Room 312 inside view but only sleep in there as so much putside space and seating it's not a problem. Staff cannot be more helpful and nice feels like a cosy hotel but very large. Food is very nice alway something we fancy. Would 100 percent come again.

Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms). We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff made the beds and changed the towels everyday (if needed) and the staff were seen cleaning throughout the day.
The staff were brilliant with the children (2,3,7) and the hotel has a mini disco and entertainment (magic shows, dancing) every night starting at 8:30. There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these.
The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime. There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food. The only downside of the food was there was a lot of fish on offer, which we do not like.
The whole family had an amazing time thank you!

Lovely friendly hotel, great variety of food (with a daily theme at dinner) and drinks, immaculate. The air con is fantastic, the room kept cool all day at no extra cost. Wifi is free and is decent in the rooms but not so good by the pool. Always able to get a sunbed, pool doesn't open till 9 so people can't put towels down at the crack of dawn. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute. It's away from the hustle and bustle so it's quieter but still close to the beach, shops and restaurants, about a 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The children's entertainers are brilliant, but we didn't get to see the later entertainment so can't comment on that. We requested a mountain view room and were given one. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool. This hotel is so underrated, it really is great value for money.

Our 4th holiday to the Fiesta Park it never fails to be an enjoyable.
The reception staff are always helpful, the rooms are really good and recently updated, all smart an modern. I also have to say the rooms are kept spotlessly clean.
The food is varied and always nice, the restaurant staff are always smiling, chatty and work really hard.
We stayed all-inclusive again and can't fault anything, the bar staff are amazing, never had to wait long to be served, some reviews say differently but our experience on all occasions has been fantastic.
In closing I couldn't recommend this hotel any higher, its a true hidden gem. Another plus is you get a very good mix of nationalities and ages.
Thanks again for another fantastic holiday.
