The rooms are nice. Very clean. Staff at the bar, room cleaners friendly the reception staff we found very offish. The food is nice. Lots of choice at breakfast and evening meal. The location is great if you don’t want to sleep until 3:30 as the hotel is sandwiched between very noisy bars, because of this we would not stay again.

We visited the Riudor in August of this year. After previously staying at another hotel we thought we would try the Riudor for a change. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely with a good balcony overlooking the Benidorm Strip. The room and maid service were always of a high standard. We booked half board, breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast is the normal food one would expect and there was always plenty but the choices for the evening meals we did not find up to normal standard. The hotel advertises as a 4 Star but the food in our previous location which was a 3 star was far better and more of a choice. As I stated this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel well perhaps their food choices should be upgraded to reflect this status. We actually ate out more often than planned due to this and we were not the only residents who felt this way. The pool area - well you need to be up for 7.30am and stand in a queue and await on the cleaners to finish the pool area before the Grand National starts and your mad run for a couple of sunbeds. Hotel is in a great location but we felt due to the poor or lack of meal options that this will be our first and last visit to this establishment. Jet2 also advertised the hotel as child free but on a number of occasions there was certainly younger children under 16/18 present - this might be a fault of Jet2 advertising this as an adult friendly hotel.

I have stopped at this hotel on several occasions in the past always enjoyed it here nice rooms and food plenty of choice.I have just had a fortnight at this hotel still as enjoyable as last time it was nice to see a fridge and tea and coffee available in the room.The staff very polite room was kept clean everyday clean towels can not fault it. Although the air-conditioning did not work properly and only came on occasionally so it was very hot at night trying to sleep. The last time I stayed here you had a nice swimming pool that you could swim when I went in the pool it was not deep enough the deep end only came up to my waist very disappointed. Having saying that I will definitely stop there again

Right in the heart of lively Benidorm, its all on your doorstep 5 mins to beach & half hour walk to old town. Rooms (sound proofed), clean with tea-coffee, shampoo etc, regular towel change. Nice restaurant, good food. Staff worked hard.

Food was good. Decent selection always served hot. Rooms clean and staff mostly friendly. Couldn't believe they charged us two euros for a glass of water though; quite astonishing. Surely water should be made freely available when dining. Waiter was rude shouting no bands so you pay. An unsavoury incident in what was otherwise an enjoyable stay. Absolutely no chance of pool sunbeds unless you don't go to bed the night before.
