We stayed at the Ambassador Playa II. Beautiful hotel. Room was a good size, modern and stylish with a balcony overlooking the pools, which we had to pay an extra 70Euros. Hotel food and service was excellent, having such a wide range of food.
The only complaint was that there was no tea or coffee available for evening meals, that I was aware of. Hotel restaurant drinks with meal we had to pay for, quite cheap really.
Hotel entertainment was excellent, especially at the Explorer's Club bar. There was a stage outside by the pools, different artists performed every night, so it was a good choice to have if you want to stay in hotel complex of a night. We were most impressed with The Hotel Ambassador's.

We have just returned from the Ambassador Playa1 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms although a little on the small side, are lovely have a walk in shower, and are cleaned every day.Some more drawer space would be helpful. The food was excellent apart from one night, which wasn’t up to the usual standard. Choice was very varied and we did enjoy it. It is very central for access to the Levante beach and shops and clubs. The nighttime entertainment was really good. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money.

We have just been to this lovely hotel, located in the centre of the strip, so easy access to everything. The food was very good, staff very helpful, the inhouse pub was fantastic and had entertainment put on inside the hotel, pub and around the pool area of an evening was great.
The only thing I complain about was the cleaning of our room - When we arrived our bathroom had various body hairs on the floor & in the basin. This remained the same throughout our stay. Used cups were not replaced nor were our used towels until our last day. It seems they were repeatedly picked up from shower floor, folded & placed back on the towel rail. Apart from that issue we had a lovely stay, the best night sleep and we would certainly return to this hotel.

Brilliant hotel, modern and clean inside. The food is very good and varied.
The spa is absolutely amazing and very reasonable to use the facilities.
Fantastic location. We are not personally a big fan of 'the strip', it's extremely intimidating for lone females, however you can avoid the strip easily to reach the beach, and the walk along the beach to the old town which is well worth the walk.
My only issue is the outside pool area was pretty grubby, but other than that a very good hotel.
