Really really lovely hotel! All staff was great and friendly! Perfect location close enough to walk to places but far enough to go bed at night. Room was perfect. Was a perfect birthday holiday from my boyfriend and would love to go here again. Thank you to the hotel for nice welcome and for the birthday drink sent to are room! 🥰

Friendly, helpful staff in bar and reception, not so much the restaurant. Rooms are average, comfortable beds. A bit dated but clean. I had a room with a bath/shower however, rooms with a shower only, the bathrooms were much better. Rooms quite dark. Went in October where sun is lower than earlier in the year so the pool was only in the sun part of the day and had to move around the pool where the sun went. The hotel has high buildings around it which blocks the sun but this is due to the time of year I believe. We went full board, no drink included at lunch and dinner time but juice, coffee, water and tea provided at breakfast. Food was average, good selection. Cooked English breakfast provided daily in buffet style, along with continental. No smoking allowed around pool and certain parts outside. There is a designated smoking area which I thought was good.

Lovely hotel. Food selection was fantastic! Never really saw the entertainment team (except in the restaurant). Maybe a little further away from the "busy area" but we were fine with this. The area felt quaint and authentic.

Rooms clean and tidy, cleaning staff do a great job, if you want room cleaning you can put a card on door for in the morning, we didn't realise we had breakfast included so that was an added bonus, staff very helpful on the desk, to hire a kettle it's 20 euros deposit, for the iron it's free. Would come again. Dan

Friendly and helpful staff, the cleaner is in every day with fresh towels. It's about 20 minutes walk to the old town and roughly the to the busy strip. The walk back is a bit of a killer because the hotel is at the top of a hill, but that's why they invented taxi's.
