down as beds and mattresses need upgrading and location is excellent for the strip and beach but up a hill so some people may find that difficult.

We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. We spent most the holiday out at the beach but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Loved it. Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal. Other than that, was great. Will definitely book with Servigroup again.

Great value Hotel. Rooms clean , service very friendly and helpful. Location very good. Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Close to beach. Only a 20 minute bus (02/03) to Benidorm city centre. Seemed to be mostly Spanish Tourists staying here which is a good sign of a great hotel if the citizens of the country are staying. We unfortunately had a problem with anti social English "lads" in the room next to us. Getting drunk and being violently sick from 3am -7am (which we could hear through the walls). After 3 nights of this - We went down to reception asking for a room change - the reception understood and granted us one. Which was brilliant - the relief of getting a good night's sleep. Very understanding receptionist, we were very grateful. But it goes to show the personal touch the hotel has - other places might have just said tough luck. If you're wanting a clean , friendly , relatively cheap hotel. Id highly recommend here. Thanks to the hotel team

We arrived in the evening, when we woke up in the morning we were shocked at the room we got, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, you could see the entire beach, wow 😮❤️ The hotel is on a hill, we had a room on the 4th floor, but it seemed like it was on the 9th. The hotel is perfectly situated, next to a beautiful wide beach, you can go down to the beach by stairs or a slightly steep sidewalk. For a hotel***, I highly recommend it, it is very clean, the rooms are well-kept for their age, and I will happily go back there. (There are no beach towels, but in stores they are €5, prices in the bar are very good)

We visited the Riudor in August of this year. After previously staying at another hotel we thought we would try the Riudor for a change. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely with a good balcony overlooking the Benidorm Strip. The room and maid service were always of a high standard. We booked half board, breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast is the normal food one would expect and there was always plenty but the choices for the evening meals we did not find up to normal standard. The hotel advertises as a 4 Star but the food in our previous location which was a 3 star was far better and more of a choice. As I stated this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel well perhaps their food choices should be upgraded to reflect this status. We actually ate out more often than planned due to this and we were not the only residents who felt this way. The pool area - well you need to be up for 7.30am and stand in a queue and await on the cleaners to finish the pool area before the Grand National starts and your mad run for a couple of sunbeds. Hotel is in a great location but we felt due to the poor or lack of meal options that this will be our first and last visit to this establishment. Jet2 also advertised the hotel as child free but on a number of occasions there was certainly younger children under 16/18 present - this might be a fault of Jet2 advertising this as an adult friendly hotel.

The rooms are nice. Very clean. Staff at the bar, room cleaners friendly the reception staff we found very offish. The food is nice. Lots of choice at breakfast and evening meal. The location is great if you don’t want to sleep until 3:30 as the hotel is sandwiched between very noisy bars, because of this we would not stay again.

I have stopped at this hotel on several occasions in the past always enjoyed it here nice rooms and food plenty of choice.I have just had a fortnight at this hotel still as enjoyable as last time it was nice to see a fridge and tea and coffee available in the room.The staff very polite room was kept clean everyday clean towels can not fault it. Although the air-conditioning did not work properly and only came on occasionally so it was very hot at night trying to sleep. The last time I stayed here you had a nice swimming pool that you could swim when I went in the pool it was not deep enough the deep end only came up to my waist very disappointed. Having saying that I will definitely stop there again

The hotel itself is lovely. Reception staff were friendly. Rooms were OK. Location is brilliant. Right on the main strip. Food was really nice, plenty of variety, something for everyone and always hot. Down side is the "pool". It's no more than a 3ft deep paddling pool. Couldn't swim in it. It was ok just to cool off in. Have stayed in the Ruidor several times but this will be our last.

This was mine and my partners second stay at this hotel but the first for 4 of our travelling party. I know that this hotel is of a high standard, especially the food and service. One of our party said it was the best buffet food and selection they had experienced in a hotel, and we all agreed. The rest of our party were equally impressed. I'd like to give special mention to Merchee from the restaurant, she is a credit to the hotel and extremely friendly. She even remembered us from our stay from November 2023. We were also impressed with the Gala Dinner provided on New Years eve, it was unexpected but most welcome. We weren't able to stay until midnight as we had arranged to meet friends at the beach, however the atmosphere, food and service from all the staff was excellent - thank you!!! We only had one slight reason to complain about the stay. One of our party's case was misplaced by the airline so we arrived at the hotel without it. On check in the receptionists were really helpful and offered to help us out if we needed them to. When we received message a day later that the case was located and we needed to call a number to arrange delivery, we had issues using our mobiles so asked at reception if they could help, either by calling for us to help with the language barrier, or if we could at least use a phone line. The receptionist was different to check in, her name was Ana and was quite unhelpful, even to the point that she was rude. In the end she tried to call once and said the line was engaged, and that was the end of her help. This was a disappointment because every other member of staff was amazing, helpful and friendly, it's just a shame we had to encounter this. Despite this one small reason to complain, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Calypso, and I have no doubt that we will be back again in the future. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends as well.

The location is very good with convenient bus connection from Alicante airport, 15min walk to the beach and a great view of Santa Barbara Castle. The sleep quality is extraordinary with great spacious bed, great mattress and pillows. Rooms are freshly renovated including bathroom. Breakfasts are a bit dull but some vegetarian options can be found, Cava is available and the breakfast room is bright and sunny to start your day, also no waiting required. The only downside is the AC/ventillation issue in rooms: there is a lingering smell of cigarettes, bathrooms and other smells possibly from other rooms which means you need to open balcony door when you come back to your room, and when you wake up the smells are still there. Definitely requires attention from hotel managers.

The only food that was good was fries. Sun loungers could use a good power wash. Rooms were clean although didn't top up hand soap. Ours had absolutely zero in it by second last day of our stay

The staff is very friendly and hard working, Unfortunately everything seems a bit worn out and many things are out of order. Also, the hotel seems understaffed, so expect very long lines for the reception. The coffee for breakfast is almost undrinkable, so every morning we had to go to a cafe after breakfast to get proper coffee. The gym is dirty and also very outdated. Internet is good though

Big bathroom, with a low bathtub, a sink with big counter and a bidet (of course toilet too). Backyard terraces with chairs and decent sized pool. A very large underground parking lot for those with car. Disliked · The elevators... there are 4 elevators and it can even take 5-10 minutes for one of them to come. But this does not affect my score and the positive vibes. The hotel is great!

Hotel is situated very conveniently near the castle, bus stop no2 and a tram line which gets you to Benidorm and the city. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. In my eyes the hotel has deserved another star. We only had breakfast and I have to say that the cooked breakfast was awful. HOWEVER all other options were great. They even offered “breakfast Cava”. I can only recommend the hotel and would return anytime!! 👏👏👏👏

A very pleasant place to stay. The room I had was fairly basic. Though it was very clean with all the facilities needed for a base while I visited Benidorm. The ladies cleaning the rooms were very attentive. The staff on the reception desk were always polite, attentive helpful. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location for exploring the old town and the beach. If you're looking for somewhere lively for the evening, this hotel isn't that far away from the very active nightlife. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing location and beachfront but my back is aching from the horrible beds. They are hard and you feel the mattress Springs. Couldn't sleep well because of it. The room itself is ok but we knew that beforehand. We booked it because of the location not knowing sleeping will be an issue. sleeping (or not) to the sound of the waves is nice though.

I thought i had booked into Fawlty Towers!!! We were in the studio apartments around the corner and wow nothing like the photos...the room was like a prison cell with no balcony. Very dated room needs a complete refurb. Roadworks outside waking us up at 8.00 every morning. The stairs upto the apartment are lethal if you have any issues walking etc do not book. The food at the main hotel was absolutely laughable the breakfast was hotdog sausages, raw bacon, tomatoes and slimy mushrooms that was it - the other few plates were questionable and not even sure what they were. Basically i had toast and butter then evening meal i ended up with a cheese cob as everything was cold or inedible - out of our 5 day stay half board we had 2 breakfasts and one evening meal. Positives great area and i have never laughed so much at how bad things were ...lots of other hotels that are alot nicer nearby.

Positives: Location is very good. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable. The balcony was nice on 501 It's fairly clean. Good shower pressure. Negatives: Room 208- A small window to a dark space, very claustrophobic. Very outdated. Lumpy pillow. Room 501: Air conditioning wouldn't work, sensor on the door was making it come on but flashed straight off. The whole hotel is outdated it was probably a good standard 20 years ago. The walls are paper thin you can hear every noise even running water. It's impossible to get a good sleep with noise from the corridor and the street. I wouldn't stay again. Very disappointed Vs the reviews I read. The rooms are basic no kettle, no fridge, no hairdryer.

Hotel was great for the price, everything me and my boyfriend needed. Perfectly situated between the old and new town and a 30 second walk to the beach. However I will say it is located in an extremely noisy location. This would’ve been a 3 star review if not for the customer service in which we felt very well looked after. We asked to move to a quieter side of the building and they were more than happy to oblige. Great customer service, good complimentary breakfast, ideal location

If you stay hear don't book your stay with food included, spicy sausage and garlic mushrooms are not what I eat for breakfast. Rooms are clean,the hotel is opposite a school, a bottle bank at the side so it's very noisy we could even hear snoring from the next room

10 stars out of 5 to the personnel! They were all just too nice at the reception and in the restaurant. Location 20 m from the sea is great. The rooms are not too modern, but fine, and it was very clean. The only disadvantage was the noise from the street at night sometimes.
