Not a hotel I would recommend. Staff very nice but food not great. The dinner buffet at 24 euros per person was more expensive than restaurants outside and food substandard. The only food that was good was fries. Sun loungers could use a good power wash. Rooms were clean although didn't top up hand soap. Ours had absolutely zero in it by second last day of our stay

This is a nice hotel that is a short walk from the centre of Alicante and the beach.
We stayed for 5 nights on a room only basis.
The room was nice and just the right size for myself and my children, though the sofa bed was a little to uncomfortable for myself so one of my children got relegated to that....
The pool was a decent size and never too busy, it seemed to be primarily Spanish tourists at the hotel.
There was a nice poolside snack bar with a decent sized covered area to keep out the midday sun.
We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, it was €14 each, and although there was quite a variety on offer, you can find much cheaper options a short walk away, if like us you are room only.

Liked · Great location, fabulous breakfast, very friendly staff, cleaning every day.
Nice big room with a balcony (beautiful view) and a fresh feel for holidays.
Big bathroom, with a low bathtub, a sink with big counter and a bidet (of course toilet too).
Backyard terraces with chairs and decent sized pool.
A very large underground parking lot for those with car.
Disliked · The elevators... there are 4 elevators and it can even take 5-10 minutes for one of them to come. But this does not affect my score and the positive vibes. The hotel is great!

Hotel is situated very conveniently near the castle, bus stop no2 and a tram line which gets you to Benidorm and the city.
Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. In my eyes the hotel has deserved another star. We only had breakfast and I have to say that the cooked breakfast was awful. HOWEVER all other options were great. They even offered “breakfast Cava”.
I can only recommend the hotel and would return anytime!! 👏👏👏👏

The hotel is nice, you have a big shopping centre opposite the hotel, the tram station to go down to Alicante or all the way to Benidorm or Denia just behind. Breakfast is good too and the barman, a gentleman from Madrid, super nice and funny. The only problem we had was the smell in the badroom. It's a pitty because the room was nice and we even got a 8th floor room with sea views(after an extra payment as we had been given a 2nd floor room with no views as part of our holiday package) and stunning sunrises daily. But the smell is awful. They must have issues in the whole hotel and it smells like rotten eggs. Awful. We complained and they sent someone to put a product down the sink, shower and toilet but had zero effect. After all we blocked sink and bidet with water, cover the shower with towels and the rotten smell stopped. We were not offered a change of room or nothing either. Despite us complaining a couple of times.
