Wow what a little gem. This hotel is ideally located in the old town within walking distance of the beach and all amenities. Great Tapas Bar and Shopping is on your doorstep. The hotel was very clean and the food choice was amazing with complimentry wine. The staff were courteous and very friendly. Please note that this hotel is mainly occupied by Spanish (I prefer this) but there was no problem with communication. Booked again for later this year. Can't wait.

Exterior room absolutely shambles no balcony no hangers and RUDE reception Staff. Toilet attached to the wall panel so you sit half on half off. I used the reception toilet !!!

Room very spacious, air con very good although it's €10 per day. Pool area nice, again sunbeds were €1.50 per day. Bar area down steps from pool, so not great for people with mobility issues. Access to pool not good if poor mobility. Pool is shared with another hotel, but plenty of space. Not ideal for families lots of stags and hens. Bar lady is lovely. Good prices for food and drinks.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Check in was busy but not a problem. Our room was ready before time. Lovely helpful lady on reception, and dealt with others checking out - all polite and friendly. £50 deposit per person which we knew about beforehand, no charge for sunbeds as it was early season. The room was spacious, smelt so clean and was very clean. Towels changed once and bins emptied for a 5 day stay. Lots of things in the apartment to cook, and store foods. TV (didn't use!) Chairs and table on the balcony, all clean too. Bins on the road near our room (first floor) get emptied at 3.15am, so if you're not a partygoer you'd hear it ! No bother or noise from other groups overnight, stayed Sun to Fri. Used the cafe attached, lovely pizzas! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here a few weeks ago, the hotel is decent overall. However the check in service was shocking. We arrived at Saturday 9pm, spent 2 hours trying to access keys to our room through unhelpful receptionist and also not being sent instructions to request a code for our key collection for late check ins. Genuinely thought we were going to be stranded on the street for the night so we booked a room in another hotel after trying to contact the provider directly and the number ringing out. They finally responded hours after we initially tried to check in.

Just got back from 7 day hoilday and was not disappointed. Great apartment very spacious with good views from the balconyand the front door corridorat the back, we did well for self catering but was out most of the time. Pool is bigger than the photos and plenty of space to get a bed €1.50 ( only negative is they don't have a sit up option ). We did have to pay €200 euros deposit for the apartment was fully aware before we arrived and once they checked before departure got it back. Staff were great when needed. Literally 5min or less walk to the strip around 15/20 mins to the beach. Plenty of places around to eat and drink. Looking at going back next year.

This Hotel is absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Rooms are kept spotless and the kids pool area is ideal. Bear in mind it's only kids that can use the chutes and slides. The restaurant is a very high standard they try and change the menu daily having different themes. The amount of choice you get is outstanding, there is something for literally everyone. The food hall is extremely hygienic everything is perfectly cooked and as it should be in four star hotel. The staff in the restaurant are excellent and very friendly and helpfull. Don't listen to the rubbish some people post about this hotel. This hotel has a large number of Spanish people holidaying there so that should tell you how good it is. Top marks. Next time in Benidorm this would be my first choice...👍⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have just got back from 5 nights at the Rosamar Hotel & what a brilliant holiday / stay we have had! The location was the absolutely highlight of this hotel, situated right across from the strip, though not too close to be disturbed by noise / party goers. We found this brilliant as there’s so much around the hotel, beach isn’t far at all & it made it easy to get back from night outs etc. 10/10 on location!! The room we stayed in was a very generous size, we were given a corner room & the balcony back onto our families balcony round the corner so we could see each other from across the way which was brilliant. Room was clean & ideal. 2 double beds pushed together so ample room and the shower was lovely. Room was an absolute 10/10 for us, we could not fault it at all. I do believe staff at the hotel could’ve been a little more friendly. Certain reception staff, cleaners and bar staff all came off a little rude from time to time. I do not believe this was due to a language barrier either as they spoke decent english. The cleaner didn’t clean our room so we asked at Reception for some clean towels / toilet roll, they said a cleaner would meet us at our room in a minute if we go up. We were there for 2 hours waiting, still nothing. After ringing them & querying, we didn’t receive the towels & toilet roll until the next day when they finally came back to clean, this was quite inconvenient for showering / going to the toilet, luckily we had family across the hall but if we didn’t we would’ve struggled. A big shame was that we couldn’t do late check out which we wanted to pay for but i totally understand that the hotel was full & it’s out of their control, though the way it was dealt with was just not the best. We went down at 7.30am to ask to extend & kept being told, “come back in an hour”. Went back down continuously just to be told no.. not sure why they couldn’t just tell us on the first trip down? but hey ho. Food isn’t the best, basic chips etc are okay. They do have english sausage which is alright on a butty for brekkie. We were all inclusive as it was cheap to upgrade but we mainly did that for the drinks side of it. We ate out most Mornings/Evenings, there’s so much nearby. Pool days were great. No smoking by the pool but not a problem for us to move for that. Pool does get extremely over crowded and you can’t exactly “swim” much as there isn’t a lot of room🤣 There was 4 lifts and wow it was horrendous trying to get up and down within a decent time😅 We were on floor 10 and most of the time the lift stopped at every single floor, could do with extra lifts 🛗 but that’s me being very picky, it didn’t impact the holiday. Overall, a lovely stay at the Rosamar. The interior in reception etc is gorgeous. Rooms lovely with a view & location absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t fault it, even if there was a few negatives. There will be negatives wherever people go.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Amenities are wonderful great splash park for the kids. Plenty of food on offer. Bar staff work very hard. Life guard is a pain in the arse 1 minute you can have a ball and a lilo the next you can't. Rules need to followed at all times not just pick and choose when things can happen. Entertainment was garbage for a 4 star. Food was repetitive but was okay. Didn't use the spa. It's close enough to everything 5 min walk to the beach. Hotel itself is very clean but the sun lounger situation is ridiculous at the big pool people shouldn't be allowed to leave towels down all day when not there resulting in no beds for other guests. Entertainment staff during the day work very hard. Requested a assisted room as my gran is 92 and got placed on the 3rd floor. Lifts are a absolute nightmare I would have used the stairs no problem had I not had my gran in the chair. My room was cleaned once in a whole week which is disappointing. Reception and lobby are lovely. Good games room for kids. Alcohol on all inclusive is great even shots available. Shout out to Alexander on the bar.

My time at Rosamar was lovely. I very much enjoyed my time there and would go again. The only negative things I have to say was that there wasn’t much option for food, (for children) and that the lifts don’t really work. Many people who were in wheelchairs were waiting for the lifts for 10+ minutes. Other than that loved it!

I stayed with my partner for 7 nights with all inclusive. We would like to recommend this hotel in almost every respect. Very nice and warm service both in the hotel and in the kitchen. Food varied and tasty. Rooms clean and tidy. It was difficult to find fault with anything. In our opinion, this hotel should have 4 stars.

Absolutely loved our family vacation here. We were over for 7 days being 2 adults and 2 kids. Cleaning of the hotel was on point and the lady that cleaned our room was unbelievably thorough. Although the swimming pool is unheated, the children had a blast. The reception staff was very helpful whenever we needed information. The girl that does the animation was fun and bubbly and kept the kids entertained, so thank you. The food was AMAZING, so hats off to the chef and staff, and the girls on serving staff were always helpful and professional! Point to improve (in my opinion): a set of dumbbells in the gym and more training to the young man in the cafeteria in manners and respect, especially when dealing with women.

I went with my 5 & 7 year old, the kids loved this place. Good entertainment for them. The entertaining staff were amazing especially ''Maria''.Rooms were clean and cleaned on a daily basis. The downfall was the bus loads of students that came for the last few days of our holiday (400 students I believe). All of them wanted to be in the pool, this caused over crowding and unfortunately my kids couldn't swim in the pool as it wasn't safe. They were diving and causing all sorts of havoc in the pool. They caused a lot of noise at night and we had sleepless nights because of it. Maybe check with the hotel if this will be the case for you. That's what I will be doing if we choose to stay again next year.

Had a great stay at this hotel, which is a favourite of my parents. Rooms are really tidy and cleaned brilliantly. Service is great and staff are friendly. Location is excellent. Knocked down a star because I know it's probably out of season, but it would've been nice to have an outside bar next to the pool. Also, it would be good to have the option to sit out when eating in the restaurant. Final point is that a life guard would be useful as two people nearly drowned.

The worst thing was the presence of about 100 children, youth and teenagers from youth camps that regularly changed and came to the hotel for vacation. These children behaved very loudly, yelling and screaming. Children spat on the plates of guests eating outside from the balconies. Despite talking to the staff, there was no response and the explanation that the summer camp was leaving tomorrow. The caregivers, of whom there were many, did not react at all. The hotel did not have too many guests, but 80% were children. We have never been on vacation where the camps were staying with the guests. We would not have chosen this hotel if we had known that I would be staying mainly in the camps. Loud music is played until 12 at night and all the windows overlook the sea. Although there are practically no people there except for the senior club and the children from the camps screaming until 1 at night. I suppose that the hotel is mainly focused on the presence of children in the season, so it is not a place for people who came for relax. This hotel deserves one star and it was the worst vacation we have ever experienced. Although the price was good, the lack of reaction to the behavior of the youth was definitely very bothersome.

We have stayed here 4 times now and have booked our second time staying at christmas, the staff are absolutely amazing! The facilities for children are brilliant, entertainment, arcades, slides and an indoor heated pool if you travel in the colder months. It basically caters for all. The food is amazing, drinks prices really reasonable. It also has a little supermarket on site to get your essentials. Apartments are so clean, the whole complex is spotless, really spacious rooms and gorgeous views over the pool (you have to pay a little extra for it) but worth it. Absolutely amazing place to stay and cannot wait to be back again!

OK, I want to give my first impressions since getting here. Arrived yesterday late afternoon so at this point I have had an evening meal and a breakfast. I am staying on a half board plus basis. Lady at reception really friendly and welcoming. Apartment spacious and spotlessly clean. Good WiFi signal. Wardrobe space a bit limited, especially if there are more than two of you. The restaurant has a nice, fresh feel to it. Staff are friendly and professional. Presentation of, and food choice, were very good. Importantly, for me, it all tasted great. If the rest of my stay I like this, which I'm sure it will be, it will be a very enjoyable stay.

First time staying here and will highly recommend it. It's very clean, you get towls and there is a hair dryer too in the rooms. The staff are so helpful and friendly, food is lovely, location is really good especially if have small kids as not in the mixs of the loud bars. There is a games room and 2 pools. The only thing that would of made it a little bit better is if the pool had warmer water so you could stay in there longer as kids go in the adults pool so makes you not want to use it .

Got a room on the second floor directly over the bar, great view of the pool from the balcony. The room was functional, showing signs of wear and tear but spotlessly clean. A separate bedroom with two single beds and the lounge area has two large sofas which I assume convert to beds. Kitchen/diner with table for 4, hob, fridge freezer. Bathroom with massive walk-in shower (really good). Nice balcony with a small table and two chairs, a hanging rail for wet or damp clothes or towels. Buffet breakfast, and buffet dinner which changes every day, haven't tried yet but others report it as very good. I've given 4 stars for the location just because it's a bit off the beach which makes it a bit less pricey but the walk all downhill to town, about 15 minutes makes it worth it in my opinion. By the time you're ready to come back you'll probably be pissed enough to pay a few Euros each for a taxi 🤣 (If you're not comatose on one of the beaches). All the staff I came across were friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. Coming back in September so may alter the review again but all good so far.

Very low cost but cheerful place. Rooms are , decor is a little dated. Staff are all helpful. It was a good location for us, well away from Benidorm centre but easy for long walk , beware the hill is big on the return, and taxi if very late back from shows.

First time in Spain and I was frankly disappointed. The staff were very ignorant towards my near two year old boy and made us feel unwelcome because of being English. The kids club staff had totally left my son out in the activities at the kids disco and no one acknowledged him again being English a majority were of course Spanish/ French. Completely ignorant towards him. Not only this but the room we got was not child included which we requested cot etc prior to booking. Due to this after asking them to sort it my son had to sleep in the double bed for 11 nights, causing me constant worry. We were not welcomed there at all and is very little information up about daily activities and night entertainment. The resort of the aqua park a pools my child loved so I couldn’t fault this. But had no refreshments in room such as tea coffee etc. We were all inclusive so meals were included but we’re down for breakfast an then lunch an had some mouldy food, a not much selection for kids apart from soup nuggets and cod croquettes. We had to go an buy food for my child to eat that wouldn’t cause him any illnesses. It could be better for other customers we just unfortunately had a negative experience which we will not be visiting again. Hopefully it is better and the dream holiday for others, but it wasn’t for us.

My main issue was my room, we asked for a quiet room. They must have found it funny when they gave us room 132. It was in the main building directly above the kitchen. The room smelt of the food downstairs, one night must have been pork, omg it stunk. The banging was constant. I don't mean a little tap, loud banging of metal trays until nearly 1 o'clock at night and starts really early in the morning too, obviously for breakfast. The balcony overlooked the road and the bins from the kitchen. It wasn't pleasant. Obviously could hear every bin collection and delivery. I honestly dont understand why they think it's acceptable to put paying customers in that room. Having walked the ground, the hotel is very big, I'm sure if you are lucky enough not to be in the same room as us you would not have the same bad experience. Now the room size was ok, but smelt and was not particularly clean. Only cleaned every 3 days during stay, which I didn't feel was enough as no broom etc was provided. We went to the shop and brought our our to keep on top of the apartment. The kitchen was the most basic I have ever seen and tiny. 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 knives etc. 2 pans, 2 rings. Microwave, toaster and kettle but 1 plug socket. Which made it a nightmare. You couldn't cook a meal, or even a snack if you wanted. Just not good enough for a self catering option. The beds were ok I suppose, I have had worse. They were squeaky, you get one weird long pillow each. The shower leaked, which made the bathroom dangerous. The balcony is tiny, 3 chairs provided but no way could 3 people sit out there at the same time. The pool area was dirty, I never saw anyone clean it, all the chairs were dirty. Seems like they only stack them of a night instead of cleaning. The chairs are basic white plastic, uncomfortable. The pool beds are awful, no cushion and don't adjust, so you are just lying down. They really were bad. No pool towels provided either, even with a deposit. The pool food was always cold when we brought it, so gave up. I felt sorry for the people who were all inclusive. Every time I went to the bar I was charged a different price which I just dont understand. So I went to the shop across the road instead. The water park was decent. Indoor pool very good, but can be hard to get into as busy. The lobby bar was ok, they didn't clean the tables often though and most seats looked like they needed a good clean. This is a sports hotel, so big groups of teenagers who can take over the pool area at times. Any staff I did speak to were very pleasant. The lobby area was lovely, just shame that didn't extend to the rest. The hotel is located by a supermarket, a few pubs and Chinese shops. Nothing special, couldn't even recommend any places to go as I wasn't particularly impressed with any of the places we went to for drinks or food. The beach is quite a walk but is beautiful and has better bars but obviously more expensive. Would I go again? No.

Just left after our weeks holiday.. honest review.. Family of 4 adults two children, we arrived got our rooms right away. Room were clean and tidy with a kitchen even if your weren't all inclusive. Clean regularly.. we were all inclusive, drinks at bar were a great variety and soft drinks, slushies and ice cream for children etc pool bar would need more than one person serving other than that we had no issues. Pools are brilliant including the waterpark. No one reserved beds which was good, there were plenty of chairs and beds available. I wouldnt leave anythg of value unattended. We had a few kids toys and cigarettes lifted while in pool. Entertainment team were brilliant Nico & Alex were always up for a laugh, customer relations Juan was great help and always sitting down to check how your holiday was going. White party was the best night of the week, make sure u bring your white clothes. Restaurant food had different themes some nights better than others but there was always some for everyone. Kids food selection wasn't great. The surrounding area was lovely and quiet, not busy at all. The Market on Sunday on the main street is a great visit. If you want night life Benidorm is the place to go and it's 10mins in a taxi. Over all it was a lovely holiday and we met lovely people, on the menu for drinks etc at the pool bar have a look anythg with AI ticked is included on All inclusive. Diffo worth a visit. Staff made u very welcome and nothing was to much.

We are here now. Very cloudy week in Spain. But been out walking and enjoying the surrounding area. The apartment is good comfy bed great shower. What else do you need. Lovely kept grounds with water park and other pools. We are self catering so can't say anything about restaurant etc.

When I tell you I was terrified to stay here after reading the reviews. But straight from the get go, we had the most amazing experience. I went with my mum and 2 young sons for 5 days. Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, so we left our luggage in the luggage room and went down to the pool for some food whilst we waited. We paid €200 in cash and got this back at the end of our stay within 10 minutes with no problems. The rooms were spotless and smelt amazing and fresh. The views were spectacular and it was surprisingly quiet. The pool in the sister hotel was always spotless and even tho my children were the only kids around, we felt welcomed every day. We didn’t use the shuttle service as the hill isn’t so bad but we did get a taxi back up a couple nights and this cost us 4-6 euros. 100% will be staying again! Thank you

After reading the reviews we were a little unsure but our experience couldn't be any better. Brilliant 2 bedroom apartment with the panoramic view over Benidorm. We always opt for self-catering as it suits us perfectly. Everywhere was clean and in great condition. Very large balcony. Cannot fault it. The only downside is the lifts take a while when you are on a high floor number but it is to be expected. We liked it enough to book again later this year. It's a little further out of the main town, but this meant it was quieter than the other hotels in the center. Brilliant!

The shop is fantastic, and the staff super helpful. The rooms are big, plenty of space for clothes, and a really huge variety of food in the morning. The pool is not too packed- check out the smaller pool too… I will be back!! Louis in the shop is kind, and really good value compared to the strip. See you all soon!

The view from the balcony was great, which I really enjoyed. However, the stay was affected by very noisy neighbors (britsh)who made it hard to sleep 7 days in a row. Also, the reception forgot about my taxi reservation twice, which was quite inconvenient. Definitely would not recommend this for family holiday. Breakfast was really nice.

The apartments are clean and far enough away from the centre to be nice and quiet. We didn't use the hotel next door but all it's facilities were available to us

Okay hotel but quite a walk away from the old town and up a steep hill. Didn't try the breakfast as it was only continental and we like an English breakfast. Rooms ok but a lot of noise from rooms above, chairs scraping etc. Took a while to check in but staff were friendly enough. Wouldn't stay again due to the location and room noise.

Friendly, helpful staff in bar and reception, not so much the restaurant. Rooms are average, comfortable beds. A bit dated but clean. I had a room with a bath/shower however, rooms with a shower only, the bathrooms were much better. Rooms quite dark. Went in October where sun is lower than earlier in the year so the pool was only in the sun part of the day and had to move around the pool where the sun went. The hotel has high buildings around it which blocks the sun but this is due to the time of year I believe. We went full board, no drink included at lunch and dinner time but juice, coffee, water and tea provided at breakfast. Food was average, good selection. Cooked English breakfast provided daily in buffet style, along with continental. No smoking allowed around pool and certain parts outside. There is a designated smoking area which I thought was good.

I find it so difficult to find fault with this hotel! It is spotlessly clean! And the staff are efficient and so eager to please. Gonzalez in the bar deserves a 5 star review of his own! Reception staff too were marvellous. The decor is dated and if I’m honest an upgrade would benefit 100%. However everything is clean and bright and airy. The air conditioning in the rooms is efficient and I would recommend the place without hesitation.

We got the family room and it was big enough for our family of four. Cleaned every day A great well run hotel close to all amenities and the food was superb always different varieties from the buffet and we all enjoyed every meal. Enjoyed the roof top pool and night time entertainment on our last night in the complex will be memories to keep forever. Will definitely be back to benidorm in the near future and will be hoping to book this gem of a hotel again

The hotel was clean and the rooms although dated were serviced every morning. Food is basic don't worry you won't starve there is always something to eat may not always be hot though. Bar staff are friendly and afficiant good location and if your not happy with the food there's a burger king at the end of the street.

On arrival, I found the sliding doors to the balcony had been broken for what looked like a break-in and wouldn't lock. I did get another room next door, but it was the same thing. After 4 rooms later, all with the same fault, I found myself in a dated room from the 80s, as was the other rooms I was temporarily in. The bathroom was also not that great, but all ementies worked. The door was rottered at the bottom from the shower, and the mattress hadn't been changed since the hotel opened as I sat through it. The over sheets are also dated with stains on. The hotel is located in a great place, being a 2-minute walk to the beach and 1 minute from McDonald's and Burger King and other local shops. The food was OK but nothing to write home about and wish I never paid full board for as I often found myself eating elsewhere. Some staff was OK, but one in particular was quite rude to a point of aggression. I think he was the manager . They do have a pool, but when the wheatear on the beach was too bad to go into the sea, I did put my hand into the pool to test it. I got such a fright as it was so cold it would have been impossible to get in. There is such an abundance of hotels here that they really do need to up their game.

We recently stayed for 9 nights at Hotel Magic Cristal Park with an all-inclusive package. Our initial room had no phone signal, no view, and no hair dryer. However, after speaking with the manager on the second day, she was incredibly kind and responsive. While we had lunch, she resolved everything within 20 minutes and moved us to a much nicer room that had all we needed. She also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations, improving room by room. Some may find the style old-fashioned, but that’s part of the hotel's charm—they’re preserving its classic look while upgrading the facilities. The food was absolutely amazing—many compliments and blessings to the chefs! Great variety, delicious flavors, and consistent quality throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, and we highly recommend tipping the hardworking housekeeping staff. If you've ever worked in a hotel, you’ll know how tough their job is—they truly deserve recognition. The location is also a big plus: just two streets away from the beach, making it very convenient. Right below the hotel, there’s a mini-market where you can find pretty much anything you need, and the prices are very fair. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Magic Cristal Park to anyone looking for a cozy, all-inclusive stay in Benidorm with great service.

We stayed for 4 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was a bit old and can be busy but every effort has been made to keep the place clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and reasonably friendly. They have an extensive buffet restaurant in 2 floors a bar where the drinks are not watered down as usually happens in some all inclusive hotels. The hotel has a big swimming pool on the 7th floor and games arcade for the children. Centrally located for the old town and bars and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it if you are a budget conscious holiday maker.

We arrived and easy checking in to the hotel €1 for a cup to drink on the roof bar, The lady who serviced us was nice and friendly. The food selection wasn’t very nice cold greasy. We complained about the noise as the 4th floor was extremely noisy couldn’t sleep until gone 3am. Even telling the room next door to stop slamming doors shouting arguing with his wife it continued until early hours. Service elevator wasn’t working took 10 minute to get an elevator. Can’t give a 0 star but we would have if it wasn’t for the roof terrace lady barmaid and bottom floor restaurant staff who worked hard. We won’t be coming back or recommending.

We unfortunately stayed here in June 2025 with our 3 young children. I cannot stress enough that Magic Cristal Park could not be further from how it is described on the websites! This is not a child friendly hotel. It is in a very Spanish part of Benidorm where the locals do not want to see anyone from the UK and they will happily walk into you and/or the kids without even looking around to see if they have knocked you over! It has NO entertainment for kids, the pools are on different floors and getting an elevator at any time is almost impossible. The toddlers pool is on floor 5 which offers NO snacks or refreshments at all at any time, nor is there any staff present here, other than to unlock the door in the morning and lock it again in the evening. The pool on floor 7 is very disappointing to say the least. For a start it is too deep and has no staff other than the 1 bar member who is as you can imagine too busy to see anything that might be going on at the pool. There is also nowhere near enough shade on floors 5 or 7 from the sun, which again begs why this hotel is aimed at families. The only snacks available (and may I add these are on floor 7 only) are salty, soft crisps or nuts that have been sitting out all day in the direct sunlight! There are NO ice lollies or ice creams available in either pool area. For any food (if you could call it food in this place) you must make the track down to either -1 or -2 which I will warn you, you most likely will wait a good 20 mins on an elevator coming. The food is absolutely disgusting, it is the same every day (morning to night) and you’ll be hard pushed to get a clean plate (if you brave the food) as they are not half washed with old food stuck to them! We unfortunately went with the Ultra All Inclusive and the so-called extras DO NOT EXSIT from the premium drinks, the mouthwatering food, days away, brunch by the sea, gaming experience etc. You also have to sort your own transport for the days away. We begged the hotel and our travel agent On The Beach, to move us to a sister hotel (or anywhere) but they said they couldn’t. The hotel offered a 10% refund on the £2480 the hotel cost us, which was a complete joke! They also said if we accepted the 10% offer that we would have to leave the hotel immediately! We had no choice but to stay. We had to eat out every day as the food in Magic Cristal Park was that bad (not what you book all-inclusive for).

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I rarely leave negative reviews, but Magic Cristal Park in Benidorm was truly atrocious. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel is stuck in the past — and not in a charming way. The decor is extremely outdated, everything looks worn out, and cleanliness seems to be a complete afterthought. The entire place felt dirty, with grimy floors, dusty surfaces, and an overall musty smell. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns we had were met with eye-rolls or blunt responses, as if we were a burden rather than paying guests. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. As for the food — absolutely disgusting. Lukewarm slop, no variety, and questionable hygiene. We ended up eating out most days just to avoid the stomach-turning options on offer. Honestly, this hotel completely ruined what could have been a lovely trip. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere — this place is in serious need of a total overhaul and new management.

Hotel Cuco Review – Disappointing and Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at Hotel Cuco and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The only positive was the newly refurbished reception area, which looks modern and welcoming. Sadly, that’s where the positives end. The rest of the hotel is extremely run down. The rooms are outdated, with peeling paint and worn-out furniture — definitely not what you’d expect from a supposedly decent hotel. It feels neglected and in need of serious attention. The food was absolutely appalling — by far the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel. We booked all-inclusive, but it was a total waste of money as we found ourselves eating out every day just to avoid the hotel meals. The pool area, which isn’t even part of the main building, was equally disappointing. It smelled bad, looked neglected, and had no atmosphere. The pool bar was never open, so we had to walk back to the main hotel every time we wanted a drink — hardly relaxing or convenient. Honestly, I would rate this hotel a 2-star at best — and that’s being generous. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made across the board.

A modern, very tidy hotel situated on the edge of the old town. The staff were friendly, clean rooms (although the bedding was a little dated). Communal areas were clean tidy and quiet. Occasional groups but everyone was respectful and pleasant. Pool table, air hockey and darts. Weekend entertainment provided in live music/singers. Lift to all floors and roof terrace to enjoy the sun with a small bar. The pool on the roof is a little small, but good enough to dip in to cool down. If you like a larger pool, there’s one across the road shared with another hotel. Towels are provided on requested with a refundable deposit. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Bathrooms immaculate. Good showers, nice and hot or cool if you prefer. Most rooms have a balcony with seating provided. Food was good. The dining room was clean and tidy with a wide variety of meals and desserts. A comfortable stay and would recommend for a short break with good access to old and new town, just a short walk from the beach.

Came here for a short break with family on a bed & breakfast basis. We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was decorated very tastefully and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also found all of the staff to be very courteous, welcoming and attentive. Although we only had the bed & breakfast package, we found that the drinks were very reasonably priced for a hotel (e.g. €1.50 for a glass of wine). There was also the option to upgrade to all inclusive at a very reasonable rate. If we were staying longer, we would have probably chosen to upgrade for a couple of days. The breakfast buffet had a great choice of hot and cold choices, including meats and cheeses. It was a nice relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant area and we were greeted very cheerfully by the staff there each morning! The hotel is located approximately a 10 minute walk from the Old Town and sea front; however, there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel too. Its also a lovely walk through the Old Town and along the promenade up to the stunning viewing platform and then down towards the New Town where it is very lively with entertainment all day and night. There really is something for everyone here!

Our second time booking this hotel and we liked it again. We decided to go all inclusive on the day of arrival as we have never done it before, wouldnt say it’s worth the money for the drinks but the food was pretty good. I would say they need to add more vegetarian options as some nights the only veggie option was pasta and sauce and even then the sauce had meat in it. Some nights there was 2 paellas and both meat is maybe suggest making one a veggie to cater to everyone. The reception staff are absolutely amazing always helpful. It is a lovely hotel and we will come back again especially for the service from the staff.

Great hotel very close to the Old Town, close to plenty of bars and restaurants all used by locals. We came here as a large group of 10 and had no issues amongst all of us. €7-8 taxi to the strip. The rooftop pool area is small, but there's a pool across the street that guests have access to, which is much bigger. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Benidorm

Great location, relaxing atmosphere The hotel is in an excellent location—walking distance to everything, which made getting around really easy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much pool time due to the weather, but it was still lovely to sit by and relax. We stayed on a half-board basis and liked the flexibility of choosing either lunch or dinner along with breakfast. In our experience, the lunch options were definitely stronger than the dinners. Drinks were very reasonably priced—less than €2 for a glass of wine! The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s worth noting that the hotel seems to cater more to Spanish guests, which we actually appreciated—it felt authentic, and after all, we are in Spain! One of the standout aspects was the peaceful atmosphere. There’s a strict noise cut-off in the evenings, so no loud parties or rowdy groups—mostly retired Spanish guests, couples, and young families, which suited us perfectly. My only thing for giving the room 4 stars is it would have been lovely to have a small fridge, I did pre message the hotel regarding this however had no reply. However the bar staff did provide ice and plastic cups free of charge on request. For the price paid this hotel is perfect.

recently stayed at Hotel Port Fiesta in Benidorm and had a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet plenty of variety, fresh options, and well-stocked every morning. It was a great way to start the day. However, I found the dinner options a bit disappointing, especially if you’re looking for halal food there weren’t many choices available, so I had to stick to vegetarian options most nights. It would be great if the hotel could offer more inclusive meal options. Another downside was the behavior of some of the guests. I often felt uncomfortable due to excessive staring, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unwelcoming at times. It’s a shame because the staff were generally polite and helpful. The outdoor pool was also a letdown it’s completely shaded due to the surrounding hotel buildings blocking the sunlight, so even in 25+ degree heat, the water is absolutely freezing. Not exactly the relaxing swim you’d hope for on a sunny day. The indoor pool wasn’t much better either, with the water always looking cloudy, which didn’t feel very hygienic. The bed sheets don’t get changed every day like they have on my other holidays, but otherwise the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The TV doesn’t have any English channels, which was a bit disappointing when trying to relax in the room. A helpful tip for anyone staying here: the local markets are about a 25-minute walk from the hotel and are open on Wednesdays and Sundays definitely worth a visit. Overall, not a bad place if you’re just looking for a base with good breakfast, but several aspects could use improvement.

Honestly it doesn't worth it at all. The food is really below average, doesn't taste really good and choice is really limited. Also if you are not in "all inclusive" package, water is not free during dinner, which is really not acceptable. The room is really dated, bed is quite ok though, but it is complicated to stay in the room for more than 2 nights. Also, you can hear pretty much everything, and people coming at night from the nightclub I presume, is not really pleasant.. The hotel is quite clean though. But if you don't fancy partying, Benidorm is definitely not the place to go, there is nothing much to do, except beach and bar..

Location of hotel is great but if you're not out partying until 2-3am I would take earplugs! We were in room 303, looked right onto Waikiki Bar and it was NOISY! The shower also had a problem regulating temperature so be careful, when it's hot, it's scolding! Hotel itself is lovely, clean, and bar/restaurant staff very friendly, can't say same for guy on reception when we arrived, don't think he even spoke! We were half board and both breakfast and dinner were great, warm and plenty of choice.

Holiday 29th March 20225 Hotel very nice. We went all exclusive but we were asked to pay for a cider. We've not seen any snack between meals. We were in a room where the sun was most off the day so the room was like a oven, tried the air conditioning at 12.30 am but did not work, couldn't open doors as there was loads activity (not unexpected) as its is benidorm. Next morning informed the receptionist but told air-conditioning only available in summer . Asked to speak manager ,told couldn't as he's not in till Monday 31st. However easyJet was very good and got us moved to another room which was cool. BE CAREFUL ON AIR CONDITIONING.

We visited the Riudor in August of this year. After previously staying at another hotel we thought we would try the Riudor for a change. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely with a good balcony overlooking the Benidorm Strip. The room and maid service were always of a high standard. We booked half board, breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast is the normal food one would expect and there was always plenty but the choices for the evening meals we did not find up to normal standard. The hotel advertises as a 4 Star but the food in our previous location which was a 3 star was far better and more of a choice. As I stated this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel well perhaps their food choices should be upgraded to reflect this status. We actually ate out more often than planned due to this and we were not the only residents who felt this way. The pool area - well you need to be up for 7.30am and stand in a queue and await on the cleaners to finish the pool area before the Grand National starts and your mad run for a couple of sunbeds. Hotel is in a great location but we felt due to the poor or lack of meal options that this will be our first and last visit to this establishment. Jet2 also advertised the hotel as child free but on a number of occasions there was certainly younger children under 16/18 present - this might be a fault of Jet2 advertising this as an adult friendly hotel.

Great location. Bus stop directly outside hotel. Train station 2 minute walk uphill. Beach 10 minute stroll with 3 different routes. Hotel spotlessly clean with a pool and loungers, plus extra loungers upstairs. Nice poolside cafe with good prices. Rooms nice, some don't have a balcony but outside seating behind glass windows. Breakfast amazing as so much to choose from. Reception staff friendly if you need to know anything. Highly recommended hotel.

We stayed at Maya Hotel for four nights, which gave us enough time to observe the hotel in detail. First, the location is excellent. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and it’s also very close to a tram station and a shopping mall. The city center and the beach are within walking distance, and it’s also ideally located for visiting the castle. The rooms have been recently renovated they are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. However, water pressure in the shower occasionally drops, and we had to endure sudden bursts of cold water at times. Other than that, we were satisfied with everything in the room. Note that there’s no kettle in the room you need to request one from reception. Reception staff were generally not friendly. At check-in, they didn’t clearly explain much, and when we asked for suggestions, their responses were cold and dismissive often just one-word answers. I would like to make an exception for the lady with curly black hair she was very kind and genuinely helpful. We booked a room with breakfast included, and it was quite good there was a decent variety, everything was tasty, and the restaurant staff were polite and professional. Now, the downsides: The hotel seems overly eager to charge extra for small things. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. If you want a beach towel, you need to pay a €10 deposit and even if you use the same towel during your stay, you’ll still be charged €1 for washing it. These policies were not clearly explained at check-in, and you have to pick up the towels from reception, not the pool. Also, you can’t charge anything to your room from the bar, which felt unusual you must pay on the spot for every drink or snack. The pool area is not well-managed. There aren’t enough sunbeds or umbrellas. Even though there are signs saying “no reserving sunbeds,” people still do it, and there’s no enforcement. The pool is small and children constantly jump in from the edges. With no lifeguard on duty, it’s not only unsafe but also quite disruptive. If you want coffee, it’s served in cardboard cups, and cocktails are given in plastic ones not exactly what you’d expect from a hotel that otherwise looks promising. Overall, while it’s a decent hotel in many ways, we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I do not understand the high reviews for this place. It is run down and leaves much to be desired. My bathroom has mold and the front desk acted annoyed when I asked to change rooms... I am 'waiting' for them to investigate as if they do not believe me, but the smell in the bathroom is toxic. The gym equipment is held together with duct tape, and the lights and AC do not work in the gym. The pool is overcrowded without enough seats, and you have to pay for a towel. Positives: the beds are comfortable and do not have bugs and the rooms, other than mold, seemed to be clean (but I did find a hair that was not mine on one of the pillows). It is also close to a big shopping center and the beach, but both are a hot walk that is further than it appears on the map. The bus from the airport to this location was convenient. If you are on the fence about this place, I would look elsewhere. I wish I had.

We are incredibly happy with our stay! Everything from the location to the standard of the hotel. We are especially pleased with the staff's commitment to making my allergic son feel safe at every meal. We are extra grateful for Marcos and his sense of service. In addition, the hotel was clean and tidy with spacious rooms. If we visit Alicante again, we will definitely choose Hotel Maya to stay at!

We had an excellent stay at Maya hotel for our long weekend holiday in June. We had a triple room for 2 adults and 1 infant. The room had 2 single beds, a sofa that could convert into a bed and the hotel also provided a travel cot. The room was spacious and clean with amazing views over the pool and Monte Benacantil. The pool area was busy but we were always able to find a spare sun lounger. There is a large deep pool and a smaller shallow pool alongside a pool bar with shaded seating area. There is also a little play park perfect for kids. Breakfast buffet every morning was amazing, lots of choice and variation. Lovely fresh fruit, traditional Continental breakfast options and local treats. The hotel is a perfect location, short walk from the bus/tram stop or a short walk into the centre of town and the beach. Really easy and quick to get to and from the airport. Staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Can the hotel management please pass on a massive thank you to the incredibly kind lady who usually does the night entertainment in the bar area and also the young man behind the bar. The young lady went out of her way to play hide and seek with our Daughter Ava, and gave her some colouring pencils to keep her entertained after a very long and hot day in the sun. My little girl was laughing all night while she was playing hide and seek and she has not laughed like this all week, and the gent also got involved, so a huge thank you for making her last night amazing on the bar dance floor from myself and her Mother. Also the restaurant staff have been amazing and all very polite and again very very kind to my Daughter and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and also look up the local water parks and visit the beach if you have a family as they are not far at all. €5 on average in a taxi to local parks and the beach is a stone throw away.

I cannot find any faults with the hotel at all. The location for 'the strip' is great. It can be a little noisy in the early hours of the morning but that is not the fault of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A friend of mine has stayed in a lot of hotels in Benidorm and he said the food was great. He even convinced me to book half board, which we did. The hotel itself was lovely and well presented. Breakfast was good but sadly the whole experience was let down by the mattresses. They were the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on. So hard I hurt every single morning when I woke and had a pressure sore on my hip as a result. I am saddened as this hotel overall could have been great. The location fab. But that truly ruined the experience. I feel more music throughout the day at the pool or entertainment would have been beneficial.

Returned from a great week at the Rialto with my friends - our first time in Benidorm. Rooms are clean, wide choice available at breakfast and receptionists are helpful. Big thanks to Lisa who is very friendly and booked a taxi on our behalf to the old town when we couldn't get one on several taxi apps. Only negative is the hotel is on a slight hill from the strip etc but excellent value for money overall.

I found the hotel very pleasant and a very good level of cleanliness and well maintained, the Food and drink was great and the staff very friendly and attentive staff. My only complaint was from the poor sound-proofing in the rooms and other groups of guests, mainly hen parties playing their own music around the pool, competing with the music played by the hotel music system. so my suggestions would be to improve the sound proofing in the rooms, there was too much noise from connecting rooms and from outside in the corridor. And don't allow Stag and Hen Parties

Positives: Location is very good. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable. The balcony was nice on 501 It's fairly clean. Good shower pressure. Negatives: Room 208- A small window to a dark space, very claustrophobic. Very outdated. Lumpy pillow. Room 501: Air conditioning wouldn't work, sensor on the door was making it come on but flashed straight off. The whole hotel is outdated it was probably a good standard 20 years ago. The walls are paper thin you can hear every noise even running water. It's impossible to get a good sleep with noise from the corridor and the street. I wouldn't stay again. Very disappointed Vs the reviews I read. The rooms are basic no kettle, no fridge, no hairdryer.

I thought i had booked into Fawlty Towers!!! We were in the studio apartments around the corner and wow nothing like the photos...the room was like a prison cell with no balcony. Very dated room needs a complete refurb. Roadworks outside waking us up at 8.00 every morning. The stairs upto the apartment are lethal if you have any issues walking etc do not book. The food at the main hotel was absolutely laughable the breakfast was hotdog sausages, raw bacon, tomatoes and slimy mushrooms that was it - the other few plates were questionable and not even sure what they were. Basically i had toast and butter then evening meal i ended up with a cheese cob as everything was cold or inedible - out of our 5 day stay half board we had 2 breakfasts and one evening meal. Positives great area and i have never laughed so much at how bad things were ...lots of other hotels that are alot nicer nearby.

Hotel was great for the price, everything me and my boyfriend needed. Perfectly situated between the old and new town and a 30 second walk to the beach. However I will say it is located in an extremely noisy location. This would’ve been a 3 star review if not for the customer service in which we felt very well looked after. We asked to move to a quieter side of the building and they were more than happy to oblige. Great customer service, good complimentary breakfast, ideal location

If you stay hear don't book your stay with food included, spicy sausage and garlic mushrooms are not what I eat for breakfast. Rooms are clean,the hotel is opposite a school, a bottle bank at the side so it's very noisy we could even hear snoring from the next room

Great hotel, right on The Strip but rooms are soundproofed - once the balcony door closed, we heard absolutely nothing from outside! The only issue we had was a struggle to get the room air conditioning to work consistently but not enough of a bother for us to complain. The food was amazing, really enjoyed our breakfasts & evening meals, empty plates every time & staff were great!

Have used this hotel for 19 years and no plans to change. We've tried other hotels in Benidorm, but keep reverting back to the Ambassador. Well situated, close to the entertainment and beach with loads of shopping close by including the indoor market. Staff are always friendly and polite. Rooms are adequate with walk in shower and cleaned daily. Always plenty of choice in the restaurant with a good selection to suit all tastes.

Beware of this hotel! The hotel has a high cancellation fee. If something happens to you at the last minute, you will pay 50% of the price. Even due to illness, the hotel does not treat its clients kindly and empathetically. I do not recommend this hotel. There are other, better hotels in the area that offer a lower cancellation fee (cancellation fee of only one night).

Fabulous hotel, great food and lovely staff. Staff couldn’t do enough for you very attentive. Rooms are lovely, very modern and cleaned to high standards. The food is great with plenty of choice and changes daily. Great pool and bars would definitely stay again.

First time back to ambassador for a few years due to hotel being modernized and other commitments we had. Where do I start the hotel has been modernized to such a high standard the reception staff were very helpful allocating our room. Now for the really important stuff the daily cleaning of our room and surrounding area was excellent on the ladies carrying out this job are friendly very helpful,now for the restaurant and food excellent plenty varieties to choose from well cooked by the chefs and presented beautifully.plus new tables and chair plus all the staff we're very helpful special thanks to Griselda

Really enjoyed our time here. This hotel is 3 stars and fulfils that and more! Had everything we needed, good food, lovely pool, ample sunbeds, great drinks at the bar, clean, friendly service and helpful team all around! Only point taken away is the location is slightly out the way and located on a steep hill. But this is all easily fixed with taxis/bus service. Burned some extra calories doing some walks and going up and down the hill! Would definitely recommend!

7 fantastic days! We absolutely love this hotel and we will definitely be back! Fantastic breakfast fantastic service really friendly staff so lovely, spoke to many of them tried a bit of Spanish probably failed badly, but they appreciated the effort, the pool was lovely it's a peaceful location not in the centre of chaos, hotel was very clean had that Spanish 80s feel to it which I love, wonderful balconies was so nice to be able to chill outside and watch the pool shimmering at night listening to the laughter in the distance! Will be back soon!

Great value Hotel. Rooms clean , service very friendly and helpful. Location very good. Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Close to beach. Only a 20 minute bus (02/03) to Benidorm city centre. Seemed to be mostly Spanish Tourists staying here which is a good sign of a great hotel if the citizens of the country are staying. We unfortunately had a problem with anti social English "lads" in the room next to us. Getting drunk and being violently sick from 3am -7am (which we could hear through the walls). After 3 nights of this - We went down to reception asking for a room change - the reception understood and granted us one. Which was brilliant - the relief of getting a good night's sleep. Very understanding receptionist, we were very grateful. But it goes to show the personal touch the hotel has - other places might have just said tough luck. If you're wanting a clean , friendly , relatively cheap hotel. Id highly recommend here. Thanks to the hotel team

When we arrived, the atmosphere was intense—seriously loud music and stag dos everywhere. It was full-on from the start. Reception staff were great, very helpful. They gave us four drink tokens and explained these were for our all-inclusive drinks, even though we had wristbands. Maids came everyday so yeah, good. We were a group of four staying in a one-bedroom apartment. The room itself was nice, but the bedroom was pretty cramped for two people. After unpacking, we headed for drinks. Unfortunately, the bar experience was frustrating. There was a long wait, and they only allowed one drink per person. That meant each of us had to queue up separately. Meanwhile, others were walking away with multiple drinks as they were tipping. In 50 minutes, we only managed to get two drinks each. Next, we tried the food. It wasn’t terrible, but it was cold, which was disappointing. Basic food. Chips pizza etc. The next day was chaotic. The place was packed because people can buy tickets for the pool party, even if they’re not staying at the hotel. We couldn’t even get close to the pool. Later, things got worse—arguments, shouting, even scuffles. It was complete mayhem. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. After that, we didn’t use the hotel for food or drinks again. We chose to go out every day instead. Is it the worst place ever? No. But you really need to know what you’re getting into. Would I go back? No—but that’s just my personal choice.

Rooms weren't great, bathroom was very dirty. Location isn't too bad, around 10-15 minute walk from the strip and beach. Food is awful. Pool was stinking, couldn't see your feet through the water. But it is what it is, I wasn't expecting much and if you just use the hotel for the beer and alcohol you can't complain too much

Omg the hill!! Oomg the hill in 37° heat 🤪🤪🤪 Was very sceptical of this hotel after reading the reviews but I can honestly say the rooms were definitely up to standard . The ratio was about 100 guys to 10 women lol . Pool area very busy but brilliant on security for the place ! And the best thing ever was your key being on a wristband !! Omg the best idea yet! Every hotel should do this lol ♡♡

Currently here at the pool party on a hen do, customer service is excellent and everyone is extremely friendly, prices are very reasonable and you get more than what you pay for. This is my third stay at BCM celebrations Benidorm and every time I have been my experience is greater than the last. The Hotel is clean, safe and extremely welcoming which is why I will always choose to stay here when I visit. They offer everything here and the all inclusive is fantastic!! The food is great, the atmosphere is electric and the staff and management are faultless! From room cleaning to front of house, nothing is too much for the staff and they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed….. Massive shout out to the boss lady! She rules the roost with such care and charisma!! Until the next time BCM and Thankyou for yet another fantastic stay!!

Terrible agency Nuevhogar! Don't do business with them! All they are interested in is your money, not your comfort. We tried to solve the problem in a friendly way without leaving negative comments. But they won't meet us. And they refuse to give us our money back. We were given a flat with access to a pub, we are a family with 2 children. It's impossible to sleep at night because of the noise. It was our first time in Benidorm and we didn't know that the flat was in an area of pubs open until 6am. The description of the flat did not say that! no refund! Because of this we cannot change the flat elsewhere. Telling us it's your fault. It is hot in the flat and there is no air conditioning (August), and one fan for the whole flat does not work well. And they will charge you for wi-fi. I don’t recommend. Run away from them. And find a more conscientious and honest agency that cares about your comfort.

Small rooms, not very clean. No air conditioning, so good luck in the summer. They are near the beach though, just a 7-8 minutes walk and they have a nice though not very big pool. When you arrive you have to pay 200€ for insurance, no one told us anything about this and it bothered us a bit.

Location of the property is really convenient, not far from the beach and nearby restaurants, shops or bus stops. The superior floors offer very nice views over the city and the sea. Also, the office where key collection is done is close by and the process is easy going. Because of the quite bad weather conditions in the period of time we were there, the wind was bringing all kind of objects in the property's swimming pool. From all the surrounding properties, this was the only one where no cleaning was done, so the pool was not accessible. There were a lot of dirt and leaves in the water for several days we were there. The apartment we booked was for 5 persons, but it's quite small for this number of people. Also, the couch in the living room, could not be used for sleeping, as when it was extended, it was falling apart, the support foot being broken, so one person had to sleep on the floor. Very small cabin shower, as well, and the cleaning level can be a bit higher...

Stayed end of March for a hen weekend. Basic rooms, but was clean and tidy. Equipped kitchen but we didn't use on our stay. Had a heater to which was needed as was a chilly weekend. Beds were fine, rooms are on the smaller side but fine for a base camp. The €200 deposit is a little steep and we got less back as the € went down. Great location tho can not fault that close walking distance to everywhere. We stayed on the 6th floor. Lots of groups stayed here so had minimal noise but it's expected.

A very pleasant place to stay. The room I had was fairly basic. Though it was very clean with all the facilities needed for a base while I visited Benidorm. The ladies cleaning the rooms were very attentive. The staff on the reception desk were always polite, attentive helpful. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location for exploring the old town and the beach. If you're looking for somewhere lively for the evening, this hotel isn't that far away from the very active nightlife. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I was very doubtful about this place while booking so I booked 2 nights here and one night in some other hotel.. but trust me have I not paid for the other place already, I would have extended my stay here for sure. But just because of this hotel, I have extended my stay & booked another night here. the location is awesome, the staff is friendly, special mention to the people at the reception (both morning & night shifts), they were very helpful and wonderful to talk to made my stay even more smoother. Rooms are spacious, with clean, comfortable beds & pillows and a mind blowing view to the ocean.. if you love the sound of the waves and to look at the water while sitting in your room/bed.. this is just the hotel for you to unwind !! Can't wait to come back. Room 404, best view !!

Amazing location and beachfront but my back is aching from the horrible beds. They are hard and you feel the mattress Springs. Couldn't sleep well because of it. The room itself is ok but we knew that beforehand. We booked it because of the location not knowing sleeping will be an issue. sleeping (or not) to the sound of the waves is nice though.

Hotel Bilbaino for me, was perfect! Spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious with everything i needed. Friendly, informative staff. 24 hour reception. Location is the BEST. 10 steps onto the beach. Everything else within walking distance. Great views. I'll definitely be returning.

Definately recommend, lovely hotel with amazing sea view and perfect localization - located right next to the sea and very close to old city - shops restaurants bars just round the corner - rooms are clean, have comfortable beds, fridge, tv, bathroom, big woredrobe. Its Not a new hotel however all the pros compensate for that Staff very friendly and helpful I would definately come back here again
